The design inside the room was nice Got a non smoking room yet it smelt like weed and cigarettes. The bed was uncomfortable. They made me sign a waiver saying that they aren’t responsible if my room or car are broken into which made me feel like it’s happened plenty of times before so you can’t hold them responsible. Barely gave me any towels or extra toilet paper The refrigerator was dripping water all night so I had to use one of my body towels to clean it all up I asked for a later checkout and was told yes until 11:45 yet a few minutes after 11 they called me and told me it was time to leave. Then they had a cleaner come and tell me front desk said if I don’t leave that I’m going to have to pay another night.

Property was clean decent Was disappointed because when I booked, I seen pictures and I seem to have a Jacuzzi and that’s what I really wanted and it didn’t give me no options to pick a Jacuzzi was really upset when I got there. They gave me just a regular room.

The cleannesses, and how the hotel bathroom had a walk in shower and a bench for handicap people, the hotel was furnished with good quality house hold items. The bed and TV could be upgraded to a more comfortable mattress, the mattress was too firm and felt like I was sleeping on a flat board and the TV could be a bit bigger like a 50’ to fit the background frame that’s it’s mounted on.

We were allowed an early check-in, which we needed. One of the office staff was good. We were given a different room when the first room was not acceptable. The bed was barely acceptable. No coffee in the room or in the front office. Our first room was handicapped-accessible, which we didn't want, and the shower didn't work. (We did change rooms). The second room was OK
