Easy access off 95. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. There wasn’t a mall or shopping plaza close by.

The location to Kings Dominion. The other hotels near the park looked subpar. It's also close to several food options within walking distance. One of which shares the same parking area. Breakfast was decent. The pool was good for children. The cost is a little higher, but it's worth it.

Convenient to where we were going. Air conditioning unit was very loud.

Room was clean. I wish they put trash bags in the trash cans. The waffle maker is not available during the week which is disappointing.

We got an upgrade, the room was so clean, & the staff was so friendly. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. Thank you! See you next year! :)

Mold in the shower! Small room! Breakfast was not good, like hardly any food and lots of things out! Staff could’ve been friendlier! Not enough towels and washcloths, had to ask for more! Pool is small as heck!!

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Monday evening May 4. Overall, the property is clean and the service is quite nice. The rooms are small compared to other similar hotels. I did not care for the pillows as they were quite hard. To be fair, my spouse had no issues. I did use the fitness center and it is spacious with up to date equipment and plenty of towels. I was surprised that they charged me an amenities fee of $20. Not sure what this was for and I should have asked but forgot to do so. I generally find Hampton Inn and Suites to be a better value but no big complaints with this property.

Very friendly staff, a quiet room even though it wasn’t far from the elevator, and a free breakfast with a good variety of choices all contributed to a very comfortable stay. I would definitely go back.

Something about the bed and bed sheets here are amazing. I had the best sleep of my life here. Showers were strong, and big. Rooms were a good size. I liked being here. Some towels were yellow? They were clean but just yellow and old. Rooms felt old but fine. Breakfast was all eggs nothing else. I still ate it and it was good but was hoping for more meats and veggies

The only downside was the evening front desk staff. When I called to ask for extra towels the night we arrived, I was told I needed to come down to get them myself, which was a little disappointing. My flight home from EWR to TPA was cancelled at the last minute (at boarding time) so I had to rent a car & drive 19 hrs. I needed to stop along the way. The hotel is new and modern, with modern, clean rooms with all the amenities. The main floor has a bar, the breakfast was included and was excellent. Every member of the staff was very pleasant. It was great. There wasn't anything about it I didn't like.

The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the pack and play we used was in great condition. Breakfast was also great both mornings we were there. The beds were a little worn and uncomfortable but our only real complaint was the indoor pool. We were really hoping to use it more, but it was freezing.

Super clean, renovated this past May. Staff was all super friendly and helpful. Food at breakfast was actually really good. Parking easy with no hidden cost. Lots of food options nearby and nicer dining options within a ten minute drive. Perfect stop for our road trip from CT to SC. Would DEF stay here again.

Great location. Food in walking distance. Room was clean. Upon arrival the front desk clerk did not treat me the same as she did the person ahead of me. She seems to have been very attentive to him. She wasn’t friendly to me. Very robotic. Did not tell me about breakfast the next morning as she told the other person just asked me to swipe my card and handed me the key. The front desk clerk the next morning was very friendly when I checked out. The water in pool was extremely cold. The bed and pillows were hard.

Room was a lot smaller than other Marriott's we stayed at. Pool was freezing. Refrigerator did not keep drinks cold. The toilet paper was the cheapest ever.

When we first checked in and got our room it smelled like cigarettes, my son has asthma so we brought it up to the front desk and they were very accommodating and moved us fast even though it was no fault of theirs just people suck and don't follow the rules! However they handled it so well and breakfast was great. Very clean. The pool was cold but very nice area.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Front desk was rude and lazy. Room wasn’t ready at check in time of 3:00. I needed to get into the hotel room to get ready for an event. I ended up running late . We didn’t get into the room until 3:25. Rooms should be ready by check in time. I am paying for a room from 3pm- 11am then the room needs to be ready. Hire more housekeeping if you can’t make the check in deadline for the rooms to be ready! A lack of planning on your part is not the customer’s problem. You knew the hotel was sold out and didn’t plan accordingly. I could say a few choice words about the lazy worker at the front desk but I won’t.

Quick access to I95 and handicapped room What could've been better is better sound barrier between rooms. Noisy next door guests were annoying. I could hear them talking clearly enough to understand what they were saying. Possibly if my room wasn't "connected" to next door it might've been quieter. Also, the heating/ac unit made a lot of disturbing noises as if it was on its last leg. (room 121). The front ran out of creamer for the coffee and it was 6am.

That they were doing construction right above my room and woke me up in the morning.

Stayed here for the night for a quick rest stop on our drive up from Florida. The front desk woman was very welcoming and nice. Our room was clean and comfy. Large walk-in shower. I also had my dog with me and the area outside was perfect for her. There were a couple of places to grab a quick bite around the hotel as well. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Great overnight stay after a long drive. All staff very friendly and provided great service. Hot breakfast was decent. Great location to the interstate and a few places to eat and shop right outside the hotel. The buildings in the area look new. They gave my dog a nice gift bag.

Stopped on our way home from Hilton Head. Pleasantly surprised to find this clean comfortable and friendly hotel. We didn’t stay for the breakfast buffet, but it smelled wonderful as we checked out.

Pool was very small n very cold, website said pool open 24 hours got to hotel they said closes at 10. Bed was extremely comfortable since I have back problems. Bartender not friendly at all. Very rude. Fire pit did not work. Tub in room filled with water when you showered each time. Water did not get very hot.

Location was great near I-95 not far enough the you didn’t hear the traffic. The room was average. The shower stall had cracks and there was mildew along the caulk lines which turns me off. Otherwise room seemed clean. Bed was comfortable.

Took the family to kings dominion for the night and stayed here. Within 15 minutes of the park. Very comfy, clean hotel. Staff was friendly and hotel is close to just about anything you would need.

Everything was great BUT there is a light in the cabinet where the microwave is stored. No switch to turn it off. The light kept me up.

I stay here a lot since they allow dogs, and it’s very easy to get to from the highway. I do enjoy staying here but feel as though the rooms could be cleaner and the staff could be more friendly. Overall I had a good stay and will be returning to the property.

Great staff service and great breakfast. Only feedback is that the beds were uncomfortable and air was lacking.

Property was great but could have used a heads up when you say “Pet Friendly” yes, they accept pets but at a cost. Thought coat was way too high!

Arrived at 9PM to zero staff. Folks waiting to be checked in and no staff around. Waited a good half hour before someone showed up. No apologies. Terrible customer service. Very basic/standard accommodations for the price.

we arrived unexpectedly one evening after problems with our previous booking and the staff was wonderful. Arranged for our two rooms and looked after us well.

Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good. coffee great!! However, felt the $60 charge for a 9 lb dog was excessive. Other hotels run about $30. Big difference.
