Yeah, it was quiet and peaceful, I haven't had a chance to use spa so I got no comment for that but I did enjoying stay there.

I love staying at the Hyatt Regency! This location is convenient and beautiful. I am a World of Hyatt member and was upgraded to a beautiful Lake Washington lake view. The amenities and services are always top notch. Highly recommend.

Beautiful host hotel for dance convention. It was big—but the service was good. They serve s’mores every night! There is a pool for kids and teens too!

We were accused of beingloudand going in and out of our room which is not true. Another thing that was brought to my attention was I guess from what the night auditor said was we were way to loud. I don't know how this could be cause the only time we were loud was when we were singing happy birthday to my younger sister. This is the whole reason why we were there. We were celebrating my sisters birthday. The one thing that really bothers me is when I woke up I walked downstairs and asked the female working if I could add another day she than went on saying that she was really busy and she could make that reservation for me at around 10 or so. She said she would make sure that a room would be reserved for me for another day.when I showed back up there was a young man working the front desk and he was really nice to me but he told me all the rooms were reserved. I was shocked to hear that cause the other employee that I spoke to earlier literally promised me she would have one ready for me to move into right away (early check-in). I told him I had to have another night, I already made plans with my mother and my kids. He says let me grab my manager and when she came out I was very nice and calm. I told her my situation and she said it says here that you all got numerous complaints through out the night, so no we aren't able to do that for you. What I don't understand is if that was the case why did the female from earlier tell me she would reserve a room for me? This isn't cool

This is a high-quality beautiful hotel where we were able to walk through Lake view and experience a bird sanctuary. The restaurant in 24 hour market was all we needed for a fabulous stay. We utilized the gym and enjoyed the variety and cleanliness.

Excellent Hyatt property on Lake Washington! The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The dining options on the lake or with lake views, along with the ability to walk along the dock, gave it a resort feel. Great work out facilities and Spa. As a bonus, SEA-TAC is only a 15 minute drive

The view was outstanding!

Check in time is 4 PM. We arrived at 6:30. Our room was not ready until after 9 PM. Staff was elusive as to why the room was not ready, and when we could access it. We got some compensation but did was not offered at the time.

The staff was extremely friendly and the two rooms we stayed in had beautiful views of Lake Washington. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. For the price, it was easily my best hotel experience.

After a long day I was ready to just go to my room and sleep and found one of the beds wasn’t made. This was after 11:30 pm. Fortunately the housekeeper came a few minutes after I called and complained buy an unmade bed was truly unacceptable.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and has beautiful views of the lake. The room was clean and spacious. Restaurant was very good.

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the Water Table, service was a bit slow but it was just my husband and I so we weren’t in a big hurry, we missed our chance to use the hot tub because of it however. The views are spectacular and our room was clean, spacious and modern. The bed was so comfortable! We typically stay here for a dance competition and don’t get to enjoy all of what is offered. Next time we will do the smores by the lake!

Great property and restaurant staff is fantastic. Rooms were big and comfortable. The dock is out front and was able to watch wonderful sunsets. There is lively bar with entertainment, and a truck you can order burgers etc.

After reporting a noise that kept us up until 3:00 am, the management team gave us ‘we’re sorry’ and charged us accordingly. Did not offer discount, breakfast, coffee or anything other than ‘we’re sorry’. Oh, yes, and…let us know if it happens again tonight. Poor management!

Arrived at 10:45 kitchen already closed, market place had nothing remotely appetizing. The desk told me the resturant opens at 7:00 am, but it was actually 8:00 am so no time to eat again. The market place menu was all pre made un healthy crap. The room had two motion sensor night lights that kept going on every time I rolled over in the bed. After a long flight you would think a hotel at that price point would be more prepared.

The receptionist was unpleasant girl. She give me hard time twice she give wrong room. At first I thought mistake but when she did the next time I knew she was careless I was tiered need to rest but she keep give me wrong room. I was book lake view she give me different. Very clean. Definitely a nice weekend getaway

The location is quiet and very clean. We have booked for several times already. We like the environment and it’s very chill lying on the chair on the duck. However, the price is going higher and higher, which I do understand. But parking fee is not included, and there’s no one taking care of the parking exit which is very not convenient. We try to get out after check out, nothing worked so we had to go back to hotel front desk to ask for help. And this is the first time we booking through Expedia, we have no idea there’s an extra “destination fee” that we need to pay. And no one had informed us before we check in. Customer experience is disappointed.

