Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its friendly and helpful staff, proximity to the airport, shopping malls, and restaurants, and the provision of fresh baked cookies. However, there are consistent complaints about the state of the rooms, with many guests noting that they are outdated, worn, and in need of a deep clean. The breakfast provided is also a common point of contention, with many guests expressing disappointment in the lack of hot options and variety.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Good location
- Outdated and worn rooms
- Poor breakfast options

I got the great hospitality. The staffs were super friendly and helped me on the way to the airport with a free ride. The building is old but I cannot complain with the price. Thanks!!
- 5/5
Child friendly, easy pick up to go breakfast that grandson and I both liked, clean room, kitchen furnished but no oven, slept well,
- 4/5
It was just a quick overnight stay but the staff was friendly. They got us an Uber to the airport, which was awesome and they were very helpful room was a little old inundated, but very nice.

We booked and paid for a room through Expedia the same evening as our stay. We had travel delays and arrived exhausted at 1:30am (4:30am by our morning time zone) to find that they had oversold and we didn’t have a room. Said they tried to reach us and we’d have an email and refund. Neither of which have been received yet. Just made for an extra exhausting start to a trip.
- 3/5
But the breakfast was very awful and not consistent everyday. Simply the staff says we are out of inventory.
- 5/5
Nice and upscale property appearance and reasonably priced for a family. Parking and breakfast was complimentary, can't beat that deal!
- 2/5
The staff was very nice but the room was dirty including a cockroach in the tub and the worst pillows ever. Building smelled of burning plastic and weed.
- 1/5
I had just checked in to my room and within a half hour the entire hotel’s electricity went out. Had to wait in the dark lobby for two hours until l my company could relocate me to another hotel in the same parking lot that did have electricity. The staff offered no explanation nor assistance. This was the second chance I gave this hotel. The first visit was a week before. I couldn’t access my room because the door lock was malfunctioning. I had to make four trips to the front desk before they sent maintenance to see what the problem was. Maintenance was in my room working for about an hour when they finally they decided to give me a new room. Needless to say, I will not be giving them a third try. This hotel is not well maintained and does not put the comfort of their guests first.

Airport Shuttle has limited operational times which is not clearly posted- cost me an additional $45 to Uber back to the airport-

Clean room and nice staff
- 4/5
Clean room friendly staff, sofa bed was a lil uncomfortable but other than that everything was good.
- 5/5
It is clean and quiet. Service not bad.
- 2/5
My junior suite was clean enough - I never opened the cupboards or the dishwasher, since I was only there for one night. But the room & bathroom were clean enough, didn't smell weird, etc. TV didn't work. At all. Breakfast is what it is, but even the packaged hard-boiled eggs were coated in a layer of frost. It's not fancy, fine, but it's also done poorly. Negative stars for the shuttle. Complete amateur hour. The only hotel I've ever run across that stops its shuttle at 10pm, because apparently a major international airport hub would never have flights that get in after 10... so I had to take a $35 Uber to get here. Needed to get back to the airport by 9 to catch my bus home (several companies outside of Seattle offer shuttle buses to Seatac, including the town where I live), so I scheduled the 8:30am shuttle from the hotel... which took off six minutes late, and I came within a whisker of missing my ride home from the airport that morning because of it. 0 stars would be an improvement for their shuttle. Listen to my words. Never stay here.
- 4/5
The property exterior looked welcoming. The interior looked tired. The room needs painting. The sheets were muslin not percale but the bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was cold cereal, juices, instant oatmeal, prepackaged hard boiled eggs, there were bagels to toast, prepackaged waffles to either toast or microwave. Coffee in the lobby was too strong for me to drink. Free airport pickup. They showed us a list of where they wound drive us to have dinner and picked us up afterwards for free.
- 3/5
Took 5 trips to the front desk getting new keys because door lock would not open door. It ended up being the door lock and not the keys that were malfunctioning. Maintenance tried to fix but was unable to. They finally gave me another room. It would have been appreciated had they at the beginning given me another room so that I could have showered and relaxed after a long day of work. Instead, I had to shred the room with maintenance while they tried to fix door lock.

Nice place to stay. Loved the lovation

We continue to be very 'burned' by our reservations and hotel selections through Expedia. The ratings are NEVER accurate and the pictures are even MORE inaccurate. I don't know if we'll ever use Expedia again. We have had bad experience after bad experience and I simply don't feel that we can trust any rating in your program. They simply do not measure up to what you show posted on your website. Extremely dis-satisfied.
- 4/5
We weren't aware we had to pay for parking until we were all checked in
- 4/5
Rooms, especially the bathroom was clean and tidy. Staff was helpful and friendly.
- 1/5
My room was not clean, the TV did not work. The furnishings were substandard and in disrepair. My key card had to be rekeyed 4x in 2 days. Other guests were arguing/loud, slamming doors, inebriated. The front desk did not provide a resolution to cleanliness, TV not working or inappropriate guests at 1:30 am.
- 4/5
O
- 3/5
Couch very uncomfortable too. Could use updated everything as run down and very outdated walls and floors.
- 4/5
Staff was helpful, rooms were clean, felt safe, breakfast was continental only (fruits, cereal, bagels, muffins, yogurt, juices)
- 1/5
This location is NOT safe
- 3/5
I was unaware of the changes. You have to request service, The breakfast offered is ok.
- 5/5
What a view! We stayed in a corner room facing the mountains. The room was excellent, clean, spacious and nicely equipped.
- 5/5
I appreciate the kindness of the staff & a quiet place to stay for the night. Thank you so much!
- 5/5
The staff was so very friendly especially for such a late night arrival. So many times when I have checked in last the night shift are (understandably Zombies) but not here! So kind sweet and engaging. I actually had to go down a couple of time for a few things and then I locked myself out by keeping my card key in the same pocket as my phone..(Pro tip.. don’t do that) and still she was so sweet and never gave me any uncomfortable attitude. The room was super clean. AC was great, good pillows bed was just slightly firm for me.. but you can’t please everyone on that. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that I. Called the night before and was told that they have 24 hour airport shuttle service and they in fact do not. It is over at 10pm.. But it’s okay. If that’s the worst thing I can live with an extra $35.00 one way uber..
- 3/5
Amenities are sparse. Door lock on our room was finicky as the magnetic cards are very sensitive to presence kf other cards and electronic devices according to the staff. Staff were very helpful and were very helpful in providing us with any planning or recommendations. Breakfast included, but very limited options. Hwoever, for traveling to Seattle on a budget, it is a great option.
- 5/5
Get staff and hotel!!
- 5/5
Beautiful, well-maintained facility with plenty of parking and easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc.
- 5/5
Twas clean, affordable, and pleasant
- 4/5
Their furniture and Tv needs update, volume on tv not working. There were only minimal eating utensils even tho our suit was for six. There were also no bedding for the living room sofa bed. Its an ok stay.
- 0.5/5
It was very dirty. Sofa had stains in it as well as the carpet. Pull out sleeper pretty much was like lying on springs. I demanded a refund and left. The person at the front counter was very nice about it all. It needs to have a complete makeover!
- 3/5
Staff was great. Breakfast got better better. The 4th floor carpet was cut and waved. They need to get it repaired.
- 4.5/5
No housekeeping service
- 5/5
Nice breakfast
- 5/5
The room was spacious, comfortable bed and I loved they provided you with simple cooking supplies and utensils!! I have stayed here in the past and will definitely stay here again! The staff was very nice and the warm cookies were a nice touch. Thanks so much for making my stay in Seattle enjoyable!
- 1/5
The bed was so uncomfortable. When we tried to call the front desk to see if they had a toothbrush they never answered. The hotel smelled of weed all night long to the point of waking us up.
- 4/5
Several maintenance items — microwave door handle was broken and simply fell off, TV apparently had a loose wiring connection but we finally got it to work, HVAC control was not very responsive and we just turned it off, broken liquid soap dispenser button for bath room sink.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff

