Ray at the front desk was very helpful, so check-in was smooth and easy! Hotel was quiet at night. But as early as 6 AM door slamming and loud talking by folks leaving very early meant we were awake. After 14 hours of travel to get the motel by 11 and into bed by midnight, the last thing we wanted was to be jarred out of bed by any hotel noise!!!

One day house keeping missed cleaning my room. I met Anna the Hotel GM at the front desk and told her. We left for about three hours and when we came back the room had been cleaned. That was good service!

Room was clean as was the lobby. A little dated but comfortable. The beds were super comfy. The parking is free but terrible. There are few disabled parking spots, it was full every evening when we returned and thankfully someone was with me who could drop me off and park the car on the back of the building. Breakfast was typical of free breakfasts but it was hot and good. The staff in the breakfast area were very nice and helpful. Although it’s close to the freeway, it was very quiet.

Room was very comfortable for some tired travelers. Only problem we ran into was needing a second key card and was told it would be 20 minutes. I don’t think it was the employees fault, I think the system decided to do an update. Breakfast was super good. Especially their waffle!

Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned. The bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty, with noticeable red stains, and they were not replaced during my stay. Housekeeping also failed to remove the trash or replenish bath towels. As a result, I had to go down to the front desk at 11:10 PM to request clean towels myself, which was highly inconvenient. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made for a very disappointing experience.

We couldn’t sleep because the neighbor were fighting making to much noise there blood stains on the pillow and a smell that they didn’t clean the room.

Breakfast was ok. Room was ok. The main issue was the guy in the room next to us yelling and shouting at his wife at 2am in the morning. This went on forever. Took the hotel a long time to do anything about it. We had to call the front desk multiple times. The police showed up banging on the door and shouting…pulled the guy out into the hallway next to our door to question him and go through their whole ordeal whether the would book the guy or not. Middle of the night, so loud, all this going on while guests are trying to sleep. They separate the husband and wife leaving the husband there who continues to make noise, shout, throw furniture around which results in the police coming back and arresting him. Mean while, the hotel said nothing to us or tried to accommodate us in anyway. Asked to be moved to another room possibly, but nothing. The whole ordeal went on for 3+ hours. The next day checking out the girl at the counter knew we were in the room next to all the commotion and didn’t even care or apologize on behalf of the hotel to paying guests. Very uncaring and no sympathy. Shady area and unsafe. Don’t stay here. Not worth it!!

Water cups costed money

Staff was okay, not good, not bad. Lobby was nice and clean. I did like there was a 24hr hot cocoa and coffee machine that you could pick whatever you wanted, whatever size and strength.

The smell of pot smokers right outside the lobby doors is enough to ruin any meal no matter how good it possibly may have been.

front deck was very unprofessional! she gave a key for room, first, she was not very happy to conversation with us, then when we walk in to the room, big dog came to us and start barking, them some people show up from bathroom!!!! we been so scary, we came back to front desk, she was laughing, and smiles said : she dont know that some one occupied room!!! very unprofessional!!! No sorry, no apologies just gave to us new key room...

After checking in, I requested a late check out at noon. At 9 am the next day there was a quick knock at my door followed by someone entered my room. I was in bed and they had a key to my room! Called the front desk and they told me “oh it says here you’ve checked out “. I said, “No, don’t you have to sign something to check out?” No. They just have to think they see you leave. That’s bizarre and completely unacceptable!

Location was fine,and the room was also fine. The reason of why not 5 stars was the fact that the carpet joint between the bathroom/closet to the room was in a pretty bad shape.

Horrible service from morning/day clerk. Just deplorable, appalling, disgusting attitude and disregard for normal courtesy. Poor respect and total disregard for repeat customers (six or seven reservations, a total of 25+ days over the course of 5 weeks) when we needed to extend the reservation. We should have left and stayed elsewhere after the way we were treated. Night staff, when the manager was not there, were exceptional. Above and beyond, excellent, worth raving about. It seems to say something though, doesn't it, when the staff who work with no leadership are phenomenal and the staff working alongside and coinciding with the hotel manager are permitted to be customer facing and yet so abominable. Has to reflect on the manager that they feel comfortable behaving that way and mistreating customers when you are right in the office behind them. Tells a story, it does.

