Where shall I begin? The moment we walked in; I was overcome with a sense of calm and relaxation! The lobby was spotless; well-cooled and most alluring! The room was amazing and imagine my surprise to find the bathroom stocked with Dove products for sensitive skin; which are the ONLY kind I can use! The breakfast was great; and I'm looking for that wonderful Costa Coffee on-line. When we return to the VA area; THIS WILL BE OUR GOTO every time. And I truly appreciate the professionalism and courteous of all of the staff; GREAT PLACE!!!!

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the lobby was clean and welcoming. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, though the pillows were a bit too soft. Breakfast was what you’d expect, with clean serving areas and food set up thoughtfully with safety in mind. The pool was a nice bonus, and having a gas station and restaurants nearby was convenient. Parking wasn’t free, but the cost was reasonable. I would have appreciated non-dairy milk options and hot chocolate, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

I didn’t sleep for three nights. The doors are paper thin. Every pin that dropped in the hallway was heard. The neighbors tv was on blast until 5am each night. It was my fault for not going to the front desk. Staff was great. Place was clean. Still would not go back.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. They accommodated us with nice rooms when there was a mix up out of their control. Breakfast was super yummy. Didn't realize staying on the 4th floor made it sound like the planes were going to land in our room. Also no fault of the hotels but it was a group of girls staying next door who partied till after 2 am after being asked nicely to please turn down the volume so we could sleep.

The cleaning staff didnt change the sheets when requested. They just staighten up the bed. But other than that the stay was a pleasant expierence.

Nice place to stay for a night before my flight left. I booked last minute due to troubles with a previous hotel and I got the studio sized room! Very nice and slept well.

Location was great - 1 mile from the airport & easy to find. Room was immaculate. Breakfast had multiple good choices (omelette, sausage & biscuits, pancakes) plus fresh fruit. Great front desk personne. No fan in bathroom. Bathroom a little dated but functional.

Bed was hard as a rock and the other patrons were very loud ALL through the night. Room was clean, pool was nice, breakfast was ok.

We were disappointed that the mini fridge never got cold and the shower pressure wasn’t that great. The biggest issue was the loudness of the slamming doors of other rooms—very disrupting.

I did not see a hot tub but other than that the hotel was ok.

Gloria with breakfast was amazing so helpful my son is autistic she didn’t know and just was so helpful the pancake machine messed up she brought him French toast while she changed the belt just so helpful

It was close to the airport, but so are many other hotels. The property was filthy, the hallway on the first floor was flooded and the carpet soaked. The hotel is really dated and subpar. I actually look for Holiday Inn Express to stay in, but will be changing after this experience. My daughter had just went through two tummy surgeries, and I was not expecting a dirty hotel!

We chose to stay at the hotel for the pool and it because it listed a hot tub onsite. We came three days early before our wedding with the sole purpose to use the hot tub and pool. The whole time the pool was closed and not working and there was not a hot tub. We tried to get our money back and couldn’t. The food was decent. It was a let down and we did not get to relax.

The food and coffee was great! Getting a shuttle from the airport to the hotel was smooth. However, the bathroom layout was a bit tight for 3 adults. There was ants in the room. I was looking forward to the hot tub but it was closed during the early part of the afternoon after check in. Getting a shuttle from the hotel to the airport was terrible. I waited over 30 minutes and decided to get an Uber. Also, the staff really didn’t go above and beyond. I asked if I could store my luggage there since my flight was later in the evening and was told no.

The beds and room were nice but just a couple of things. For one I read there was supposed to be a hot tub and they didn’t have it there. Secondly, the bathtub was not the cleanest, there was a huge yellow ring around it. The staff was very friendly and their breakfast was good.

I was not thrilled with the air conditioning only because the fan did not shut off the whole time. Not a big noise person so this kind of drove me crazy. The swimming pool in this particular facility is not heated and that was really a bummer. Other than that everything was excellent

The day before we left, I left out our dirty towels and a empty box of tissues outside the door. Instead of them replacing and putting them back in our room new towels and a box of tissues was left on the floor outside our room which I thought was odd

Everyone of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet. Breakfast was really excellent, fresh with a different selection of hot items each day we were there. And we really appreciated having fresh coffee available in the lobby all day. We had a wonderful stay.

The toilet in our room didn’t flush when we got there. We asked for another room but the hotel was booked. The front desk person suggested to jiggle the inside of the toilet on our own. A maintenance person was never sent.

The 1st room was leaking water all over the bathroom from the ceilingand was flooded, the second room that they gave us as an(upgrade for our troubles) we entered our room and was hit with smells that were so bad we did not even wanna leave our suitcases in there to go downstairs to speak to the night clerk. It was so pungent and nasty. We had to get another room. The property around this place is kind of wooded and there were people hanging out in the parking lot drinking and we saw a prostitute. I would not suggest this property to anyone. I travel very frequently to Florida and the Florida Keys. (about every two months). If you are looking to have a clean room and can go to sleep with feeling secure in your hotel room, this is not the hotel for you. The night clerk was very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay for the price. Easy check in/out. Clean pool and room. My stay at the hotel was very good. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety and selection of items. The front desk personnel, the breakfast attendant and the maids were very nice and provided excellent service. The bonus is that its right near the airport. Loved it!! Thank you.

Excellent service and consideration of my senior limitations both from the desk clerk and the shuttle driver. Both went beyond what was necessary. In the morning I asked for a late check out and the accommodation was made without any angst. It is so nice to have things be done easily.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here. It was very clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast has a great variety of foods, and the free cookies in the afternoon was a nice added touch. They also offer a free shuttle to the airport, which was right on time, even with bad weather and the area experiencing a power outage at the time. Thanks for the great hospitality!

This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. But I specifically put in my search area for a hotel with a hot tub and this one advertised it had one. It does not! This is false advertising and I was extremely disappointed.

Had my purse stolen out of my room, room was locked. Manager couldn’t be bothered (never reached out and I never even laid eyes on him/her). It was incredibly unsettling and although the night clerk was kind, the management did nothing.

Check in was quick and staff is pleasant. Shower handle trim was stuck and loose (was pulling from the wall). The trim was clean and the bed is comfortable.

Sherry, the check in attendant, was a gem! Expedia dropped the ball and my reservation never went through, even the next morning it was not in their system although I received multiple confirmation emails. She was very patient with me while I tried to figure it out. Expedia customer service was no help. She said she would keep an eye out for the Expedia reservation and cancel my payment through the hotel if it ever came through so I would not be charged twice. I would stay here again but probably won’t be using Expedia to do so.

It was a pleasant experience for this price range

We had a nice stay. Staff was great. Service was great. Location was great. A jacuzzi would have been sweet. There's too much chlorine in the pool, and we had cockroaches in our room.

front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. i had to use the computer and it was so convenient for me to be able to use it since i had forgot my laptop on my trip. rooms were clean, i just wish they mopped the floor area around the bathroom and entrance. other than that stay was very nice and quiet.

Hotel check in was easy and quick. Room was at the end of the hall over top the lobby which meant any noise downstairs was heard in the room which was a little annoying. Hotels on the same strip, you don’t hear the planes going by as easily but this one you can hear it well. Overall a decent one night stay.

The second guest room’s television did not work. Called several times to get someone to check on it and no one responded. Otherwise, it was a comfortable. Staff was professional too.

Old and not super clean. Lots of paint stains in bathroom and hair in tub

Breakfast and front desk staff are very helpful and communicate well. Great food option in the morning.
