You could not pay me enough money to stay at this place again. Woken up every night by the other guests, lots of drunks in the area. Broken down car, flat tyres, filled with empty bottles in the car park. I felt unsafe every night, we decided to leave early as it was horrific. Do not stay here.

This should not be an option you have as it is an unsafe place to stay and they are just stealing peoples money by closing the office so you can’t check in.

Unfortunately, there was no way to reach hotel staff after 8:00 PM. I drove two hours back to the hotel and repeatedly called the posted after-hours number, but it went straight to voicemail every time. I called more than 40 times with no response. By then it was after midnight, and my daughter and I were sitting in the parking lot wondering if we'd have to spend the night in the car until morning. What concerns me most is that this wasn't simply an inconvenience. If a guest had been locked out of their room, experienced a medical emergency, or needed urgent assistance, there appeared to be no reliable way to reach staff. Fortunately, a security guard eventually arrived and was able to locate my passport. After another two-hour drive back to Canada, I didn't get home until after 4:00 AM, despite having to be at work at 8:00 AM. The next day, it was nearly impossible to reach the front desk. When I finally got through, I was told someone would investigate and get back to me. Nobody ever did.

Love that it was next to Dino's pub. Was able to get food and drinks late at night. Had laundry facility on site No TV. Entire system down. Wasn't informed of this when I checked in. Huge dog in room next door was a big negative.

I’d recommend for ppl NOT too use the service they provide as it’s the opposite!

The staff are not helpful I booked a room from booking in there policy says “ check in 3:00 pm to 10 pm before I arrived around 7 or 8 pm the front desk called me and told me they going to close early this night so find other hotel I was travelling with my kids. It was not easy to find other hotel in this time

Highly recommended. Rate is all worth it very cheap and rooms are very clean. Thanks to the hotel workers that is very friendly and approachable.

The actual room is clean. The bathroom is terrible. The tub needs to be changed, wall is peeling off. TV is not working, telephone is dead, main door inside lock is hard to lock. Microwave is rusty not fit for foods!! The worst part was invasion of our privacy when we were resting in bed. The front desk issued another key to another guest. We got so scared when a tall man with long hair just entered our room. He came back with the front desk guy thinking we were intruders!! The front desk guy said computer malfunction! No it was human error. We were issued keys by another front desk a woman who we think was more responsible.. This is BIG mistake!!!! Invasion of our privacy and suspicions that we were intruders!!! We just arrived from Alaskan cruise and booked this months ahead.

Price is great, and room was spacious, quiet, safe, and a great value for the price.

They did not let me check in my room the management they told me that the business hour is over. They will not help me to check in my room. After that, I called. Expedia team and they did not helping me about that. They told me I supposed to be there 3 PM but my flight was delayed. I got there like 1130 pm even earlier I called the Expedia. I let them know that I’m gonna be delayed. My flight is delayed. I’m not gonna be there before 11:30 and they didn’t do anything for me. And I did not stay at the hotel. I book another hotel and I pay another money. I called Experian to refine my money or let them let me check in my room and they don’t do anything for me I have bad experience for Expedia

front desk/check in closes at 8pm and did not reopen at 8am as posted on the door. no coffee service in the room only in the office which was closed in the morning. Not terrible overall but definitely past its prime.
- 2/5
Room smelt musty, dirty. Likely the carpet hasn't been cleaned in ages holding the smell. Small ants in bathroom roaming about and paint and decor from sometime in the 1990's when deep burgandy walls and carpet were all the rage. Stay for the low rates and keep your expectations low.
- 1/5
Bed and pillows were hard as a rock. Asked for accommodations ahead of time and we were never provided with them. One of our guests has an oxygen tank and we asked for a room on the first floor. Despite having room on the first floor, they refused and gave us a room on the 3rd floor. Stayed for 5 nights, was told there would be room service, but no one ever went in. Woke up to hundreds of ants in the sink. Everything is outdated, old, or broken. TV had white lines running across the screen, WiFi barely worked. Would not recommend.

5☆ All Around. Pleasant Stay.
- 5/5
Rooms were decent definitely one of those sleeper motels where outside looks rough but rooms are great
- 2/5
Ground floor on the corner felt quite sketchy. Exhaust in the bathroom made the room almost unusable, but no way to shower without the incredibly loud fan also going. No way for someone to sleep when another person showering.
- 5/5
Really nice safe location in a good part of town and has amazing pricing!
- 0.5/5
The lighting in the room was terrible. The hand railing to the staircase was broken and zip-tied together. The key card reader was dysfunctional and I had to call for assistance each night upon returning to the hotel room. There was no maid service.

