Great staff and free parking.

Our room was completely uninhabitable: * **Bed bugs** were found in the bedding. * The bathroom was filthy and uncleaned. * lights were not working We left immediately without staying the night. Please process a full refund to my card.

Super friendly staff in the mornings, quiet building. Air conditioning that worked well. The room size was nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Room smelled a bit upon arrival and was fairly muggy. The floors felt a bit dirty, like they'd been swept but hadn't been washed in a while.

The good: the fridge was a decent size and it has a microwave. Ice was located nearby. Property was easy to locate. The front desk was nice. Overall not great but if its just for one night it's passable.

Hotel is not very well maintained definitely dirty. In a lot of places I would not recommend.

Our bathroom was the worst part of the room: Permanent stains in the bathtub, missing and broken parts, hair not cleaned out of the bathtub, the shower head didn't have much pressure (more water came out of the tub spigot than the shower head). The sink also had permanent stains on it. The fan was so noisy that we couldn't use it. There was a dead cockroach on the desk when we arrived. The walls and ceiling are paper-thin, and you can hear what your neighbors are doing. The breakfast is a huge joke - non-existent. It's only coffee, two kinds of juice and some mini muffins - not a real breakfast by any stretch of the imagination (the hotel booking site I used for this place said they had a free breakfast). Do not stay at this hotel. It's an awful, run-down, dirty place that's not worth your money.

Rooms were not clean, door handle fell off and was hard to lock, water dripping all night from the shower. The other room my friend stayed in wouldn’t lock unless you were inside the room with the deadbolt, he had to put his stuff in our room when we went out.

I can pretty well stay anywhere. This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. It was late and we needed a place to sleep or would have went elsewhere . Towels were all stained , bed sheets moldy Just overall terrible . Do not stay here

The facility does need some updates. Yes, the room door handle needing to be "lifted and jiggled" to close. The shower/bath faucet dripped. There are some cosmetic issues. And the "breakfast" was just coffee and juice. However... The price was right, we felt safe, and it is close to a grocery store and convenience stores. Overall, we would stay here again.

Staff was nice. BUT…. when we went to the room we were very disappointed, was dirty, floors, bathroom etc.. Bed covers has cigarette burns, it was so dirty on the side of the mattress:( lamp was missing a lightbulb. I saw Wyndham on website, and assume it was a ok, but it’s nothing like the pictures. Didn’t leave because I had no where else to stay and didn’t want to fight over a refund. I don’t recommend, Needs a lot of upgrades.

Entire hotel smelled like a weed dispensary. Homeless guy out front begging for change was an interesting touch. Water pressure in shower was the weakest I’ve ever had. Everything looked worn out and run down. Won’t be staying there again.

The only positive was the night desk lady who literally knew everything and was super helpful & personable.

Location, staff The room SMELLS so BAD that we could NOT stay all night and LEFT less than 1/2 hour after arriving at 10 PM to drive about 1.5 hours to go home I’ve rented at least 100 rooms over the last 4 years with Doris Tevault and it was the worst experience and the first I’ve ever abandoned. The room had multiple roaches walking around in plain view and I didn’t want to bring them home with me in my luggage

There’s no breakfast at this location, I’m here cause my truck in shop, tried to explain to the woman my company paid for hotel for two additional days, still kicked me out and made me stranded. Made my accommodation better, than kicking me out. I’m not a local, I’m not from here. A simple phone call to verify would have cleared this all up.

The staff were friendly and housekeeping was amazing. I don’t like that they only allow you stay for 1 week out of the month. I was on vacation with my 3 kids and didn’t want to be to far from family. I also don’t like that they say they have a complimentary breakfast and the only thing they put out is coffee and orange juice. NOTHING ELSE!

the house keepers stole my watch and the owners did nothing to help me like they were in on it but I filed a police report

Arrived around 8pm for check in. Nobody at desk probably waited 3-5 min before clerk showed up. They were friendly and helpful though. Room was not the best. Couldnt get the tv to work. Hairdryer did not work, bathroom mirror and metal table lamps rusty. No drain plug in the tub. Mattress saggy and noisy getting in and out. Refrigerator worked but wobbled and no freezer section. Heater /AC worked but could have used a clean filter. Ice machine in hall appeared newer and worked. Breakfast was only an offering of one kind of mini muffins. Coffee was not readily available and there was no creamer or milk offered. In room coffee packs ok. Housekeeping was friendly and checked on what we needed every day. Housekeeping did mention that the hotel was contracted for upgrades soon. Hope so! Despite the little room inconveniences we still enjoyed our vacation/visit in Richmond.

