The staff every single person we came in contact with at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, washer and dryer worked well. We had plenty of coffee, and cream and sugars and matching full sets of everything (plates, glasses,etc). The beds were comfortable. And there was a Murphy bed and a comfortable couch. Game room downstairs with arcade and pool table. Charged for wifi and the TVs Google cast would not connect by phone without being on WiFi so couldn’t stream unless you have paid for the daily wifi

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Reno. Love the fully stocked kitchen and hot tub s d heated pool. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are a great size! Washer and dryer in room is a huge bonus for sports tournaments!

The suite was amazing, large and clean, and fully stocked with all the kitchen supplies you would need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside is no onsite restaurant, but there are several very close so not a big deal. Great price for what you get!

Full kitchen set up. Look like a 2 bedroom apartment with washer and dryer. Bbq grill accessible. Pool towel, laundry soap. Pool table down stairs. We have 6 of us and it fit us comfortably. We loved our stay we will definitely stay there when we come to down.

We really enjoyed our stay, The staff was super helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and the supplies provided. It was nice to have a washer and dryer! Thanks so much, we will come again.

I really liked that my whole family was able to stay together comfortably in one room. It made the trip more enjoyable and convenient, especially when traveling with kids. The space allowed us to relax and spend quality time together. The only downside was that the pool was closed for the season, which was a bit disappointing. However, I understand that this was out of the property's control. We were still able to enjoy the hot tub, which made up for it and was a great experience.

they cancelled my reservation and still have not received a refund terrible. Worldmark cancelled on me last minute...had to scramble to find a new location.

Parking was easy and plentiful, the staff were friendly and helpful. The parking lot that was next to the building could use another light on the side towards the street. Would have appreciated clearer communication about what to do with trash, when to expect cleaning services (or not), etc

We love this place. We have stayed several times. My only recommendations would be to add an area rug in living area. The tile gets super cold.( even with heater on) and to have more coffee packs, creamers & sweeteners in room. Very small issues, but would make stay even more speven more enjoyable. But, we do love it here

The facility was very nice. The rooms were clean. They had excellent utensils stuff to cook your food. I was very very pleased and it was spacious enough for my grandbaby to play with her toys so I will be returning.

Everything!!! The cleanliness, the staff was incredible, the convenience of the location, the size of the suite was mind blowing, it was beyond anything we expected. Overall 5stars across the board in all categories. There was not a single thing that we did not like about this property.

Location, amenities, layout of the two-bedroom suite, coffee in the lobby, friendly staff It was a little inconvenient having only one elevator, but we understand maintenance needs to be done.

Very solid and economical choice in the hub of downtown. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The room was not only cleaner and larger than rooms that my friends had booked in the area, it also had the added benefit of a mini kitchen and laundry. My room became the meet up spot!

Nice central location with large comfortable rooms, I was very happy with the room. I would stay here again. Parking was a bit of an adventure at times, but overall that is a small negative amongst a sea of positives.

WorldMark Reno by Wyndham is a timeshare property, so I was a little nervous about staying here as I didn't know what the checkin process would be or who was managing the room. The front desk employee told me that when their property doesn't sell their weeks to timeshare owners, they open up the property to the general public via third party booking sites like Expedia. Instructions from Expedia were to contact the property ahead of time for checkin instructions - which wasn't necessary. The checkin process was smooth and simple. There is a front desk employee on-site 24/7 and if they are not at the desk when attempting to check in late at night, there is a phone number to call and the employee will come to greet you. Parking was covered and right in front of the entrance. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the kitchen is well-appointed if you want to cook. The property was walking distance to the riverfront, midtown, downtown, and even UNR. Would stay here again.

Was right downtown Reno- so did not feel safe being out in that area. Staff was super, enjoyed the pool and the workout room only had 4 pieces of equipment- but I was the only one there when I worked out- so it was fine

Check in was a breeze. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Room was in good condition with the exception of a weird smell in the room and the 6th floor hallway reeking of cigarettes.

We were extremely surprised with this location. It was very clean, we felt safe. Room was updated in a very good way. Staff was super friendly and very professional. We would 100% stay at this location again. And for you gamblers, the casino were close by.

I was in town for a training. The rooms were clean and larger than expected. It was nice to have a full kitchen and a bedroom separate from the living area. I am not exaggerating when I say it is the quietest place I have stayed. I was able to actually sleep! The staff was really great! Chris (if I'm remembering his name correctly) was wonderful. Very personable and attentive. He also gave great recommendations for food and drink. Will definitely stay again!

