Absolutely disgusting experience. This motel has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The room was already bad enough, but when I opened the refrigerator and found roaches inside, I was beyond disgusted. I immediately took photos and went to the front desk to address the issue like any reasonable customer would. The woman at the front desk, who acted like an outstandingly rude little girl instead of a professional employee, became completely erratic after I showed her the pictures. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, she snatched my room key, became hostile, and told me to “call the police” if I wanted my money back. Imagine paying for a room with roaches in the refrigerator and being treated like YOU are the problem. No accountability, no professionalism, no customer service, just disrespect and unacceptable behavior. If management allows employees to treat paying guests this way while renting rooms with roaches, that says everything you need to know about this place. Save yourself the headache, the filth, and the disrespect. Stay anywhere else.

Very rude front desk lady. She threaten not to give me a room for a prepaid room..that was so disturbing

Burn holes on the comforter; cockroaches and graffiti in the bathroom. Non-Smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Even the empty drawer in the night table was filthy.

The location was convenient. There was no breakfast at this location. If they had a real continental breakfast, the internet was consistent, the front desk clerk were more receptionate/accomodating, it may have been a much nicer stay. They also need pest control daily...

Cold shower and the police raid upstairs in the middle of the night

Tv was bad,frigerattor was not clean and did not flush and roaches galore.

Drug deal in parking lot on arrival, dirty linens and bedspread had holes all over and was absolutely disgusting. Tub water leaked , bugs a/c was old and didn’t have marks to use

Everything is a complete fraud with the website pictures and once you get there you see a trashy place and a place where cannot definitely be

This hotel was the absolute worst we have ever stayed at, they put us in a room between rooms that had construction going on and when we ask to please move they yelled at us and told us we could leave. I got expedia to issue a refund, when the manager came down she beat on the door and told us to leave immediately because she was made to issue a refund. We told her that we were packing and we were almost done, she left and came back 5 mins later yelling an cussing in front of my 5 year old niece. She threatened us with law enforcement and when we said that we would be happy to call them ourselves.She spit in my husband's face.But she was recording on her phone, and when my husband said that he was pressing charges, she slammed our door and ran her fat ass back to her office. When I say that these are the nastiest, most disgusting people.I have ever encountered in my forty five years on this planet.I am not kidding.Do not stay here

This place was absolutely horrifying, they put me all way in the back and sent men to knock at my door all night,,it was dirty and smelled like mildew, i out the table at the door because the deadbolt was broke and the table feel on me,the leg was broke,,i didn't sleep all night the sheets were dirty and the towels were brown, there was no free breakfast and the people at the front desk where rude as hell i do not recommend

Not staying at the hotel in question. The lady who was working the front desk. It was so bad I lost the money cause my fighter couldn’t even check in. So many hotels and it has never been like this. Worse and most childish person ever! I haven’t seen many women do that but I guess when it’s the cheapest, it’s the cheapest for a reason. Advise… if u want to stay here make sure your ready to waste a couple hours talking to a loud obnoxious little troll of a woman.

Check in went smoothly .But once we got to our room and discovered that the toliet was broken. I returned to the front desk to request a room change i was told that the hotel was full and i could plunge the toliet or leave. Desk clerk was extremely rude. We were finally moved to another room on day 2 but i will defnitely never stay again
