Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests expressing dissatisfaction over cleanliness, maintenance, and breakfast. However, the spacious rooms and friendly staff are frequently praised.
- Spacious rooms
- Friendly staff
- Cleanliness issues
- Poor maintenance and breakdowns
- 3/5
The complimentary breakfast was decent and included cereal, eggs, bread, yogurt, and other basic options. Unfortunately, the pancake machine was broken during our stay, which limited the selection a bit.
- 2/5
No pool available…front desk always cutting my question short while’s answ ring very disrespectful
- 3/5
Had a lot of problems but staff were quick to get them fix. The pool is out of service and was told it should not be shown on websites. Iron bord was broken and stuffed in the closet. Glasses were not properly washed floors had stains walls had patches was missing remote in the bed room. I talked to staff about it and they were quick to handle it so the was big to be me. Funny I would probably go back due to staff.
- 2/5
The room itself was spacious and nice. I was let down by the staff and lack of follow up. I called a few times to report that my room had no air conditioning. Every time that I called the staff would be confused and acted as if it were the first time I reported the issue. I was told each time that a maintenance person would come by. During the two days I was at the property no body came by. I asked for body wash and no maid came by. It was a frustrating experience especially since it was a hot weekend.
- 3/5
The property had weeds growing up around every flower bed. The pool was closed and the temperature outside was in the 90s should’ve definitely been open. There was a broken window in the back at the entrance, and there was glass on the ground. I walked up to the desk and the front desk person walked away. Room was clean and that’s about it.
- 2/5
The main issue was that the poor lady working late was all by herself left to clean, prep for morning, and manage property and guests who were checking in late. This created issues where guests didn’t have towels. We got there around 10:00-10:30 pm from a long day of traveling to a sign that said we are out of the office and will return shortly. We waited 10min before calling the hotel number which just rang and rang and eventually disconnected. I called their reservation department who were of absolutely no help what so-ever. They just told me that I would have to wait until someone came to the front desk. So, we were not able to check in. We waited for 30-40 min before another guest finally knocked on the kitchen door. The night person answered as if they did not know what was going on. She came out and gave people towels. Upon asking if she could help me, I indicated I had been waiting for over 20min for someone (it was mot like 35-40min). She seemed irritated at me and said there was no way I was waiting 20 min. Here’s a tip. Don’t argue with guests. Regardless, I suggested that they needed to hire more staff. She said to take it up with management. Let’s just say they need education on hospitality. We were very dissatisfied and won’t stay at these properties again.

Clean, easy, nice

It was surprising nice. We very much utilized the free breakfast each day.
- 5/5
Staff is very helpful specially Melissa.

This is one of the most poorly managed and maintained places I have stayed in decades. Michael Harris and the folks at Ledgestone Hospitality should be utterly ashamed of putting there name behind managing this property. Just on first appearances alone. No property should have a weed growing competition There are thousands of weeds onsite, some over 5’ tall. The grass is dead, the hot tub has been concreted over and they don’t open the pool until nearly June, despite temperatures near the 90F. There is zero security and/or privacy. The doors to all the units are taped open. This was a complaint nearly 2 years ago and still is not repaired. Despite putting the “Do not disturb” sign on the door , housekeeping continued to knock almost daily. Apparently they either don’t care, or cannot read. Usually, not a complete deal breaker, but I was working a graveyard shift and they woke me up every time. The provided kitchen cutlery is a joke. 4 mismatched forks and only 1 spoon to share. Some of the pans should have been thrown out years ago. Simple corrections to ensure the unit is fully stocked prior to renting it out. The sink drains are very slow to drain and back up. The bathroom exhaust fan is caked with dust, which of course is all the previous occupants dead skin. Totally gross!! They have ZERO customer service skills and it shows in the complete and utter lack of cleanliness and maintenance.

Our room wasn’t ready until 4:45 when check in was supposed to be at 4. The room was still dirty and there was snot behind the door. The pool was closed for the entire stay. Horrible experience.

