Alexia the best person to represent this hotel. She is friendly, and has exceptional customer service. I had called over the phone to request a roll away bed and to also ask few more questions about the hotel. She accommodated my request and answered all my questions. The breakfast was good. The only downfall was that the jacuzzi wasn't working and the pool was not heated. All the staff were really nice and had great customer service that I don't mind the inconvenience of the spa and pool. They have a awesome team at that hotel.

We have no complaints; it was a very comfortable stay. I just hope there weren't any complaints from other guest as we had our pet who barked at every noise he heard. The area was convenient and very nice.

The breakfast on Sat. was nice but on Sunday lacked food and plates. Felt bad for the girl that was running it...she was overwhelmed but very nice.

The hot tub is closed down for a year with no warning on Expedia. The rooms heater/air conditioners stink. We had to switch rooms after check in as it smelled so bad. The bedding is old and the pillows were not supportive. Not worth the price.

This hotel is in a nice area, clean rooms with great beds and pillows. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The dining options are great, they have a nice bar and a very relaxing atmosphere. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I had an issue with a super noisy neighbor and the Manager on duty helped me resolve this issue and offered me a complimentary breakfast for the inconvdnience. Very nice staff and clean rooms! Will stay there again.

Their hot tub was down and the only reason we booked with the hotel.

It was seamless check in and check out. The room was clean and had all the basics. Only issue really was getting in and out of doors. Otherwise it was a nice stay for a on night stay.

I felt the area was seem safe and inside I feel that it was pretty clean. My number one is the safety of the area especially if you’re doing business in the area or you don’t wanna be around the casinos, but you just wanna drivable place. I think it felt safe like there’s somebody always in the front. I like how there’s room first floor if you’re by yourself it’s probably a safe area to have the first floor upper parts seemed OK Safe too. I felt I think it should be breakfast included when you get a room, but that’s OK and a little bit more options for all you can eat breakfast but that’s fine. Everything there is very close by. There was a lot of stores and Starbucks was there and whatever people needed so I’m I’m happy with that and was very dog friendly. thank you

The longer we were in the room them more we noticed it was lacking in the cleanliness. The bed was uncomfortable. And it said it had breakfast included but then we found out that you had to pay for it and it's prices depending on what you got.

It is a shame that they try to charge you for water $3 for a standard 10 oz bottle. At the room price they could afford to give breakfast and a couple of bottles of water. Breakfast is costly and not that great. Peg’s Eggs is nearby and the breakfasts there are both better and cheaper than the Hilton. There is even a McDonalds across the parking lot. The people are friendly and the rooms are standard with Easy chair, desk and chair, microwave, small serving coffee maker and small refrigerator. We had two very comfortable queen beds. The Air Conditioning system was a puzzle. It appeared to be partially controlled elsewhere. Sometimes it obeyed the thermostat and other times it ignored the thermostat. So sometimes it was to our setting and sometimes it was too cold. Keep a covering handy that is easily removable. In general this is an adequate moderate price good quality hotel with a few quirks.

Beautiful and clean property .so nice to have an upscale property that takes dogs! Most are dirty and smelly. My dog is very well behaved..i walked her and picked up after her and it was perfect. Thank you..wonderful staff and great breakfast!

The check in was horrible. They didn’t let us check in until 45 mins after the check in time. Only comped us $8 parking. We didn’t have enough time to get ready for a wedding.

If they are going to charge that much, please make the food higher quality than McDonalds at least.

This place was exactly what we needed for a Volleyball tournament. Kids were happy. The adults were happy. Hotel smelled great. The food was good and the bar was even better.

The property is conveniently located by several places to eat, grocery stores, coffee. Close to our venue for volleyball, easy drive to the freeway. Not far from downtown Reno, or the airport.

They allowed me to check in 2 hours prior to the 3pm check in. Room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Our room had 2 queens, one of them was super squeaky.

You didn’t supply a complimentary breakfast. Parking &8.00 PER DAY! At checking we were told we had to give &150.00 for incidental charges and when I made reservations nothing was mentioned about it. The meals were good but way to much in price. We will not stay again.

We chose the hotel because we wanted a hot tub for a ski weekend. The hot tub was out of order.

Stayed on the 4th floor and had some very noisy people above on the 5th floor. Reported it to the front desk about 11pm it slowed but got worse through out the night. Kids jumping and running pounding the floors. Others complained and knock on the door which included some yelling. Not a good night sleep.

