Rooms were nasty dirty. Had hookers in the walkways working. The place is a bait and switch. The photos on the site are nothing like what you get. Ruined our family vacation. Would not refund even thou we did not even spend an hour there. The place is in safe and unsanitary.

I understand you pay for what you get, but the bathroom was very visibly dirty and nasty. Soap streaks, hair in various parts of the shower, crusted toothpaste in the sink, dirt and hair on the back of the toilet seat and the seat itself. There is no way anybody can call that clean and feel comfy using the bathroom in any capacity. Very disappointing and will never be returning.

I was unable to check in and stay here because there was no staff on site and none of their listed phone numbers work. Do not book this stay!

Said they would call back and failed too. Check in times are not clearly stated in the big print because there’s no 24/7 person.

Property looked nothing like how it does online, looks run down sketchy looking arounrd the area, place has 3 different names online, one of the phone numbers is invalid, arrived to check in and the lobby was closed ended up going to a different hotel.

After 3-4 days, I noticed bed bug bites all over my legs. When I reported it, the staff rudely dismissed me, claiming their "detector" found no bed bugs and refused to refund the several remaining nights I had already paid for. Losing that much money was a huge hit, but the conditions were so unsafe and unbearable that I had no choice but to check out early for my own safety. Their dismissive and unprofessional attitude made it clear they have a strict no-refund policy, no matter the situation, and likely handle complaints like this often. There’s no continental breakfast as advertised, the staff is rude and unhelpful, and the area feels incredibly unsafe. The only solution they offered was to move me to another room, but the quality of the rooms varies wildly, so you’re essentially gambling with your stay. I chose this hotel thinking Richmond Hill would guarantee a safe and reliable stay, but this place proved me wrong. Save yourself the trouble—this hotel is disgusting, unprofessional, and not worth a dime.

Couldn’t find my reservation. Was made to pay a $50 deposit not mentioned by you. No chair or trash can in the room and no hangars provided. No charging plugs provided. I could barely turn around in the shower stall it so small.

When I get to this hotel found out that the Wi-Fi connection is not working it's very low the bathroom door does not shed his swollen and it's all dirty around the toilets can't use your shower because the faucet doesn't even come on and mold is on the ceiling along with the sink doesn't produce any hot water I've been told by the staff that they didn't have any hot water it also advertised for breakfast also which is no breakfast in the morning they said that it was all false and advertisement when it came down to the breakfast and the hotel itself it looked very junky around the area is uncapped the bedroom it was let's just say it was comfortable but it was still horrible couldn't barely watch any television at all because we have to go through two remotes control just in order to watch television that hotel is the horrible and the most disgusting place I will ever go back to ever again don't rent there at all

I would not stay there for free an I paid to stay in that environment I left with in 10 min

The property and staff to include the owner was good , you get what you pay for , not top amenities but best for price , cant complain ...

This hotel was probably the worst i stayed at in a while! There were dead and live bugs in the room, no microwave, no trash cans. The shower water got hot and the bed was pretty clean. I travel to the Savannah area for work and usually stay about 4 to 5 days. I had to leave early because a bug was trying to crawl into my backpack. Definitely looked my roaches.

The room was ok but the staff are complete liars they are disrespectful and unprofessional the old black lady with the missing front teeth lied and said my girlfriend slammed the door in her face when she came to the room for check out not knowing that I seen and overheard everything and then goes to the manager and gives her 3 different stories and then would not let us pay for the room another night do not waste your time here you will possible be lied on and disrespected

Apparently this property is going through a lot of changes because of an ownership change. We have stayed here numerous times in the past and it provided what we wanted. But this time was different. The people working were fantastic and tried their very best. But there was none in a leadership position available to help. Our first room was a dungeon. No idea why they would even sell that room. Nothing on the wall. Dingy lighting. No ice bucket. No toilet paper. No working TV. Awful towels. White paint all over spots on the walls. We moved. Much nicer room. But no working TV, no toilet paper. Only one end table. No chair. No trash can. They tried to fix the tv but what was needed was locked up and no one on site had access. So they wanted to move us again but upon inspection couldn’t find a suitable room to move. Outside landscaping was non existent. Weeds everywhere. No breakfast of any sort. The ownership was making these workers go to other rooms to take toilet paper because they didn’t have any on site. Ownership couldn’t go to wal mart and buy a few cases? The whole place needs a power wash. I want to emphasize the people on site tried everything they could to help and were as nice as can be. Maybe there is a plan but there were no signs nothing to indicate improvements. Again this is our 4th 5th time and we have it average every time because that was our expectation. This experience is refund worthy. Until noted different I wouldn't pay in advance.