I stayed at this hotel for years when attending events in Reno, but after this Memorial Day weekend disaster, I will never book with Expedia or this hotel again. I called ahead to confirm my late arrival and was told Expedia had oversold the hotel, but that my room was “safe.” That was absolutely not true — and this is the second time Expedia has done this to me. How is this even legal or acceptable? When I arrived, the lobby was chaos: a long line, an empty front desk with a “Be Back Shortly” sign, guests waiting for towels and blankets, and other Expedia customers finding out their rooms were canceled on the spot. When the front desk finally returned, she said her kids were cleaning my room—at 8:30 PM on a holiday weekend. That alone shows how poorly this place is run. Expedia “help” was a small credit on my OneKey and instructions to find another hotel myself, even though everything was sold out in Reno. After 40 minutes of waiting with no room and no accountability, we left and drove 2.5 hours home. This was a complete failure by both the hotel and Expedia. If you’re considering booking here, learn from my experience and don’t.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect; we will definitely be back to stay here.
- 5/5
Great stay. Would definitely recommend.
- 5/5
It was more than I expected. Nice room, nice people. Would stay there again.
- 1/5
To make things worst, the t.v service was out for 2 days, no t.v at all. the breakfast was o.k.
- 5/5
Great staff, convenient location, clean hotel!
- 4.5/5
Excellent place to stay with lots to do from volleyball to sitting by a fire pit. Pet friendly with lots of places to walk you dog, picnic tables, bbq. The room was very nice with a kitchen, a comfy couch, and the bed was just right. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Reno. Absolutely nothing
- 5/5
Staff very responsive to needs. Replenished breakfast quickly. Brought us bedding for couch bed.
- 5/5
The room was clean and quiet and that was the best thing ever after a 12-hour drive. Bed was just right and having the bathroom supplies such as shampoo and other items stock were the right touch after sleeping in that morning! The whole place was quiet after grabbing a little breakfast before hitting the road again for another 12-hour drive on the road. Thank you for having this little hide away from the noise of traffic and no loud people running up and down the halls. Debi
- 3/5
The location is nice right off of Hwy 395 and plenty of businesses and places to eat in the area. The room was large, 2 king bedrooms and two bathroom, a dinning area and a full kitchen, with a refrigerator that made plenty of ice. The property appears to be heading down hill. The hall ways were pretty dirty and all the carpet (both in the hallways and our room was in need of replacing. Also….there was no hair dryer in the room.
- 5/5
Close to parking. Kind staff
- 3/5
Hotel needs maintenance and new carpets or maybe they can do deep cleaning of the carpet to resuscitate it.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and felt safe. I had easy parking, and was close to shops. The staff was very nice.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Will stay at this hotel again if I go back to Reno
- 5/5
Gym is outdated, however functional.
- 4/5
Room was clean but we had to ask for extra towels and sheets for pull out sofa. Some confusion at check in where we had to wait to ensure they had a clean room for us. Other people checking in had reservations canceled without them being notified. Breakfast was good and convenient. I would stay here again. Teally cute property.
- 4/5
This facility seemed to be short staffed in house keeping….; the carpet in one of entrances was always piled up with dried leaves, and some trash in the public areas stayed for days; daily breakfast is helpful, thought many items were out for days never replenished. Overall it is an adequate extended stay facility, we don’t mind coming back in the future.
- 2/5
We called the front desk around 9 PM, but no one was available to fix the issue. We were promised a half refund on our $400 night but only received $150 through Expedia. By 11 PM, the odor had spread throughout the entire suite, including the kitchen. We had to open all the windows just to tolerate staying there. It felt extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. We travel often and this was one of the worst stays we’ve experienced. Very disappointing—this may be our first and last time here.
- 4/5
Fully equipped kitchen. We had a bedroom with a door which allowed for a separate workspace. A shopping center was across the street.
- 5/5
Awesome stay
- 4/5
Room was clean, amenities were good, comfortable bed.