It was an easy walk to the "J" buffet. Very close. The rooms were clean and very affordable for the price. In our opinion, the two bedroom suite (with kitchen) was a better deal than one of the bigger hotels in the center.

At our check in everyone was AMAZING!!!! So kind and helpful! Our room was huge and spotless! I loved that they even had spices for cooking. So helpful! It’s close to a lot so it was nice walking.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. The place looked update and the location was great! Closer to everything downtown. The only thing i wasn't too happy about was, no wifi. They did because i was a renter, i wouldn't get free wifi and would have to pay for it.

Second time staying at this property and again had a great stay! The rooms are great; super clean, and plenty of space for everyone to hang out. We used the kitchen to make breakfast and dinner and it was stocked with everything we needed. Looking forward to our next stay there. The only thing I’d wish for would be softer toilet paper.

This was a great stay off The Row and located close to the University. The staff was kind and efficient and the room extremely clean. Bed sheets are great! Secure area for parking. The down side is that the windows open up to a pretty dilapidated, under construction part of town. On the super upside, needed a little extra time and they gave a late check out. Will stay again!

Really well stocked kitchen so I could cook for myself all week. Huge rooms, making it easy to work during the day. The staff is attentive and accommodating. I was between 2 weekend ski trips in Tahoe and just needed an inexpensive place to work during the week. It was just perfect!

Great location! Walking distance to the arch and casinos. Online the property looked outdated, but our room was updated and very clean. We loved the 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom room (and it even had a full sized Murphy bed too!) The staff was very helpful and friendly, we would definitely stay here again when in town.

Our family had a great stay at Worldmark Reno! We booked a two bedroom/two bathroom and had plenty of space for the four of us. The kitchen was updated, super clean, and had everything we needed to make our dinners in the unit. The pool was closed for the season, but our kids had fun in the hot tub. Staff was also super nice. We will for sure stay here again.

What a beautiful suite we had! Joe checked us in early which was wonderful. He was so helpful. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Reno. We plan to stay there again.

I’ve never feared a hotel then staying here. This hotel should be condemned for its safety and location. To start off, it’s located around several bars and a corner where hookers so there business.. literally right outside the building a hookers was solicitation g and having sex in her van all night long.. it could be heard and seen from where we had to park our car. The. Going in the hotel “supposedly” they are renovating but it was never disclosed in hotel.com. The walls were torn apart. The fumes in the hallway.. we literally had to hold our breath. Luckily the room was decent although we didn’t realize that the oven was left tuned on from housekeeping.. omg that would have been a nightmare. I asked the front desk for shampoo and conditioner as only one set was available for 4 guests.. they said sorry we don’t have any.. what!! So I had to go buy some and thw. Leave behind since I couldn’t go on air plain w me. This is not a 3. 1/2 star hotel! More like a -10 star motel!! I searched for other places to stay and they were triple the amount and I try calling hotels.com and it just rang and rang.. so disappointed.

I stay at this WorldMark whenever I am in Reno. The staff are all very friendly. One in particular, Shane, is amazing. He is always so helpful. He even walked down to the parking garage to see if there was room to park my Escalade. I will choose this hotel over any in Reno every time!

Location, Location, Location. This property is in the heart of downtown and close walking distance to the river, restaurants, shows, events, etc..

Really like this hotel 🏨. It’s pretty much the closest thing to the comfort of being home. I came to town to run a couple errands and go to an Aces baseball ⚾️ game. They ended up canceling the ball game because of the smoke 💨 the friendly staff member who checked me in for my stay remembered my name and why I was visiting.

This place was great for my husband, son and son’s friend. Two bedroom, 2 bath was very nice. The whole room was comfortable! The front desk staff, mainly Shawn, were so helpful and kind.

Loved the furnishings and comforts of convenience, ie washer/dryer/dishwasher. Spacious rooms and well stocked. Staff awesome on checkin(Shawn was excellent!), but otherwise staff was reluctant to engage with customer service. My husband fell over a rug at the entrance and it was never acknowledged. It affected our stay in Reno so that was extremely disappointing.

Hotel room was very spacious & clean. Staff was very nice & helpful. Unfortunately you could hear everything going on outside at night in the parking lot so did get much sleep. Also wifi isn't free!