Additionally, the hotel is advertised as smoke-free, but my room had a strong smell of smoke that was very off-putting and hard to ignore during my stay. Overall, the room met the requirements for a place to sleep, but due to the cleanliness concerns and overall condition, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
- 3/5
Clean room, nice staff, ragged/ripped towels, ripped shower curtain, sink handled one to tight the other to loose

Room was extremely stinky. Shower was dirty and had no hot water. Sink also was not getting hot at all. Tv was not really working, YouTube was the only thing that was working. Parking lot had trash everywhere.
- 1/5
Getting there was a challenge, as road construction was every where, all exits were practically closed. We go to check in, staff was very rude to the previous people checking in, when it came ro our turn, the guy goes, did you hear everything i need to say. And that was that. Gave us our keys, told us dont put you key to anything , as of 8 pm there is no help. Our room was dirty, dead ants on walls, hair in tub and dirt in corner, our television only had one channel, when told to front desk we got a speech of how yeah they are short staffed and nothing they could do and that was that. Then it was said ten dollar credit will be applied. Now the biggest problem, we woke up the next night covered in ants, our things were covered, our counter was covered. The walls were covered. It was a horror scene in a movie attack of the ants. We go down to complain and get a refund and were told, we dont open toll 9 and the guy making a motion slicing his neck like cant help ya. Tras

Ok for the cheapest room. Bed ok, fridge and microwave worked. No working cable.shower was good. But someone’s underwear was hang8ng in the bathroom,…from desk service was cordial and thorough.
- 1/5
Horrible company. Staff refused to help us, talk or explain why we were told late arrival was ok but they closed prior to what they had said. Couldn’t contact anyone. Then we were told they would refund our money but they just wanted to get us off the phone. We were stranded and they were there on site ZERO help. Do not go here they will steal your money.
- 1/5
Carpets dirty, bathroom paint chipped, bed and pillows are so uncomfortable and everything was dirty!! If I wasn’t tired I would have asked to get a refund and left but they couldn’t help me with that anyway since the manager is away. Please update the photos on website. It’s dishonest and work on the staff training.
- 3/5
Parking was great tons of space and quick access to the the main highway
- 2/5
Staff was nice. Water never got hot enough to shower, so I had to shower at work. Staff member didn't show up for morning second day of my stay. They are working on fixing the old Econolodge up, but it's kind of a lost cause. My door was opposite the staircase, so I had to listen to people stomping by and talking loudly most of the night, and the upstairs floors all shake whenever someone walks by. But they are cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.
- 3/5
It was a nice affordable room to stay in. Service feels very limited. The office is just closed down from 8-8, and on the morning I was there at 9 am no one had shown up to open the lobby and or make coffee.
- 1/5
Horrible experience, I can't believe Expedia had this hotel listed. They don't stay open all night. We weren't able to get into our room after 10pm. We didn't get refunded either, after a long flight and layover, it was very disappointing to not be able to get into the room we paid for.
- 1/5
Room has ants, hole in the ceiling, stains on the floor and holes in sheets.
- 1/5
Do not stay here! Had a 3 night stay here and all of a sudden I got a call right before my flight and was asked if I can check in by 8 Pm and told them I didn’t get in until 8:30Pm. I was told I couldn’t check in and would have to check in the next day. Told them I wasn’t aware of that and had to get another room for 1 night and spend more. $! I’ve never heard of a place making you check in before 8 PM or you can’t check in… Then checked in for the other 2 days, and there were ants in my room. They gave me a room on the 2nd level and was told there shouldn’t be ants but there was! Was told they’ve continued to spray for ants but are still around…. I woke up with several bites and got the pics to prove it! I travel all the time and this is by FAR the Worst experience! I asked for my money back for the 1st night and they wouldn’t give it to me. Very disappointed in Expedia for even doing business with this hotel and for not even trying to work with me either and give me my money back for the 1st night. Lastly, BEWARE, they are turning this “Hotel” into a long term housing place and squeezing every penny they can out of people. So disappointed in Expedia! Been loyal to Expedia, no more!

