Super convenient location - I walked from the Port with my back pack. Handy to restaurants and car rentals. Hotel was new and in excellent condition. Staff were wonderful and breakfast was too Not much

Location was great. Very close to the sea port and old town Rhodes. Lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet, which was included for our stay, was fantastic. Lots of variety. We had the top floor, only 4 rooms up there. We had a sea view, beautiful outdoor space The bed was very comfortable. They had a nice pool, but it was too cold while we were there but nice space to eat out there and lounge around. Also, they had a nice gym ,,,we didn’t use, but looked nice. And a ping pong and pool table in the lower level. Nice foods at the restaurant for lunch or dinner. There were a few things about our room I didn’t love. There was not very nice storage for clothes. Only a few small bedside drawers and then under counter cabinets with no bins. I left our clothes in the packing cubes which was ok but I would have liked a better place to put things away as we stayed 5 nights. Also the closet was weird…one rod that ran vertically. I had shirts and dresses to hang. I made it work but not ideal. You have to go in knowing that it’s an old building though you sure wouldn’t know it from the lobby which sparkled We had a lovely large spa tub in our room. However, the controls were on the far side of the tub so unless you’re tall, you have to climb ininto the tub full of water to modify. They ask you not to turn it off but it bugged me at night so we did. Also not allowed to empty it. Then the water would get cool and it took a while to heat. It was nice to have but we ended up not using as much as we might have if not for this reason. Note. If you are on the 7th floor, elevator only goes to 6. They will take your bags up but if you have issues with stairs that floor might not be the best choice.

Great hotel very close to Elli Beach and Rhodes Town. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices.

The hotel is located in a good location, rooms are big and clean. The staff is nice and the breakfast has many choices.

No issues, hotel was as expected and as advertised. Nice location, close to the historic center, very helpful staff, nice breakfast Only comment has to do with the space available for breakfast, which seemed tight due to the many guests eating at the same time.

The hotel was spotless! We were greeted by a very friendly and efficient employee who made our check in experience super fast and easy. He offered us a welcome drink, tips to catch the ferry the next day and arranged for our taxi in the morning. We were celebrating our anniversary and they put a few thoughtful gifts in our room. The next morning our taxi was on time and we made it to the ferry. Amazing stay!!

the hotel is what you expect. Big, confortable, in the center of Rhodes town and 10 min walking to old town. 5 min walk to the beach. The breakfast was serious: lots of food, big space, all good. Well, the swimming pool is not a 4 star hotel. Was small, very cold because is between big buildings all around so the sun is not there for many hours a day. The hotel is huge, but the space around the swimming pool is very limited, 30 beds probably. So the swimming pool area was disappointing for such a nice hotel. On the other hands, they do have showers and toilettes all around the swimming pool area, and a game area also, and a nice and confy lobby where to hang around waiting for the taxi.

The moment I entered the hotel, I was welcomed and offered a sparkling wine. I was there early in the morning and they helped me store my backpack till check-in. The receptionists were really helpful and welcoming. All the necessary info was given. They let me check-in early as well. The minibar was free of charge and they provide beach towels as well. It was possible to use the showers after check-out too. The breakfast was really good and there were lots of options to choose from. Although I did not get a chance to use them, gym, swimming pool, and play area -table tennis, billiards, air hockey, and table football- look decent. I would stay again and recommend 100% There was some hair on the mattress and the bathroom. Also, there were stains on some of the pillows.

The pillows could be newer.

I didn’t like that you had to make a reservation for the fitness center. HOWEVER, it was a available for same day reservation when I wanted to go. I also did not like that it was closed on Sundays. However, a lot of businesses on the island were closed on Sundays so it made sense.

Staff is the best! Location is great, close to everything by foot, breakfast is great also. We had sea view room but this year it was way to noisy from Ronda club. Even with closed balcony door it was impossible to sleep until 4 am. Also to much noise from motorcycles, cars with loud music, delivery trucks. Also, needa more attention to the sheets and pillow caes, they were ripped with holes and looked as if they were 20 years old.

The staff members are all so nice, the facilities are clean, and the rooms are immaculate. They offer to call you a taxi to the airport or any other location. The hotel is also walking distance to most restaurants and the beach. We stayed here in the beginning and end of our trip. Hotel was a little expensive.

Breakfast is very abundant and there are a lot of options, but we didn’t really like the food that much.

Very nice staff. Room was very comfortable and bathroom was outstanding with a lot of room. Amazing room. Bed was low on the floor, but very comfortable!
