    It was clean. Staff was friendly. The pool was not open even though it was hot. The pool was the only reason I booked it. They are charging pool prices for no pool. I could have stayed other places with no pool cheaper. My kid was upset. Even though it was a decent place to stay, with no pool it was way too much.

    The room was not completely clean. Left hair bands on the floor, which indicated not vacuumed well. Ants around the TV and AC. The bed squeaked like an old spring mattress, but was comfortable. The room was ok, but for the price it didn't meet the standards

    The shower was full of mold and I had to wear my flip flop’s. Floor in room was uneven and could use some repair. If you wore no shoes your feet would be black. Ok for a one night stay at most. Bed was comfortable and air was nice and cold.

    The check-in staff was friendly but found out at checkout that they had billed me incorrectly. It was corrected. The property and room condition were average. Showed considerable wear. Bathroom could have been cleaner. It’s little things that make guests feel welcome. For example, the bedside clock was not set correctly and was hours off. The date and time on the tv were never set so you could not access the program guide. The property location was convenient to the interstate but consequently very loud with road noise. However it was very reasonably priced compared to other properties so it boils down to “you get what you pay for”. We just needed a place to stay overnight during a road trip so we were there about 14 hours total. It was fine for that.

    We were assigned a room with shower for handicapped persons. It was very helpful and easy to use. I really needed that walk in shower. Bed was comfortable and bed coverings warm. While waffles were offered and enjoyed, I would like warm eggs and bacon or sausage for protein.

    The room in Cocoa Beach was significantly better than the room in Beckley, WV. The WV room had a stain (looked like blood) on the bed cover. The breakfast was not very good and an employee was helping herself to plates of food before she went home. Cocoa Beach was much better.

    Comfortable bed, nice hot bath, I kept thinking that I was getting a good value. Staff was super helpful, and the breakfast was okay. You know the room had an odor from the wall HVAC unit, because it's old. That was livable after a while. Them breakfast could have been a little bit more extensive.

    I loved the front desk employee. It was her first week on the job and she was extremely professional and polite. I found it odd that they charge a $100 cash deposit for locals to stay there because they’ve experienced people from around there destroying the rooms. Also, there were larvae underneath the sheets of the bed in our room. My boyfriend and I reported it immediately, took pics and alerted the staff of this disgustingly disturbing finding. Still waiting to hear from management regarding how we can be compensated for such a filthy room.

    I booked the hotel through booking.com, paid and called the hotel to confirm. I received a call back stating that they are cancelling my stay due to no A/C, this was immediately following hurricane Helene. I said okay and I asked if I would have a refund and was told "I don't know". I have not received a refund.

    Location was right off of the freeway. We were able to sleep in a bed for the night while traveling back home from vacation. We told the front desk we didn't mind the air conditioning not working but another employee canceled our reservation anyway. They had rebooked our room to someone else and hastily gave us another room; Customer service was a mess and unprofessional. The room seemed to be in use already or wasn't cleaned properly; there was still leftovers in fridge.

    Location across from restaurants. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Comfort of rooms. Room could have been cleaner. But it was as best as it could be since there appeared to only be 1 cleaner there. She has so much work that she has to get her child to help her. They need to hire more cleaners. Our rooms were not cleaned daily. But for the most part it really wasn’t that bad. I’d definitely stay there again!

    Everyone was friendly. However there was a few mix-ups with my room. Including someone was given a key to access my room which scared my kids. The bed Squeaks crazy which woke me up even if i was just turning in my sleep. There was food in the fridge.

    This property has no business being on any booking site. We booked and paid for two days through Expedia. The staff approached our employee and told her she had 1 hours to leave on the first day of the reservation because the manager only wants weekly or walk-in bookings. He will not honor daily reservations. When questioned, the manager stated he needed the room free for those types of reservations. He screamed at our person when she questioned the eviction, then threatened to call the police when she tried to present her reservation confirmation. She was evicted and forced to move into her car until another reservation could be found and booked. Customer service and failure to fulfill the obligation of a paid reservation, for no reason other than greed, makes this property a ZERO.

    It was a nice suze room. Water preasure in shower was good. Bed was real nice. Staff was fine. The tv in room was disconnected to work no matter what we did it wouldnt connect. It wouldnt get to the page to put the whyfi code in. We even hooked our roku in and it wouldnt connect.

    We were on our way home, so really just slept here. The room was fine. Our room had motion detector light in front of the bathroom. When either of us got up, a bright light shone into the room-not so great at 4 a.m. Not sure if there is a way to disarm, but we were too tired to try or ask about it.

