The room smell like marijuana.. I told the staff about it. Didn’t seem like they even cared. There was a bug in the shower.

Clean enough, and safe enough, with bare minimum of amenities (clean towel and sheets) good enough place to sleep for the night. That's all what we needed.

A very comfortable bed. We stayed one night and slept well. Met our needs

Room was clean except for a couple of small upholstery stains. Hard surface flooring was a plus. I hate hotel room carpet! My main complaint was that the breakfast was a joke! There was no coffee available except for decaf. Ice machine worked fine when I checked in but didn’t work the next morning. Breakfast offerings were sparse to nonexistent. I guess you get what you pay for. $70/night

Its cheap for a reason. It was ok. Room was actually better than we anticipated, rest of place could use some work and updating. Breakfast is basically non existent. Coffee and fruit loops. Got the job done for one night while we were traveling thru with our dog.

The comforter had so many holes. Towels were dirty in the bathroom. Chair sooo stained, it was gross.

Furniture was torn & dirty. Thin walls & loud clientele.

Should be seats for 2 ( or a loveseat ) in a room accepting 2 guests . Our stay is always nice for a quick weekend in Chester SC with Family. Plenty of food choices nearby including locally owned diners and convenient to Interstate 77 - 2 minutes.

Room doors don't close properly, COLD wind blows in through gaps around doors, heater could barely keep up. Breakfast was minimal, coffee was WEAK!

Tiles broken in washroom, towel bar nroken in tub, paint peeling off surfaces. This is mot worthy of being a Days Inn.

Stayed on an overnight while traveling for vacation. The room felt dirty and run down. The bathroom toilet needs repaired, it takes forever to fill after a flush. There was either cigarette burns or something else on the bed spread and bed blanket that left a poor first impression. The bed was at least comfortable, so it worked for a quick overnight, but would not recommend if you can find somewhere else.

There is a huge gap under the door therefore between the bottom matress and the top matress was a huge cockroach.

The bathroom tub/shower was in need of repair, my Wyndham card was not credited because I booked through Expedia rather than the website and I asked that the bill be emailed to me which has yet to arrive.

Well kept older hotel. Owner/Operator is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are average. Floors need to be mopped. Dust accumulating under beds. Pillows need to be changed. My head itched all night from dust mites in the pillows. Not many hotels available near Lancaster, SC but this one is decent and better value for the money.

Quick access for traveling

First, when i got there, i realises that i coukd not use the phone as it had no cord, then i see that the spread for the bed had millions of cigarette holes in it. Then the light was flickering on and off. The bathroom door had peeling paint and the tub was stained. The only highlight of the room was that i was not attacked by bedbugs or ants. Days Inn of Richburg is the worst and i will not be using them again!

You could see the outside from the inside of the room. Bugs on the wall. The toilet was so stained. Cigarette burn holes in the blankets. We checked out within one hour of checking in.

When I mentioned at the front desk that the room was in a sketchy area, we were offered a different room, closer to the front office. It was a cleaner, the smoke smell wasn't as strong, but still noticable. The door didn't fully close, so we had to put the chair in front of it. Since the rooms weren't call that clean, we didn't trust breakfast. The whole place needs an overhaul.

One night stay. Good for the money.

We arrived a little after 10pm. It was scary the little window for check in. Above our room there were 3 guys watching tv on the porch throwing their cigarettes below near my car. There was what looked like blood on thr wall and it washed off. The light switch was FILTHY, the chair & stool were stained bad, the frig looked dirty on the door. At 845am i look out my window to a woman sitting on the curb drinking a beer smokies. We travel alot and this motel was the most disgusting motel I've ever been too. The woman working was very nice . I said the neighborhood must not be safe with that window. She said oh no but in the same breath said the lobbies only open at night when men are working hmmmm

Our stay was as good as I could expected with no issues at all, other than the continental breakfast needs to be improved. Matter of fact compared to our stay at the Days Inn at Wytheville, VA, this motel was a breath of fresh air and more than met our expectation.

For the money, this hotel was fine for a quick overnight stay. The free breakfast was poor.

Does the job for a cheap one night stay. Would not recommend for more than a night.

Been staying Tuesday to Saturday for 4 weeks while opening our new location or Palmetto Trailer World in Rock Hill. The staff is wonderful. It is an exceptional value.