- 5/5
Luv it here
- 5/5
Nothing, everything was great
- 3/5
Hallways had a smell, noticeable dirt on the walls, mold on the English muffins complimentary breakfast from the hotel, in the room had food splatters on the walls, the kitchen area floors had built up dirt, the carpet in the sitting area had big stains, hair on the pillows, the shower floors were dirty and stained, the water pressure was horrible and the tv was distorted on certain channels and when Turning the volume up or down.
- 3.5/5
The room was very clean and roomy, i enjoyed having a microwave and dish washer. I loved that it felt home-like The thin walls or whatever it is but I was up until like 3 am cause all I heard was everyone above us slamming doors and talking loud
- 4/5
I dont feel like i should have had to call for loud music in the courtyard at midnight, but i did and the music quieted down after so i appriciate that. The should be a sign or a singed agreement at check-in that quiet hours start at 10pm.
- 4/5
It quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the casinos Really nothing
- 1/5
The first day when the toilet wouldn't flush properly I called the front desk to see if they had any off hours maintenance man that could try to clear it and was simply met with "I can make a not for them to look at it tomorrow" I asked if anyone could check it out that afternoon and was simply told "no" lol. not sure why this place is highly rated. Don't believe all the ratings.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 0.5/5
This Location is A SCAM. They have attempted to over charge my card while paid in full. They offered an upgrade then want to charge triple after 3 weeks. I have been told my bank statement were lying. Belitttled. Don’t come here! 0/3 tvs work, 2/3 sinks.
- 5/5
amazeballs
- 3/5
Ok No, already at 4:30 had to wait for 6 PM
- 3/5
The buildings and rooms are designed nicely. But the hallways smell of smoke. Even though there are no smoking signs throughout the buildings and rooms. The cigarette and marijuana smoke smell gets into the room. The front desk staff and breakfast staff are very friendly, delightful people.
- 5/5
Clean Safe. Best thing was the vibe: Area had a great vibe. No issues. I skipped breakfast.
- 4/5
Solid, functional place to stay. Just remember, if you have more than 2 people staying in the room and plan to use the sofa bed, request the bedding for the sofa and extra bath towels when checking in. It saves you an extra walk to the registration desk.
- 0.5/5
The room size was nice. When we arrived they had my reservation under a different name than my own. Same last name wrong first name. They had the wrong room booked. I booked a 2bd suite, when I arrived they had a 1bd suite booked. After that fiasco was resolved, we got our room. We didn’t notice how dirty the suite actually was because after checking in we left to eat and do stuff. The next day is when we noticed how gross the room actually was. The curtains in my room had stains all on the bottom. It looked like some sort of liquid was splashed on it. The bathroom was dirty are the corners. The toilet clogged easily and flushed slow. In the other room there was toys and candy from a previous guest under the bed. We were on the second floor and it was so hot and stuffy with no airflow. The ac barely felt like it did anything. They really should have fans in the rooms.
- 1.5/5
Common hallways, stairways, and elevators are filthy. Snow salt, leaves, and dirt to a level where it’s clear they had not been vacuumed in over a week.
- 4/5
I reserved a room with a bathtub and didn't get it That's the only complaint I have how come you were the beds not to comfortable huh
- 1/5
-nothing Wifi did not work I had to use my hotspot - heat did not work was cold get night -spider webs in the corner of the room