Okay first off the entire bathroom needs to be updated. The hair dryer I don't literally hold the plug into the outlet so that I could dry my hair because otherwise it would not work. Which by the way the hair dryers are basically from the '70s. The chair in our room look like something that came from the dump. The noise was terrible I could hear the people above us and around us. Woke up at 6:00 the last morning and I noise everywhere and I'm wondering if people even went to bed. Beds were clean and comfortable. Hotel needs to be updated internally and externally.

I stayed at this property overnight. If you are low funds and need something for a night this MIGHT work for you. The bed look used. Sheets and comforters are stained and old. The bathtub was stained and looked dirty. Wear shower shoes for sure. Rags and towels also looked old and used. This property is due for renovation.

The door would not close when I asked the front desk I was told to turn the handle and close it. Breakfast was a few fruits in a basket. I would not recommend this location to any one

Power outage 24 hours before arrival and was known to be out for 48 hours. The hotel did not call to inform us that we would not be able to stay at hotel. We arrived and were turned away with and are still trying to get a refund 5 days later .

If I could give no stars, I would. I knew the moment I walked into the lobby, there was something wrong. It smelled like a sewer. It was so hard to breath in there. I put my bag on a table and I went over to the desk to tell the woman that I wanted to cancel my reservation. The reservation that had just made less than 4 hours ago. She informed me that because I booked through Expedia, I had to take it up with them. There was absolutely nothing she could do. I had been driving 12+ hours and could barely keep my eyes open so my friend and I decide to just get to the room. We walked in and it didn't smell much better than the lobby. I took the coverlet off the bed and to put on the desk. I wanted to throw up! The blanket underneath had fresh stains all over it. I pulled the blanket down to see if the sheets were clean. Not only did they look dirty, they were urine and blood stained. You could smell the urine. We immediately picked up our things, went to the desk to inform the woman working of the issues and told her that there was no way I would be staying in that hotel.

When housekeeping entered my room, they did not make the bed or clean the room. No big deal. They did take all the towels and washclothes leaving not a single piece in the room. This was a big deal. Left me scratching my head as well as the desk clerk that retreived towels and wash clothes for us. Overall the price was great. I did not set a high bar for this stay. Unfortunately they did not even reach the low bar.

I didn't like that in my bathroom there was long black hairs on the sink, floor and in the shower. I'm balled its not from me.

The hotel room had clearly not been cleaned. The window was open, probably to get the smoke smell out of the room. The floor throughout the whole hotel room was sticky, there were hairs on the toilet and all of the towels, the bathroom door would not lock, there was paper stuffed into the peep hole on the door. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke, including the elevator, and the only reason I spent the night in the room was because every other hotel in the city was booked due to a convention.

The floor throughout the whole hotel room was sticky, there were hairs on the toilet and all of the towels, the bathroom door would not lock, there was paper stuffed into the peep hole on the door. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke, including the elevator, and the only reason I spent the night in the room was because every other hotel in the city was booked due to a convention.

Maid service did not leave fresh towels two days in a row. Certain areas continually smelled of marijuna, very unpleasant. Building is in need of an upgrade.

You get what you pay for , hot water issues, ac leaked , no room service or towels after first night had to ask desk . Tonya was very helpful that is the only positive I can say .. what breakfast? Only mini muffins smell of pot and smoke rooms dated cigarette burns in sheets and comforters in a non smoking room

Tina, the lady at the front desk, is very helpful and right to the point. She is also warm welcoming and made my day. Though the rooms were so sanitary looking Tina made up for it with her charm. Parking was easy and accessible, it was close to a convenient store to purchase things. If you’re looking to save a few bucks, and just wanna have the bare minimum and to just stay for the night I’d recommend this place.

The room was clearly not non smoking as requested (cover up spray used). The chair (loose foot pad) and bed were comfortable. Room 111 for reference. The “breakfast item” was mini muffins. The coffee in the room and at check in was fine.