When I arrived, the check-in went well but then when I entered my room it had an odor as soon as I opened the door. The first thing I did was pull the blanket back on the bed and it had a big hole in the second blanket, burn holes in the blankets on both beds. My mom told me to come check out the bathroom, so I did…. Smh. The tub looked like someone had just stepped out and didn’t clean it. The washcloth was so dingy it looked gray. The toilet seat looked like someone had just used it and dropped butt crumbs on it. The ceiling was stained with who knows what. Luckily the rooms didn’t have carpet!! I couldn’t call the phone desk because the phone was not hooked up. The door paint was peeling off. I tell the clerk that checked is in that I wasn’t staying in that room so she said she had a room but on the second floor which we stayed in it for the night but that room was not much better. The second room tub was just like the first room just not as bad. The second room blankets had burn holes in them. The phone was connected to the cord but didn’t work. The next morning I asked someone else if they had another room downstairs because my mom couldn’t go up and down them stairs which they made happen. The third room was way better than the first two but still not too good. We checked the beds and everything looked good so we laid down to rest. The person that checked me in (I did not get her name) was the same person at breakfast and who also checked me out, was a very nice kind caring friendly happy person with lots of joy. This was a very nice hotel to stay at. And the frig worked very well including the freezer. Impressive!! The beds were comfy. Floors were nice and clean. Had a bathtub which is always nice to have. Beautiful picture of a pier spanning the wall above the beds. Nice big wooden dresser. Nice continental breakfast. Very good decaf coffee. Tissues. Very good price. Oh and a really nice comfy chair to sit on with a hassock. Thank you for being there last minute with affordable pricing.

Sheets were clean, bed was comfortable Price was right I would have liked to see lights above bathroom sink clean. Plexiglass was very dirty and full of dead bugs.

An inexpensive overnight stay (under $100). The beds and pillows were comfortable but it was a noisy area (lots of freeway noise. ) The hairdryer did not work and the office had none available to replace it. The breakfast had a bare minimum (cereal, bread, waffles and juice). Fruit and yogurt would have been nice.

In fairness it’s been a number of years since I’ve stayed in a modestly priced motel. While it looks like they’ve made an effort with cleaning and repairs its way short of what I would consider minimum standards. It’s just so old. Property outside has cigarette butts, trash. Bed was ok. Tub/shower had been painted over the many spots where porcelain was gone. Lighting in the room was poor, main light not working. Never again

Hotel is good for the money. A comfy bed for the night. The place is clean but appears questionable as the room needs updated. Faucets and wall paint definitely need some TLC.

We stay here pretty regular. It clean and in good shape for what you pay for! The breakfast is skippy but odes have waffle maker. We stayed at every place in Richburg multiple times and some of the other hotels aren’t any better but charge more!

The rooms are way outdated and I felt gross being in this room. We had to stay due to the Hurricane Helene but we only went at night. There seems to be people that live there and congregate outside on the balconies.

Rooms were not ready at 6:00 pm. Smell of smoke in the one "non-smoking room".

The floors were dirty. Trash wasn’t emptied. Used qtip and tissues beside the bed. Wet paint on bathroom door. And if that wasn’t enough they charged my card for the room even though I already paid at booking.

Dont stay there. Room was some what clean. My husband went to office for hair dryer the next morning and they didn't have any. I went back to front office for a 2nd cup of coffee and there wasn't any made. I would never stay there again.

Traveling with my RV and they accommodated for me for parking, not a big deal if you don’t have a 40 ft rig to park, but for those of us who do… yes, yes, yes. Room was a little beat up but no more than a smoking room in any hotel. Long hot shower and a very comfy bed, breakfast at 8:30 was limited but we all found something to eat, a waffle and fresh fruit should be everyone’s desire, but them picky eaters didn’t go hungry.

The clerk upon check-in was pleasant but the one in the morning was just there. Did not say anything when we went in for breakfast or upon turning in the key and thanking him.

My hotel was great got there and hotels.com didn't send over my reservation so the owner of the hotel had to call hotels.com to get confirmation of my stay and I booked it at 2pm in the afternoon and got to the hotel at 930pm so they had plenty of time to send my reservation.the staff there was very friendly and helpful thank you for the great stay

The room was clean but not very well kept. The paint was pealing on the ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom. The hair dryer was so messed up that when I tried to use it, it just broke all apart. The trim along the floors were very old and not properly fitted any longer. The doors to the rooms were outside, not on an indoor corridor like most of hotels are now. The room was pretty big and so was the bed. The bed was very comfortable and a good night’s sleep.