Very friendly staff
- 5/5
Everything.
- 3/5
They really need a refresh. The carpets are warn, the is obvious wear and tear in the rooms. There are a number of temporary fixes around the property. I will still go there, the staff is great and I like the location, but I hope they do a remodel soon.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, very nice and comfortable beds. Staff very nice. I have never had to pay to park at a hotel so that charge made no sense to me.
- 1.5/5
Their breakfast selections were pretty good. We liked the location a lot. It was really quite and super green around. I don't think the guy working the desk when we got there knew anything about the property. He asked what floor I wanted to be on. I said top floor. He then said "Ok, 4th floor. Wait we don't have a 4th floor." Gave us a 3rd floor room. Got into the elevator and there was a 4th floor. The carpets were all bubbling up, the hallways smelled like a cross between weed and grandmas potpourri. Got to the room and the keys didn't work. Went back to the desk and had them reissue us a key. While down there we asked if there was a pool. The guy says "I'm not sure". What?! How do you not know if your building has a pool or not? Finally go into the room and the room smells horrendous. Pretty sure they have some type of auto smell sprayer in the room. We reserved an Executive Suite so that our daughter could have her own room and Mom and Dad could stay up late. The pull out bed in the living room was a 2 inch thick mattress that had springs poking out of it. So had to change that idea and sleep on the king with her. There is no AC in the bedroom, so can't close the room door if you want to stay cool. In the morning, tried to take a shower but the drain was clogged.
- 2/5
This place is tired and desperately in need of renovation. The public places were not clean. At first we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned, and were then shown to a different one that was fine but only had one set of towels for the 2 of us to share. This place has great potential, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was pretty good - but I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
I was only staying at Larkspur one night as I was going to Idaho and Montana, but I wish I was staying there for my entire vacation. Through the years I have stayed at numerous hotels in the U.S. and Larkspur is by far the best. The rooms are silent and very clean and are like small apartments with a nice kitchen, a big refrigerator etc.
- 2/5
Staff was not friendly. Hotel was not great. I don't think why expedia rate that hotel as 3 Star...
- 5/5
I was there for one night because i had to leave my car at a near by dealership staff was very kind and helped me with all my questions. Room was clean, spacious and equipped woth a full kitchen for long term stays. I will be staying here again when i got pick up my car.

Clean room . Easy parking
- 4/5
But room was great. King studio was roomy. Bed was great. Full sized fridge and functional stovetop was super for a 3 night stay .
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay in this extended stay suite which is head and shoulders above your typical extended stay. Everything from the room, amenities, parking, staff was a notch above what I've come to expect of an extended stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
- 3/5
There is another competitive hotel next door if you do not support Larkspur/Hotel.com poor business practices.
- 4/5
I’m disappointed I have to pay $15/night for parking. Car was parked in parking lot and appears not to be secured.
- 3/5
The property is dated and could use a few upgrades, the complimentary breakfast was not always fully stocked, the laundry room was great (no fees), the staff was amazing very nice and helpful. Parking fills up pretty quickly. You have a few long term vehicles on the property. Room services every three days but you can ask the staff for additional towels. If need be the rooms can use refreshing the lobby areas could use new lanterns and lamps. Lampshades were broken on several. They do offer nice cookies at the front desk. Jess and team are very nice.
- 1/5
Very run down
- 2/5
The staff were really nice and it had ample parking.
- 4/5
The staff members are very kind and helpful