The property has sufficient parking though much is in the far back and not easy to navigate with luggage nor safe at night; we were approached in the lot at night by unhoused individuals clearly under the influence. Most of the staff had excellent service, though the day clerk was spectacularly rude and she should be retrained, supervised, or removed. The housekeeping was great when it got done but it was sporadic even after specifically requesting service. The on site washer and dryer were convenient though we did have to use them after hours because of our schedules (did laundry from 8p-10p-ish). The night staff were always fantastic. We stayed over 25 nights but would not stay here again due to the treatment we received from the day clerk and the way that us extending our stay was handled including requiring us to change rooms multiple times, move our stuff out for periods of time due to what was suddenly a strict cleaning schedule, charging us an early check in or late check out fee when we were not actually leaving the hotel and were just on a new reservation, etc. Upon arrival our bathroom was locked from the inside and no one could open it so it was not accessible for use. We had to move all of our stuff to a new room, which we had already begun to unpack, and which we had a lot of due to our extended stay, late at night. We didn't complain, as things happen, but when we needed to stay longer it was an "issue" and they could not be accommodating or helpful.

I love the fact that the room and the place in general was clean, the only negative is that you could hear lots of noice from other rooms and beds were not firm, other then than we had a great stay. Breakfast was included but we did not eat there so not sure how it was. 100% recomended.

Quick stay close to SEATAC for an early flight out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Gave us a quiet room, away from highway and elevator on top floor as we requested. Room was clean and cozy, lots of furniture and the king bed filled the room.

Customer service from registering member was above other hotels I have visited with member ensuring my requests were met. Fwy noise a bit loud but sound machine helps. Good stay would recommend!

Pros: Husband ate breakfast daily and said it was good. Enjoyed the 24 hr free espresso machine as it has hot cocoa. Hotel itself, grounds, & room were clean. Comfortable beds and no noise issues. Extremely excellent and delightful service with 1 notable exception. Jasmine, Barry, & the night associate whose name begins with O all had consistently fantastic client relations and were clearly focused on ensuring we were satisfied and had a good stay. The daytime associate Diana was an entirely different story and all interactions with her caused the overall positive feeling to evaporate and now sadly we cannot recommend this hotel unless she were no longer employed. She has absolutely 0 business being in a position that deals with the public, particularly without direct oversight and supervision. Her service and attitude were patently horrifying, and she wasted our time and cost us money and great inconvenience. Cons: Diana the nightmare, being approached in the dark uncomfortably closely by homeless people in the lot, King beds all have a metal piece that sticks a few inches out the side of frame causing repeat daily leg bruising, & ridiculous rule about exchanging dirty towels at the desk to get clean ones instead of just giving extras was punitive and inconsiderate.

Shower was very weak

I had them cancel my reservation because I checked in and they gave me room key, I went to room with my kids, when we opened the door the room was never cleaned garbage and beds undone, house keeping tip was still on counter my kids were tired and wanted to lay down. Nothing was offered like would you like another room or a discount for the inconvenience nothing so I decided to cancel my reservation and made sure money was refunded, but I will not ever stay in this location a lot of noise, construction, homeless and shady people doing shady things for sure not a safe place when traveling with kids.

The facility was remodeled nicely and the room was clean and had.enough charging station for all the electronics. It was great value for the price.

Was suppose to stay all week checked out early and will no longer choose to stay here in the duration of our job located here. There were random people trying to get into my room I work nights and I felt unsafe. Told the front desk they didn't solve the issue. My employer will not be using this location for any of our upcoming jobs.