- 2.5/5
Location was good. 1. The hall and room smelled like rotten vegetables. The room smelled of cigarettes. 2. The breakfast was not good. Food was tasteless. Staff was irritated that we asked for them to fix the pancake machine. The lady was super rude and bothered. Dining area was dirty and no one was cleaning up. 3. Used the pullout bed/sofa. Mattress was stained and old. Tons of debris underneath. Filthy.
- 2/5
Location and spacious 2bdrm room Drain was plugged in one bathroom, other bathroom didn’t have a plug, pull out bed mattress very stained, and when attempting to rearrange mattress to the cleaner end, a bunch of crumbs and trash was visible underneath. Morning breakfast was disappointing, attendant had no desire to refill items or help.
- 4/5
Staff was nice, friendly, and professional. Glad that Sonesta is pet friendly, so we can take our 4-legged kids. Having continental breakfast was great. Location was great.
- 3/5
fine enough but no glasses, hardly any towels. Had to ask for bedding for sofa bed and a whole new mattress due to other one being dirty and out of springs. staff did respond quickly when we did ask for a new one and they were very friendly.
- 5/5
Beautiful stay and friendly serves
- 4/5
Sonesta suites is a nice place to stay. Nice location. Marshall’s n sprouts across the street if needed. 25 minutes from Rose mount ski place. Loved the breakfast in the morning (scrambled eggs, bagels, pancakes. Liked small kitchenette with nice size fridge, some pots n pans, 4 of each: small bowls, plates, small mugs, glasses for wine. Knives, cutting board, small coffee maker. Only 2 spoons. No forks. We ended up going out all the time so didn’t use any of that. Bedroom with king bed, small sitting room with sofa sleeper. There were no sheets pillows no blanket for that sofa sleeper, you have to get them from office. They had no pillows so we shared 4 pillows from king bed. I myself usually use 4 pillows. It was a bummer. The sheets n towels were clean.I Clorox wipe everything, especially floors n the wipes were so dirty n collected so much dirt n dust n hair, yuck! Yes, that’s crazy but my family doesn’t like sleepers so have to do that. But they really need to change carpet. The bathroom door was touching the floor had to push harder to open all the way, carpenter needed there, couldn’t have a floor towel in the bathroom because of that. Our rooms were dark day time not much sun was coming through because we were on first floor n facing another building. We used lights even day time. Pretty loud heating system. I am going to try another hotel.
- 4.5/5
Not enough parking and that my room was a mess when I got there. Also. They were short staffed. I ??
- 5/5
Very nice staff & a family type of place
- 4/5
The room was clean but the heater didn't work (20° outside). We had to change rooms, the heater adequately work. Overall; great place.
- 5/5
N/A
- 5/5
The room was clean, very well heated and plenty of space.
- 4/5
We stayed two weeks. Housekeeping turned over our room only once! We had to schedule it in advance.
- 4/5
Location and staff It was great having a kitchen and the staff was very accommodating with our couple of glitches There was no heat in our first room and we had to move a weeks worth of stuff, including groceries, at midnight to a new room. We were awakened at 2:30 am by an overwhelming stench of marijuana permeating into our room and unbearable in the hallway.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 2/5
In addition, the people staying in room 328 were up and loud all hours of the night. Out in the common area near the fire pit smoking pot, drinking and listening to very loud music. My coworker advised the front desk of this and nothing was done. Last complaint is that there is music playing outside 24/7 by the pool house. We can hear this in the rooms so it was never quiet for my entire stay. Sadly my company will not use this hotel anymore.
- 5/5
The room was great. Very comfortable…
- 4/5
Pet friendly older place. Great ambiance not so great in cleanliness.
- 1/5
Hotel only gave us one key that did not work and had to be replaced. Room had no towels could not get anyone to answer phone at front desk so we had to walk down to get more. Bed was hard and did not have a warm enough blanket. Shower had no water pressure. Room was dirty and had trash from prior guest in it. I would not ever stay here again.
- 5/5
This is the first time i stayed at this place i've always stayed at Hilton Prop but the Breakfast that is giving could be a little better
- 4/5
Nice space. Comfortable bed and couch. Clean kitchen and bathroom except that one curtain pull had been torn off in living room. Shower curtain smelled sour. Garbage disposal not working. Breakfast was fine. All in all: very good. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely a great deal for what we paid. VERY courteous staff!
- 5/5
Clean room. Super cute set up. Only issue is that I called the front desk multiple times from my room with no answer. Would definitely stay again
- 3/5