Clean room
- 1/5
Expedia lied and said their costs included all fees and taxes, but at check in, the front desk charged another $66 for parking!! :( The fridge in the room was missing the entire bottom shelf, took the staff over 24 hours to fix that. The hotel is proudly "pet friendly" - and there was a pet urine stain on the carpet in front of the couch in my room. I complained to the staff multiple times but no one ever came to clean it in the 5 days I was there. The back entrance to the main floor of the hotel had piles of dog poop everywhere in the grass and even onto the sidewalks. Housekeeping staff left an old, dirty, damp dish cleaning sponge under the sink and I had to ask twice to get a new one.
- 2/5
The room didn’t smell okay at all. I tried spraying my own perfume everywhere- the smell is embedded in the fabric. The tiles are coming up in the bathroom, the shower doesn’t drain well the breakfast was gone through- nothing left within the first 2 hours no plates, bowls fruit or pasties and the TV… the coloring has gone out and you can only watch TV with a blue color to it! And now they charge $15 to park- I’ve stayed here for the last 6 years off and on and I’ve officially decided to never go there again! This is the first review I’ve ever left for a place because I felt as though I had to!
- 4/5
This was an amazing facility, great well lit parking lot with friendly staff members located in a quiet nice area of town. My only fault with this establishment were the room keys. The magnet inside them are really sensitive and anything such as credit cards, MagSafe cases, portable chargers, etc anywhere remotely close to the room keys affects the magnet which is a nuisance to try to account for every day. In my three nights stay, I had to get my keys fixed twice. Free of charge, but annoying to deal with.
- 1/5
Dirty building, dirty grounds, smell throughout building. Keys only work 1/4 the time. Beds were disgusting.
- 4/5
Great location, somewhat quiet even though its right next to SR 167.
- 2.5/5
Location close to our son’s apartment for family visit. Strong, unpleasant odor in 3rd floor hallway. Lots of deferred maintenance: buckled carpet, loose floor tiles in bath, peeling wallpaper in shower, chipped paint throughout room. Also, new $15 a night parking fee. This is our 4th time staying in about a year and the parking fee might be what causes us to look elsewhere for our next visit.
- 4/5
Convenient airport shuttle. Good sized, well supplied room. Very nice staff
- 3/5
The staff was rude. The rooms were big but dated and stale they told us we couldn’t stay in the room we were in another night due to booking and had to move rooms with 20 suitcases of stuff and that night I needed to get something I left from the room and another staff member took me up there to get it the room was vacant I was not happy the staff seemed to have an issue with gay women and just wanted to make our stay uncomfortable. We moved hotels the next day.
- 1/5
Room was falling apart! Pet chew marks on the furniture, molding in the kitchen coming off, sticky carpet, door knob came off on day 3. Had to fix it myself as the maintenance man was gone that day. Charged twice for early check in and who knows what else. Got yelled at by a drug addict for doing my laundry. Had a friend with me as a witness. Staff is amazing though.
- 4/5
Booked a room right after a snow storm hit Seattle and 100s of flights canceled. The shuttle and reception staffs were friendly and efficient (super busy too). The room was clean but the hotel could definitely use some renovation.
- 2/5
My flight was late, so the shuttle was done for the night. The door wouldn't open to the room. This place is horribly outdated. It felt dirty. The breakfast was nothing. I was angry. How did this place have 8 stars when it hasn't been updated since 1982?
- 5/5
Wish shuttle ran later. Need to list shuttle hours. Shuttle was listed as part of appeal to book there. We ended up paying $42 for Lyft.
- 3.5/5
Furniture in room pretty shabby. Clear that a big dog had been there and had torn the upholstery.
- 1/5
I called this hotel a bit before 9pm because I had two flights cancelled and needed to return to the airport the next day, they said give them a call when I knew my pick up location. At 9:15 pm I called to tell them and they said sorry, shuttle full and it stops at 10pm. Couldn’t cancel hotel and all hotels closer to the airport had been full due to crazy weather. So I took a taxi, however when I checked in I asked to be put on the shuttle list for the next day. When I got to the lobby the next day, they let me know the shuttle was two loads behind and the driver was on their break. That my shuttle would not leave for at least an hour. Another couple and I shared an uber. As for the amenities, after I had gotten into my room I went to the lobby to ask about availability of toiletries, etc, since I was without my luggage, and there were none (not upset about that just surprised for an airport hotel) but what stunned me was I requested an ice bucket to get ice and they didn’t have one so the desk person unrolled a trash bag for me to get ice, not the small ones for ice buckets, but literally a trash can liner. There are much worse things happening in the world but I just wanted to warn other travelers of the shuttle issue especially.
- 3/5
We needed a place to stay last minute due to a flight cancellation at Seattle Airport. My criteria for selection was airport shuttle and breakfast. After booking I discovered the airport shuttle service runs from 5 am until 10 pm. Because arrived after 11:30 pm no shuttle available and we had to book a uber for about $30. The breakfast wasn’t much. 3 selections of cereal, some cooked rice and packaged bagels with cream cheese. There was a bowl of fresh oranges and some yogurt. We were disappointed. Shuttle service to airport was good. The hotel is dated, but clean. It’s okay, but wouldn’t stay here again if there were other options meeting our 2 criteria. The rate was okay in comparison to others but I wouldn’t classify it as a great value for what you get.
- 1/5
Dirty room, bad breakfast. Sorry, Larkspur, but for the price, advertisement, and quality, this place really was sub par. For the same price there are many other places I could have parked my vehicle for a trip out of SeaTac AND stayed. I get the feeling that this place stays open thanks to the homelessness crisis in Washington State. It was more like a homeless shelter than a "luxury" place to rest as advertised. The crowd that stayed here was incredibly high and sketchy. Never again.
- 5/5
I loved everything about my stay. They fixed a little problem for me, that I made when, I booked the room. The suite my family got was very clean, ( i used to work at a hotel, and i also used to clean very big homes so I know what I'm talking about, lol). They had a very nice , very big variety of breakfast items. Beautiful lounge area. I didnt get to scope the rest of it out because I was literally only there to sleep. But the little time we spent there was awesome. Aside from the alarm that woke us up at 3 am , which I dont blame them, everything was excellent. My family loved the stay and I really appreciate how affordable it is. I have a huge family and I usually go for the bigger rooms but this was one of the most affordable and best stays ever. I chose it because I have already had a great experience with them another night when I got stuck because of weather. I chose it for how affordable it was and was so surprised at how big and clean the place was, when we walked in. Will always choose that place.
- 2/5
No toothpaste is provided and you have to pay 15 dollars a day for parking the area isn't the best or very convenient and the breakfast served is not the best at all no eggs or anything like that just simple breakfast stuff bagels cereal etc..!!but hotel staff is nice and polite overall..!! I don't think I would stay again at larkspur landing in Renton I would rather go elsewhere and much better amenities..! So I wouldn't recommend a stay at this hotel
- 3/5
