The room was very clean and staff were friendly. We stayed just one night. We could not see to the bottom of the 4 foot deep pool and when we arrived at breakfast at 8 am ( it was available until 9), most of the tables were dirty with crumbs from previous diners and several food choices were gone.

Room is spacious, well appointed for our needs, and had a comfortable bed. Additionally, it was quiet, there were no slamming doors, people conversing loudly, or other distractions making sleep difficult. Breakfast was good in the morning with a nice amount of food and drink options to accommodate just about any diet and palate. Staff were friendly, joked with me when I did with them, engaged to talk about the community and offered suggestions for area food choices when asked about their personal preferences. I've stayed in this HIES multiple times previously and when my travels take me that way again, I look forward to booking and staying again in the future. The shower could be a bit bigger. I'm a big guy and prefer a little extra room to move and not feel like a bull in a china shop. The pool area was unattended for a while as there were several towels on the chairs and tables. Also, the pool water was a bit cloudy. There were no off-putting smells, chlorine was definitely present, just want clear water.

Given a room above a very loud party! They played head banging music for 5 hours straight!!!! Called twice to complain. Told only a few more minutes by staff!! Total lie!! I know there were other rooms available because we were asked what floor we wanted to be on!! Should have been told about room in advance. Very disrespectful to paying customers. My floor vibrated for 5 hours!!!!

Had request 2 adjoining rooms ,was told had tok wait about 3 or 4 hours when we got there at 1pm so had to take 2 other rooms..

Close to everything, easy to get to our cruise bus stop and very clean with friendly staff Well there was a couple that were fighting all night and ended up pulling the fire alarm at about 3am which made our stay less than pleasent. We never were able to go back to sleep and was up till we checked out. That was when we were told that the fighting couple pulled the fire alarm and it was a false alarm, however we did not know that at 3am and were not sure what was going on and if we should have packed up and left or not.

I got the best night sleep I’ve gotten in months!!! The rooms are very nice! The staff are very pleasant! I almost was tempted to stay another night!

Fire alarm went off at 3 am. I ran downstairs in my pajamas and no one was outside but me. I went into lobby and asked clerk what was going on and his answer was “there’s a lot going on”. I waited a few minutes while I witnessed some policeman arresting a guy for threatening to kill his wife. I asked the clerk if it was ok to return to my room and his answer was “I guess so”. Needless to say I didn’t sleep that night

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn express. The room was spacious and the property overall was well managed. The breakfast menu was excellent. We utilized their gym and pool during our stay too. Loved that towels were available in both areas. Glad we stayed here overnight as a family.

However, I really love my morning showers, but the water was on the colder side of luke warm , which was very disappointing especially being the first one in.

The room was clean. Staff great. Breakfast amazing. Even have a show out the breakfast window of local birds at the feeders the staff maintain.

The bed is one of the worst I have had. Like laying on boards.

This was a very loud hotel. Children running up and down the hall and a very loud walker above us. We had asked to be moved to another room but was told that the hotel was fully booked. The mattress felt like it was 20 years old and very uncomfortable. The Fitness Center was nice and the breakfast had many options.

The room was nice but it wasn’t a handicap accessible shower like I wanted.

Room 309. The bed was so comfortable. But the carpet was dirty and sticky, and the room smelled like spoiled milk. The pool was green, so we didnt feel like going for a swim.

Next time would like to get a room with a view.

The hotel was VERY CLEAN and they offer cleaning services daily. The room I stayed in was BEAUTIFUL overlooking the skyline. It was an amazing moment to stay there. There was great air conditioning, access to the pool, 24 hour gym, and breakfast every morning.

Hotel was fine. Customer service was awful. I was at an event when someone called me about my card not working (it had expired). It was too loud to take a call at my event. I had to leave the even THREE times to get it taken care of. I told the person “this happened at our last hotel and they called and said no problem, we’ll get the card when you get here”. After wasting my time and taking me out of the event multiple times, he said “I could have done that.” BUT HE NEVER OFFERED THAT OPTION. Also. He said I needed to tell him when we would arrive. Well, as I had told him MULTIPLE times, I was at an event! An event I had traveled all the way across the country for. He could have made it easy, but he went out of his way to make it difficult.

This hotel was good, easily accessible from the freeway with food options around. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. Room was clean and quiet, however the beds were quite hard for both of the adults. I wouldn’t have wanted to sleep there more than one night.

We had a great overnight stop on a long trip. The building looked new, everything was clean, breakfast was good.

It was a nice quiet end to a day with college friends from way back. My room had a beautiful view of Albany in the distance and the lights were beautiful after dark. Nice breakfast before hitting the road at 7am. I stayed here last year and will again when I’m out this way.

Just a very basic property. It served the purpose for us spending the night while we are traveling. The breakfast in the morning was hot and had several options. I was really happy to discover that there was a washer and dryer for use by guests, as we were desperately in need, and going to the laundromat was out of the question.

Priced economiically, this was a fabulous place to stay. Had a view of the valley. Was clean, rooms well kept and breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice but there were rude, entitled guests in the pool who continually almost kicked my kids in the head. There were no pool towels and when we asked the front desk workers said she didn’t have any. So we had to walk through the hotel soaking wet. We also had 5 people staying in a room and only 3 towels…again when we asked for more towels for our room we were told that there weren’t any. So we had to shower with wet, used towels.

Very friendly staff and rooms were comfortable and clean. Pillows weren’t the greatest, very soft even though some said “firm”. The tub was also rather slick despite a “mat” being on the bottom and no grab bars were in the shower… potentially could be dangerous for those with balance problems.

Took my family to stay there because my dad is in the hospital in Albany . Few thing I didn’t like . 1 Service the check clerk was rude and pushy . 2 The beds were uncomfortable first time this has ever happened . But the price was right l and breakfast was good

My room was not cleaned, no housekeeping, no towels, coffee, etc. Front manager on last day was rude. When I asked about a small discount due to lack of housekeeping services, manager said, "well, did you come down for fresh towels and coffee?" rather than apologize. They could use some help with customer service.

Started out bad. First room they gave us stunk so bad we couldn't stay in it. Second room was better but I don't think they ever checked the first room. Breakfast was disgusting and the coffee tasted like they had made it the week before and just re-heated it. It was about the worst coffee I have ever had. Took about 2 sips and through it away. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely view, easy to walk to dining and shopping. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean. The walls were a bit thin, easy to hear people in nearby rooms.

The hotel was brand new so everything looked and smelled great! All the staff were friendly and nice; breakfast was great. The only negative we had was that the guests in the room above us were very noisy and we even heard intermittent banging noises well past midnight!

I specifically booked a room to watch the Olympics in the Primetime offering but Channel 4 was not working. I called the desk and apparently there had been that problem for a couple days. I would think that after a “couple days” it would have been fixed. Other channels did work.