Property was ok first room shower knobs were broken. Put into another room that night. No refund when i had to leave early formy job.

Should have listened to the reviews for this place. I always give places the benefit of the doubt because sometimes people leave bad reviews when it's not necessary but the bad reviews for this place are worth listening to. I was supposed to stay here this passed weekend. I even called a head to make sure my reservation was secure WITHIN my cancelation time frame, so I could cancel if needed. They assured me I was good to go. Fast forward to literally the next day, I'm on my way from Florida & upon check in they tell me they have no rooms available & turned me away at 11:00 at night. I asked them to be refunded & they said I'd have to go through the 3rd party app, which I have. My 3rd party has been calling them since Friday, it's now Monday & still nobody has picked up the phone. So basically this place robbed me. I'm having to report fraud to the police. Stay away from this place & trust the reviews.

It’s a dump. Dirty nasty, stain on the bed, fire alarm not where it should be. Been on this earth 60 and this place has to be the worst I ever seen. Needs to be condemned the fire and health inspector should do a visit and shut this place down is very bad for Savannah Georgia.

The property said that it was recently renovated but those renovations were years ago. The staff is always missing so the other guests were literally uncontrollable until late hours of the night. At one point there were 2 police cruisers at 3am in the morning. We felt totally unsafe. We almost had to leave.

The TV did not work. Maintenance came to see about it around 10 pm. after we were already down for the night. Only one set of towels, when we booked as 2 guests.

The room walls had holes in it in the bathroom

No toilet paper, no garbage cans, floors were so dirty it was pathetic. Not even sure the sheets were clean! We left and went to another hotel that’s how bad it was.

The Staff was very nice and the rooms where clean although somewhat small but i will most likely stay there again overall it was a enjoyable stay

Staff booked me in rooms already occupied, twice. Key card would not work, room had no label number so would get lost looking for it upon return. Abandoned car in the back with tires removed placed upon cinder blocks, room had no working television, nor toilet paper, trash can, or mirror in the bathroom. Bathroom also had holes and towels. Highly advise against this place, go anywhere else!

I arrived around 9:30 p.m. to register. Front desk locked. No note, no answer on the phone. Twenty minutes until clerk arrived. Next morning at 7:30 I went to check out and tell them about a leak in the room. Again, lobby locked. No answer on phone. I just left

Gross hotel tiny rooms.

Well I didn't get to stay because my check in was at 3:00 PM I have to be at work at 3:00 PM. I called the property to ask for early check in and was informed that it was not possible. So I asked if it be ok for my friend who was also supposed to be staying with me. This friend had been having conversation with this woman over the phone a couple of times we were informed that she needed to have ID which she had ID that was acceptable for the property. When she got there to try to secure the room that has already been paid for because you folks took it out of my bank account she was really treated as she was told that the room had not been paid for and proceeded to inform her that she would ban from the property and I'm not she even sure what that means banned if she wasn't informed before we got there she would have known she would ban she surely wouldn't have been there trying to get a room so she wasn't properly informed as neither here or there The lady in the office was very rude I never got to stay the room so I guess I just gave you folks my money so she don't or the manager whoever that woman was in the office ccn back crack with it I'm sorry to say that but that's how I feel. Very disappointed in the outcome of this day I've stated this motel before and never had any issues very disrespectfully and very unprofessionally I don't know what happened to the staff there but they need to reevaluate them I'm trying to get a refund there's absolutely no excuse.

When I was trying to find one of the staff, a guy who looked like a drug addict came up to me and started asking questions, very annoying. He said that the woman from the reception is in shower and would come soon, and he wanted to help. Said that we should wait and he'll be back soon. My daughter was scared and my elderly mother was also stressed. There was no one else around, it was a dangerous situation. We had to leave before real trouble happened. Dangerous place! Not for women, not for children, not for anyone!

Dirty room, safety lock broken on door. Room had no toilet paper. Check in was strange. Definitely would avoid this place.

This place should be closed. Went in one room and they said, “ they would spray Fabreeze in it”. The rooms are dirty and smelly. Did not stay there!!