The room was nice but starting January 1 they charge an extra $15 to park in the lot. There's are abandoned cars in the lot with trash bags for windows that have been they will over 6 months! They also charge $20 for a pet fee. Add on fees are now 35% of the room itself!
- 3/5
Room needs upgrade, had issues with room,
- 5/5
Very nice place with great service, up to date rooms, parking, and breakfast.
- 0.5/5
The lobby was clean My reservation was for a suite with a king bed and a sofa bed confirmed it with booking before the trip. Upon arrival after a day of traveling and my teenager tournament we arrived. The employee behind the counter was professional however told and showed me that the reservation on their end says queen bed and no sofa. After having a lengthy conversation with him while trying to contact booking and not use the stupid AI he slipped and told me that other guest have had this problem recently. He did offer a room that still was not what I reserved but provided enough beds for my family for a higher price. Getting close to dinner time and having reservations for dinner with my sons teammates I was left with no other option but to take the room. After we moved everything into the room I finally got through to a person with booking. He tried to resolve the issue and was unsuccessful. He couldn't reach anyone that had the power to right the wrong. I was unable to get reimbursed the difference from what I was originally supposed to pay and what I actually had to pay. Monday morning I will be calling extended stay and booking to get paid back the difference The icing on the cake was the a guest that stays at the hotel often by the choice of her employer told me where to park to prevent my windows from being broken by thieves.
- 5/5
Someone was always at the front desk
- 2/5
The room was good. I've stayed in this place or one across the parking lot about 10 times a year for many years.
- 2/5
The bathroom smelled of wet ground, the chair was broken, the smoke detector started beeping at 11:30 pm and continued all night. The lights at the entry were.not working. Cars in parking lot with broken out windows
- 3/5
Room had no oven, no housekeeping unless you pay more money. Charging $15 a day to park your car at an extended stay hotel is just greedy
- 5/5
Yes, everything.
- 3/5
Staff are friendly, but the smell at the hallways is awful, room cleanliness is acceptable.
- 1/5
The room itself was the only positive. The hotel was obviously used by some “long-term” tenants. The entire hallway smelled of smoke, wet dog and what I believe were some other questionable activities. I will not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else
- 5/5
Had a little trouble with the door of my room so the front desk upgraded us to a nice bigger room. Very professional and great customer service
- 3/5
better breakfast instead of carb heavy prepacked portions
- 2/5
I found a roach in my room
- 3/5
The room was fine. Just big refrigerator running so loud all night long. They charge us $15 addition for parking in their parking lot WOW never see that coming … we used to stay Hotels next door they never charged us. This should be post on total when we booked their hotel.
- 4/5
Hotel is conveniently located, staff was very friendly and helpful, cleanliness was only mediocre, overall the rooms and furnishings are very well worn and long due for replacement!
- 4/5
Overall, this was a good place to stay. The building and amenities are a little outdated, but everything was clean.
- 3/5
The room was ok. But they charge for parking and I could not find this hidden fee. Also, they offer continental breakfast . When we went down, most everything was gone, some oatmeal packs and 2 oranges. We are told, that is all they had left. No bowls for the oatmeal. Staff didn't want to be bother. We won't stay here again
- 3/5
When we first got into the room, both TV's did not work. There was no ice bucket or ice trays. Our original room we booked on the first floor was not cleaned (this was at 3:00,which was ck in time), we would have been happy to take a higher floor however the elevator was not working and we are73 and 75 and do not do stairs especially with luggage. They put us in the board room which was fine except for the above issues. Then on the third night the fire alarm went off for 20 minutes at 3:10 am. Also if you are looking for a hot breakfast....this is not the place to stay.
- 1.5/5
Disability friendly Almost everything else
- 4/5
The room was comfortable and the staff were nice.
- 2/5
The hotel was poorly maintained, smelled bad and was dirty
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful
- 2/5
This is probably the second worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I was greeted in the lobby with an argument that resulted in the cops being called, which also meant I had to stand there and listen to it for 10-15 minutes while I waited to check in. The hotel seems pretty rundown as well. The room is lackluster, but seemed as clean as you could make it (with the exception of the desk top). However, my TV was broken. Overall just a very poor quality hotel that I could not ever recommend. The only star it gained was for being cheap, but I wish I had just spent a bit more to be honest.
- 3/5
The room was ok but the free breakfast was not that as good. The airport shuttle driver did not give us a ride she said were 15 mins late so we have to wait for her 1hr, but she just sitting inside the office. Did not offer us other way how we get to the airport. They promote for a free airport shuttle pickup but they are very limited you have to wait 20mins+ before you got picked up.
- 4/5
Staff was kind. Lobby often smelled like fresh cookies. The building is older, but the rooms are quite clean. Parking is not free, and a few other residents had issues with parking safety/theft from their vehicle.
- 1/5
Bathroom door was broken! Did not close left the gap. If my grown-up son or my grown-up grandson walked by when I was in the bathroom, the full length wall mirror showed me naked. There was messy parts that you could tell was never cleaned. The breakfast was terrible. There was mostly things were gone even complaining to the front desk did not help at all. There’s so much more.
- 5/5
The staff was exceptional! Very friendly and attentive. Location is great especially if you're on foot. Plus they even have an on demand shuttle service to anywhere within a 5 mile radius. A lot of variety for breakfast, furnished kitchenette, surprisingly quiet for being next to a freeway. All the stars, 10 out of 10. Thank you! The room only had decaf coffee, which Im sure was just a small oversight. 24 hr coffee in the lobby made up for this tiny imperfection.
- 1.5/5
Its location People smoking cigarettes in the hallway with windows wide open and it’s 28* outside.
- 3/5
The room and the building are great. There was some trash left in the elevator. But there is drama here due to the long term stay tenants. I saw obvious drug users, luckily not using when I saw them, but the kind of folks you need to watch your valuables around. Also, there was someone arrested while I was there for something and the next day one of the staff was nearly yelling at another employee talking about the situation. The conversation calmed down but this person should have known to not talk about these issues in front of customers regardless of the tone and tenor of the conversation let alone yelling about it in the lobby. It's a great value for the room and I would like to keep staying there but I don't feel safe there.
- 1/5
Ill start with the reason why im giving it such a low review, then move on to the good. I stayed for 3 nights, and on the second night my partner and i came in late. We were tired and wanted some tea before going to bed. The two of us went out to the lobby to make some tea. And apparently in my sleepiness- i forgot my phone. After we went back to our room we realized it was gone and went back to the lobby only to be told that it was taken behind the desk then given to a different person staying at the hotel. The woman at the front desk didnt even bother checking to see if it actually belonged to her, and just handed it over.
- 5/5
My family was very happy with our stay at this hotel.
- 5/5
Carpet needs to be replaced.