Reserved an accessible room as I am in a wheelchair and was in Seattle for a related doctor's appointment early the next morning. Arrived to be told there were no accessible rooms available. No manager available to discuss some type of compensation (lower rate, etc.), we ended up with a non-accessible room as other locations were 3x higher. Limited office hours, had we arrived an hour later we would not have been able to check in for a paid room, and when we left the next morning the office was still closed, so we couldn't talk to a manager then either. Do NOT recommend.
- 4/5
Good room for price. Was decently clean, no blood, dirty sheets or bugs during our stay
- 4/5
A cost-effective option for the outskirts of Seattle. The exterior, property and rooms are a bit worn, but all amenities were functional, it seemed clean all around and the staff were helpful. It's just off the highway, but it's quiet enough and the Renton/southern Bellevue area is pleasant enough to warrant visiting. I would choose this place again given its price and proximity to the Seattle area.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Came outside to my car yesterday just hours after checking and providing my license plate and car details to a huge green sticker (that’s impossible to remove) stuck to my drivers side window saying that my car was being towed at 8:30 this morning because the tabs are expired. Nothing was ever said when registering to imply that this is something they would do for no other reason than the tabs being expired. Now instead of sleeping in and spending the day relaxing in the room I paid for I had to get up at 7 and am being forced to spend the entire day sitting in my car in a strip mall so that the hotel I’m a guest at doesn’t have it towed. When I spoke to the front desk their solution was to park it at the public storage facility next door. When I mentioned the fact that it could get towed there as well seeing as I’m not their customer and had no right to park it there they hadn’t seemed to have considered that possibility at all. It makes no sense that a hotel would tow the registered cars of their guests for something as mundane as expired tabs, but they put the same sticker on the windows of multiple cars. I’m currently borrowing a friends car so not only are the tabs something I have no control over, but I’d also have no way of getting the car out of impound since my friend is currently in California. This has caused me so much stress I barely got even a couple hours of sleep last night and I seriously regret wasting money choosing to stay here.

Lobby was closed at 8pm with no assistance. The keys stopped working so easily. Bedsheets were dirty.

Room was clean,staff was great.
- 1/5
Expedia's information said check in is between 3pm -10pm. I arrived at 9pm only to find the lobby closed and no one on site. After 30 minutes I was able to get someone from OYO on the phone who did not try to problem solve with me--just said they would refund me but had not alternative for a place for me to sleep that night. Then, I heard back from them 2 days later and they refused to refund me. Awful service. Terrible check in policies.
- 3/5
The photographer they hired for the pictures for the room listing understood the assignment. Definitely was a bit more run down than it looked in the photos. Certainly not that bad of a thing. I didn’t expect a ton from a city motel. To sum it up you get what you pay for, and I was happy with what I got for the price.
- 5/5
Everything was great.

I will never stay again here, the was stinky and I saw ants in bathtub and in wash basin. Bath mat has stains, and area is so horrible.
- 5/5
The room was clean, nice microwave, great shower.
- 2/5
The place is a mess. Bathtub is cracked, cable tv had white lines on it. Little fly’s in the room and the ceiling had water damage and black spots
- 5/5
Great room. Clean stocked well lit

While in lobby after 3rd room, they gave another ground floor room to new people Sought lodging elsewhere. Still no word or effort towards refunding monies paid enough though didn’t even use any part of room or site.
- 1/5
Rooms are not serviced. No clean towels or replenishment of toiletries. No coffee maker in the room as advised. Annoyingly loud air conditioning/heater and mini fridge. Walls are paper thin and you hear everything from outside and other rooms. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
- 2/5
The first room they put me in the TV did not work and there was a terrible smell coming from the fridge. The front desk came and put me in a different room. That room was better, but then the AC did not work. But the front desk did help me promptly.
- 3/5
Staff was fine, a request for my email, after booking through Expedia seemed unnecessary however. The place is not what it looks like from the site.

It was freezing outside, heater was great. No one was there at 8:00 for coffee

The meals were unavailable because the office was again closed. The deadbolt was inoperable. The water was cold. The TV was grainy. etc...

They were tearing stuff out of the room next to mine, so they were continously banging with hammers until 8am while I was trying to get to sleep early for surgery the next day. The mirror was broken the sink faucet was not screwed down, I had to refasten it myself, but one of the nuts was missing, and a piece of the sink stopper assembly was missing so that didnt' work either.