However, the front desk staff is always a little questionable. My first stay, I left something in my room and had to literally call them every day to have someone go try to find it, and I would never get a call back, and I still never got my property back. This was over a year ago. This most recent time when I checked in, they were only able to make one key for me because something was going on with their system, understandable, and no big deal. But when I was given the key, I wasn’t giving the room number, where to go, I had to ask and then the front desk agent said “oh oh, sorry about that.” Usually the room is completely clean and spotless, and this room was clean, except for two food wrappers I found right next to the bed. When I checked out the next morning, I had a five dollar charge for parking, which isn’t a lot, but I was never told there was a charge for parking. And the young lady at the front desk was texting on her phone, and completely ignored me. I handed her my key, she said thank you, and then I asked for a receipt, and then she had to put her phone down and got up to get it. I’ll still continue to stay here because I love the room so much, I just hope for some improvements with the front desk and the staff.
- 5/5
Room was perfect
- 4/5
Good location
- 5/5
Great place and cheap
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean room. Area felt safe.Thank you!
- 3/5
Don't try to check in early, staff doesn't bother to see if any rooms were available. Just told me they didn't have any rooms available without checking on the computer or asking the housekeeping staff. They have a short-staffed sign with a doorbell in the front. Hotel was clean and location was in a decent area. Just a drive to the main casinos. Room was spacious, the firepit you see in the photos are actually on, propane pit if you want to bbq. Would've given a higher review, but front desk staff was meh.
- 5/5
Clea, spacious, decent breakfast
- 3/5
Decent place. It’s pretty far from EVERYTHING so Ubering was expensive and erased any savings I made on staying away from downtown. Toilet didn’t flush and there was no water pressure in the shower. Good breakfast, super clean and spacious room. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
I’ve stayed at Sonesta’s before and they never disappoint so I wasn’t surprised when I checked into pure luxury and comfort. The location was perfect because there were so many dining options. What made it 10x better is that it’s only down the street from my in-laws! Great price for great quality. I have no complaints and would definitely stay there again when visiting Reno.
- 1/5
They gave my room away before I got there at 9:30 pm.
- 3/5
Staff was nice. no room service whatsoever.
- 5/5
Great hotel to stay at, clean, staff were very friendly and helpful! Love that it has a huge patio with bbq grill right by the pool. Parking was very convenient and the room was spacious and very nice. I will definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Old but complete. Great service, old building. Missing some pots in the kitchen and coat hangers but sheets clean, pool, fire pit. Smart pp know about “breakfast included” and to plan accordingly. We felt for the price not too bad.
- 5/5
Clean and friendly staff!
- 3/5
The hotel is under staffed. However, the service is still good. The employees are very courteous and helpful.
- 5/5
Excellent location
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Would recommend to all!
- 5/5
I liked to stay in the suite. Very roomy and has stocked kitchen. Full size refrigerator
- 1/5
Watch out for the sneaky and deceptive listing! The listing says PARKING available. Be sure to Look at the fine print on the next page where it says $5 fee for parking. Just because Expedia lists all taxes and fees included doesn’t mean the hotel won’t sneak in extra fees.
- 3/5
there was hair and poop left in the toilet as if the staff never cleaned the bathrooms
- 3/5
Had to wait for a person to check me in. Given key cards for an occupied room. Had to wait at 7:30 pm for room to be cleaned
- 5/5
Staff - very nice people
- 2/5
On the other hand, breakfast was good and the shower worked well.
- 3/5
Overall the room was nice but the phone didn't work to call the front desk or room service. The carpeting throughout the facility needs replacing and in the elevator it was filthy and foul smelling. The keypad to the building where our room was didn't work and they never fixed it causing us to walk around to the other side. Also, because the keypad didn't work, guests or staff propped the door open with a rock making it unsafe and insecure for guests.
- 1/5
Couldn’t be checked in until 6pm. No hot tube like the pictures. Lady was rude in check in
- 5/5
Everyone was pleasant and the receptionist was very kind and did an excellent job helping me feel comfortable. Great price and breakfast not only do I recommend but hope to return.
- 1/5
I made a reservation to stay here about 1 month in advance on Expedia. There was a group of us staying there moving our girls into college. The hotel called me at 1:00 in the afternoon of checkin day to say that they didn't have a room for me as they were overbooked. I explained that I was staying there with a group of friends and they didn't care and just say "call Expedia to get you a new hotel". As I was by myself and in a strange place, I was not happy with this but luckily Expedia did find me a room in another hotel. My friends who did end up staying there said the rooms were not very clean and it was probably a good thing that I got bumped.