The breakfast was less than appealing. Just some prepackaged items, very limited selection, not an actual breakfast, just something to hopefully get you by until you could get some real food. We found roaches in our room, live in the kitchen and a dead one in the bathroom. My wife woke up with some bites on her legs. When I reported it to the front desk staff, they were unable to help, saying they would let the Mgr know. We were told the Mgr couldn't issue a refund as it was booked through a third party. I contacted Booking and he initially said I should have resolved it with the hotel. I had to follow up with the hotel, twice, to make sure it was getting taken care of. It was then that I was told the hotel Mgr could issue the refund as we paid at the hotel. But not before implying that it was odd that both we and our travel friends both had problems with our rooms. I didn't respond to this, but it was very insulting.
- 5/5
Kitchen nette well furnished, large table very adequate bathroom , lounge area very well furnished & breakfast very generous The air conditioner was difficult to turn off. Couldn’t get a paper receipt because they ran out of paper, still waiting for it as an email
- 3/5
Had not stayed in an extended stay facility previously and I was only there for one night. Plenty of room and a full kitchen, far more than I needed for a one-night stay. Booking.com did not make it very clear that there was a $15 parking fee; I wasn't expecting that it at all, or maybe I missed that. Does not seem justifiable. Room seemed cold no matter what I sent the thermostat to. "Good breakfast" in a place with no hot food or dining area is a considerable overstatement and a real disappointment, and not close to any restaurants. No easily accessible power outlet for a CPAP machine. No USB outlets at all that I could see.
- 1/5
Do NOT stay here! Super ghetto with noosy people that are LIVING IN THE HOTEL! Staff are unable to do anything because there is no security onsite. There was a dog left out in the hallway unattended and it was barking for almost an hour aggressively.
- 5/5
Quick trip. Great room for the price.
- 5/5
The breakfast worked for my schedule because it was easy to grab and go
- 4.5/5
Heater noise
- 3/5
Room 202 got a busted tv that sounds like it’s gonna short circuit and blow up.
- 5/5
Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the shuttke driver to the front desk. Our stay was comfortable and the room was clean.
- 4/5
Left before I could try breakfast.
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious. The staff was exceptional and very courteous.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, easy parking
- 1/5
The place is old and outdated, staff at front desk were not informative - has to return to desk to get Wifi pw, only decaf coffee in the room, returned to front desk to get reg coffee and they had NONE! Continental breakfast was brutal. Will NOT stay again. Pictures on Expedia ad are not at all what the reality of the room was.
- 4/5