Great hotel, I had the lakefront view room. Wonderful view of the lake and even the wildlife, there is an american bald eagle the circlesthe hotel daily. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You get a free beer a day between 5 and 6..awesome! Only thing is I wish we didnt have to pay for parking which is about $30 a night, but we will definently come back the hotel was great.

It’s a great views from your window plus you can walk in the park

The parking system has been a nightmare for me during my stays (8 days). I think they should be cleary explain to the customer, the need to validate the plate number at the front desk each time you need to get out of the parking. Furthermore, expedia sale me a bundle with the parking include, but i never got the QR Code as proof of my payment for the parking. It seems, there is not getaway between expedia and the parking service (metropolis.io). Even at 3 am, i had to call the security to open the gate or the customer service of metropolis. Really bad experience with the parking system.

Very clean and well-appointed property. We didn't spend a lot of time there, but it is very nice.

We only stayed one night and had to leave twice—once for dinner and again when checking out the next morning. Luckily, there was no one at the desk either time, so we didn’t have to wait. But I can only imagine how frustrating that would be if you were staying for a week!

Hidden fees galore

They charge separate $28 per day resort fee which includes 1 pour of substandard wine every evening or a small smore kit? I would prefer to keep my $28 and buy a nice glass of wine.

Staff was Friendly and helpful. I did not like all of the additional charges, ( Destination Charge?). I have limited Mobility and I either pay (with tip) more than $50. per night for Valet Parking, Or I pay more than $30 and have to walk almost a block to get back to the hotel. Also. Why is it that a lot of the High End hotels, such as this one do not offer a microwave in the room?

Amazing service in every sense. Accommodating, polite, personable and friendly. I appreciate most, the bottle of champagne as a gift to my girlfriends and mine 2nd anniversary.

Also, the two weeks we stayed there my car was never parked in their garage- they kept it by the front doors in the valet area so people checking in could see it, along with a couple other rare cars…

The front desk people at check in were so nice! They went above and beyond to make us feel very special for our first ever visit. We will definitely be back great food and really beautiful views too!

One comment on the hotel itself - the shower water pressure was sub-par and hard to determine where hot and cold mixed; and when you change the temperature, it takes up to 2 minutes for the temperature of the water to change after you move the handle. From a service perspective, two issues: 1. Valet parking, which is outsourced to Ace Parking was not ideal. We pulled up behind two other cars which were also waiting in front of the hotel main doors; we waited and waited. Another car came up behind us, then passed us and went past Valet, and Valet came running out to service that car. My wife got out and asked Valet why they didn't take the cars in order - they had no answer. They also did not pro-actively engage customers as they drove up - and we realized that the car in front of us was simply "waiting" for a friend pickup and not in Valet. They need to do a better job of identifying a line for Valet, and a line for dropoff/pick up like all the good hotels in Las Vegas do. This way, Valet should be approaching any car that approaches the hotel, so that they are not waiting. 2. I got a call at 9:40pm at night (we were sound asleep as we had a 4am Uber to the airport). The hotel reception called me at 9:40pm just to ask if I wanted to put my points on my account. Really? That couldn't wait until a reasonable time. Awful! Thanks.

Spent valentines weekend here and it was AMAZING! There was and is nothing to complain about. Asked for room service and the housekeeper came within 5 minutes. The room had a park view, which was AMAZING. Got to see the lights at coulon lake at night. the room was HUGE, spacious, clean and comfortable. The entire experience was awesome and I would highly recommend.

However, there were a few points of concern. We upgraded our room to find that the carpet had a huge red stain. The hotel staff was very apologetic and offered to comp one night of the upgrade charge. Although I appreciated the gesture, it was very minimal and at the very least, they should have given a full night refund seeing that we had to look at the stain for the full five days of our stay. The second point was the use of the credits. Our room came with a nightly credit. However, we were not aware that the credit had to be used each day. ‘We ended up losing the credits because the terms of use were not clearly explained. This is a small thing and in no way detracts from the service. However, had we known the terms of use in advance we would have purchased coffee or something rather than thinking the balance of the credit would be deducted from the final bill. Take away lesson, if the terms are not adequately explained, ask about how credits will be applied and whether they expire.

It’s a very nice hotel, but it’s overpriced for what you get. And then tack on additional charges left and right without telling you. I did not think it was worth the money compared to other hotels with similar price points and better amenities. The biggest issue is their sneaky charges.

This location is lovely with beautiful views of the lake! The dining options are somewhat limited and a little elevated for my taste! Especially with children! The room was amazing and the beds were comfortable!