- 1/5
The property was not as advertised. Truly disgusting had multiple cockroaches in my room. When I checked in another guest was screaming at the front desks staff. The whole hotel was sketchy and I felt unsafe the entire stay.
- 5/5
Great Hotel, I would recommend to friends. Very helpful & friendly staff.
- 1/5
Always lack of stuff. Every time this place is getting worse.
- 3/5
People that work there are top notch
- 4/5
Todo estuvo exelente
- 4/5
The floors are dirty! Food was ok for quick breakfast, beds were average, water pressure was very low in shower. Had to sign in each day for Wi-Fi, heard traffic and planes departing, soap container in bathroom was empty. No extra pillows for hide a bed couch😳pool was adequate!
- 5/5
Chill property and dog friendly
- 4/5
Breakfast was OK, not great
- 1/5
Staff not helpful not enough bedding, towels for all the guest. My sink did not, cabinets smelled very bad.
- 3/5
A bit outdated but worth the price. Not happy that i reserved a room with king bed, and was given a room with queen bed instead
- 5/5
Parking was very convenient and the room was spacious and very nice. I will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. The place was a like an apartment, ir had separate rooms, kitchen, dining table and a sofa and tv. The bed and sofa were very comfortable
- 5/5
Room was good over all. Pots and pans were burnt, Not cleaned well. They need to put in small non-stick fry pan and griddle. Small pot for small cooking.
- 5/5
Very good. Just what we needed after hours on the road.
- 3/5
I liked the kitchenette. Breakfast was ok. People in the next door were loud and verbally arguing all night.
- 5/5
The check-in was not good the room given to us was occupied so we had to go back and be reassigned a room which was perfect nice and quiet. Access to the building was not easy however only one card locked door was working to get back in room at 5 am
- 2/5
They charged me additional $87 I already paid with Expedia
- 2/5
Hot el is convenient and quieter that the casino hotels. Pool area was dirty, dog poop in pool area not there fault . Outside area was bombarded with loud kids and parents till late at. Ight
- 1/5
Room was shabby, hotel was old and worn-out. Furniture was garbage.
- 2/5
In addition, I have to suffer chemical smell for next couple hours. You’d better to check their forced maintenance schedule before you book
- 3/5
Not very clean and they ran out of food and coffee at breakfast. Besides the stains on the sheets, the bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
Great hotel. But most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on.
- 4/5
Had issue with air conditioning, but overall nice place to stay.
- 2/5
Lady at the front had no personality. Hallways smelled, room had stains on the drapes, hand prints on the ac unit and thermostat, ac didn’t work - 75 degrees in the room - stale and stuffy, and tv remote didn’t work. Thankful for only needing to stay for a few hours.
- 1/5
We arrived around 6pm, had to stand in line 45 minutes to check-in, and when it was finally our turn we were told our room wasn't ready. We booked months in advance, so they were expecting us. When our room was finally "ready" we found the carpet covered in pet stains. We didn't have any pets, but a pet room would have been fine if it had been sanitized. Obviously they don't comprehend that the pet fees collected are to be used to sanitize the inevitable accidents. The silverware in the kitchen drawer was extremely sticky, the water pressure was lousy, and there were no bath towels. When I called the front desk and asked for towels I was told they would send some up right away. Two hours later we still had no towels, so my husband went to the desk to collect them. As he was explaining the problem to the clerk, a guest behind him spoke up to say that they were there for the same reason. The mattress on the hide-away was urine stained and was a torture device, as it was just springs covered with a piece of cloth and no padding whatsoever. This place needs to be inspected by the health department. Breakfast was edible, but not good. The only compensation we received for all the inconvenience was to have the parking fee waived. What kind of hotel charges its customers to use the parking lot? Only good points: The A/C worked, the regular bed was comfy, and the night clerk was friendly. My recommendation is to avoid Sonesta.
- 2/5
The property exterior was well maintained. Unfortunately the room was not. We had a broken toilet seat. The AC was not working properly. The sofa bed also had stains on the mattress. And the pool was not cleaned from tree debris. There was even garbage in the pool. We did appreciate the basketball court. The breakfast wasn't very good, minimal options for gluten free folks. Also they used paper plates and plastic utensils. When we called for more items (pillows, towels) we had to go down to the front desk to collect them. But they did not have enough to give. The staff were friendly. I would not recommend this hotel.

