Upon arrival, our first room had 50+ ants all over the night stand. The staff was quick to correct it with a different room. Rooms are old with stained furniture and carpets, peeling paint, and what looks like fly kills on walls. Breakfast was just OK. Gym had no cleaning supplies to wipe machines and staff couldn't understand me when I tried to obtain some.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful. What made the visit a bit challenging was noise coming from a bar down the street. It did not last long and was not a problem for the evening. The other matter was we found some strange odors in the room and in the stairwells.

Breakfast was slightly cold- but to no fault to the hotel- but the people next door at night keep going in and out slamming the door multiple times - my husband went to the front desk to ask him to address the issue or just to move us to a different room- the gentleman mentioned he would address the issue- the next morning it started back up again slamming and shutting the door- the staff was excellent!

Room 207 had a hole from door busting through drywall. Instead of a repair, they installed a plastic panel w two screws to throw me off upon arrival. Also a large group came through so it seems we got a less than favorable room. Ac unit had a musty odor. The suite itself was AMAZING. UNFORTUNATELY, the room can’t do it alone 4 star but last time was less than stellar frfr

Check in was quick, air conditioning was good and staff was friendly. Breakfast was sufficient and area was kept clean. Our room needed to be vacuumed and we had a living room chair with a broken leg. The pool was nice. The hot tub was not working. The call button on the elevator on the third floor was not working.

I can say I feel like my wife and I wasted our money on this stay. The room smelled like an ashtray, the hot tub did not work ( and this one one of the reasons I booked this hotel. The room was booked wrong in their system. The breakfast we were served this morning was cold. This was all around the worst experience when staying with this brand of grill

This is one of our favorite places to stay. We love the spacious One Bedroom King Suite. The breakfast is always excellent and the indoor pool, hot tub & gym are always nice to have as well. It would be nice if they maybe upgraded the TV's a bit as they are kind of small for the spacious rooms.

- breakfast was minimal; we didn’t even eat there -no bottle fill stations in the gym area for filtered water - elevator call button in the third floor was not working; you had to call the front desk to get them to send it to you - on check out day the phones weren’t working to call for the elevator - while packing - found a 3” cockroach in my makeup bad in the bathroom. -Check out time is noon; so that is a plus - Staff was very welcoming and friendly For the price, it was okay.

The free cookies in the evening were yummy!! I liked that it had a continental breakfast. The pool area felt like a sauna to sit in while watching my daughter and I was sweating so badly. The bed was not super comfortable and my body aches upon waking up. The tv remote did not work.

8010 W Broad Street, Country Inn & Suites, May 2026; Hotel is very run down. Elevator does not function properly and is a nuisance to deal with. Cracked glass between pool area and workout room. Had to ask at front desk for a pool towel and toilet paper for our room. All amenities were cheap quality, especially toilet paper, tissues, and small soaps, shampoo. Shower head had gap between the drywall, room curtains had holes, letting light in, bath towel was dirty/stained. Dirty carpets throughout hotel. Stairwell carpets, walls, door handles all need cleaned/replaced. Refrigerator in room was not cold upon arrival. Breakfast was just okay. Be sure to park near hotel. Neighboring business will tow you. Hotel locks their door from 11 pm until after breakfast (approximately 10 AM). Overpriced!

The room with 2 comfy queen beds, a table and chair, srge tv, microwave and mini refrigerator was roomy and comfortable. The brightly lit mirror in the bathroom was great for use in putting on make-up! The hot breakfast with waffles and eggs was good.

The hotel looks very outdated. Just everything about it is outdated. The carpet along the hallway though clean, is all stained and worn out.

There was an issue with the room (a shower leak) which I saw right away and went back to Kim who instantly moved me to another room, no problems. The wifi was easy to get on and fast. Fresh hot coffee right away at 6 when I needed it

Nothing ! We are extremely disappointed with our stay. The staff was incredibly rude throughout our visit, which immediately made us feel unwelcome. On multiple occasions, the water in our room was shut off while we were actively showering without any warning or communication. One time my fiancé was left covered in soap, and another time my child was as well. In addition to that, the floors in our room were soaking wet underneath the air conditioner for the duration of our stay, creating both an uncomfortable and unsafe environment. The cleanliness and sanitation issues were also unacceptable. We killed a cockroach inside our room, saw another in the hallway, and witnessed several cockroaches coming from the drains near the swimming pool area. For the amount of money we spent on this stay, these conditions and the treatment we received were completely unacceptable. We are highly upset and feel that this experience fell far below what was advertised and expected. We would appreciate this matter being taken seriously and some form of compensation being considered for the issues we experienced. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will never stay at another one of your establishments again, nor would we feel comfortable recommending your properties to others

My credit card was charged multiple times and over drafted my account. Now I am having to wait 5-7 days to get my refund which is ridiculous. Poor customer service.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The evening employee was the nicest person I have ever encountered at a hotel. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and breakfast. Thanks so much for a great stay!

