We used the Hyatt to stay over in Reno before an early flight. The hotel offers long-term "stay/park/fly" parking for guests at a rate better than airport parking.

The room was perfect. We got in late so the restaurant wasn’t available anymore. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Location. I rather drive to casinos then stay The carpet was kinda sticky.

The room was looking a little worn….could probably use a deep clean and some fresh paint, but was neat and bed was comfortable and clean. The only complaint was the shower. The drain didn’t work well and we were standing in an inch or two of water. We were afraid it was going to overflow.

Easy walk to the terminal, convenient offsite parking. Some damage notices to a wall and a mirror in room 600.

Beware that while expected that a hotel next to the airport would charge for parking, this hotel uses a third party, onlinr only parking service. You cannot pay for parking at the front desk, but are forced to register with the third party service and make payment through them. What a hassel!

The hotel had a beautiful room and clean bathroom. The furniture look good and resent. The dining area was more snack bar than a real restaurant. This was why I didn’t give a perfect score.

On the Tuesday (3/31) morning that I checked out I was running a bit late and missed breakfast but the young lady at the front desk went back to the kitchen and brought me a plate of eggs and sausage. That absolutely made my day.

The Hyatt Place Reno airport is next to the Reno airport and very well connected with a shuttle from the hotel. The hotel has a bar and some simple things to eat. It is good for a one night stay, when you have a very early flight. The room is spacious and accessible by elevator. It would have been nice when the restaurant had a little more choice to eat something. Further no comments.

I had a decent experience at this hotel. The location is great if you're wanting to be near the airport. I didn't use the gym, or try the breakfast, so I can't say anything about that. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I wish they had lotion because my gosh their soap is SO drying! My only complaint is the parking. You have to pay to park, and set it up online, which is a pain, especially after a long travel day. The last thing I wanted to do at check in was run back out to get the license plate number just so I could set up the parking. Otherwise, good stay.

Paying for parking was unexpected since on previous visits it was free. The breakfast food selection was disappointing - no whole wheat bread; no bagels; prefer variety of individual containers of yogurt; no waffles/pancakes; no turkey sausage.

Nothing. It’s old, smells like mildew, and overpriced. When I arrived at 11pm no one was at the front desk. I waited at least 15 minutes for the transporter to arrive. The shuttle bus arrived and I was finally allowed in.

Heater comes on and blows cold air for 10 minutes, all controls have been disconnected. Staff looked at it and said too bad can move you to another room with a double bed. Then there is the surprise parking fee add on even for my wheel chair lic plate. Have stayed there before early flights Will Not stay at this facility again!!!

The location is near the airport, so not a lot available that is super close. Room was nice, bed comfortable. You have to do a QR code for parking that you have to pay for that you have no clue the amount. You also have to pay for breakfast, these were not clear when I booked the hotel.

However, I would prefer not to pay for parking. Should be included, especially in a large isolated area near the airport. Don't see why others would want or need to park there?

Conveniently located by Airport. To have to pay separately for parking in addition to the room was unusual and it seems like it should be part of the room/hotel fee.

The staff was very nice, and the rooms were pretty big. You have to pay to park your car here even though they have a parking lot, they don’t have any cameras to protect your car so we had someone steal our bikes off our bike rack and they said there was nothing they could do. The price we payed was the same we payed for a casino hotel nearby and the casino was much much nicer with free parking. The room was ok but definitely old and hadn’t been updated for at least 20 years. The furniture needs to be changed and most of it is stained.

It is a nice hotel, close to the airport and very convenient to drive to Lake Tahoe area for snow activities. The breakfast is also good. What I don’t like is that they changed the policy this year, breakfast is not included any more ($8 per person) and you will also need to pay parking fee ($11.5 per night). Though it is not big money but adding them up, you may pay $40+ extra per night for the whole family. I did not notice this change at the booking. Next time, I may look for something similar with at least breakfast included.

The information in the Booking reserve, about the hotel phone, wasn’t correct. We weren’t able to call the transfer from the airport to the hotel. This was very bad!

It was a very cold night, and when we entered the room the temperature was set to 62 degrees—brrr. The thermostat on the wall didn’t work, so we had to manually override the window heater. Every time it turned on, it blew cold air for about two minutes before any heat came out. All of this made for a long, uncomfortable night with very little sleep. ☹️

Check-in staff was rude and dismissive. They told me they wouldn’t honor my Globalist status because my coordinator booked through a third-party platform — something I’ve never had an issue with anywhere else. I stay over 180 nights a year, and this was one of the worst check-in experiences I’ve had. Very disappointing.

