Quality Inn Richmond Hill - Savannah I-95

Only disappointment was the pool being closed for maintenance. It's an awesome pool too!!

Their "breakfast" was a joke. It's tucked in the back of the complex and they have practically no food. The "Coffee" machine dispenses something but I assure you that it is not coffee. They have a waffle maker and no butter and syrup and I didn't see the batter. They had cream cheese and no bagels, and the cereal looks old in secondary containers. The room was about what you expect for the price I have no serious complaints about that.

Hotel is obviously dated and worn...ping pong table warped, pool furniture definitely well used. Pool was cloudy. Breakfast was good, but not much variety. Waffles, yogurt or cereal/oatmeal. Bed was comfortable and air worked, even though it was a bit noisy.

There were dead bugs left on the floor, shower curtains were filthy, the toilet wasn't cleaned and whoever cleaned the room left this sticky watery substance on everything.

Needs repairs and fixing up. Not very clean at all. Sticky stains on the floor and in the bathroom and tub.

The room was exceptionally comfortable, and it was great to have a restaurant attached. It was pouring down rain when we needed to get something to eat, so that was really helpful! The staff was very friendly, and parking was easy. The room was comfortable and easy to access as well. Just two things: the shower curtain was moldy and there was a large dead worm on the floor of the bathroom. Things happen, but that could have been a tad better.

Check in and front desk was smooth and friendly...however, although sheets were clean, the bathroom floor/ corners of room were dusty and not clean in appearance and breakfast staff not friendly. Breakfast was stocked well, for a light Was happy to only be booked for 1 night, would have changed hotels if more nights were needed.

The staff could not provide a balance at checkout. They said I had booked through a 3rd party and YOU would provide it.

Toilet/tub area was nasty. Toilet leaking at base, door peeling apart, tub enamel peeling, and shower head corroded badly. Curtains were dirty, holey and would not close properly. We had to use a hanger to clip them shut. Ironing board was broken and barely stood up for use. Breakfast was only cold cereal or the time consuming waffle. We were extremely disappointed.

The first night .. rooms were dirty and staff was very short with changing the rooms. The bathroom in particular, hair was everywhere, like it was a fast cleaning. DO NOT HAVE STAFF PUT YOU ON THE FAR OUTTER SIDE!! Next morning the newer staff moved my room and explained, @that side was for workers”, made sense but didn’t make sense. The room was much cleaner and cozy. I was in front of the pool, which area was so so. The continental breakfast was tea, yogurt, waffle (which you made for yourself), and cereal. There is plenty of places to order from if you wanted more. The restaurant next door had good food. Overall would I stay there again, no. Staff the next couple of days, made my staff more comfortable.

I am a big BW property fan but not anymore

I was only here one night, there was a nice pool and courtyard area. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Parking lot had broken pavement and could use more lighting.

Room was clean enough, and the staff was friendly. There was very little parking due to people with trailers taking several spots. There was junk in the parking area on the backside of motel.

The parking lot was a little sketchy. Property was dated. Room that was attached to us the door wouldnt shut all the way was screwed shut but was sketchy. Room smelled of bleach really bad when first walked in. Shower head was so low in pressure it took twice as long to wash my hair out.

Parking is great. Nice pool and bar, restaurant attached to the building.

Many options for other places to stay and I absolutely will not be back.

The actual room was decent and the staff were helpful. The only complaint about the room was that the curtains were a little hard to work with. And while this isn't associated with the hotel itself, there were some very loud guests right outside our room late at night, which made sleep difficult.

The room was dirty, bathroom door all busted on bottom, tub didn't drain, looks like it hasn't been cleaned appropriately in a long time. Bathroom floor dirty and outer sink area. The fridge was a wine fridge. Extremely loud late at night by drunk people.

GPS location is off, could find the place. Older hotel, needs alot of upgrades. Shower/tub was chipped and faucet was falling off wall. Metal doorway rusting and old.

