The trash was full and overflowing . The kids at the pool were very very very loud and allowed to be noisy until 10pm. It was so loud the front desk could hear them thru the phone. Plus they were pounding on the wall

Let us check in early to get ready for the Mariners game. Very clean and a good location. Friendly staff and kids enjoyed the breakfast.

This is a good hotel in Renton at the S. end of Lake Washington and North end of the Renton Landing area. Shopping and plenty of dining options are nearby. Close to the freeway (easy on/off). On-site parking for a reasonable fee. And a free, warm breakfast everyday. I would return.

This hotel was excellent value for money, with very comfy rooms, friendly and welcoming staff and a good breakfast, included in the price. It is only a short walk from the lake (5 mins) where the other (considerably more expensive) hotels are located. All good, considering the price point.

The property was clean, the room as well. Staff were amazing. Hot breakfast of potatoes, sausage and eggs were cold. We would absolutely stay again, just skip breakfast.

First time I've had to pay to park at a hotel! With so many options, no need to go back. On top of that the indoor pool is closed pretty much all winter and my widow looked over the top of a dumpster. It's a pass foe me.

We did have a problem with the door lock and maintenance fixed it promptly. I use a ventillator at night that needs three power sockets. Only 2 are provided between the beds. When I asked if they had a power strip I could borrow they said No sorry and suggested I buy one in Target. I did so but feel it is the type of thing the hotel should have available for future travelers.

Unfortunately the power went out, causing the elevators to stop working and we were on the 5th floor. As we are only there for one night, having it out for most of the stay was painful on the knees and we felt bad knowing that other folks were just straight trapped in the hotel

My daughter and I enjoyed every moment at the property. The staff greeted us at every entrance and the property was peacful, clean and the rooms were well done and the beds and linens extremly comfortable. We enjoyed staying on the 5th floor and sitting on the rooftop balcony in the morning and evenings. The morning breakfast was impecable. The selection was great! I will definately return and recommend my family and friends to stay at the Hampton Inn Suites Seattle / Renton Location. Thank you for making our visit to Seattle a wonderful experience

The rooms are spacious, very nice and clean, in addition to the beds being super comfortable! The rooftop deck is a definite bonus and so beautiful!

My suite was really spacious and clean; The shower was nice and hot; the bed was a bit too soft for my comfort level; both the pool and gym room looked good although I didn’t use them (I wish the pool was available during earlier and later hours. It was a good size and looked like it would be great for doing laps but was not open during the hours that I could use it go as I was there for a conference); the breakfast was basic free hotel buffet food.

This was the first time staying at this property. Our room was cute and clean. Danny was the only staff member we interacted with but he was very welcoming and friendly. We were also able to have a complimentary breakfast before we checked out. If we're ever back in Renton again, we will seek out this hotel.

This hotel checked all the boxes. Gym, pool, free breakfast. The best part was the gentleman at reception. He was so nice and friendly and really cared about his job. I would stay here again!

Our family had a great stay! Four stars for Staff and cleanliness as there was a challenge in communication in receiving the service to restore the room with the staff which they rectified. Great place, near the lake, park and walkable to many restaurants if you decide to Uber the 15 minutes from the airport and skill the car for the weekend.

Right to the property it seemed fairly nice. Got to the room moments into our late arrival. A lot of door slamming come to find out our room was directly next to the 24 hour fitness Center what a nightmare we had people banging on our door people screaming in the gym it was extremely disruptive. We got no sleep. Also, the sheets whatever was in their cleaning of their sheets, caused a rash from head to toe. I was a bright red. I mentioned to the front desk and they said they don’t even use soap to wash their sheets. They only use hot water, which I found to be even more disgusting definitely a chemical on the sheets. The location was perfect for what I needed the hotel for but that’s about it if I could get my money back and go somewhere else I would’ve, but it was too late and of course nonrefundable.

I have never paid for parking at a hotel I've stayed in. Why not just hike the price a little bit to accommodate the parking fee. Other than that, I had no other issue.

$16 a night for Parking in the garage. Parking space is very tight and has blind corners. Stayed by a room with kids crying all night. It was bothersome to fall asleep. House keeping was awesome though.

Some areas of the hotel were dirty, including the dining area and the floors in and around the elevators. Additionally, the rooms are not well insulated and could hear every single conversation and inappropriate behaviors from other guests, which impedes sleep. This hotel also needs to upgrade their laundry facilities - having only one washer and dryer that is operated by quarters is antiquated.

I stay here when I come to Seattle and it’s the perfect combination of safe, clean, amenities and great staff!

They charged an additional $100 deposit per room after I put my cc on file. I was not provided a receipt of the transaction when I paid the deposit or when I checked out after I asked repeatedly. I checked out on the 15th of March and I have still not received my deposits back. I called the hotel several times and all the would tell me was to call my bank, which I did on the 21st, and they demanded to know when I called if I did at all. Then they told me to tell my bank to call them so they could generate a letter to my bank saying the funds have been released. They would not let me talk to anybody higher than an assistant manager. Would not provide me with a supervisor or any cooperate contact. Bottom line was customer service was horrible, rooms were gross and not appropriate for our stay. Not to mention we had to pay for parking at the hotel we were staying which is a first for me. When I asked them why we had to pay to park at the place where we were staying they said that every hotel charges for parking which is untrue. I will never stay at another Hampton or Hilton and will not recommend them?

Quiet and clean for an overnight stop over. I had a car rental and it was fine but may be tricky for someone who needs public transportation.

We have stayed here several times and have always been happy staying here. This visit our bathroom wasn’t very clean. Other than that we are happy with our room.

She offered her assistance and made herself available to help. I appreciated having access to someone who I could contact, knowing that made for a very nice stay. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful too. Hotel was quiet, offered a nice breakfast, had a pool, and an exercise room. They also had a washer and dryer to use, which I took advantage of. They also offered covered secure parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Great reception, super breakfast, several sms checks to see if everything was okay or needs. From start to finish AA the staff were friendly and helpful. If we are staying in the area, this will be our first choice of where we will be!!

Very tight parking. My room carpet was sticky. Went barefoot and my feet stuck to the csrpet. Was pretty gross. The sliding door to bathroom was scratched up and would come off the roller multiple times.

Frequently stay at this Hampton Inn, it’s one of my favorites. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Close to the lake and several food options within a mile or so.

Other than personal service by Theo at the front desk, a disappointment. The hotel needs work. We arrived on a weekend where the hotel hosted a young womens sports tournament. Screaming and running around on floors! No parental control. Continue.air vent running in bathroom. Very low toilets with stains and scrape marks. Thinnest walls and floors ever seen. Vacuuming above us sounded like a power drill coming through the ceiling.
