    This hotel canceled my reservation without calling or emailing because they were overbooked. I showed up tired and far away from home thinking I had a place to stay. And as if that's not enough, the hotel was still advertising rooms on hotels.com for the same night they canceled. What is the point of having a "reservation" that's not really a reservation? Do not book this hotel!!

    I booked in February and got the trip insurance and the motel gave out rooms away. After we called 4 days before and said we would be coming in late and they said ok. Got there late and they left us stranded. The manager ghost me. Not a great place to count on!!

    A bare room,terrible mattress,no tv,hallway carpet so filthy you couldn’t see color of carpet,luggage carts broken apart left in hallway, elevator floor was dirty , pet smells were discusting,lobby area not welcoming, bare light bulbs with no shade.     Nothing In spite of my confirmation, I was told that there wasn't a double room available. The staff attempted to put my friend and I in a single room that was small already and put another bed in there. When I saw the room, how the hotel smelled like the dogs that were going in and out of the hotel, and how stained the carpets were in the hallway, I had them cancel my reservation and went to another hotel. I'll never book at a Motel 6 ever again, and maybe not Booking.com either.

    Busy weekend in area. They tried to turn us away even though we had a reservation because they were overbooked and suggested the other area hotels which were also fully booked. Said they called, but did not leave a message. They did give us a room in the end.

    Wasn’t nothing right about this place and nothing works. The halls and stairwell stinks the elevator didn’t work. The staff was confused and lost about my reservation. Guest were about to fight each other guest stoking ppl food. I was in a suite with a kitchenette they had no pots or pans no utensils no cups or anything for you to cook with. Front desk was rude or blissful when you stated these things to them also didn’t accommodate any of above problems. They said the room was clean but it had a strong odor of urine and something else coming from the comforter. I cut on the microwave on 30 secs to check n test it and it almost blew up I open the door it’s fully exposed metal. One of the worst places ever please don’t waste your money or time there!

    The worst experience there was a error on the hotel part my husband was kicked out the hotel by a rude employee who had there wrong information because he was paid up for 3more days and the employee called the police stating my husband hadn’t paid for the day. After the employee named Kevon realized he was wrong he still had my husband removed from motel, I called to clear up mistake employee refused to give me his names and hung up the phone on me 3 times. This Motel is so unprofessional the employee was poorly dressed rude will never stay here again. I tired to called cooperate office no answer to number no way to reach anyone will be contacting a lawyer in this matter

    I’ve stayed at ur hotel recently in different occasions, the receptionist was rude and with an attitude , no soup to take a shower , at one point I left the key inside the room and he told me that they didn’t have more keys to let me in and the last time there were no tv at the room. Terrible experience . Won’t come back .

    Absolutely nothing this place is gross The room I paid for was y clean or available. The room I was given was so visibly dirty we just left. There was pubes on the toilet. Cigarette burns all over the bed. Dirt gathered up in the corners hand printed on the mirrors. Sticky God knows what on the counter tops. It was terrible

    Booked a kitchenette and the only thing that came in it was a full size refrigerator and a microwave. No stove or anything as advertised in the booking. Then I saw a roach crawling near the bathroom door on the first night of my two night stay. I would not recommend staying here if you have the funds to stay somewhere else. This place is only if you're broke and have no other options.

    We did not stay. We could not stay. It was the nastiest nightmare I had ever been in. You could not tell what color the hall carpet used to be. When we got to our room, there was a roach that crawled across the floor. The cigarette smoke smell just inside the door to go down the hall would knock you down. I have no idea how this place ever got an 8 rating.

    The sink faucet was broken. The toilet was broken. The bathroom door wouldn't close and we had to use a litter box to shut the door to use the bathroom. There was no smoke alarm and the security lock was broken. There were ants and roaches. We asked for toilet paper and they said they didn't have any, so we have to buy our own. I booked a non smoking room and they put us in a smoking room with a little sign on the front of the room saying it was a smoking room. We asked to move rooms and the lady at the front lied to my face and told me it was a non smoking room and that she couldn't do anything about previous people smoking in the rooms. The staff does the absolute bare minimum and the only time anyone came to fix the broken things was the day before we were leaving. Oh, there were stains on the blankets and so much dust in the room that I had to use my rescue inhaler twice a night. There was mold in the tub and under the shower head. Old food stains and roach feces on the wall. The curtains were so dusty I don't think they were ever washed. The carpet in the halls were covered in old stains and they smelled like trash and flies were buzzing around. It's either lazy housekeepers or not enough staff to keep things clean. The first day we checked it, there was some guy walking laps around the building talking to himself and arguing at people. I think he was high something, but it didn't make me feel very safe, especially when there was no security lock. Lots of noisy tenants.