Clean comfy

I originally booked this hotel simply for sleeping at night and heading out the next day to do things. I was quite pleased and surprised by how kind the staff was as well as the awesome breakfast that they had! I expected something normal like stale cereal and old bagels but I was impressed with the spread of biscuits and gravy, fresh yogurt, and even toppings for the yogurt and biscuits. Also had waffles as well but really enjoyed the breakfast overall. Would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Renton. This has the best breakfast and most comfortable beds. Also the women who maintain the breakfast are very friendly. Only downside is the location is at the 405 interchange. So the traffic is heavy most of the time. However it’s a pretty direct drive to The Landing. A shopping and eating destination.

The bathroom sink would not drain. How a maid can clean a sink and not know that it is not draining leaves me wondering. For a fee this hotel allows pets. In your description you indicated they allowed service animals only. The continental breakfast was not very good.

We got there after a concert. The room we recieved smelled like someone had just smoked a whole pack of ciggarets in our none smkoking room. Even staff agreed it was a horrible smell. We are now driving at 2:15 in the morning, looking for a place to stay. May have to drive home and risk the sleepy driving to hopefully arrive by 6:30 am. Tomorrow in Seattle is no longer happening, so that means half of our trip is now not happening. This is due to a careless person smoking in the room previous and a careless employee cleaning it with out making note of how unprofessional and gross it was in there.

Parking was over crowded with no space to park had my mother-in-law who was in need of ADA accommodations and wasn’t able to park nowhere near the front door, multiple vehicles parked taking up 2 to 3 spaces along with work trucks that would just park anywhere. Carpet was old and musty entering the building. Lots of traffic located off the main freeway.

We really enjoyed this hotel and actually extended our stay. Very nice rooms, comfortable bed, huge tv and good breakfast. The breakfast hostess was very sweet and attentive to everyone’s needs. The hotel also has a computer with printer as well! Close to airport for early or late departures but not too close. Would stay again!

The cleaning products/air freshener used in this facility were so strong and overpowering. I had an instant headache and couldn’t sleep. It ruined what would otherwise be a relatively decent place, with nice people. The staff weee friendly and pleasant, it was just the chemical cleaning product smell that made the place intolerable and made for a rough night.

When I booked the stay, I had to provide credit card information to secure the reservation, which I did, and selected the option to pay at the hotel and not in advance. At check-in, we provided a different credit card that we had with us and expected that one to be charged. However, we have been charged the full amount of the stay on both credit cards and both the hotel and hotels.com have not yet done anything about despite my trying to contact them multiple times (this is apparently too complex to handle virtually, so I get directed to call, but the wait time is either >1 hour or I get transferred like a hot potato multiple times until the line goes dead.)This is unacceptable and easy way to guarantee I will never give them my business again.

Run down and worn facility, dirty furniture bought frozen snacks from lobby that were so freezer burnt that they were dryer out and spoiled. You can tell they had been in the freezer for a long time

Room was quite nice and comfortable and an excellent value for the price. Staff was friendly. Note that the only business within convenient walking distance was a Japanese steakhouse which, based on my visit, I don’t recommend. Other dining options available within a couple of miles.

Our car window was smashed out along with 10 other cars in the parking lot in the middle of the night. At check in we give our cars info and they attach it to our room…we were not notified when the issue happened. We had find out as we were leaving. Deeply dissatisfied how this was handled. We are 6 hours from home, a car full of children. They offered a window repair service but I called too late, they were unable to get help. Had the hotel notified me in a decent amount of time we could have had this fixed that day. They did offer a shop vac but they left the parking lot full of glass the rest of the weekend. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told not till Monday. We felt very unsafe! There is homeless all over, sketchy people getting high in the parking lot and just not a place for families or children. We will never be back! Very upsetting.

My Truck and other vehicles were vandalized and no one in the property knew about it. It is not a big place so I’m not understanding how not anyone heard an alarm or someone break so many windows in about five or more cars

Had to let the water run for 30min to get hot water very inconvenient. Bed was not very comfortable. And neighboring guests were loud and didnt care.
