    So close to the karate tournament. All double beds were on 2nd floor. Only single beds were on ground floor. I have difficulty walking & would have liked to have been on ground floor. The night clerk did get me a room right at the stairs which helped.

    The room was filthy. I am not picky about hotels when it’s just an overnight somewhere, and the ‘usual suspect’ budget chains like Quality Inn are usually reliable for meeting basic needs. This room disgusted even me. I spilled a little water and wiped it up with a washrag and it came up black. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling and under the rim of the sink. I didn’t turn on the A/C because i didn’t want that gross unit blowing into the room. There were food stains on the plastic TV guide and the bed coverlet. I wanted to touch nothing. The hotel is old and in disrepair, standing in stark contrast to the adjacent new ones. Pay the extra $30 to stay elsewhere.

    The room was not anything like the pictures on the web site. The room had been flooded or damaged in the past and repairs were poorly done. had bugs in the room and no ice machine on the property and no ice available for guest.

    Breakfast was good, the staff were great! The bed felt comfortable The room could have been better maintained. The shower floor had a crack in it, the bathroom floor tiles were all coming loose and the floor was soft. It was dirty.

    The room was not clean in questionable and disgusting ways. The fitted sheets didn't fit the bed, so you could see the mattress pad covers. Both mattress pad covers had brown finger-print like marks on them. Poop? Dried blood? I don't know, but it was gross. The wall behind the toilet had brown splatter on the walls. It was gross.

    lamp and alarm clock were unplugged upon arrival; inside of lampshade was covered in cobwebs; curtains were damaged; sink was not cleaned, wall & bottom of shower could use cleaning as well; pretty sure the sheets were not changed after the last person. nothing worth changing a one-night stay over, but wouldn’t stay for more than that. front desk people were very nice though :)

    Dirty towel hanging on bathroom door. Used coffee filter pack, dried up in coffee maker. Gross. King sized bed with three bean bag pillows. I had to arm wrestle my husband for the odd pillow and he won. Shower would not work therefore, a bath was the only option. Very noisy and overall, uncomfortable.

    My daughters and went to Georgia to see family. I booked this hotel through Expedia. The process was fast and easy. When we arrived at the hotel, check-in was fast and easy. The problem was the room. It was dirty with and had several items from the last guest. There was food in the mini-fridge, money (change) on the table, something green smeared on the wall by the bed, and underwear left in the bathroom. I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk who quickly came to inspect the room and "pick" off the green smear on the wall. We decided not to stay. I contacted Expedia. Expedia staff confirmed my issues and immediately refunded my money. Thanks Expedia. My tip is to always check the room and report all issues immediately.

    The was stuck room #120 The front desk check in was poor in service. But the check out front desk guy was not only poor but terrible and rude yielding at me in front of my kids because the breakfast was 20 minutes later. I asked him to help us (every thing was in place) because we had to be in the ball park in 20 minutes. I understand politics but I understand great service too, and to yield in front of my kids, that was something else!!.

    When i got into the room the floors were so dirty that my shoes were sticking to the floor and at 11pm one night my phone in the room went off and shortly after i had banging on my door that woke my kids up. Made us feel very unsafe. Will never go there again.

    Understaffed. Had to wait for the room to be cleaned at 10pm. When we came in there it stack like bleach. Bathroom was dirty. Carpet was dirty. Breakfast was very mediocre.

    This hotel is a straight up dump. Quality inn. More like anti Quality inn. The room was dirty and disgusting. The view out the window was actually a cemetery. There was burn marks all around the bathroom sink. Just a bad hotel.

    Upon arrival into the room, it was observed that there were several flying bugs near the bathroom sink… I spoke with the attendant and she wanted to see it, showed her the flying insects near the mirror bathroom sink and was indicated to me that she would notify the manager. The manager., The next morning indicated to me that there would be a price adjustment. Still waiting patiently for that.

    Have been there several times. Seems to be on a downhill slide ! Breakfast is almost non existent, This trip non english speaking crew working in breakfast area. No milk or waffle making stuff. Packaged goods and warm coffee. Same thing available in other places for less money.

    Anniversary trip. All was ok unti woke up around 1:30am with water pouring out of the bathroom ceiling!! Had to pack up and move to another room. Staff was quick and accommodating other than that rooms were veryclean and nice. We will definitely be back

    It was a okay property to lay your head down, the air conditioner was a little stinky/moldish smelling. The bathroom was tight to go into it was very small more like a closet. It was affordable for a one-night stay but I wouldn't want to stay longer than that. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but room was a little bit older.

    Arrived in the late afternoon. Checked in and decided to get some ice for drinks. both machines in the building were out of order. When I asked the ON-duty-clerk where I could get some ice, he said,"GO TO A TRUCK STOP" Then he got in my face and started shouting at me. I was afraid he was going to strike me, so I left. Lesson learned???? Stay away from THAT Qual. INN

    Desk staff did not speak English. I asked for a late check out I had or the desk clerk checked me out. When I pointed out what you get done, he was unable to discuss it. Breakfast was a total cheap out. Coffee was cold everything prepackaged and not of any quality at all.

    The hotel is in disrepair, our room reeked of smoke, the window next to ours was taped together with blue duct tape, bedding was lumpy, juice machine out of order. And the price? $167 through Expedia!!! Outrageous!!

    The room needed a deep clean and maintenance to come in and paint, fix trim, repair furniture, etc. It appears someone may come in to change the sheets, empty the trash and vacuum. But there was dirt buildup in each corner of the room. Also, the wifi didn't work and when I called the front desk to see if perhaps I had the incorrect password it rang and rang with no answer. For $170 (that included tax) I was extremely disappointed.

    The first room we were given was dirty. The sheets had cigarette burn marks, and there was cigarette ash in the bedside table. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. The TV had no remote; when we requested one, they brought it, but the TV would not work properly. They moved us to another room, which was marginally better in cleanliness. We went out to dinner, and when we got back, neither of our door key cards would work, and the staff couldn’t get them to work either. They had to let us into the room with an administrative key card of some kind. In short - a terrible property and a terrible experience.
