My room was incredibly clean and the beds were made perfectly. Everything was so nice. I genuinely appreciate this and you would love staying here.

Hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. The reason for the lower rating review is because of the pool. It was the reason I originally booked the room at this hotel and upon check-in was told that it was not open. It was totally green and not working. Very disappointing.

The room was spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast options were delicious- sausage, eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, cereal, oatmeal, grits, pastries, bagels, pancakes and more. Definitely exceeded my expectations. We loved using the Dove hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided by the hotel. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The pool was not operational while we were there so it would be beneficial to call ahead to verify that the pool is open. The location is quiet and remote, but very close to gas stations and fast food. We enjoyed staying here for a couple of days and will return in the future. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay. It’s very well maintained.

Honestly, there weren’t many options to eat when it comes to full service restaurants. But, to be fair, it is located 30mins away from Charlotte, so we drive when needed.

I left at 4:30 in the morning so the breakfast wasn’t set out yet, but they had hot coffee for me.

It was a nice, quiet place to stay. The property was in great condition, and we had a good breakfast.

Pool Closed, big disappointment.

I booked this hotel for the pool, when we checked in I was told the pool is closed until July. They need to take it off the amenities until it’s opened back up.

The Location was perfect. It was the perfect meeting spot between our two locations. The Atmosphere was great. We were late coming down for breakfast but they were patient with us. The check-in and check-out process was great. I will be returning soon. The elevator smelled like someone had passed gas or was very sweaty. That smell cut your breath off. The lamp at my desk didn't work. Everything else was great. As stated above, I will be returning.

The room was smelling so bad, a bad odor like someone had a dog ( previous guest). The room was so hot 78 degrees, we couldn’t adjust the temp because was not working. Staff came to see what I was complaining about but she couldn’t fix it either. Prices were so high ( I can not put the prices on review because my review were not submitted when I mention the price at first review) I will never use hotel.com again. I will starting booking direct from the hotel for less price.

Although the room looked great but my wife gotten bit up by bed bugs. I paid to much money expecting comfort, but receive this type treatment. There was a particular smell in the room like fumigation had been conducted. But, again I'm very disappointed with my stay. darylwtkns76@gmail.com

Tables were all dirty during breakfast.

There was a horrible odor when we got off the elevator on the third floor. It smelled like something had gotten wet. Our room also had a strange smell. Like cleaner but not a good clean smell. When the air was turned on there was also a bad smell. So much so we turned it off. There was trash under the beds.

Room was ready etc one bed had a sheet that shouldn't have been used. There were no hangers in the closet. We requested a room change & from there all was good.

The staff were super friendly, area felt safe, hotel and room were clean. The breakfast wasn’t bad but nothing to write home about. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anything labelled for allergies so I was limited in options

Needed a last-minute place to stay due to bad roads and was very happy with my experience at Holiday Inn. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere during a stressful travel situation.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. For the most part the room was clean but the phone was disgusting like it hadn’t been touched or cleaned in years. The refrigerator was the same. You could see built up dirt sitting the cup holders. There was a half of gallon of tea in the refrigerator as well. (Not sure who that belong to). I didn’t even open the microwave but I don’t have much faith that it would have been clean.

The bed was very comfortable. I liked that it was Americans with English as first language at the counter. Need Greek yogurt at breakfast.

It was very comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. The pool was not open yet. We picked this hotel cause of the pool. Traveling with a 4 yr old coming from the beach. He could not understand about the pool so that wasnt good for us. He could see it and it had water in it so that was a big disappointment.

The room was ok could have used 2 more bath towels. BREAKFAST --it was terrible. yogurt not good--need to change brands, bagels were stale, hard boiled eggs were fair, and the coffee was weak. the coffee machine they have should be disposed of. they should go back to the large urn type of coffee maker. the machine they are using now makes very weak coffee and causes problems for the staff. make it simple. also, the prepared eggs and meats didn't look good. looked like it was left over from day before.

We always stay here when we visit family. Staff always helpful & friendly. This is 1st time our bed wasn't comfortable but staff allowed us to move to another room where we found the bed comfortable. It is a pet friendly hotel we have never seen or smelled any pet issues.

The room was great, staff was great and it was conveniently located. My only complaint is it was cold outside. See if you can do something about that.

Today, when we went to take a shower, it was cold. No hot water for either of us. My husband went to use the public bathroom after having breakfast and found.. no toilet paper, no hand towels and no hand soap. A little disappointed in the lack of attention to such minor but essential items.

This hotel was exactly what I needed for an overnight. Stay in preparation for golf tournament the following morning. Great coffee and breakfast options and perfect location to get between Chester County and Charlotte, North Carolina.