I will definitely be back to this awesome hotel. The hotel staff was nice, the whirlpool was clean and therapeutic. In addition, the pool was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

Shower water pressure was not good at all. Room was clean and ok for couple nights stay.

Our room was very clean. Nice big bathroom. Staff was all very friendly! Small drawback of the elevator not working for the 3rd floor call button. The rest of our stay was very pleasant 😊

my room did not have a smart TV so I had to watch my apps on my phone. cable was terrible. I had to ask front desk for a remote control to even find that out. Room was clean and fairly quiet

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The AC kept the room very cool. My only complaint was that the TV kept losing signal almost every few minutes but other than that our stay was wonderful.

The downfall to this location is the homeless population that lands on his doorstep loitering on premises, using restrooms, etc. which I’m not sure how much control he has on that? But the property was clean, convenient location and priced competitive.

I accidentally clicked a three for amenities... should have been a 5. Breakfast was fresh with a lot of options. The pool/spa area was kept clean and water was clean. The area around has penty of food/entertainment options. We stay in hotels a lot for cheer comps. This s is definitely one of my best finds at bare bones costs. Also, the staff was nothing but 10 stars! Attentive. No cellphone calls while your being ignored. The rooms were also very quiet. Believe me, 100 cheerleader have a lot energy!! I did'nt hear barely a thing.

The facility was pretty run down. Peeling paint, shower head off the wall. Lady behind the desk couldn’t really communicate. Locals were hosting a party at the guests pool which made it inaccessible. Not the best experience.

The toilet in my bathroom, why does the seat have to be so low and it needs to be checked because it stopped flushing the plastic ring in the inside of the tank detached and had to be put back on to have the ability to flush.

Breakfast was fine! Employees were fine! Room old tv remote never worked! Shower old and most of all 3rd floor elevator never worked always walked down. It would go up but never came once it was requested. They knew of the problem such an unconvince!!!!

No variety for breakfast - only apples, no yogurt or muffins/pastries/wheat bread the first day. Rooms need to be updated - shower rod was hanging out of the wall, cracks/dents/marks in walls, very old, small tv, beds need to be replaced. Some issue with the elevator to the 3rd floor but we were on the first floor. Staff was friendly.

This place was awful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and will definitely never stay there again. The lady at the desk (I think she was one of the owners) has no idea what customer service is. There was a staff member who came it later that was great and very helpful. There were dirty sheets on the pull out bed, the room was very musty smelling. The elevator was filthy, and one of the pictures on the wall fell on my 28 year old grandsons head. When I reported these things to the front desk (same lady that I believe to be an owner), her response uhuh, and sorry (you could tell she could care less). Not even a real appology,. If you're thinking of going here, look again, it's not worth it.

The heater/Air conditioner was too old, it’s very loud while it was on, it keeps making a loud jump noise every 15 mins. I keep waking up every few hours. Didn’t have a good sleep at all. I had to shut off the heater in order to sleep. The toilet was very loud, everytime my husband flushes the toilet, it sounded like a gun shot. It scared me 2x during at night, while I was sleeping. It was so loud, I actually woke up. The TV needs to be changed. It’s small and the graphic sucks. Someone turn the pixel to max, and it made graphic hard to see. It was hurting my eyes. The tv remote didn’t have any buttons to fix it. The dresser doesn’t closed, it keep sliding open by itself.

Was on a business trip and just stayed one night. But it was a pretty good experience. Place was clean and cozy. Free breakfast was pretty good. But I received great service. My check out time was at 12 but i wasn't leaving town til 5pm and the staff allowed me to work in the breakfast area after breakfast ended. This was so nice and im so happy they accommodated me because they didn't have to. Would defiantly stay again.

On a scale 1-10, the Breakfast Bar was a 2. I'm not sure what the Breakfast Bar suppose to consist of, however I would think that it would be more than Scrambled Eggs, Folded egg w/cheese, Sausage(tough). It was given a 2 simply because one was able to make their own Waffle.

The amenities, especially the jacuzzi, a lot of places lack the indoor pool as well. Staff is also friendly and ready avaliable.

The room was clean, and the staff was courteous. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, convenient and clean. The breakfast (included) was solid. Overall a great value at about half the price of other hotels with fancier names. We'll come again.

Rooms were very dirty. Hair in bathroom. Hair on the towels. Hair in the shower. Floors and furniture were stained.

Our stay was okay. To start off the lobby definitely needed some updating of decor and lighting. Staff was friendly and politely explained the parking pass situation. The room was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable enough,but sink and light switches did have cracks in them. Paying around 200 a night I do expect a better room upkeep. Overall I'd give it 3 stars.