Bathroom was bad (old paint peeling) Beds firm Overall decent cheap place to stay
- 4/5
Room and stay were good thank you!
- 5/5
Was very delighted
- 3/5
I called and spoke with a team member (Rose) who was incredibly kind and understanding. Our stay, unfortunately, was not the best. It sounds as though a room change may have made our stay more enjoyable. All in all, for the price and convenience to the airport, we’d likely stay here again.
- 1/5
So bad
- 1/5
I found an infestation of cockroaches being a piece of furniture. I went to the front desk and let them know what was on, checked out, and asked if I could get a refund. After speaking to his manager, the front desk told me yes I could. Several days later I hadn’t seen my refund come through so I called and told them what happened and asked about the refund. I was told I wasn’t eligible for one. I explained again about the cockroaches and that I was told I’d be refund and they told me again, my stay was not eligible for a refund.
- 2/5
The Bathtub was leaking constantly. The Fire alarm was nothing but a hole on the wall. The laundry room was constantly flooded. The ice machine did not work. The building still had "Econolodge" signage even though this was an OYO property. They shut off our key cards on the day of checkout, at least an hour before we had to check out . The Bathtub was peeling laminate and plastic. The fridge would short out the power in the room whenever it would reactivate. And the general vibe was uncomfortable, with many local businesses sharing with me an my partner about just how bad this motel was according to their customers.
- 3/5
The room was clean. The front desk staff was fine. However, there was no hot water for the shower. Also there was no coffee/tea station as advertized in the listing. reported to the front desk regarding hot water. Was told "the maintenance staff will look at it in the morning".
- 1/5
There is no way to phone the front desk. I had tried several times. The auto answer system is designed to confuse caller with unclear message and prompt. The OYO phone system is very bad. The late check in is bad too. You should give traveller grace period to check in earlier. Instead to charge early check in by hours. It is robbery. I reserve my right to complain this online.
- 3/5
No room service. I had to sweep my room, return used towels and get new ones from the lobby and take out the trash

This is a budget friendly inn, which is suggested for long-term stays on working trips. The biggest downside is if you work nights, it can be problematic to contact staff, because the office staff doesn't come in until 7AM. If you work graveyard shift and get off at 5:00AM, it really cuts into your sleep time if you have to wait around to pick up your keys.

Second time at this locale. Works well for me. Biggest issue is dealing with extremely challenging and long cancel/rebook refund times by Oyo booking. Will go with Expedia only in the future.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. I can tell you the owners definitely know how to take a picture.
- 2/5
Had to call for a maintenance person to fix electrical issues. Still couldn't get half the room lit.. Air conditioning was running very slow. The fan wasn't be very fast. Bathtub was chipped. The bed was rock hard. The hardwood floor was clean, at least. And the microwave worked.

We drove 3 hours to this hotel for a planned weekend and explore Seattle but only to be turned away upon checking in. The staff said they overbooked and since I’m the last one to booked therefore they have to cancelled my reservation. I made my reservation almost a week prior and not a last minute thing. They did called me at 10pm the night before my booking but did not get hold of me so to our demise informing us that they have to cancel it and cannot do anything else. What else can we do but to go home and drove another 3 hrs. Money will be refunded but the time and effort not to mention the gas we spent. Where’s the accountability on that? Our planned weekend just ruined. So disappointing.

Staff was not helpful at check-in and also refused to issue an extra towel when requested. Older motel that has not been taken care of. Rooms smelled bad and bare minimum amenities. I would not recommend staying here.
- 1/5
I did not stay at the Inn @ Lake Washington. My flight was delayed for 3 hours. I emailed and messaged the hotel to see if it was going to be a problem with a midnight check in no reply. I called 2 times and was hung up on both times. I then spoke to someone who said she was messaging the hotel herself to the problem and see if they could accommodate me and my late checkin. Never got an answer to any of these messages and so when I arrived no one was there to check me in so I had to drive on and get a hotel further down the road. I don't think I should have to pay for the room since I tried to communicate my issues with them without any answers. This is totally unacceptable. I travel a lot for business and do a lot of reservations with Hotels.com but in the future I will not use your website and I really will never think to stay at an OYO hotel anywhere.
- 2/5
This hotel is old and everything looks broken. The reception guy is lazy and no wifi and only one house keeper
- 4/5
Everything was great! Only complaint is not having someone on site 24/7 for any issues or checking out early morning.
- 4/5
Room was clean. However, no cable TV. However, for the price, has microwave and small refrigerator. 12 minutes drive to the Seattle Int'l Airport. Surrounding arears not that clean.
- 3/5
(-) old and run down. No view of Lake Washington whatsoever. Gives halfway house vibes. Site shows you bright sunny room with hardwood floors. Instead got a dark, musty room with old carpet and yellowing walls. Felt fortunate I brought a blanket to put over the bed