Expected so much more from this hotel! The “restaurant” is just food they warm up from the front desk. We expected to be able to wind down with a drink and dinner in the hotel before an early morning flight and ended up having to walk under the freeway to find some place to eat. It’s okay but no better than your run of the mill Best Western.

The hotel was cery clean and hospitable. They provide aurport pickups on request which was really helpful along with the olace being only 5 mins away from the airport, it was quite convenient for the overnight stay to start our journey towards lake tahoe. The staff was also quite receptive and welcoming. King suite rooms had cozy bed and were well amenated. Breakfast was also pretty good.

Unfortunately, when we left the next morning, we discovered that there was NO GAS in our rental car. We have no actual proof, but we think someone siphoned the gas out during the night. We informed the front desk and they said an investigation will be done.

Great stay for the night before catching our plane! Pool & hot tub was nice, easy to have dinner delivered, staff was nice and let us eat breakfast before it officially opened, and airport shuttle was quick & easy.

It's super close to the airport, which came in handy when our flight was canceled. It was a little odd that they had old coffee in the lobby at 4 p.m. left over from breakfast (why not refresh that?) and that they advertise having some sort of a cafe/bar, but they don't keep it staffed. The room was quiet even though it was right off the runways.

It’s ok if you are just looking for a place near the airport. So it was fine!

The rooms are full of amenities, with choice levels of pillow firmness, comfortable beds, and views of the surroinding mountains. The shuttle service to the airport next door is easily obtained both to and from. I am choosing to stay here again for my next two trips.

I stayed here for about a week and really had no issues. Staff is very friendly, rooms were clean and the morning breakfast had a great spread and lots of options.

Loved the continental breakfast, the staff was all super nice and friendly, being so close to the airport and having a free shuttle was awesome! 10/10 would recommend the Hyatt!

This property is very old and outdated and has not been kept up. The staff was not very happy checking in.

The hotel location was great. Easy drive 10/15 min to get to downtown or mall etc. Close to airport made it great. Breakfast available at hotel is always great especially with kids. The room we got was a 2Q bed/sofa bed was pretty great space we enjoyed that the only thing was the hotel can use a litttle more cleanliness. But overall great.

Very short staffed when I attempted too check in. Waited quite some time to check in.

Nice and clean place to stay with a good Breakfast each morning.

Everything was great. The employees were fun and friendly. The breakfast had so many delicious choices. My favorite was the homemade oatmeal and the fresh fruit.

They were able to place us in a handicap accessible room which was needed for her as she is an amputee.

Very clean establishment. We will stay here again for sure.

Heater in the room didn’t work properly. Cold all night.

One thing I did not like about is the room layout. The bathrooms are small and the sink is outside the bathroom which seems a bit awkward to me.

The hotel is suitable for a one-night stay. The rooms are spacious, accommodating a family of four comfortably, with plenty of space for kids to play. However, the property feels dated, and the carpets could be cleaner. Breakfast is adequate but not exceptional.

I always stay at a Hyatt Place because it’s exactly the same and I know what I’m getting. Great room, great service!

The staff was friendly and very attentive so start off our stay with a smile. The room was large and room.

Front of the hose staff were friendly. Same goes for the facilities team I interacted with in the elevators. My “go to” hotel when I’m in Reno for business.

Love staying here. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Always very clean, breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

The customer service was good. However my room I was not impressed. The toilet was not steady, one of their phones in the room did not work. There was gashs through out the walls. Dusty in some areas. I do have photos just in case but I will not post

They need to upgrade the building and get more staff!

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Slept well. Carpets were bulging and in need of a deep cleaning or replacement.

Excellent service in an above average hotel.

The hostesses were VERY Hospitable and accommodating! Large Dining area for Breakfast. Rooms were SUPER clean! As soon as you enter the Lobby of the Hotel, the very first thing I notice is the wonderful Scent in the air! Smells so clean! If I could add anything, I would recommend the following: an option for a Waffle Griddle for breakfast and a MICROWAVE in the rooms. That was unusual compared to some of the other Hyatt Hotels we've stayed at. Also....recommend 2 complimentary bottles of water in the room (actually at all properties) for the coffee maker. Guests with gut issues can feel apprehensive using local water that you are unfamiliar with. Definitely would choose this property again!

The room was very nice and professional looking. The staff was very helpful in recommending a place to eat dinner--and the restaurant was wonderful! Conveniently located right by the airport.