I book a one bedroom king bed suite requesting on the 1st floor closer to lobby and I call on the morning of check in to make sure the hotel will reserve the 1st floor and let them know I will be checking in at 8pm . Upon arriving the front desk does not look helpful given me a room a studio 1 king bed a downgrade from what I pay with higher price of 1 bedroom suite with a bigger room and given a studio smaller room at the end of the building A. A moderate walk to the lobby Disappointing been taking advantage of . Instead of a upgrade . I receive a downgrade. I paid in full of a 1 bedroom suite what I was given was a studio king bed

Honestly, this more parking I don’t see they had cameras around when I check in. Nobody is in the lobby. The pool is nobody cleaning. It’s only regular water cold. I don’t think they use something for disinfected. The Wi-Fi is terrible. I called a couple times to try to get information about what time is the breakfast over nobody answered the phone and I had to go outside and try to find information with some Housekeeper, That sucks

Great property and at a good location close to all things

Was a good place to stay for one night, room had an odd smell to it that was extremely noticeable upon entering and closet mirror door was broken off of hinges so it was just leaning in place. Card reader in lobby during check in came unplugged which made check in take a little longer but that’s not anyones fault. Overall a good place to stay for a night passing through! Was kind of weird to pay for parking per day, but not a deal breaker!

Comfortable bed and working AC outweighed aesthetics. Value commensurate with price. Friendly staff.

The pullout mattress that were in the rooms, must have been there since they've built this hotel. They were terrible, did not sleep at all. The bathrooms around the baseboards were dirty. Some places looked like they were trying to fix, but did a bad job. Breakfeast was ok but cold and undercooked susage.

Nice staff and very nice place to stay with your family will definitely comeback and stay

We stayed in a wonderful suite. Clean and tidy. All the kitchen amenities, utensils, etc. are well supplied. The staff maintenance an outdoor area with fire to warm up the seating area. It is very nice to stay out on a relatively cool day.

Good experience. The only thing is that we did get rooms really late at 9pm

We liked having a little kitchen to make dinner in, but then it was dirty with horribly burnt pans so we ended up just with microwave dinners. And the microwave had not been wiped out so I had to clean that prior to use. In general, the housekeeping was very poor. Dirty shower and dirty surface tops (crumbs etc). Seemed like all they did was remake the bed. And the pull out couch was garbage couldn’t sleep on that. Hallways and grounds (like patio) were unkept and needed cleaning.

I asked for linen I never received it. I was with a group, and some of thier rooms wasn't ready for hours. Someone in my party was charged several times without permission.

No bedding for the hideaway bed. Checked in with 3 people and didn’t tell us no bedding in the room. Had only 2 coffee cups and 3 people. Water was lukewarm to take a shower. The night clerk was extremely rude when picking up bedding at 11 pm. Breakfast was sub par. Hot water was lukewarm. Food was always low. Had to wait to be restocked.

Great stay, great location. Check in was seamless

Very comfy and great location

The property interior looks a little dated, the entry ways had a lot of debris in them. The carpet looked old in the hallways. The carpet had stains in our room, the refrigerator had a dent. The toilet seat was stained on the underneath.

It’s alright for couple days staying

Wrong size room, rooms were not ready, not cleaned. Overall stay wasnt pleasant in any means. A few if the employees were nice to work with and others not so nice.

Rooms are tired looking. Most of equipment in fitness room does not work. Breakfast offerings are limited.

We had a problem with our first room, and staff were extremely accommodating in getting us moved to a different room.

Loved it here, pet friendly and very spacious hotel room!

They charged us multiple times for the deposit on the room. The total for the room was supposed to be 154.00 and we were charged 487.00, long story short it took way to long to get the money back! Wasted time and money, save yourself the stress and stay somewhere different!

Nice clean room and comfortable bed

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and friendly staff are the reason why we love staying here. Check out girl was super nice and friendly- asked how our stay was and acknowledged us as soon as we walked into the lobby to return our keys. We will be staying here again soon.

Property was really nice. Lots of good places available and close. The one thing that truly made me rethink staying there was a dog who seemed to be left in the hotel room unattended. The dog barked all day everyday and super early in the morning(5-6 am) . This was awful bc no one wants to experience this especially for those who might have checked in late or people who are driving long distances. That was the only down fall i found which was huge for me and my partner.

Our room 120, the bedroom was adjacent to a non-functioning security door, banging loudly every time someone entered or exit. Sleep was poor quality due to this facilities problem. One would imagine a security issue like this would be fixed overnight. Nope. Anybody could just walk in off the street.

