Very pleasant and friendly staff. The hotel is close to the beach and city center. The room was a bit smaller than expected, but we had a balcony which was a plus. It is super clean and the furniture is new.

Spent a couple of nights here en route to nearby islands. Good value, nice area and close to beaches The bathroom gets soaked because the shower is tiny and there is barely a curtain.

We have enjoyed our stays over the past 10 years very much and the management and staff have been excellent. The apartment block was sold to new owners (Horizon Hotel group), recently. We and presumably Booking.com were not informed by the new owners or told of the noise by the pneumatic drilling and banging starting arond 08.00 am most days.

The location was good, close to the beach and other amenities. The apartment is a good size, spacious for a couple. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was ridiculously small, the entire bathroom floor was covered in water after each shower. The rooms were very dated, lots of wear and tear. Rooms were advertised as having water views or partial water views, from the second floor where we stayed there were none. Construction work downstairs was also noisy during the morning.

The staff and the location were great. This is going to be bad as I regret staying there, and I'm not that high demanding actually... The staff was great though, we had an airco problem and the next day we had a brand new functioning airco. Bathroom: The shower was children size and totally unacceptable. The lightning in the bathroom was horrible. A woman speaking: prepare to see the worst mirrored image of yourself ever :'( Bedroom: There was a dirty sock under the bed when we arrived, yuk! The bed linnen is to small for the bed, one sheet stopped half way the bed so you have to lie on top of the hard end of the sheet, and it keeps moving all night, very annoying. The bed itself was ok. Kitchen: There was mold next to the sink, I was kinda disgusted by this kitchen. We ended up only using the fridge. Balcony: As a smoker, and someone who has to work sometimes while on vacation, I was so disappointed. The airconditing units are on the balcony, blowing hot air onto the balcony. I did not enjoy this constant airco wind. The lights on the balcony are automatic and only go on later at night so I sat there in the dark, working with a flashlight! Then late at night, when I would have liked the privacy, I had to sit there with the full light on.

Great location, close to beach and all amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay. The bathroom was small, not much room in the shower. Also, there were works going on in the building below, which was noisy for a short time some mornings.

Location of the property is great - it is in the new part of the city, very close to the Elli’s beach and few of the most popular night clubs. It’s on walkable distance from the old town. The staff were very polite and helpful, they could give you good recommendations how to spend the time on the island. There is partial sea-view from the balcony. The property is a bit outdated. Shower area was really small and it was a bit hard to fit in. Known issue on the island - during rush hours (especially between 6 and 7 pm) there was no water.

Great location with easy access to beaches and restaurants and walking distance from Old Town. Bed comfortable. Staff at front desk friendly and helpful. Shower was very small and difficult to manage. Balcony was opaque so no view when sitting down.

The good things was canceled by bad things The hotel has a really water problem between 18:30 and 20:00, worse at the high floors. Even we had a baby they missed to give us a studio at a lower floor and who has got babies knows that this timeframe is critical to wash them, to prepare dinner and to sleep. We asked at least other 3 hotels near this one also with more floors and none has got some water problems. I have the videos where none drops of water comes out from our apartment in all days when we were there. The hotel and the reception did nothing to resolve the problem and in added they always said that the problem was in the water pressure in Rhodes town: under our advise, they put a paper in reception about this problem saying the faut was on head of Rhodes system water. In added they didn't do anything in front of the evidence of no water when the reception came in our studio. We asked other studios in our hotel and unluckily the situation was the same like us, absolutely no water. Since the first day I contacted Booking.com and the hotel management was directly contacted by them without resolution. The worst thing was the reception promised us an eventual reimbursement but the hotel obmited to say something until check-out time. Even after coming house, we contacted Booking.com Customer Care for a reimbursement but after some days Booking.com said the hotel missed completely to answer. Finally only Booking.com gave us a small reimbursement and I thank them for their professionality and to have answered always to our requests.