Clean room!
- 5/5
clean room, staff, amenities, all outstanding
- 5/5
clean room, staff, amenities, all outstanding

Pull out sofa bed. mattress was way beyond its use. Covered with plastic to mask stain and odor. Inside sofa was filthy with bottle caps and other nasty stuff. Window covering, you can see spots of light cockroach
- 5/5
Nice and clean here. Thanks!
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Nice size room and clean.
- 1/5
Rundown Hotel(Motel). Dirty, garbage everywhere, Neglected. Booked 2 nights. Check out on first night.
- 5/5
It was a nice stay
- 4/5
The room was in good condition and very clean. The staff was friendly and conducted themselves in a professional manner. They would have five stars if this location provided breakfast. I enjoyed my stay.
- 4/5
The towels are too old and dirty.
- 5/5
All in all it may been a quick stay but will likely use them again in the future. Thanks!
- 3/5
room was great for the price. Bed was comfortable. People honored our room request and found a cart for us. This is a suite with a kitchen. We stay at these kind of places due to food allergies. We have to cook our own food. The room contained 1 spoon, no spatula, no working fan or light above sink. Bathtub drain needs work. Bathtub faucet slips down to super hot on it's own; it needs to be tightened.
- 4/5
Room was clean this was just a one night stay. Shuttle services was excellent.
- 4/5
Arrived early because I was visiting my son for the day in Olympia and they took care of my luggage so I didn’t have to leave it unattended in my var. I greatly appreciated that.
- 1/5
The rooms are nasty when i woke up the next morning my face broke out in a rash like they dont clean also a lot of homeless people leave there nastiest place ive ever been to.
- 5/5
The desk staff gets 5 stars; housekeeping gets a 1. Why? No show on scheduled day and when they did show on the previous day, the left no toilet paper.
- 5/5
Staff was courteous, good amenities, quiet.
- 5/5
Good location. Enjoyed the stay here and the staff were really friendly.
- 3/5
My only criticism is that the rooms are showing their age. Carpets are worn, and the room furniture is worn and dated. Same for the bathroom: Floor tiles cracked, light over the sink was fluorescent, (yuk), and would frequently flicker. I could go on, but these are all signs of an aging hotel.
- 4/5
Location was only a mile from my early morning (7:30 AM) medical appointment at Rayus Imaging. We live over two hours away from Renton so driving the day before and staying overnight was less stressful for us. Bed was very comfortable and clean. We needed a full kitchen because we are Vegans and don’t eat out due to food sensitivities. The stove top in our Suite did not work but we were prepared and had a plug-in hot plate with us! Also, we would prefer no carpet due to cleanliness but that wasn’t a deal breaker either.

This place was not as shown on the website. Rooms are in need of some repair and the furniture very obviously needs to be replaced. Front desk staff were nice and hotel offers a decent grab and go breakfast, a few light items. Would not stay here again in it’s present condition.
- 4/5
The bed sofa was not usable. I had to sleep over the couch instead. Very uncomfortable trying to sleep with the uneven surface of the bed sofa.
- 5/5
The breakfast. No orange juice.
- 5/5
Yes, that day was awesome. All of the above everything the staff the residents, the amenities I love it. Everything was great and I will visit again.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, great value.

There was no breakfast during all days of our stay because of the holidays!!!

- 5/5
Great team, shuttle driver was the best.
- 4/5
I keep coming back so it can’t be so bad.
- 4/5
Always smells like pot but that’s not the hotel fault.
- 4/5
Quick check in
- 5/5
Home away from home
- 1/5
No proper breakfast only dry snacks and nothing freshly prepared
- 5/5
Breakfast began at 6 … maybe offer a to go bag that can be picked up from reception for guests departing before 6? Parking is ample Property is well kept and room is comfortable.