Place was roomie nice, 👍

Saw a worker come from outside did not clean her hands and then started to touch the food for guests to check the temperature. She was not wearing gloves. Put food back into the serving trays for the guests to eat. Left after that and did not eat the breakfast again. You could see the dirt lines in the room where the cleaners cleaned and where they missed.

One of the most awful places to stay. We stayed for a week and a half and the first few nights couldnt sleep because all you hear all night is airplanes taking off and people getting on the ramp to the free way. The price was great so I tried looking past the noise, but on our 8th day the lady from the front desk tried nocking on our door and didnt even give us a second to answer the door before she tried entiring our room. Thank god our privacy thing from the wall was locked because if not she would of been in our room. She had a horrible excuse to as why she was comming into our room and had the nerve to say in their system the room was vacant. Um excuse me I booked the room for 11 days and this happend on day 8. Then later on the gentleman at the front desk even told us thats not there protocol and they legally can not do what she did and proceeded to give us his managers information. My husband ended up calling the manager after we had left and she was horrible and basicly brushed the whole situation off as if it wasnt no big deal. Um excuse me ma'am but it was a big deal I was half way dressed in my room when this women tried entiring our room. And the manager had the nerve to say it wasnt that big of deal since our privacy thing from the wall was out and she couldnt entire our room. Highly unprofessional, I felt highly uncomfortable the rest of our stay and felt like they invaded my privacy and did not make things right.

We got turned back because of a winter storm. We were lucky to be able to find this nice clean and quite hotel.
- 2/5
First room toilet was broken and hair in bathroom Front desk was very nice and changed rooms for us right away Second room was cleaner but the thermostat was broken and fell out of wall with wires hanging ..so we couldn’t use the heater. Front desk offered to switch us again but it was late and we were tired and had a bunch of luggage.. woke up cold. Staff was nice but the hotel wasn’t in good shape

Very spacious and comfortable.

We stayed here for the holidays for 11 days. While the price was reasonable and the room spacious enough to serve its purpose, several issues were hard to overlook. Security was concerning—keypad doors in the back of the complex didn’t lock, allowing anyone access. The hallway carpets were filthy, and the room's cleanliness was unacceptable. Despite asking three times, the floors in our room were never cleaned. Midway through our stay, our toilet began leaking. We were moved to a second room that was inexplicably marked usable despite being under construction. After a quick apology, we were moved again—this time to a courtyard view room, even though we paid for a mountain view. Adding to the frustration, we were told the leaking toilet in the original room would simply be caulked over, raising serious concerns about maintenance practices. Unfortunately, these issues made the stay far less enjoyable than it could have been.

Overall good. Breakfast could be a little better food quality and the couch in the room was very uncomfortable. Very comfortable bed and cool style room.

Amazing Staff good breakfast great room and well we will be going back.

Loved this hotel!
- 2/5
The infrastructure and cleanliness of the property is sorely lacking. The heating system was inadequate. The doors were not secure. The hallways were littered with garbage.
- 4/5
Overall, the room met my needs. It had a kitchen, wi-fi, and enough space for three people to sleep. The breakfast had limited options. For this hotel, and possibly the room, it was noisy. You could hear the airplanes flying above, our mountain view was more of a freeway view, and the gardeners were noisy for a few hours on a couple of days. This was problem for me since I wanted to work remotely for few days while visiting Reno.
- 1/5
Terrible. Noisy. Low class people all over. Dirty sheets when I checked in. Expedia should not allow thisnproperty on site. Heater not working and never fixed. Was 27 degrees Reno
- 3/5
Too noisy and did not keep up with the free breakfast that it was supposed to offer.

Housekeeping was not up to par.

We loved staying at this property. The kitchen was perfect, the bed comfortable and the bathroom large and well appointed.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Best value for the money.

The staff was great with one exception. The men's bathroom in the lobby never get's cleaned, paper towels all over the floors for days. One of the reasons I choose this place was the gym with a tv and specifically the exercise bike. The tv didn't work the whole time and I advise the front desk 3 weeks prior to checkout. Same thing for the bike. Breakfast and coffee are decent, the lady responsible for the breakfast most days is wonderful.