The breakfast consisted of apple juice or one other juice, coffee, and about 10 mini muffins. The hallway and lobby smelled terrible. The room didn’t smell bad (until we turned on the AC unit). The parking lot is well lit and the motel wasn’t hard to find, but looks very run down compared to the pictures. Overall, I would not recommend staying here, and I would def think twice before choosing this option and do not consider this hotel because “breakfast” is offered and cost efficiency.

Needs to be completely replaced.

Breakfast was basically nonexistant.

I have called numerous times to complain that there is no hot water in the bathroom and was told it was out of their control. I asked to be moved to another room and was denied.. and now it's 615 am and their is no breakfast out in the lobby and was told they did not know when it would be put out.

Place to sleep. Not much else to say. Handle on bathtub broken off Door handle on inside of room was loose. Curtain was broken and hanging off side. But bed was comfortable and place was quiet so sleep well

Wasnt expecting much for the price, and the previous reviews warned of the condition of this place, but i was short on cash and need to change my hotel to save money. The reviews definitely werent lying, the only thing i didnt see was mold, but i saw cockroaches, dirty and dust layers over some surfaces, stains on the walls and mattress, there was dirt in between the bed sheets. The bathroom was visibly cleaner but the sink didnt drain well causing it to fill up if you run it for longer than 15 seconds. The bathtub/shower was stained and honestly i waant sure to trust it so i ended up showering at planet fitness. There was garbage left behind in some of the drawers, the window blinds were half broken. I regret not taking pictures but i dont normally leave reviews. Overall i would not recommended staying at this location id look elsewhere next time i need to visit richmond.

Was the worst hotel Super 8 i stayed. Run down, breakfast was a coffee and a mini muffin. Won’t use it again.

It is rundown, did not feel safe after dark. Hallways were noisy at night. Breakfast was a joke! Bed was very lumpy and the head of bed was much lower than the foot of bed!

The room wasn’t the cleanest I have ever seen. They had attempted to clean it though. As we opened our room door the smell of Clorox was very strong. Beds are hard. One of my biggest complaints is that it says they have breakfast which is supposed to be coffee juice and muffins. But both mornings I never seen any muffins put out. On Sunday morning was trying to sleep in but at 830 the cleaning crew knocked on the door and woke us up. There was no do not disturb hanger for the door. Don’t recommend staying here.

I was very pleased with my stay at this Super 8. Checked in well past midnight and didn't call because I couldn't find the phone number on my reservation. The front desk lady couldn't have been nicer! She was extremely friendly and helpful and definitely provdided service with a smile even at 2:30 am!! The room was clean and I had no issues at all. The A/C unit was dated but for the price, I couldn't have been happier! :)

Woke up to being bitten by BEDBUGS!! I asked the guy about getting my room switched this SOB told me “ it’s nothing he can do! Then 10 minutes later he comes up to the room & proceeds to tell me the same thing. Talking about MAD!!! I gathered my things, straight to the laundromat. Strongly DO NOT SUGGEST!!!! I’m NEVER GOING Back

This wasn't quite was what is expected but it's an I would say 2 star hotel

The breakfast was nothing to write home about. Bathtub, bedspreads and towels were stained.

Nobody expects much from a 2 star hotel and this place delivered. Fine for an overnight, but not above average anywhere. Breakfast was poor in terms of other 2 stars I've recently visited. Broken door safety latch along with an expired WiFi security certificate didn't help.

The whole experience was terrible. The smell in the hallway was really bad. Got to the room and everything was dirty. The tv didnt work, I went to call the front desk, but the receiver was stuck to the phone. We left and went to a Marriott. Never again!

Old, worn out hotel. Free breakfast was a joke. First day there was 1 bowl with 5 tiny muffins.

The workers were all very friendly. The place needs a makeover. A lot of things were rusted. Breakfast was a mini muffin and strawberry or apple juice or coffee.

In town for the Richmond Race. Stayed 2 nights. The staff was excellent! Room was clean but the hotel seriously needed updating. However, it was comfortable and served our purpose. Would definitely stay there again. I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff!

There was mold on the shower curtain. The room was damp, like a basement. The bedding had what looked like cigarette burn holes. There was a hole in the wall near the bed boards. the A/C unit had dust and mold covering the vents. Breakfast was 6 or so tiny muffins.