Pool was closed due to environmental issues, body wash was completely empty, extra linens looked like they rolled them up in a ball and stuff them in plastic bag without zipping it up. No regular coffee in room.. just decaf..staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Girl at desk wanted to compensate me for the inconvenience but I booked thru hotel.com so she couldn't

Beautiful updated or new property. Rooms were immaculate, bed lines and towels were so fresh and clean. Very comfortable beds. I’ve never seen a hotel bathroom so clean, and the lighted mirrors created a soothing ambiance. From desk employee Krystal was so welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was incredible with many choices for everyone’s palette. Highly recommend if passing through the area. We would definitely be back when in the area.

I've stayed at this property several times over the past few years and each time the condition of the interior and exterior of the hotel has gotten worse. Staff you encounter doesn't care, as there is no loyalty to the brand. Management has profits to worry about so they're not doing anything to make it better. Just sad to see another hotel chain let their properties rot all while making customers pay high prices just to keep profit margins...

Very accommodating! Staff were friendly, I enjoyed my stay, most definitely going to return!

Everything was good. The only issue was that I was unable to get my 2 rooms that I had reserved close to the elevator. We all have ambulation issues. We were given rooms half way down the hall. I had requested to be close to the elevators. I even called the day before to remind them that I really needed to have rooms close to the elevators.

It was somewhat near Charlotte where we were going eventually.

The facilities were very clean, the staff was very nice and professional.

Checked in about 30 min early and lady checking us in was confused took our credit cards only to re charge us on them for the room again! in the morning we luckily all realized it and the guy at front desk fixed it. My room was clean and comfortable but I had no hot water at all to shower! called to front desk and they were aware of this issue but never let me know! took cold shower as we had to get back on road. they said they would give me points on my account but it hasn't happened yet. I will follow up on that. other than no hot water and being charged twice for our rooms stay was good, we were in town for a wedding so only stayed the night. Pool is closed for season it says as well but wasn't noted on the information. so No pool, was a bit bummed as well on that one.

I stayed a month ago on my way down ant it was a better experience, this time we got at hotel at 6pm and there was a line up at check in and only one person working, it took us 20 min to get the room, the room was fairly clean but it hat a musty smell like a dirty mop or smelly socks, facial tissues box had only 3 tissues in it, internet would only allow me to sign in on one iPad, wouldn’t let me sign in on the second one, mostly all minor issues but those are the reasons I pay a bit extra than other hotels for, like fresh smelling rooms. On the way down I would have rated it a 8.5 on the way back a 6.

The hotel smelled stale and of very strong cleaners. Room was not very clean, soda or something sticky all over the night stand. Room did not smell good.

Bad water pressure, no hair dryer (that would've been convenient). Housekeeping didn't come one day; even to empy trash and freshen towels on a 3 night stay. That was a bit annoying.

I was charged for a room that wasn't available. The hotel has declined any refund so I was charged for a specific room (and extra person charge) in which I didn't get. The front desk employee Jackson was not friendly, knowledgeable, nor very helpful (other than offering me an additional room at a discounted rate of $350 which we declined. He also suggested that 3 of us sleep either in the bed or on the pull out couch together because there should be plenty of room for that Photo attached to show a cot smashed into the room so that everyone had a place to sleep.

We enjoyed our stay here. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is in a very convenient and safe location. Well-lit and plenty of parking. Front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, especially considering how late it was at our arrival and how busy it was on a Friday night. The room is updated and very clean. I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast is your usual hotel breakfast, and the staff were constantly filling up the stations and cleaning behind the guests. This hotel was a great choice!

This hotel was descent. The room was very spacious and conveniently included a mini fridge and microwave. The staff was very polite, able to accommodate an early check in, and even moved us to a different floor after I noticed pets were allowed and I mentioned my pet dander allergy. My brother and I stayed one night in order to attend a funeral and we were both really tired when we made it back to retire for the evening and kept the room fairly dark. It wasn’t until the next morning that my brother noticed his bed linens were covered in what appeared to be makeup stains. We were baffled at the oversight but were checking out anyway so there was no need to complain. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience.

Beautiful hotel - seems brand new but a few things wrong in the room. Our bathroom “barn door” style door wouldn’t close and the phone had no connection so it was unusable. Other than that, it was a great stay and the breakfast was great!

Lots of people outside talking at 11 still was frustrating. Carpet needs updating. Couch mattress really needs to be replaced as it's super thin. And room wasn't restocked. Hotel room for 6 had two bath towels, no bath mat, and just two hand towels and washcloths. The linens for the bed only included a blanket and pillows, no sheet. Had to get some from front desk at 11. Would have been nice to have it all in the room. But overall it worked for one night

The property and cleaning crew were great. Hospitality at the desk weren’t very welcoming or accommodating.

The hotel was clean and modern with all the room amenities (microwave, refrigerator, Keurig, iron and ironing board). The bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size with Dove products in the bathroom.

The groundskeeper was such a joy, and he was very personable. I had my giant German Rottweiler with us, and he was telling me all about his rottie. Oh, and the beds… very comfortable. The breakfast was great too. We really enjoyed our stay!

The cleanest hotel in the city! If you visit Richburg this will be your best bet. The other hotels are seedy.