Joseph (front desk person) was very rude. When we came in to check in into 2 rooms he proceeded to tell us the rules and said don’t ruin the linens. Then our friend came in and he yelled at my husband and I for not listening and scolding us like a child. He wanted to know why we were there and how long we would stay. Room was musky. Shower was leaking. Tv didn’t work in either room. Deadbolt was broken. Looked like mold or something was on the ceiling. And no soap. Small pillows. Felt gross to be in there. Was going to stay two nights but couldn’t. We packed up and left the next day. Wouldn’t give us a refund for the next night. Horrible, disgusting and Joseph was incredibly rude. He said they were going to charge us if anything was used. They had a list of how much everything was at the front. Pictured are not the same as online. Breakfast wasn’t offered as advertised.
- 2/5
Hotel is rebranded rundown echolodge. You will only see big echolodge sign and a banner with new name, makes you wonder whether you went to wrong place. Weird they need to id every adult staying. Expedia description is very not accurate. Room is nothing like the picture. No breakfast, no working pool. Room lamps not working, bathroom looks like having some mold on wall, tap kept dripping. Bathtub is peeling off. Wall is thin. No cup in the room. Has a small fridge, that fits nothing bigger than a can. Also stuff leaves after midnight and comes back after 830? So you are screwed if you arrive late or room key demagnetized and lock you out (good thing that staff will warn you about it) Good thing is at least otherwise the beds are sort of clean. Overall, for the price I paid I could have got a better hotel.
- 1/5
It is a literal dump. I prepaid unfortunately and it was so horrid that I refused check-in. The hotel rents by the month and week to down-on-their-luck people. A frightening experience for the average traveler. Shame on Expedia for associating with such a slum. Also, shame on Expedia for not standing behind the rooms they rent and honoring the promised refund. Save yourself the trouble of renting this slum. Just imagine trying to get the bugs out and then booking yourself in somewhere safer.

- 1/5
Carpet and curtains are in dirty discusting horrible condittions. Very small TV, fuzzy picture on every channel. Beds mishappened visually old and very used. Homless camping around abandoned cars during the day time hours..The place is surrounded by closed or abandoned buisnesses. No aminitys in the room, no microwave, small fridge, no coffee pot, no morning breakfast. Best to pay the extra money elsewhere to feel safe and cozy...

Let me start by saying I know this was a very cheap motel but we were hoping it was at least clean. It was extremely dated. We were on the second floor so every creepy step taken by the people above us we can hear clearly. Very thin towels. Very flat pillows. We had to buy some at Walmart or it was impossible to sleep. No wifi. Apparently it hasn’t worked for some time. So tried to watch tv. Only a few staticky stations. There are no cups, no coffee, nothing. If you are looking for a shower and a mediocre bed, this place is for you.
- 2/5
Shower water is not hot, just warm. The wifi signal is very very weak, almost none. It's just okay for 2 nights sleep.
- 1/5
No front desk person to let u in your room at night when your key don't work...also no linens on bed or pillows..
- 1/5
Would not recommend this place. For newly open it was pretty ran down. Expedia says theres a pool and continental breakfast. The pool is not operating and there is no continental breakfast.
- 3/5
Overnight stay prior to onward travel. Room offered was on 3rd floor with no lifts and no service. No food available but mall close by. Warm room hot shower over bath. Comfortable bed. Very basic
- 3/5
Fruit flies in my room but only paid 75 for one night…

The deadbolt was ripped off. There were ants on the floor and in the bed. There were large, thick paint chips peeling in the bathtub. The shower didn’t drain and old guests pubic hair and sediment started coming up from the drain.

my wife and i were to check out at 8:25 on Sunday morning. Nobody opened the door of the office, so i could NOT drop off the keys of the room, even though the office was supposed to open at 8 am. as shown right on the door of the office. We waited until 8:42 when one of the staff finally showed up and opened the office.

The room's floor and the outside environment are dirty.

Was awful.

Rooms were downgraded when we got here with no compensation. Two of the smallest polos I’ve ever seen in my life. Just don’t.

Clean room

Room had mold in it and, and had watervleaking in the sealing, with the the laint ad sealing sagging

They wanted a 100.00 deposit outside of my fee with Expedia which I did not get back because I used some towels
- 1/5
Another thing we booked extra nights in a king bedroom. But there’s only one king bed in the whole place apparently. So we asked if we could put our bags in there because it wasn’t clean yet at checkout. And they said no so we just stayed in the queen room we were already in that was kind of disappointing. The rooms old and have many deficiencies. On top of that, they sub rent rooms out to people so it’s noisy with the locals. Also, there’s a bar behind the building that was partying till 2:00 AM. I would not recommend staying at this place find something else.