I left a $25 otter box fast charger there and called back after checking out and realizing it and they told me to call back the next day. I call back the next day and they supposedly don’t have it but obviously their housekeeping is dishonest or management just doesn’t care enough to actually look into it. Also while we were here a single car key was left in the room on the table on the second morning of the trip and when we came back the key was missing and has yet to be found. No help from staff. No breakfast. Itchy beds. Just all around terrible stay

It’s an old hotel, but it was clean. The area was okay, there is a nice Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Very nice and friendly staff.

When we walked in the room, there was a dead bug on the semen stained chair. The bedspread had cigarette burns in them and rips. The sheets had stains in them. The shower handle did not work. Your choice was frost bite, or getting scalded.

Reviews on this location weren't that great but I needed a place and the location worked so I took a chance. It was really clean, service was friendly, and it had everything I needed. The TV is tiny but not an issue for the price.

I was refused checkin at by the rude front desk agent stating that the reservation was booked for the following day. when i tried to explain that i had just driven 8 hours trying to get to my father who was in the hospital. she simply said she didnt care. I am a Corporate Wyndham Employee and plan to reach out to the GM in regards.

I have around 10pm after driving two hours, I could not check in as there was nobody in the office. I sat outside in my car with 3 kids for a hour and a half waiting, I called multiple times and nobody picked up. HORRIBLE. Thankfully I had enough money to book another hotel down the road.

Breakfast included and they have only mini muffins and coffee . That’s everything. When we 4 (Me my wife and two kids) have tried to have each muffin them receptionist not allowed and said only two between 4 of us. This is ridiculous. Please spent few bucks more but not to go motel like this. If you very tight in budget then an only recommended this place. Just to sleep .. take shower and leave.

We arrived late after a long drive. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Pillowcases we’re dirty and it looked like someone had slept in the bed. TV didn’t work, bathroom fan was crazy loud. Every restaurant and fast food place in the area closes at 9. Even McDonald’s so no food. I could go on but I’ll stop there.

The room was decent, but the first thing I seen when I turned the light on was a cockroach crawl across the desk. Luckily that was the only one. Also, the reservation said that breakfast for 2 was included and when we checked out there was no breakfast, just coffee and orange juice.

The property is located close to the i77 and a couple of good restaurants.The room we stayed in was disgusting from a cleanliness point of view and that goes for the bathroom to,however the beds where fairly comfortable

had a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes (my comforter had a cigarette burn in it). The continental breakfast was just orange juice & coffee. The AC unit in our room was loud.

THE YOUNG LADY THAT SPOKE TO MY HUSBAND WAS VERY RUDE, NONPROFESSIONAL, VERY UNFRIENDLY. MY HUSBAND IS HARD OF HEARING AND SPEAKS LOUD WHEN HE TALKS- THE LADY TOLD HIM HE HAD NO RIGHT TO YELL AT HER, HE TRIED TO EXPLAIN HE WASN'T YELLING THAT IS HIS NORMAL VOICE DUE TO BEING HARD OF HEARING. HE REQUESTED A COPY OF THE BILL AND SAID SHE COULDN'T THAT HER BOSS DOESN'T ALLOW HER TO? WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS MOTEL OR RECOMMEND IT TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

I didn't like that they said there was a continental breakfast and it was even listed on the sign outside. But when we arrived there was a sign in the office that they weren't doing breakfast because of COVID

Pool was empty, no breakfast, staff withdrew pet fee twice and I haven't gotten it back yet, did feel safe with the random people right outside our door at 2am, area wasn't very clean and there were bugs in our room. Felt very much like a motel

Furniture was very old, room marginally clean, no breakfast was available. Free WIFI was available but no computer. Water pressure was poor. Very disappointing. Days Inn should not approve this place by any means.

Needs to be renovated.

The toilet would not completely flush and as a man I go in the am so Im sure you know what that means. The shower also did not drain. so I believe they have major plumbing issues

House keeping never knocked they just walked in more than once which I feel is a very intrososive invasion of privacy