Staff was super friendly and nice (especially the lady at the front desk when I checked in). The room spacious enough for my big family. The only downside my daughter stated the pull out bed was not comfortable to sleep on. Overall enjoyed our stay.

The room smelled very moldy, the breakfast was not very good, and the building was not soundproof, because children ran through the halls above and it went on throughout our stay. I normally don’t complain, but it was not a good experience.

The cable selections were boring. no real movies or hbo access, worse than previous visits. not sure if they downgraded their capabilities.

A fight broke out in the lobby. No one came to stop it for over 10-15 minutes. Staff did finally call the police. The people above our room were running up and down so loud I had to call front desk to ask them to let them know I couldn't sleep. Bed was uncomfortable. Worst experience. Never will I stay at this hotel.

I called before booking to ensure that this place was Ada complaint and also ensure the the pool and hot tub hoist worked. I was reassured that they were. This is the only reason I booked. We live 15 minutes away but my husband has been unable to enjoy a hot tub since his accident. This has been the only thing he has been looking forward to for his birthday. The bed also was not ADA complaint and had to get the box springs taken out to just the frame and a mattress which was not comfortable. We ended up leaving because there was no point. Maintenance was just playing in their phones outside smoking and not helping the situation. I am beyond disappointed.

Location surrending hotel is not appealing . Hotel is located in area where homeless people camp, one night police were looking for a man who tried to choke woman

this hotel is quiet, safe and always clean. Parking is convenient and staff is pleasant. I appreciate for the past 3 times I have visited this hotel they were able to accommodate me with early check-in because I always arrive around Midday.

I like that they provide breakfast at no extra charge and the rooms are clean and the hotel is quiet. Parking is also convenient.

Room was a little dated rm 303 had holes in the curtains and the springs in the door either meed some grease or to br cjanhed because they door open and closing loud nouses

A party of two adults and 1 child. Bathroom floor and tub had pubics and other hairs, slow bathroom sink drain worse of all my grandson had white socks prior to playing on the carpet a couple of hours later his socks were very brown. Mattresses had dips that interfered with comfort. Never had so many issues.

I've styed here before and was pleased. Upon checking in and entering my room I noticed a huge and I do mean huge water bug hanging out on the curtain. It had to be about 1.5 inched long. I high tailed it out of there and informed the desk clerk. My room was changed at my request but the damage was already done. I was paranoid the entire night. I won't stay here again.

The bedsheets had stains on it, and when we tried the breakfast in the morning it was a bug in the orange juice.

Most of the front desk staff were quite helpful. One was slow to come to the front and seemed sleepy. We would not have reserved there if we had realized that room service was scheduled only every third day. Most of the breakfast tasted like it was cooked the day before Even the muffins did not seem very fresh. The front porch furniture as disgusting -- covered in stains and bird droppngs. When we arrived the bathroom was not well cleaned (hair on floor and in tub). After cleaning it was better. Chunks out of pant and plaster in the bathroom wall. Radisson should not have its name on a property like this if the compnay wants to preserve its reputation

There were people out front sleeping? Or doing something else? The room was absolutely disgusting! Smelled of mold and mildew. Carpet was damp. Kept my shoes on. Bedding was damp. The smell was sooo bad. Random ppl walking through parking lot. It was awful. It was too late to complain. We just wanted to go to sleep. Looked out our window and some guy just standing on the road looking at the hotel. It was 11 at night! Do not stay here!!!

Room was very comfortable. On second day of 3 night stay there was black stuff in ice machine so they closed it off but felt uneasy the the ice machine to use had just been repaired and just didn't know what was in ice. Pool was very cloudy and was closed on our last day. Not surprising since the sign on wall showed pool last tested a few days prior to arrival but disappointed as pool was majority of reason to choose hotel. Breakfast was good but seemed they replenished things running out on our last morning, such as muffins, bread, bagels. It was a decent stay.

Very courteous and nice front desk staff, but the facility is not overall what I expected from Radisson that I knew from other cities. Gym urgently needs repair or don’t even list it as part of amenities because people expect it to be in working conditions. This is 2.5 star motel.

The jacuzzi didn’t work at all. That’s the only reason I came. Bummer.

Our room keys rarely ever worked and on some tries after 10 or more attempts still failed. We were given 3 replacements and they still worked sporadically, if at all. The breakfast is fair, coffee poor. The staff is friendly. People hang out out front smoking cigarettes which have burned the plastic tables and ruined them. We will not be returning.

The stay was nice but a bit ghetto for my taste. There were a bunch of people smoking directly in front of the front entrance and they were playing loud music. Random strangers at the hotel, asking you for food etc.