Been staying here for 8 years the pools never been fixed nor have the rooms been upgraded plus due to flight delay lve been charged for the whole booking because your not open during usual hotel hours
- 2/5
Although we booked 8 months ago no one bothered to let us know that we have been downgraded, we didn't have the opportunity to find some other place to stay. The hotel had no clue and did nothing to address is but charged full price with no refund, Expedia proved to be useless as well. The bath tub is old, the cold and hot water are opposite. There is no daily housekeeping, pool is closed. Rose from reception has zero customer skills, too much attitude in her replies to basic questions. One of the nights the room next door was having too much adult fun and could hear it through the walls. Cheap property that looks better in pictures than reality. Coffee was the only positive thing.

Being charged for a weeks booking for a no show due to flight delays

Decent sized room and a reasonable nightly rate. Convenient location to go to various places around Seattle.
- 1/5
When we arrived, it smelled like urine in the room and the room was filthy. Limited linen and no pillows on the bed? After trying get a refund after immediately leaving, I was charged a penalty of one night although I wasn't in the room for more than 5 minutes. DO NOT STAY HERE, I REPEAT, IT IS NOT S GREAT INN TO STAY IN. PERIOD.
- 3/5
Limited staff-only available certain hours. Vending machines in lobby were out of order. Only gave us two towels, so we had to reuse for our 2 day stay, as I didn't want to go all the way to get 2 towels when I assumed there would be daily room service-nope. No HDMI chord in room for my son to play his PS5...most hotels have HDMI cords in the rooms, so we had to go buy one. Extremely limited tv channels. This is definitely a budget hotel. Only positive is the closeness to I405. I don't think the AC filters have ever been cleaned... the room stunk like it hadn't been used in years. Very musty/stuffy. I won't be staying here again.

However, the area is quiet and does have plenty parking spaces

I was a little put off by check in clerk telling me, stains on the sheets would forfeit the deposit, but the linen appeared clean. Not sure how I would have stained them though. The pool is not open as well.
- 2/5
A pool should definitely not be in the description of this place, as it looks like it hasn’t functioned in years. Our room wasn’t easy until 4:30 and it smelled bad. We ended up leaving and only staying one night
- 2/5
Not what was described
- 1/5
They have no night staff at all. If anyone gets there late or let’s say there’s an issue at night time, that person is out of luck. The property also does not look like the listing.
- 1/5
Talk about run down, It looked ok online but those pictures were probably taken 20 years ago. It wasn’t very expensive and everything and it’s apparent why.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay! Quiet peaceful location, nice friendly staff, very clean room, and the breakfast was excellent.Highly recommended.

Stay away
- 1/5
The worst reception I had seen in my life
- 3/5
The African-American young lady behind the counter was extremely rude and would not give me any help or answers on anything. Everyone else was very kind and considerate and helpful.
- 2/5
Also the front desk people were quote ride as well, we wanted to check in early and asked through call if we could, they said yes as long as we paid $10 which is fair but when we get there we are told it’s $10/hr until the original check in time which they didn’t mention over the phone.
- 2/5
Not what I expected, wrong advertising, name of the hotel on the website is not what I found, it’s an econolodge hotel one of the worst hotels for what I paid, staff at service desk mean right away, at check in they said they have to id everyone that’s gonna be in the room, first time I ever heard of that, don’t know if rules have changed in that area, room smelled like rotten cheese, very old room, idk how they took pictures of a nicer place, I would not recommend at all and I’m not staying in this place again.
- 4/5
Very good place for a stopover night in the metro. Friendly & helpful staff, simple but comfortable room, very nice to have microwave & fridge, quiet room, hot shower and comfortable bed!
- 1/5
Straight off the bat had a very negative interaction with the front desk woman. The hotel room itself had a burn hole in the sheets, the hair dryer had sticky gunk on it and the phone in the room did not work. When checking out, the office opens at 8 am. Waited til 9:30 and not a single soul was in the office, had MULTIPLE individuals also looking to check in and out. Everyone called corporate and not as single customer service rep bothered to call who ever is in charge. Only checked out because I happened to find the cleaning lady and gave her my key due to my soon approaching flight. DO NOT BE CATFISHED BY THE PICS. The pool is out of service, laundry room and ice machine as well. Spend the extra money and get a nicer place.
- 3/5
Not very close to attractions. Older place, pool shouldn’t be listed as it was covered and probably not operational. Positive was there was a mini fridge and microwave. Would not stay again.
- 1/5
No breakfast no pool ridiculous towel policy. I got coffee on a towel and they charge me five dollars for a washcloth before they even washed it to see if it would come out. It was ridiculous. I think that I would not want to stay there again. it was nothing as promised. I think my $200 could’ve been spent somewhere else better
- 3/5
Very low maintenance, good for price but be prepared for a lower quality stay