    The one reason I will stay there ever not cause of the motel,but for one staff she is the supervisor she’s amazing I wish I can remember her name and how to spell it.But overall the motel was a mess the house keeper try there best to keep it clean but the property manager need to put some money in that place and get it fix.Its really a shame how I even emailed the property manager/management and never got a response and it’s been a week ago I checked in on 4/10 I sent an email on 4/11 and now it’s 4/24 and never got a reply back. I see that people go into business ONLY for the money but never for both (customer service) how rude!!!

    What can I say? The hotel, as soon as we walked in I saw the sink, the two eyes for cooking, and the refrigerator in the table in the corner. Then you look at the bed, the bed is leaning on one side. All of the outlets in the room we're hanging from the walls, I went in the bathroom to take a shower, and drop my clothes on the floor to get in the shower and the vent in the bathroom was black and nasty. Look like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Later on, I went in the bathroom to go use the restroom and I saw a roach - not even a baby roach it was a pregnant roach and it was huge! It was running in between the walls in which I would not be able to reach it! When I made my dinner I made sure that I had to put a top or cover up my steak that I made and make sure that I closed all containers, pick my book bag up off the floor clothes every zipper and that made sure there was no way that any roaches could get inside of my backpack for me to carry anywhere else, because I was not going to have that problem. Long story short, I would never go to this hotel again, the money was not worth it and it would have to be a last resort for me. Miss Nancy at the front desk, she was amazing with me, and she accommodated me, no questions asked so I am very grateful for her! That's about it... you guys need pest control badly!

    The mattresses in my room and in my son's room were ancient & gave no support. Every lighting fixture that accommodated more than one bulb had ONLY 1 bulb. There was no soap with which to shower. The air vent above the shower was filthy and I found a live roach between the bed and the night stand. The hallways were littered and the elevator car interior panels were beaten and broken. We had reserved two rooms for 3 nights. we could only stand one night efore checking out.

    Folks were smoking in the hallways. There were roaches in the rooms. My commode had ducktape around the bottom of it..yes, ducktape. Holes behind the bathroom door had been patched and not painted after the patching was done. Ducktape over something above the shower. The shower head dripped all night long after using. Carpets in the hallways were dirty and stained. Noone even vacuumed the carpets. Staff seemed like they didn't even want to be there. It was just terrible. Not a good place to stay at all.

Very dirty, needs to be condemned, smells awful, roaches, trash through hallways, holes everywhere, toilet seat fell completely off, tv didnt work and it reminded me of a big trap house. The employees live in the motel, the maintenance man came behind us with a screw gun asking if we needed help in our room knowing the locks on the doors don't work because it pushed right open. I have never felt so unsafe and disgusted in my life. The woman at the front desk had an attitude as soon as we walked in and it got even worst when we came back down to give her a long list of reasons why we didn't want to stay. Very unprofessional, very unsafe, very dirty and needs to be shut down immediately.

    Upon entering the new room, I was met again by another roach on the ground. At this point, I was done moving my things and didn't feel like dealing with the front desk, so I just killed it and moved on. Luckily, there was not another roach in sight for the rest of my time there. But the conditions of this lobby are abysmal. All the hallways are super hot and smell like smoke. Even the nonsmoking rooms smell intensely of smoke because they put their smoking rooms right beside nonsmoking rooms. One day, as I was leaving to go to the amusement park as, I was entering the lobby. I was met with a wall of bugs flying around, and I had to swat my way through the lobby while the employees watched me. On top of that I was almost walked in on twice. Luckily, I used the door stop, or else I would have been walked in on while I was sleeping. I ended up checking out early due to the hotel and room conditions.

    Disgusting room that smelled like old cigarettes and made me feel like i was gonna come back with bed bugs. Literal holes in the walls in thr hallways, what looked like blood stains on the carpet in the hallway. We didnnt even stay, ee checked out immediately and went elsewhere.

