We stayed two night and had a great time. We recommend this Casino and Hotel to anyone looking to relax and have a good time

The property was at a prime location for my partner and I. Food, shopping, and gas was so close We opted for the handicap room because it was available for an earlier check-in time. Though we liked the early check in, the tub/shower combo was a bit small for the wide bathroom size.

It amazes me that the owner has such a nice place but cuts the water usage back to where the shower is a pitiful drizzle, almost no water. The sad thing is that the threadbare and worn out towels match the deplorable lack of water in the shower. I am surprised that Springhill Suites let's that go on in one of their fine hotels. Someone is asleep at the switch. There, I've had my rant. Having said that, the hotel is very nice and hopefully the owners will realize that cutting off the e water supply to the showers is a bad idea.

It was very clean and the staff was very nice. The only thing I would add if I could was a small freezer in the refrigerator just because we had ice packs that needed to be frozen for the trip home. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was so clean and beautiful. The staff were so nice and helpful! They let us check in about 15 minutes early.

Stayed two nights, great location, clean, well maintained property. Used guest laundry room, clean and nice. Be aware you need quarters and hotel does not provide them, or have coin machines.

The quiet and the room was very clean and comfortable. Affordable and I had a great view of the mountains. The shower in my room was difficult to enjoy. I couldn’t reach the shower head to tilt it but my main thing is you have to get all the way in the shower to turn it on and have no choice but be blasted with cold water because the nozzle is on the opposite side of the shower head. Definitely did not like that set up because I felt like I was being water boarded by the stream of water

Breakfast wasn’t stellar. It was ok. No waffles apart from ones wrapped in plastic full of preservatives.

Found a teeth flosser in spare bed. Also had to ask for pillow case for spare bedding didn't include one. Had to ask housekeeping for a shampoo as they had 2 body washes and 1 conditioner in the shower.

Price gauged for a kids sporting event so for the price we paid the accommodations were ok. The breakfast is pretty mediocre. The sink was clogged and the shower leaked due to poor maintenance. The rooms are clean enough and basic enough

Originally arrived and checked in. The room I was given was a dirty room. I had to walk all the way way with all my things with all three my kids. Then when I get to the second room my kids turn on the tv and it has no signal. The room was clean but the bathroom was not. There was pubic hair and pee on the floor near the sink. I did call the front about the tv. The lady said that she had no clue how to fix it and that if I wanted to move rooms again.

The hotel was nice, and clean. However, the housekeeping staff cleaned our room every day while we were out skiing but did not replace the toilet paper or the "fun size" soap bar once during our stay of 5 days! My son and I were betting whether we would run out of T.P. barely made it, and had a sliver of soap that cpuld melt away in the sink. I paid good money to stay there and 1 more tiny bar of soap or another backup roll of T.P shouldn't be asking too much right?

Clean room, but lighting was really bad , not necessarily a nice view which that’s what I wanted and staff was rude about small things and was threatening to call cops on a tv noise complaint which was only about 23 average in volume

As a busy mom, I don't often get a night away by myself to relax and recharge. It's really important that a hotel room includes a big, clean bath tub. I called & checked in advance that my room would have one. It was lovely & amazing, and I took a bath each night I stayed. :)

My stay here was horrible. AC not working, hot tub broken during my stay and a bed so soft you could not sleep on it. Hotels.com refused me a refund on my stay so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We stayed for one night after visiting Lake Tahoe. The hotel is in a very convenient location. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was fresh, and it was easy to cross the street to go shopping.

The room was spacious for two to walk around. Good arrangement for seating except the TV wasn't placed well to the seating. Also, the writing desk glass partition was noisy when we walk, kind of disturbing. Good view of the mountains. Breakfast was good and ample parking. Will come back if the noise of glass is off.

Breakfast is excellent! Close to home May I suggest that families with children assign Rooms in the lower floors.. Courtesy Rules applied. No unnecessary noise- re: running around or heavy walking especially those in upper floors. Thank you! It’s a clean and beautiful hotel.

The room was fine, not completely equipped for room use, like not enough linens or pillows for the pull out bed. I had requested a pack n play at booking, then again at the front desk and it still never arrived. I'm traveling solo so that made it really challenging. This place used to be so clean and had an incredible staff. We have had many stays here over the years. It’s not terrible, just average. They now charge for parking, the cost even increased from less than a year ago. I am still confused on charging for parking. There is NO justification to charge for parking here.

Each room needs a refrigerator. Internet wasn't allowing access. TV was hard to navigate and we didn't get to watch anything because of it.

The room had no working light in the living room area and signs of water damage above the window. I'm very allergic to mold so I went to the front desk and requested a new room. They had no other room to offer me so I asked if I could be refunded then. I was told yes but that the manager had to finalize the refund. The manager would not return me calls and did not agree to a refund despite the booking agent asking multiple times. Really disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

The facilities and the location were good Some rooms advertised on booking.com are incorrect I have booked a double queen room but it appeared as a king room within the hotel’s system. Better fix the booking system or it would be false advertisement and misleading customers

Tammy was such a horrible receptionist. Her attitude over was very unprofessional. She was saying that no rooms where available and wanted to cancel my reservation. No empathy whatsoever, not great in customer service. I don’t know how they would employ a person like her.