Let’s just say, this is definitely not a 3 star as one would like to think. The hallways were a dead giveaway. This particular Larkspur Landing is poorly maintained. There was tape holding the carpet together. When I entered my first room I turned on the light, put my bags down and immediately went to the bathroom to wash my hands and first thing I saw was a baby cockroach. That means there were many cockroaches. I get it the room has a kitchen but you would think they would put more effort on cleaning. I called the front desk and she moved me to another room. The second room, right when I walked in I noticed a huge stain on the carpet & a funny smell, so I tried to turn on the air. It didn’t work. Again went down to the front, she asked what happened. I told her and she said it was probably me not turning on the air right. I insisted on another room. She finally did, this time my room key didn’t work. I tried several times. So I went back down lugging my carry on and bag around. She assisted me back up and finally my key worked. She said it acts up sometimes, I kind have to play with it. After 5 attempts it worked. Finally a decent room, until … after a long day, I was traveling since early morning, I decided to take a hot shower. That was fine, until I grab a towel. Opened it up and found someone else’s hair.
- 4/5
Everything fine, but breakfast was a challenge.
- 4/5
Staff is friendly
- 5/5
Great price and quality
- 5/5
Only stayed one night, clean room and the AC worked great, only downside was that the tv wasn’t working until I figured out that a cord wasn’t pushed into the tv enough but other than that, everything else was great.
- 3/5
The rooms were clean. The breakfast was pretty standard (cereal, milk, yogurt and cheese squares). The smoking area is right at the front door which allows the smell of smoke to permeate the front of the hotel (check in and breakfast area). At least 3-4 people smoking there each time we went in and out and at breakfast.
- 3/5
Room .. not enough bedding. Very disappointing that I had to go to front desk to get the items. They used to bring it to the room.. oranges are still green
- 5/5
Awesome place ! i will return !
- 5/5
Check in very smooth, very large room and comfy bed. Convenient to hospital and freeways. Well lit parking lot.
- 4/5
It met our needs. The staff was very nice.
- 2/5
Room, staff, condition of overall hotel.
- 4/5
It was a great value clean friendly staff nice place would definitely stay again
- 2/5
Property is old but has some character. The staff was friendly and helpful. Just wasn't what I was expecting based on the price and pictures. Carpets and furniture needs some love. I thought the gym had dumbbells and a bench based on the photo. Had an older universal machine, with limited attachments. I always look at the gym pics first before I pick a hotel, so I was a bit disappointed. It seems like people live here for long periods of time and there was a bit of partying going on.
- 5/5
Very clean, large suite and friendly staff
- 2/5
Very limited breakfast menu, no boiled eggs this time; not enough healthy choice foods; dining area not that clean like before. Accessible room not that clean, room facing the freeway- very noise- staff was told to give me a room is a quite area but he did not; staff refuses to change my room for another one and told me they don’t have another empty room. No way to use the accessible shower when all the water comes out of the shower and it’s very easy for a handicap person to have a fall- I shared my experience with the front desk person but he did not seem to care - zero customer service this time. Not enough handicap parking either, cars parked in the handicap parking but not displaying their handicap permit. I do not stay for first time at this hotel and I’m disappointed with my stay this time. Elevator carpet dirty.
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
The hotel advertised a room that held 6 people. This was not true.
- 4/5
Clean and quiet rest. Staff was friendly and room was great. Could not adjust the temperature in the room although it was at a comfortable temp to begin with. Would stay here again.
- 4/5
Free shuttle within 5mile radius was a big help. We used it for grocery and dropping us to train station. Bfast is grab & go. It is spacious with a kitchenette. A little outdated but clean & bed comfy. It’s quiet, pleasant stay and well within the budget. A place to sleep for the night, shower and go for the day.
- 3/5
ok! the building is a little run down but staff was nice and everything worked and was clean
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
it was worth it. good size room, full kitchen(stove, microwave, refrigerator and sink), warm potpourri smell in main lobbies and hall way. main lobby hallway carpet looked like it could be care for (high foot traffic). when in renton I this a place to stay for sure.
- 4/5
Stayed for one night for a 2 day meeting in town. Nice kitchenette, well equipped. Bed nice and comfortable.
- 5/5
Very good!
- 2/5
Room had bugs, the cleaning staff was rude and never once came to clean the room, the upstairs neighbors were terrible. Don’t put people with kids on top floors.
- 4/5
Floor in our hallway had duck tape to hold it down, kitchen cabinets were dated and tough to open. Finally, we parked in the back by elevator and was concerned when at least twice homeless people in their vehicles were parked there when we returned for the day. Very unsettling
- 5/5
No
- 5/5
Staff was awesome. The pool was the right temperature. The hot tub was the right temperature. It was very clean and the water was clear.
- 3/5
Bed uncomfortable. Place is run down. If you want sugar high, you can try their breakfast. Only thing healthy they had was water.2
- 5/5
Best budget stay in the area
- 5/5
Very nice staff, and clean rooms
- 5/5
Clean room and nice staff
- 5/5
Lovely place to stay !
- 4/5
Nice layout, kitchen a real plus.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly accommodating staff, and safe parking led to a very satisfying 4 night stay.
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Very friendly staff
- 5/5
We used to come here a lot...it's showing its age. The poor desk clerk had her checkin system go down so delayed checkin but she handled it well. Their shuttle cutoff was too early at 10pm but they did take us early next AM. Need healthier/keto options in AM for breakfast please...it was mostly sugar and carbs. Good coffee 24/7 in lobby
- 3/5
Don't be misled by the property pics. The place seems to be a living residence place with empty rooms that are described as hotel rooms. It seems to be an added way for the property owner to fill rooms. Don't expect your typical hotel amenities, such as daily turn-down, hot made-to-order breakfast, etc.; however, if you're on a budget, this is the place. In terms of location, it's basically in an industrial park area with a strip club literally across the street. I would not stay in this location again.
- 2/5
I feel robbed. Everything from photos and reviews made this seem like a decent place to stay, and I am ok with older buildings... but this was one of the worst experiences. I have never writen a bad review, but this was absurd. The bedroom was sealed with no windows that open, and no climate control. It was like a sauna. Bed was not comfortable, and some of the bedding stained. The bathroom door wouldn't even shut. Breakfast had yogurt (actually good) and some Tillamook cheddar, but there was nothing really else. Bagels but no toaster or toppings, cereal but no milk. This wasnt last call or at a weird time. I think it was 8:30am on a Sunday . It felt like I was getting punkd. What is this place? Property is cool and has so much potential but this seems like a management that doesn't give a flying monkey. Staff who checked us in was really sweet, but nobody was to be found in the morning. What a waste of money
- 5/5
Friendly front desk staff and the room is clean and comfortable. Only issue is the housekeeping staff only gave me decaf coffee and the front desk did not have any to give me.
- 3/5
Rooms are big however we had cockroaches in the room I was staying at.
- 5/5
I liked the property for the price. I don't think any better place can be found with their affordable price.
- 4/5
Timely pick up.
- 4/5
It’s fine
- 5/5
Staff is great!
- 4/5
Staff was very kind and helpful; however, the room had a broken fridge handle, broken stove, no regular coffee and no ice bucket.
- 2/5
breakfast was from 7-10. At 8o clock they were out of several items and said they didn't have anymore to restock. No coffee refilled as well. Nobody answered the phone when we tried to arrange a ride back from drop off point so we ubered instead. No Room service on our first nights stay, not even taking the garbage away.
- 4/5
I definitely recommend it and would go back anytime.
- 1/5
Should not be listed as a property. Dirty smelly and gross
- 5/5
I will definitely stay here again! Staff was amazing and free transportation to and from the airport! Breakfast was amazing!
- 2/5
I’ve been staying at LarkSpur Landing Renton and Bellevue for the last 10yrs. First time I’ve been disappointed. Dirty, moldy smell, run down
- 2/5
No one answered the phone to get the shuttle from the airport. After 10 rings, it was answered and I was put on hold. Took over an hour to finally get the shuttle ride to the hotel. Unprofessional screeching when the phone was answered. I would never stay here again.
- 5/5
The staff was super nice and I was very surprised for the price and how nice the room was, it is an older hotel but it was a very clean hotel. My only complaint I have is that it’s also a place where people live longer than a one night stay and right next to the door was a little seating area, where they all sat and smoked. That was rough to walk past, but that was my only complaint.
- 3/5
there was roaches in the room
- 2/5
When asked why they only showed those news stations and tv shows, I was told it was their corporate office that determined the stations provided. Just seemed very weird to me that a hotel will promote something so tailored to a specific group of people only and not for everyone.
- 4/5
Hotel needs updated. Other than that it was nice.
- 1/5
Air conditioners didnt work and rooms smelled
- 5/5
Staff was very courteous and helpful
- 4/5
Staff was excellent. This is an older property but kept very well.
- 5/5
Nice breakfast offered, shuttle available, staff very accommodating , good size room, amenities available, walkable to needs.
- 3/5
Very limited breakfast.
- 4/5
Very spacious and clean, friendly staff
- 4/5
Great
- 5/5
Shuttle services very good, breakfast was great. Staff is courteous. Overall I liked the place and I will recommend to others
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
The staff and the other guests were super friendly!! However; the room we were in had the strongest urine smell and we did see a roach. Breakfast is provided and they do offer fresh baked cookies nightly.
- 5/5
Such awesome staff Miss Kawana and Rebecca were awesome
- 2/5
Used to be good but no more
- 5/5
Our shuttle driver, Kawana, did an excellent job driving us and giving helpful information about our travel and dining needs!
- 3/5
Breakfast was empty
- 4/5
We brought our dog and there is plenty of areas on and off the property to walk.
- 4/5
staff where excellent Breakfast was sparse
- 5/5