The website said no fee for pets..I was assessed a fee and maybe twice. .not sure why I was charged an additional $20.....on my card still now.

The room was old, but clean and tidy. I found the breakfast very disappointing. There was only apples for fruit a the rest of the food was sub par. A couple cereal options and waffles. There was yogurt, but it wasn’t even real yogurt. Basically sugared corn starch. The waffles gave my kids stomach aches.

Very clean, great location, excellent service, basic room. It's an older motel but don't let that deter your. If you want to avoid hearing the highway, request an "inside" room which faces the pool/courtyard rather than the parking lot. Bonus is that there's a restaurant next door so if you need food when getting off the road, it's right there.

The room was adequate for our needs and the staff was great. Morning breakfast wasn't very good but it was during Christmas. So we understood.

Our toilet seat was duct taped together. We could not flush the toilet and i had to connect the handle to the pulley inside the back of the tank. Breakfast was waffle mix and cereal and the waffle mix dispenser was broken.

We liked the layout of the property. There is a sports bar attached to the building. There was a gas fire pit with lots of available seating outside. The pool area was large. The beds were comfortable. I liked the pillows. There was a desk with chair and an upholstered chair in our room. The parking lot was well lit and there is plenty of parking. We were pulling a trailer and had no issues finding a spot. The popcorn ceiling in our bathroom was starting to come down. The tub resurface was peeling. It felt like there was a lot of maintenance that needed to get done, ie rusty door hinges, corners of the floor needed a good scrub, the door to the ladies restroom in the breakfast room needs replacing. It stuck badly. Doors were dirty. The chair in our room was dirty and the fabric was fraying. The property is extremely close to the highway, which although convenient, made for a noisy room for sleeping.

The hotel is in pretty bad shape, the door to the room had gaps along the bottom, and the floor boards coming up. There was also a crab in the room..but that was more funny than anything. Front desk was very friendly though!

This is an older property and is.in great shape. Staff is very friendly,pool area kept up, we ate at the restaurant and food was very good and priced great. We didnt take advantage of.the breakfast as we got on the road. Definitely will book here again.

It was mentioned continental breakfast the only breakfast they had is fountain juice and coffee .when I ask them for the breakfast they were like our coffee is our breakfast .we all would like to start our day with good breakfast ,They ruined my day Never ever will be back here .. this place doesn’t provide breakfast.don’t ignore this review if you booking this hotel .

We played Ball too and that was fun. Could use some more vending machines with more variety. But it was good enough. The only vending machine they had was in the front. Free coffee and chocolate chip cookies at front desk which was very unexpected and good

Bathroom was very dirty, the only thing that looked somewhat clean in there was the toilet. Towels looked like they washed the floor with them, folded them back up and put them on the shelf. There was a shaver cover from the previous guests left in the bathroom on the handicap chair with soap scum and shampoo globs. Overall it was not worth the money. The only thing I can give a positive feedback on was the gentleman at the front desk was very nice during the check in process and made sure we were accommodated since my mother is handicap and needed a first floor room.

We had the accessible room which unfortunately faces the highway less than 250 feet away and was extremely noisy in the early evening but I did sleep quite soundly and the bed was very comfortable Even though it was supposedly an accessible toilet it didn’t quite live up to expectations and was difficult to use vrery tight and extremely low. Nothing that I couldn’t adapt to and I would stay there again

This was a brief one night stay as we were traveling. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, shower very good. Easy check in and check out. We did not stay for breakfast.

The staff is great! The property is in disrepair and dirty. The wall in our room had a hole in it. There waa hair stuck to the bathroom door. The pool was green in the bottom and the celings in the walkways were falling down and cracked. The bed was comfortable and clean. The ac worked well and the mini frisge was clean and worked. I wouls jot sray her again.

This is an older, well-kept establishment. Good for an overnight stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is very accessible to highways.

To not stay at this property. The room was FILTHY. I’ve never been more disgusted in my life. The nerve to be charged a dog fee when the room looked like it did.