The room had problems the shower head kept breaking off, the bed broke as soon as some one sat down, the door did not seal when it shut and was secure. I was asked to check the room before renting because they had just bombed for “insects” the room on either side. When I checked it looked fine. When we came back to the room later that night (we were on vacation) we found a roach crawling our duration of 2 nights we counted 6 total. We had no additional funds to go anywhere else. When I looked on google it listed this as being permanently closed!!!!

Couldn't use the pool

Walked into the lobby and it smelled like marijuana. The clerk at the front end was asleep and snoring right at the counter. She didn’t even know I was standing there and kept falling asleep while trying to check me in. I asked for 2 beds and the room had only 1. There were people smoking and drinking in the parking lot playing loud music. I got a refund and stayed somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

What a shame!

I have never had front desk people to be so rude to me upon my check in. I had to take a second floor room, no elevator with me on a walker and unable to do steps. I had to have help going up or down the steps. My room was not clean. Roaches were crawling.My room had one bed and one dresser. No table and not a single chair in my room. No phone, no mini-fridge and no hair dryer. I had to go buy a hair dryer before I could shower. This Motel has gone to hell in a handbag. I would not reccomend this dump to anyone.

The room had no towels no soap and no additional items. The local guests party all night and management didn't enforce or have a quite time. Just to many problems.

The place is under renovation so you have to give them a little slack but they need to do a better job. My room was never cleaned from Friday till Sunday and I had only 1 towel the entire stay.

It was affordable

I would rate this hotel somewhere between fair and good. The total charges were supposed to be $81.05 including taxes; however, when I arrived, I was told that there was an additional charge of $1.75 because I was using a credit card to pay for the room. The bathroom and the bed were clean, but the front door was difficult to close unless I slamed the door. I couldn't use the additional dead bolt at all. Management should consider replacing the rugs with laminate flooring to make it easier to keep clean. In the morning, the place was deserted. The office was locked and unmaned, so I couldn't properly check out of the hotel.

I wanted to write this review because of all the negative feedback and reviews it's received prior to my stay. My boyfriend and I came up for St. Patrick's Day weekend, a very quick 2 night stay (Friday-Sunday). The two ladies at the front desk checked us in at around 9:30pm on Friday, 3/17 and we're extremely helpful (we were coming from Orlando and started driving after work). The room was clean, the location was convenient (only 20ish minutes from downtown Savannah), and the service was great.

Very poor facility, fridge smelled like something died in it! Ac cover falling off, horrible musty smell in the room, worse smell in the bathroom. Bed bugs on beds! Dirty mattress in walkway, 2 old couches on curb for the homeless. Multiple people smoking marijuana in breezeway. Do not stay here at any cost, sleep in your car first.

The two teenage girls that work for the front desk for the evening check-in did nothing but complain about their manager leaving them there alone so that she could go party on Friday night. 0h, And the entire property smell like weed.

Overall, if you’re looking for value above anything else this motel will suit your needs well. The staff was friendly and I appreciate their kindness and professionalism. The bathrooms are old so perhaps wear shoes in the shower and there’s the usual old smoke odor that lingers for a while in some motel rooms so bring some spray if that sort of thing bothers you. Other than that, cost was my main priority for this particular NYE trip so this place fit the bill. 🙂

I arrived at 7:30PM. The office was locked and there were no employees there. Their phone number no longer works. I ended up finding another hotel about a mile away at a higher price. The hotel appears to be closed

I don't dislike nothing...

I was put into a condemned room and it was filthy. When I tried to call the desk there was no answer. So I went to the office and the door was locked and no one would answer the door or phone. I found out that the room was not to be occupied when I was checking out. The manager never offered a refund or anything to accommodate for the inconvenience.

Felt like I was a bit mislead by Expedia for booking here.

Should have known it was a shady hotel when we saw blood stains on the welcome mat leading into the lobby. Checking in was painfully slow and we were the only ones checking in. Upon entering our room, the microwave and fridge were at the foot of the bed making it difficult to get in with luggage. Then we were overwhelmed by an indescribable stench. There wasn’t a coffee maker or any cups. When we pulled back the sheets to check for bedbugs, the sheets were not the right size. There was nothing welcoming about the room. We felt very uneasy and uncomfortable. We went to the front desk to tell the clerk we weren’t staying. We knew we weren’t getting a refund but our health and safety are more important than that.

Very clean and the staff was so kind! I didn’t even hear any other guests the whole time I was there, very quiet. This place is right off the interstate so it’s a quick and easy drive if you’re visiting Savannah. I would book here again!

I like the later breakfast.