I booked this hotel for my daughter and her friend, for a concert they were going to see in Seattle. The hotel was fine, but the night before they checked in, we got a phone call stating that they had over booked, and the only option was to move them from the room we booked weeks prior with 2 queen beds, to a single, double bed room. This was not ideal because as I stated, the 2 friends were traveling together (not a couple), but they there for a concert, and trying to find another hotel hours before check-in would have been extremely difficult. We were also told they could “talk to the manager about getting the incremental cost of room rate difference back”, so we agreed. As it turns out, the hotel was not willing to do this, and were forced to pay for a room they never stayed in. The manager saw that they were 2 easily intimidated, very young women who were not going to push back, and told them that it was too bad, that they agreed to the smaller room. It was very deceitful, and extremely disappointing. These kind of proprietors do not belong in the hospitality industry (or any industry for that matter).
- 2/5
Perhaps this location was recently purchased by a different brand because it seems like they are trying to make changes. The condition of the room was not great-- not super clean and everything was just old. But the beds were very comfortable and the shower was a good shower. For our needs, the location could not have been better so it was worth the inconveniences. One issue was that we were coming in after midnight and could not contact the desk to ensure there would be a key available. I ended up having to send a friend in person to confirm.
- 4/5
This was the best price on rooms between Bellevue and Renton.
- 3/5
The person at the check-in desk was not very friendly.
- 3/5
The rooms do not get cleaned, tv didn’t work in our room so they moved us to another room and tv quality was not good either, the girls in the lobby were nice but when I asked about getting new towels I was told to bring the soiled ones so they can be replaced.
- 5/5
They are very clean even given the age of it
- 4/5
Convenience to going south or north in the area
- 1/5
Photos absolutely do not match the current state of the room we were given as it was in disrepair. Tub leaking and damaged. Facade of cabinetry completely missing. Pool closed. Vending Machines out of order. Garbage in the parking lot. Traveling with teens and we ended up just driving 3 hours back home instead of staying over.
- 4/5
It was just fine
- 2/5
I wouldn't recommend this property because I would assume this deposit would be for more extreme cases. It says a lot when the deposit is more than the actual cost for the room per night. I had stayed in a different place the following nights and had no issue.
- 1/5
Property cancelled my booking the day before my stay because they overbooked their hotel. They also said their way of refunding was down at the moment so I had to find a different hotel with 1 day notice and don’t get my money back. Still working with my bank to try to get my money back almost a month later after they didn’t respond to my message through the booking website. Definitely wouldn’t book here again.
- 1/5
Also, no cups - no nothing in the room. Peeling sections of the bathtub. I could go on and on. I’ll never stay there again - and I’ll avoid OYE properties as well. Ugh…
- 4/5
It was a comfortable hotel and pretty quiet. I will stay here again.

We chose this property because we were on a budget and wanted a pool for our kid to swim in while in Tukwila for a soccer tournament. On arrival we were told their pool is closed permanently because they have “other plans for the space”. We were placed on the 3rd floor (just know there is no elevator), we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our soccer gear in the car because multiple signs say “don’t leave stuff in car, we’re not responsible”, so we were constantly lugging stuff up and down stairs. Beds were hard and the place is very run down. It doesn’t look like advertised. If we had the extra funds we would have went elsewhere. The only plus was that it was somewhat close to where we spent most of our time and there were no bed bugs. It took forever to get hot water to come out of shower faucet. On Saturday night music was so loud at 11pm behind the building we could hear it with our sound machine on. The front desk is only open limited hours. 100% will not stay again. I don’t say this very often, but this hotel probably needs more refurbishing than what is salvageable.
- 2/5
The room smells like sewage. Bed was very uncomfortable. Alot of noise from upstairs, I could hear every stumbling noise upstairs all night.
- 2/5
When I booked my reservation was for king bed they didn’t have that. The tv was broken and the lobby was closed by the time we had realized.
- 1/5
We were canceled on the day before arrival. Planned 2.5 months in advance. I have never had that happen. Only for out because they left a message saying we had been canceled on my answering machine the day before. Said they overbooked by 15. So sorry. Stayed with sisterinlaw. Saved by family. We were on the road driving when we called them. What the.
- 3/5
Pool out of order. Property a little run down. Good for a place to crash for a few hours.
- 1/5
Disgusting room. Looked nothing like the photos online and reeked of pee. We left immediately and got a room elsewhere but unknown if we are going to get a refund or not.
- 5/5
Comfortable stay for an affordable rate