This hotel was extremely accommodating. We arrived early morning even though we weren’t checking in until 3:00pm. They were able to store our luggage until our room was ready. They also offered shuttle service to and from the Light Rail which allowed us to spend the day in downtown Seattle. The room was also very large and comfortable. I wish I’d had more time to spend in this hotel.
- 4/5
The complimentary breakfast was nice and it was well stocked. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Great place and very friendly and accommodating staff
- 1/5
Its terrible and not a 3 star hotel. Its a 1 star hotel . Room had a bad smell . No shower gel or soap .
- 3/5
This was a convenient location being close to the airport. The room was decent for a one night stay. The shower had good water pressure and the water was hot. The breakfast is more a grab-and-go breakfast. Didn’t seem very well maintained, no water available at breakfast either (they had a water dispenser that was low from the night before and still low at breakfast the next morning). Customer service was mediocre.
- 5/5
The carpet in the hallway was worn, and the breakfast choices were somewhat limited, but the staff was very nice and so was the room. It’s lovely to have a full kitchen.
- 1/5
At 8:00 a.m. on September 14, we arrived at the airport and tried calling to ask about the shuttle bus schedule. Despite many attempts, nobody answered. When someone finally picked up, they immediately hung up on us. We ended up waiting for an hour and a half before a small van eventually arrived. The driver told us she was only there to pick up someone else. The whole experience was simply unacceptable.
- 2/5
La foto que aparece en los anuncios no refleja las condiciones actuales. Parece que estabas en otro lugar. Deprimente.
- 5/5
The driver of the hotel van was extremely helpful and informative and willing to help us plan our activities.
- 4/5
Staff was polite and helpful
- 4/5
The property was a bit outdated but for the price it was ok. The shuttle service could have been better as we had scheduled a pick up from the car rental facility and then had to call the hotel because no one came. We were told there was no pick up scheduled even though we scheduled it the night before.
- 1/5
The Larkspur Landings in CA are so nice! This property smells from old carpet. Staff is bad. The maintenance guy could not speak English. STAY AWAY !!!
- 3/5
Dated: hallway, room, bathroom etc
- 5/5
Quiet and relaxing place to stay
- 5/5
Staff was so helpful. Shuttle service was to any location within a 5 ml radius as well as airports which was awesome. Very friendly and helpful staff. Uniquuc place
- 4/5
We had an upgraded room it was a suite. It was wonderful
- 4/5
Very nice and clean place for a 1 night stay
- 4/5
Room was clean, spacious and the bed comfortable. Had a minor issue with the electronic key card not working. Shuttle from airport was non- existent after 10pm which wasn’t advertised. Shuttle to the airport the following day had to be booked which wasn’t made clear so I had to wait over 1 hr for that booking. Then the shuttle was 20 mins late!
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Loved the employees at LL....especially the front desk people. Engaging, informed and friendly.
- 5/5
Transportation from the airport was great. Very quiet and safe area.
- 5/5
Friendly staff nice large rooms. Free shuttle from the airport. Comfortable accommodations
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
Not in best state of repair.
- 4/5
Stayed from Sun-Fri. My only gripe about my stay would be of how often you have to go to front desk to get your room keys activated again. Keys would demagnitize often.
- 5/5
I wish this hotel chain was in more areas than the Pacific Northwest. Was a great place to stay.
- 2/5
Furniture and knobs falling off and bed was way way too soft/lumpy
- 5/5
Outstanding service from all staff. The free shuttle, use of the safe and holding our luggage after we checked out (until time to go to the airport) were all enormously helpful services.
- 1/5
I stayed here for a midnight work during a heatwave in Seattle and could not get a working internet connection. They promised internet, I ended up using my phone's limited Hotspot. I notice at least 8 other phone Hotspots when trying to get online for work.
- 2/5
Airport shuttle was the worse unreliable, staff kept giving various excuses. Breakfast was a self help service of wrapped items. Will not recommend this place.
- 3/5
But definitely poor hospitality, for a hotel.
- 5/5
The shuttle service to airport was dependable and staff friendly. The room was in need of a few repairs but was quiet and comfortable. The morning breakfast was a grab and go with lots of good choices. It was better than many.
- 2/5
Furniture was dirty and old, lived the water pressure.
- 2/5
There were cockroaches in the room.
- 3/5
It’s ok. Good price
- 3/5
I’ve stayed here many times and enjoy that it’s in a quiet area. However seems preventative maintenance is never that important. Our kitchenette sink had a water leak that had been going for some time. There was water damage that was definitely 6 months old. Told the front desk, but it would take a miracle for the info to be passed on. Also when I asked for a plunger, the look I got seemed to imply that I was asking for something unique. Having close to 100 toilets on the property should make a plunger readily available and not “The Ark of the Convenant”
- 5/5
Very nice budget friendly hotel. Airport shuttle was nice.
- 4/5
Hotel was quiet and comfortable. There are no food options in the area.
- 2/5
I went back at 2, they said rooms not ready yet, get back in 30. So I did. And guess what rooms not ready yet. I didn’t get the keys to my room until 3:30!!! I’ve been to hundreds of hotels, never have I ever seen room service go room to room in order and do not prioritize those who arrive early?? I even offered to downgrade my room to studio for the sake of getting rest but front desk employees did not care one bit… this place used to be great, now I am my sure if I will ever go there again.
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly and a shuttle that would take you to the airport and surrounding areas for dinner. Very surprised for the price point
- 5/5
Good service
- 5/5
Complimentary breakfast and laundry facility was a big hit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building would benefit from new carpet, though, especially in the elevators.
- 5/5
Room smells like pee, might’ve been a pet or person, who knows. Rooms are outdated but parking is free, beds were comfortable enough for a 1-night stay, and there’s a free shuttle to airport.
- 3/5
dirty carpet with stains, outdated,
- 2/5
The room had a bad smell. The property needs to be renovated. Needs new paint in the bathroom. There was black mold in the sinks. Probably not stay there again. Breakfast was ok.
- 1/5
Terrible cleanliness. We found hairs in the towels, a big cockroach in the room, the bathroom was dirty and the carpets were very gross. The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. Avoid at all costs.
- 4/5
There was an issue on check in. They had no record of my reservation even though I provided a confirmation number. They told me it was an expedia issue. Took me over an hour to check in but once it was settled it was fine.
- 1/5
Has roaches and wouldn’t give us a refund!
- 4/5
Love the kitchen. Clean room. Was a bit worn out, many broken floor tiles and a chunk of a tile and plaster from a baseboard was on the kitchen floor. But I'd stay there again. Price was reasonable.
- 2/5
Very old fashioned hotel, not very modern
- 3/5
Needs some updates.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice and
- 3/5
On the upside they do have a complimentary airport shuttle, and our driver was prompt, friendly and professional. Again, it was okay, but for the price i wouldn't stay there again.
- 4/5
Staff at Front Desk were very personable and made you feel welcome. Disappointed that there was no safe in the room.
- 1/5
No hot breakfast was offered very disappointing, cows milk was offered, nothing offered for people that are lactose intolerant. Breakfast was not setup onto time it was supposed to be ready at 6am but the young lady was still setting it up at 7 am I will never stay in this hotel again and tell my friends never to stay there either. The staff was not very friendly either. I did not get a warm and fuzzy feeling.
- 1/5
Building was dated, tired, and generally unkept. Carpets had clearly not been vacuumed and desperately needed professional cleaning. Fire alarm went off between 2am and 2:30am, building evacuated, it was clearly a problem with the system. Having stayed at Larkspur Landing in Pleasanton several years ago, I had MUCH higher expectations and was thoroughly disappointed. Very over-priced for what this establishment is.
- 5/5
Great location and hotel
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable and friendly staff
- 4/5
Loved staying here! It was clean staff was friendly and accommodating! We were super happy with the shuttle that took us anywhere in a 5 mile radius!
- 4/5
Room was nice and big. Comfortable except heating/ac unit was very loud when on. Check in staff was not very friendly. Seemed annoyed with questions about public transportation. Other staff we encountered were friendly.
- 3/5
Upon arrival smoke alarm was chirping. We requested a battery replacement. Tried to give us AA batteries versus 9v and wanted us to fix it ourselves or disconnect from the ceiling ourselves. We were offered if we leave right now (12 midnight) we could have a refund because they were totally full, then no refund option because we booked through Expedia. So WE asked if even a 1 bed was available for that night, fix alarm in a.m. then we go to our original unit. 3 nights later the entire fire alarm system alerted and hotel was evacuated at 1a.m. and stood outside until fire department cleared us to reenter. . The furniture is very dated and worn, stains etc. the front desk staff were nice. No business center so had to email tickets for events so associates could print. Had to request bedding for pull out couch at the front desk, no fresh towels or room touch up performed all week. Again, the staff was friendly, it was easy to navigate finding the hotel and low traffic area. The strip club two doors down not to busy and saw minimal drug use in our parking area. Easy to park even with the tour bus storage area there. We were with in 5 minutes of a Walmart. It was quiet and could not hear other guests coming and going or through the walls. There are not curtains with black out. The light from the floodlights to the parking area came in around curtains which we had to pin together with hair clip to keep closed. Room and stair ways smelled of animal urine or something.
- 5/5
My family liked having so much room and especially the kitchenette and laundry. It was an easy drive to find places to eat and shop for groceries and essentials. Good standard breakfast and yummy cookies or fruit available in the evening. It is a tiny bit dated and could easily be updated by using the colorway in the Larkspur Landing poster. Loved the variety of art on display in the hallways. Would stay again.
- 5/5
We stayed here for 4 nights. It was quiet. No restaurants near by. We had a car, so we did not have problems getting anywhere. Hallways look dated. Inside the room was clean and decent. The bed was comfortable. Breakfasts were good. All staff here were supportive and helpful. The price was reasonable.
