great breakfast. easy parking, checkin, room refresh on second day, and easy checkout.

Everyone was friendly, food was good, plenty of parking space, room was clean, and very quiet. I travel to Richmond Hill, GA quite often and i plan on staying there again.

The room was in great condition & the staff was very nice. They had a nice pool area but it was raining. There was a nice breakfast in the morning. There are a lot of Fast Food Restaurants near the hotel & regular restaurants about 5 miles away.

The property was reasonably priced and close to the location we needed to be near. The room smelled very musty. The smell didn’t go away over time. The front desk staff were not nice, and were very rude and dismissive when my husband asked for a shower curtain for our room. She was more interested in her phone than helping customers.

I went to take a swim at 8:00 PM. I knew the pool closed at 9 PM. I got out of the pool a couple minutes before nine tiled off and exactly at 9 PM. I tried to get back into the hotel. My door card did not work I went to the main gate and it was locked by key. I could not get out of the pool area and I could not get back into the pool. I beat on the door, but the lobby is on the opposite side of the pool and no one checked the pool before locking the doors. I am disabled. There was no way that I was able to get out out of that pool area I had to stand and wait for someone to walk down the hallway and beaten screen. Another customer saw me and he tried to open the door for me and the key card would not let him open the door from the inside and I could not open it from the outside. This is extremely dangerous and unsafe .He went and got an employee who came to the door and unlocked it while she was on her cell phone. She did not say she was sorry or anything. She just walked away after opening the door. I was very unhappy with this. It was 9:40 pm before I got back in. I am very unhappy with this experience.

The front desk was very pleasant at checkin. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Morning breakfast was good and well attended to. When leaving the hotel in the morning even the cleaning staff up and down the halls greeted us, wished us safe travels and invited us back! This will definitely be my sleepover on my usual trip to Florida.

The room was iffy - just seemed dingy/outdated compared to the rest. Carpet had a few dark sticky spots. There were stains above the bed :( -- one side of the frame was also a bit broken and leaned to one side. The room was also noisy. The remote for the curtain did not work and it was stuck half way. The other HIs had amazing breakfast! This one did not. The woman in charge of the food simply didn't want to be there. People kept asking for pancakes an hour before closing and she decided to just unplug the machine instead of swapping the batter pouch. The usual things (yogurts, omelettes, egg whites, etc were all non existent - not consumed, just not there). The cereal selection was not the same as others. Bathroom was very clean for what it's worth! It seemed they had nice electric chargers if you drive an EV (our friend said they were very fast) In general, less friendly staff all around compared to other Holiday Inns. People swearing in the lobby. We loved HIs, and most/all have been superb. I don't know how this location is part of the franchise.

When we arrived to our room there were popcorn kernels all over the floor and the shower wouldn't drain. We called down to the front desk and they moved us to another room. That room was cleaner and the drain worked.

Next room although no visible soiling wasn’t up to standards of a typical Holiday Inn Express. Sheets on bed were messy and weren’t tucked in and questionable if they’ve been changed since previous guest. Would never stay at this location again and will definitely question my loyalty to this brand in the future.

The rating i saw and paid did not match the reality of this hotel. It is OK but definitely not a mid or high 8 and not worth any premium. Tired fixtures, cleaning sub par. Mildew. We cleaned the counters and removed hairs. Wont return. Area also sketchy now. Wasn’t 2 years ago.

The pool closes at 9:00pm, other properties in Florida close at 10:00pm.

The staff was so friendly! Stopped for a quick night stay. The morning staff all greeted me as i came downstairs the grab a coffee. There was a wonderful group from Alabama that were staying there also. They all wore smiles and were extremely friendly. The bacon was delicious and crispy. This staff is top notch!

Very large rooms, comfortable beds, large screen tv, adequate breakfast. Only appeared to be one person on duty at check in so we had to wait for a bit until she appeared. No fresh coffee available in the foyer, and no little extra toiletries in the room. Overall the hotel was clean and everything seemed in good order but we had expected a bit more from a Holiday Inn.

Great stop overnight from our road trip. We spent one night while driving north. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and breakfast was a good variety. They had a pancake machine, cinnamon rolls, and pog juice among other options.

This is a very nice hotel right off of 95. Clean, clearly newly renovated, and spacious. Everyone was very friendly and it served its purpose for our travel.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised with how clean and up to date our room was when we arrived. The staff was extremely friendly and everyone greeted us as we passed them in the halls or common areas. The breakfast was good and had more to offer than most hotel breakfasts. Would recommend this hotel!

Check in was fair. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Nothing fancy, but that’s ok. The breakfast server was really pleasant. She kept the items clean and stocked. She was definitely a bright spot in our stay!

We has an incident with a drunk guest attempting to get into my vehicle while I was in it upon check-in but the hotel handled everything with the police. Turns out the person was extremely wasted and had mistaken my vehicle for his friends. Nothing happened to my vehicle after the situation was handled. Highly recommend this hotel. Shower was great, beds were comfy and clean, breakfast in the morning was an added bonus.

Beds are way too soft. I hv sleep apnea and soft beds smother me. You should offer firm beds as a choice.

None of the above happened at check-in. Staff was not at desk and when guest rang the bell the staff rudely shouted “didn’t you see me walk away this way”. Does the individual think someone who just parked in lobby and entered checking desk area knows who is working for hotel and who is not? Does guest have to assume that the person whose was in a corner near elevator is hotel staff magically? I have not seen such level of arrogance in hospitality industry. This was a shock for me especially in Georgia ( once upon a time know for Southern hospitality). This property needs to train staff in 101 level welcome and how to talk to the customer. Good luck with everything.

I am glad i read the reviews here. Was in Richmond for a wedding, thought i made a mistake by not picking the hotel that the wedding party booked (Home2Suites across the street). After chatting with them, can confirm I made the better choice with Holiday Inn.

Disliked - Stafford Holiday seemed to be more welcoming