    Expedia promised be a certain type room that was not available when I arrived. Instead I was directed to see if another room that may or may not have someone in it was good enough. Since it was late at night and I needed a place to sleep, but it was barely clean and looked to be under repairs with no fixtures over the lightbulbs above the bed and splotches on the wall.

    I liked the location but there were no ice buckets.. no extra clean small trash bags at the front desk so i could even use one to get ice.. the carpet in the hallway was seriously gross and the poor front desk person was had to work in a building with no AC.. only the rooms had it

    The elevator and rooms were in terrible condition. There were holes in the walls stuffed with tissue. The bathroom was in terrible condition with holes in the ceiling. The AC unit was dirty and had gaps all around it. Ants were in the room. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The security latch was broken on the door.

    Didn’t know there was a difference between studio 6 and motel 6. There wasn’t any pot etc in the motel 6. I was only told just studio6 only has that.

    The room was dirty, had a hard time getting the door to open, bathroom door wouldn't latch closed. Stayed 3 nights, no one changed the trash, or gave us fresh bedding. there was a gap around the front door, you could see right out. The worst part was the BUGS.

    Facilities are clearly old and the signs of the age are everywhere. The place is really well located and the staff is super helpful and compensate the aged location. Frankly is a good place to stay for a reasonable price.

    Got to the room at 5pm check in was at 3 so the room SHOULD have been ready to go, but I walk into the room and it’s filthy beds not made, trash still in the room, etc. I was told to ask the housekeeper if they could clean it they spoke no English so I used my translator to ask told her the lady at front desk told me to ask if she could come clean the room I was checking into she said “I’m sorry but to be honest our schedule is over, so we can’t” I went back to the desk and informed the lady what the housekeeper said. They ended up finding a new room to put me in. Didn’t offer any type of reimbursement for the money I already paid. After the hassle with getting checked in, we got woken up at 1am to 3 people opening the room door they were given a key to the room I’m guessing the system didn’t get updated to us getting switched to that room so they thought it was vacant. It did smell like smoke thru the entire motel which was posted as non smoking. But they had called me at 10:30 in the morning asking me to go ahead and pay for my room to keep my reservation because they were so busy and it was the weekend and if I didn’t pay already they would cancel my reservation so they knew I was coming so the room should have been done way prior to me getting there to check in. It was just stressful because I had just driven almost 5 hours with 3 kids and couldn’t even go to the room without any issues..then had people entering in the middle of the night. The front desk staff was helpful

    On Monday, we weren't bothered. Tues a different mgr came to the rm and said the music was too loud. Which it wasn't. My husband and i turned the music off. Yesterday, Wednesday, the mgr that lives on the premises came to the rm twice. The first time she said it was another noise complaint. Mind you, my husband and i were leaving everyday and coming back in the evenings. So on Wednesday the second time she came back she had the police with her saying that we needed to leave. We were out all day yesterday and when we got back in, i went straight to sleep, my husband was watching tv. The phone kept ringing during our whole stay. When we questioned why, she stated that it was another noise complaint. How do you get another noise complaint in less than 5 min? I will NEVER go back there. I want my money back at this point. I paid too much to have my stay to be chaos for no reason.

    It was supposed to be decent, but boy was the room dirty, with holes in the doors. The toilet had poop from someone using it before. Toothpaste stains everywhere. Room smelled like cigarettes. Only bedsheets were partially clean with plenty of stains. There were no blankets. Had to ask for some from the front desk. The ones the gave us had cigarette stains and stains from spills on them and smelled. Elevator was in terrible shape. Front desk receptionist smelled like weed. In the middle of the night something bit my son's arm and we took our stuff and moved out of there at 2 AM, got refund. Stay away. I wish I could attach the pics I took.

    Perfectly fine place, although I suspect not for everyone: I think the location is used by families who are in transition, and I was one of very few people staying for only a few nights. Doesn't concern me, as the price was right plus the location

    Bedbugs. Stove didn’t work in the kitchenette. Bathroom door was off henges. Had to wait 3 hours to check in because room was not ready. Only one way in and out. Tons of people loitering outside. Only pro is the price and staying in the same room with new reservations for extensions.