To get into the lobby, there's a group of folks smoking cigarettes and weed. The furniture in the lobby was dated. Breakfast was uneventful. Best to make plans elsewhere. The rooms and bathrooms were very well kept. My issue was for room 315, the TV reception was hard to view due to so much static. I mentioned the issue to the employee in the lobby. I was informed that they couldn't do anything about. Luckily, i was dead tired and went to sleep. Mental note, will never stay or recommend a stay at your facility again. Pay the money and go somewhere else.

Only bad thing…. In evenings mostly. People sitting outside on patio. Terrible smell of pot. And in vestibule coming into hotel most of the time. But once your in, no smell.

The first room we got smelled like smoke, lamps didn't work, phone didn't work, tub was missing a stopper, and no extra blankets for the sofa bed. We were moved to another identical room that didn't have all of these problems except for one lamp that flickered and still no extra blankets, along with empty body wash. At least the breakfast was pleasant, which was included with our stay. Good variety includes eggs, sausage, waffle maker, pastries, cereal, toast, fruits, coffee and juices. Comfortable eating area with plenty of seating.

This was a most interesting stay, very outdated amenities, the ottoman in our room was ripped, the shower looks like the one in my great grandmas home built in 1958, the tv ANCIENT. Hot tub had rust… i would never stay here again. Upgrades are needed

The staff was lovely and helpful. I only wish we had be asked if we wanted to pay for the room with a different card. I was tasked with reserving the room so I had to put in a card but I wasn't supposed to pay for it. That said, it was only a small annoyance. The room was comfortable an clean and I would definitely stay here again if I need to!

The hotel was in the perfect location for us. There's a bunch of restaurants just a few minutes away and plenty of shopping.

Pictures are very misleading. This place ranks just below a Super 8. Condition was old and in need of repair. Slept with one eye open!

It wasn't a long trip, but it was long enough to be comfortable. The staff was very hospitable. We enjoyed our stay.

Our overall stay was good. The pool was a nice touch for our children, but there was too much chlorine in it for them to really enjoy it without their eyes burning.

I love the tub

I told her I have 2 rooms that have 2 completely different smells and she was more than welcome to accompany me to smell the difference. She then said well I don’t have another king suite so….. I replied with give me anything. I’d rather my children do not sleep in a musty, mold infested room. No compensation offered for the downgrade on the room for the remaining 2 nights. Hotel is a bit dated.

I will say this isn't a bad hotel to stay in but it definitely needs some upgrades. I haven't stayed in a Country Inn and Suites in a while but the quality of the room has definitely changed. Shower pressure wasn't great at all and the beds were ok. Key card didn't work and had to be programmed again and still stopped working. I probably wouldn't stay here again. I'm not one of those people that expects everything to be perfect, but you expect the important things to be on point. I probably wouldn't stay here again

Quiet and convenient

The hotel room was dated and smelled life burning electrical wires. The walls had what looked to be ketchup stains on the walls, pictures on the walls had broken glass. Just was not a good experience at all. I’m normally a person that doesn’t complain by this was not worth almost $400 for the weekend. Do not stay at this hotel.

Alot of noise from other guests late into the night; noisy heater; lumpy mattress, worn out on one side. Had a 'tired' feel to the room.

Besides this, the stay was fine. It was a good value for the cost. The AC unit is crazily loud however.

There were several times I would arrive to the desk and no one worked there was in site and there was no way to communicate to anyone that you needed assistance. I call the front desk several times and no one answered as well. I didn’t truly feel safe because anyone could just walk in and out especially since the desk was unattended. The nice older lady who checked us out was the best part of the experience. She was very pleasant found time to chat with me and my husband before we left but outside of her I will NEVER book this hotel again. -10/10

Great property, clean, and safe. Hot tub was not working unfortunately but pool was warm.

The only negative so have to say is the heat in the building was cut up pretty high, so the indoor pool felt like a sauna. Theres also a broken jet in the hot tub. If you aren’t careful, it can burn your leg. Otherwise, the room was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was tasty. Plenty of towels. I will definitely stay here again!

The front dest was very friendly. The continental breakfast wasnt great but we didnt set high expectations for it. The pool was clean and so was the room.

In town for quick overnight stay. Didn’t look to be in a great area of town. Warned us not to park by plasma center to avoid getting towed. Hot tub out of service. Pool area dark, water cold when web site said heated pool. Small creaky elevator. Heater unit in bedroom VERY LOUD. Bedroom got hot while living area too cold. Pull out bed didn’t have linens but desk clerk brought some when we asked. Best thing was waffle maker at breakfast

Front desk staff was the only one available to install the bulbs. Bed had a giant dip in the middle which was uncomfortable. Front desk staff said it was nothing she could do.