I have a hard time believing this property is still being used. The bed is terrible and the bedding smelled very bad.
- 1/5
The desk people were too rude. They do not do provided house keeping at all even if I asked for it, they only gave us two towels and we ask for toilet paper and they said if we beed more we have to bought it ourself, i had to take the trash from the room to the dumpser, there was not tv, dirty place everywhere is smells bad, the room need to be painted i do not recomended this place to anyone in fact this poor looking hotel and poor in all the ways should not be in Expedia ay all, the photos the hotel dies in expedia are not even closer then the reality life, i have never seen ir been in hotel that has not tv that is embarrasing
- 1/5
Expedia should not recommend this property .while I booked it it showed airport shuttle and breakfast included pool on site- none of these is true . No staff no lobby services. No one there at night - i was sacred of my life. I had no choice at that point. Experience was very scary cant even explain.

Received a call hours before arrival that they canceled our reservation.
- 1/5
I was told there is no room available due to overbook.
- 1/5
The carpets smelled like if it hasnt been cleaned in many years
- 1/5
It was stated that the desk was not manned after a certain time, but that there would be check in instructions. There were 3 parties waiting there with no way for any of us to get into our rooms. Calls were not answered. Messages were not returned. I lost the money for the booking and for my uber fare to and away from the hotel when I had to make other arrangements.
- 1/5
no rooms
- 3/5
Didn’t look like the pictures, the staff was nice but nobody at the desk from midnight to 8 was a bit inconvenient for late check in. overall not an awful place to stay
- 2/5
It was in a beautiful area near the lake
- 4/5
It was clearly a very old property. It even still has the Econolodge sign. So it looks dirty and run down from the outside. But for the price it was fine. I don’t expect luxury for just 1 night at $112. The beds and bathroom were clean so that’s all I need. Shower rod cover was broken and small grainy TV but we just drank some beers and went to bed. It was totally fine for a place to crash after the Mariner game before heading home the next day.
- 1/5
I got a call at noon on Thursday that my booking for the next 2 days (Friday and Saturday) had been cancelled. I had booked this hotel a month and a half ago. Terrible business as the girl on the phone said I was not the only one getting this cancellation call. I would NOT recommend this hotel for this type of shady business.
- 2/5
In a rebranded Econolodge. Pictures do not reflect property.

There was ants everywhere, floor hasn’t been cleaned in forever our socks were black after walking around for a bit , service is terrible Gregory and his boss are not good at there jobs, water pressure was low, they said they would clean the floors and they never did

Good value.

Upon arrival walking into the lobby it already looks rundown. Definitely does not look close to anything like the photos. As the guy was checking me in I asked about the pool hours and he said… oh the pool is close indefinitely. Well, that sucks. Got to our room and opened the door even with the lights on its just dark inside. The room was small and the bathroom was horrific. At night there would be strange noises coming from the bathroom pipes all night long… had a hard time sleeping that’s how loud it was. Woke up walked out and notice the guy who walked out of the room next to mine had a very strong odor!!. I’m positive he is on some kind of program for the un homed. Definitely will not be back or recommend! I rather pay extra and be comfortable. Didn’t think it would be this bad
- 1/5
The front desk staff was rude the guy said he told Expedia that the pool does work for months and the room was dirty no table just a chair no couch ,the tub had mold all around the corners and there was red stuff,On the walls the TV was fuzzy the whole time no channels would come n clear the outside side was run down weeds and cigarette butts everywhere smells like cat pee ,no coffee one day and no sugar the next da y , the location is next to a storage place with people standing out there all hours, not what was shown on this site.
- 4/5
Pretty average for a cheap price in the area, totally recommend if you don't really care about too much convenience.
- 1/5
The area is heavily under construction. The hotel is mainly a rent a room for people needing home stays per the receptionist. I had reserved a king room multiple weeks before but was told to bad and give a double room because the kings had been rented out. When we went into the room we found.. damaged walls, holes in curtains, bathroom floor’s stripped, feces on the wall in bathroom.