    The staff was great very helpful. The check inns we made easy. Several other places I have set up my crews in they would make things difficult because I was not no physically on site with them.     The beds were hard as wood though and a bit high and hard to get into for me. I’m old and 5’5” and shrinking. But okay once in there. There was just not a comfortable place to sit. Just some dining chairs round a small table. The breakfast was very complete and good. I wished when we got there in the evening that there was hot water for tea or coffee but it was not available. There was a coffee machine in the room and a fridge and microwave though but we ended up going across the street to an omelette restaurant…really a diner with an extensive menu. It was a little hairy getting there we drove across 4 lanes of traffic with u turns etc but we lived through it! The staff was great at the hotel. The hotel was a nice surprise.

    We never stayed at the hotel. We were trying to get back to Florida before the hurricane hit Florida. We did stop at the hotel and explained our situation. We asked if we could use the bathroom and if we could watch the weather station on their tv to determine if we should continue on or stay there for the night. We decided to continue on. Very nice hotel and the personnel were great and wished us a safe journey home. Would recommend the hotel

    I’ve stayed in many quality inns and this place felt so unsafe # 1 strange hole in the door stop that faced the bath room back door to building not locked trash everywhere back there, unfortunately that’s how we got to our room. The toilet scared the hell out of me thought it was going to blow up with each flush.The shower wasn’t clean still soap in it, ceiling peeling with water stains, mini fridge smells.Only thing I have to say is at least the bed was clean and that is what we were looking for after a long tiring day of traveling.

    The Room: The room was disgusting. There was piss all over the toilet, There were boogers wiped on the wall and the carpeting is so dirty that it is turning black (make sure you wear shoes). The soap bar was opened, wet and laying on the counter. the trash can in the room already contained someone else's trash. Judging by the condition of the rest of the room I doubt if they even change the sheets (which were full of stains). Between the poor customer service and the lack of cleanliness I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

    The staff initially refused to move us due to being fully booked. It was 4:00 and we knew there were rooms open. Begrudgingly they agreed to move us. The room had a functioning window. It needed a overall cleaning - walls, floors had splatters and dirt. A hole was found in floor and wall. Bed was very uncomfortable and loud with any movement. When returning after dinner, there was a very strong smell of marijuana coming from the employees area. It could still be smelled the next morning as we left.

    Where do I begin? Ceilings had large water damage area, lamps were torn, curtains torn, sink all cracked, no hot water. I will say the floors were nice and the beds were fine. It was a very quick overnight trip for a wrestling tournament and this was all that was left, I got a king room with a pull out couch for me and my two sons and the lady at the front desk said I would be charged for an extra person. Which makes no sense. Why would you have a pullout couch if you don’t expect the guests to use it as part of the room?

    But my wife paid with our visa card. Later we get a call from the desk saying the card was refused. I went down to the desk and paid cash. We had used that same card all day without issue and now on my statement I see that that rude and unhelpful clerk actuallt entered a wrong amount which shows up on my visa statement. My wife said the amount she saw on the screen when paying seemed odd and low but followed the clerks instructions and the paypad said transaction authorized. Fact is that the clerk enyeered the wrong amount - $10.28 - instead of $28.00. She kept saying something about it came up when she went to POST the transaction. Fact is she was rude, incompetent and made me concerned about my visa card and she took $28 out of my pocket. She could have simply said she made a mistake and she undercharged and we would gladly have paid the difference - but NO SOMETHING MUST BE WRONG WITH YOUR CARD. Unacceptable and will NOT stay there again in our spring trip.

    Check in experience was terrible, but check out staff were very friendly. Limited food options around hotel. Room was spacious, and both bed and bath area were well lit and clean. Breakfast was extremely limited and lacking staff oversight.

    In need of updates including linens. One of the towels was completely worn with a big yellow stain. Evening clerk appeared annoyed that she had to wait on me.

    Our first room had a broken window that could not close, so we requested to be moved. The next room had a big wet spot on the carpet, presumably from the loud leaking fridge, and the shower had disturbingly brown water at first and took long to get hot. Not a very clean feel to the place…

    We waited at an empty desk for 5 minutes. Rang the buzzer twice. 5 minutes later we here can I help you. Not seeing anyone we turned back to the desk. We heard again can I help you. Took a few steps back and around the corner was the employee eating and watching TV. She acted like we were imposing. Then it took 3 more minutes for her to get into the office. She asked us for all of our information that was on our reservation. Told us the buzzer was broke. The hallway stairs up to out room were dark, we used cellphone flashlights. the bottom tread of the first step was bend and protruding. Great for the dark. Just overall a bad introduction to that property. Breakfast offered very few options. We won't be back there.

    Nice clean quiet room for overnight stop. Clean rooms are hard to find. Front desk was friendly for check in and check out. Nice clean breakfast area also.

    The room smelled like smoke tried to get another room they wouldn't let me bathtub had a hole in it covered in duct tape.. would not recommend

    The reservation was last minute as we traveled through Rock Hill SC. Nice staff but overwhelmed by multiple check ins at once. Not her fault as she was working alone. My impression of the hotel was that it was shabby. In need of an update. I would not stay here again.