Got in late on a flight and stayed here before heading up to Tahoe City. It was clean and comfortable. Area is safe. We came in at 1 am and it checked the boxes for a place you could count on. Recommend if you’re in the area.

The breakfast was decent. The room was spacious. It is weird that they only have charging outlets on the far side of the bed. I wasn’t able to plug in my phone on the bedside table. We arrived around 9:30 PM, and there were no restaurants open nearby except for Domino’s Pizza. They have a small area in the lobby with some food items for purchase, but nothing much. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

There were some things I really liked about this property and some I didn't. This wasn't our first choice. We wound up here because the first hotel we had booked didn't have a working pool. Anyway, we came here for the indoor pool and really enjoyed it. The complimentary breakfast goes beyond a continental breakfast. They offered quite a few items. It was all very tasty. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. We felt fortunate that the ice machine and laundry room were very close to our room. Now the dislikes... I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for parking. I didn't like the fact that although the room can sleep up to six they tacked on an extra $40 because there were five of us. So, if you are looking for a place where five or six can share a room, this place is ideal as long as you are willing to pay $40-$80 more than the quoted price.

The property was good with helpful and friendly staff. My only complaint would be that the hot tub jets in the pool area need to be replaced or repaired. They are weak.

Property appeared to be somewhat on the newer side with modern decor and new furniture and amenities. Breakfast is included and there is ample food with many items refreshed regularly. Check in was quick. Staff very friendly. Hotel includes small alcove with snacks and and wine did purchase. Next to a gas station with a minimart and several restaurants .

Bad It was a long but narrow room and they put the tv halfway between the bed room area and the seating area. As a result if you were in the far bed you could not see the tv and in the sitting room the tv was on one side so if you sat at one end of the couch you could not see the tv. One other thing the water pressure was lower than I would like for the shower but it was doable. Other wise everything else was really good, cleanliness, staff, dining and rooms.

The suites had everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation. The refrigerator and microwave are very helpful if for nothing other than having a hot cup of tea at night. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful. A handheld shower head in the shower would be nice.

The hotel is fine, but service and housekeeping was terrible. They never cleaned our room durning the entire stay. I was told the first day that I needed to request it, so I did. They still never made it to our room. The manager didn't even try to make things smoother. Would not go back because of the customer service.

Better than others hotels I have stay

The hotel was great, however, we booked this stay through Hotels.com for a two room stay and they booked us a king bed. Our fault for not checking the confirmation email, but we booked a second stay in Sacramento and Hotels.com did the same thing on a second reservation. So the issue we have is not with the hotels, but rather with Hotels.com.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, polite and kind staff, fun pool/hot tub with windows. Surprisingly quiet at night considering how loudly the doors click when closing. We assumed we would hear each door around us. Somehow that noise doesn’t make it to where people sleep and we couldn’t hear any noise from above or below. We are light sleepers and did fine here.

Loved this property. Friendly, efficient staff. Great room. Clean. Lots of amenities. Walk to several great restaurants and grocery stores and more!

I got Covid and wasn’t able to make the trip. I contacted the hotel and hotels.com about 8 hours in advance of check-in to request a refund / credit / partial-refund or moving the stay to a different time, and they said they could accommodate, but then backtracked the next day and did not follow through on what they said they would do.

Great hotel in Reno. Very nice room, comfortable bed, excellent free breakfast, and I enjoyed the pool, hot tub and exercise room. It was quiet and in a good safe location. The check in process was slow with several people trying to check in and only one staff person at the desk. But we really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

Quite and clean facilities

Upon checkout, I was billed $16 for two nights of parking. I was just very annoyed that I was never once given a heads up that parking actually cost money. So I went to the front desk and told them I was annoyed, in which case they just gave me the runaround and said they’d tell their manager. Of course the manager never called and never refunded me. So I’m taking two minutes of my precious time to say I am not happy and give this review. I just feel it is very wrong to not once mention a parking fee, and it seems shady to just bill, and when I asked about the credit card, they never mentioned it. It just feels shady.

Great stay , good breakfast

Disappointing to find out the pool and hot tub was down for maintenance when I purposely called a few days prior to make sure we would have access to it. The front desk girl didn’t even know it was being maintained upon check in and assured us it was open.

The lady who checked us in didn’t know how we made the reservation or if we paid. She didn’t say anything, just asked for a credit card, only to be charged $30 more dollars than what we should have been, didn’t say if there was a deposit for incidentals, nothing. Just said, sorry, there’s bad service here. Gave no WiFi.

Very satisfied with our stay. Clean hotel and housekeeping was very quick with towel/toiletry requests. Would stay here again!

Great place

We were very comfortable in our room. We did have a night where someone tried opening our door and we let the front staff know the girl in the front desk was very understanding and nice and offered us something from the snack bar but other than that overall everyone there is really nice and love their customer service. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good stay clean and eco friendly

We enjoyed our stays, no loud AC, very clean, quiet environment, complementary breakfast, friendly staffs.

Everything was great, except for the $8 parking fee in a lot shared with a gas station and restaurant. I suggest adding the fee to the room rate instead of charging separately for parking in a shared lot. This simple change could improve customer satisfaction.