After being stuck in traffic for 3 hours this hotel was a great find. Pleasant staff and a comfortable, clean room. Lounge bar attached and a decent breakfast with waffles. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The dirtiest room we ever stayed in. We were in the winter snow storn or we would have left to find somewhere else. They should be ashamed to put any guests in a room that bad! Filth was everywhere! We wore our shoes, didnt use the dirty shower, and just needed sleep. The bedding appeared clean. The outside has trash and cigarette butts everywhere., the coffe pot moldy.the curtain black, . I could go on. Quality Inn, never again. The next night we stayed at Baymont for the same price and what a difference! Shame on you Quality Inn!

The room was decent, The bathroom door didn't open all the way because the toilet was in the way. The walk in shower was very nice and large, but there weren't any grab bars. I think thoses are a must in a walk in shower. There were spots on the shower walls which made it look like they hadn't been wiped down recently. The accommodations in the room were nice and comfortable.

If so many places wasn't sold out because of the hurricane I would have slept in my truck. I have pictures to show how disgusting and nasty this hotel was!

This property was a bit tired, at minimum in need of a refresh. The shower leaked into the room, the remote control was sticky and gross. It has some potential being close to 95 but I would not likely stay here again.

When arriving we were hit with a $40 extra charge for 2 cats. We searched for hotels with Pet Friendly and chose this on because we had stayed there before and sometimes didn't have an extra charge for pets or paid $10 extra. I got very sick and vomited after leaving the free hot breakfast. It was terrible. Very few items, not even a piece of bread. Orange drink was horrible and squirted liquid over you hand when dispensing, cereal tasted very old. Person there said refrigerator was broken and had yogurt on ice. Don't go here, don't eat there. Bathroom had black mold in the corners of the toilet room. The room a/c: while sleeping I thought I heard 2 army helicopters landing outside, I went to look and it turned out to be our room A/C. Then I thought there was an earthquake shaking the front of the room, turned out again to be the A/C. Then I thought I heard someone pressure washing outside, again, the A/C. It also had a sound like gravel in a metal box.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable; a/c worked fine. Property is a little dated but adequate. Service was very good; staff responds to question and concerns immediately. Breakfast is limited but good. Would stay here again.

I've visited this place to swim, eat and drink at attached bar. Never disappointed. Great staff...Indians welcome to America! This is an immigrant nation.

The only complaint we had was the bathroom needed upgrading. Otherwise, conveniently located by the interstate, pool and grounds were clean and attached restaurant had good food.

Bathrooms smelled really bad and too old .

We picked this place cause my daughter just moved to Richmond and we would be visiting alot and this place was dog friendly which was good for us, well nope!!! Place needs a major updated, door handle on bathroom door didn't work, crack in sink, hole in tub, visible signs of damage to walls, rust on the doors last but not least the walking across the floors water came through the planks. I dont know if it was sweat from the ac or water from somewhere else. Dont know and don't care, never again!

For the price, it was what it was. Saturday night got loud. Ask for room on the inside of the courtyard. Loud hoghway noise as well.

Good clean rooms breakfast was only waffles, and cereal; wish there was a bit more. Good stay for a quick night stop while traveling!

The staff was friendly and room amenities and comfort OK. However, would not stay at this hotel again as overall the property and the room did not seem well maintained or clean -- would just pay the difference to stay at a nicer place. Didn't care for the area and probably wouldn't choose that exit again either.

All is well here, I am totally satisfied.

very dirty, noisy. the beds are uncomfortable. The bathtub is dirty and broken. The pool is dirty, my children couldn't swim there. this hotel is not worth the money I paid.

Very loud, pool was over flowing with people. Staff wasn’t as friendly as we haves in other Hitels.

Tulsi the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good waffles yogurt and cereal. No bugs I would definitely stay there again. Everyone was friendly.

The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was also nice. The place needed some updating and the air conditioner was loud which might have drowned out noises from the interstate. We slept well and were refreshed for our new day.