They then proceeded with my room key and showed me where the elevators were and what floor I was in. Overall this is the greatest hotel I’ve been in !!!! 10/10 ! 😌

Nice and quiet

In the lobby and hallway there was an overpowering smell of perfumed cleaner. It was terrible. Like being in a candle store or the applying powdered carpet cleaner. I was very unpleasant. Fortunately the room had a window which opened to make it bearable. Someone is trying to hard.

The property was clean and very comfortable. The evening dining was fabulous. Roberto the waiter/bartender was fantastic. Was sort of disappointed that the breakfast wasn’t free, but McDonalds was close by. I would stay again! Pam from Nevada

The bathroom ventilation was suboptimal. It took a long time to lower the humidity even with the door open. We stayed for three nights. Housekeeping was supposed to be done every other day. After the second day, we were expecting our room to be clean but it was not done when we came back to the room late in the afternoon. We talked to the agent at the front desk and were told housekeeping reported seeing our “no service at that time” sign. We had the sign on until 8:40am when we left for the day. We expected housekeeping to have come back to check if we left during the time they are supposed to clean during the day but they didn’t.

I booked here because I wanted a hot tub and a pool. Your hot tub was out of order. I opted for both nights with my credit card. I left ten minutes after check out and your staff tried to charge my card for $270.00 a half hour later. I reported your company for fraud and will probably never stay in any of your establishments again. Your a bunch of lying crooks!

I did not like all the extra charges this hotel tacks on. $ 8 for parking, $50 if we wanted to have the dogs with us, $19 for breakfast.. All these extra charges are not clearly stated on the website so we were not prepared for them. Will be very unlikely to stay here again.

Overall great stay. Hotel close to shops and restaurants. Hotel was busy during a weekend, it’s close to Reno.

Got to the Hotel and the main entry was locked and no one was answering the phone . Mind you I did get there late around midnight buyer just had a long trip from out of state and my family and I couldn’t wait to get in our room and we had to wait a little longer because staff lock the doors because they were away from the desk . About less then 10 mins later a gentlemen finally let me in

I had a king bed accessible room reservation that was pepaid but they gave me a double queen standard and said they would not honor my reservation. Then the shower handle came apart when I turned it on. After we cleaned the mess from the shower handle and maintenance repaired it I asked the desk staff for some new towels and she gave me used dirty towels. She was rude about having an animal and she charged me the pet fee twice which I didn't notice until the morning desk lady checked us out.

Spa was closed, lobby had clumps of mud on the floor, breakfast was not included in room rate, Suite had shuttered doors between bedroom and living area with gaps so not really private. Living area advertised as having sleeper sofa did not. Blackout curtains had huge gaps.

They have a very nice environment. You can sit out by the fire pit at night to warm up or take a Jacuzzi or go for a swim and then in the morning you treated with a nice breakfast very family friendly.

Large room with the two queen beds, comfortable bed. Felt Nicole and dimed: bottle water in the room was $3, breakfast was NOT included. They had a below standard buffet type breakfast bar set up. Started toasting a bagel only to learn it would cost me $19.50! I was shocked. There were no signs and I was embarrassed. Extra room charges don’t make sense on my extra bill…. I’m going to have to call to figure out why I was charged about $100 extra to my Expedia bill. I had a small fog (which I told them about), but that is typically $15-$25 extra. I was ex he hen I arrived and simply forgot to ask. I will not be staying at a Hilton again. The room was nice, but I was so shocked about the extra charges that I can’t imagine ever trust them again.

No shower, TV kept loosing signal charged an additional $50 upon arrival also charging for your visitors who have a room to pay for their car to park. There is absolutely the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I will not be back nor will I recommend it.

Super tired, checking in a little after midnight and it seemed like they needed more front desk support. From walking in the lobby to getting the keys to the room it took about 25 minutes.

We were visiting family in Carson city, did not have a room and found CC to be fully booked. Found HGIR had rooms, was close enough, and had a POOL. We made the booking, loved the room and enjoyed a morning swim. Pool is small, but was just right for this trip. Staff was great, welcoming and helpful to no end.

The front desk agents were never by the front desk when I went by several times and even had to wait to check in and to be helped. The website also stated free parking, but I was charged $8 a day. Website needs to be updated. False information on there. I have stayed at this hotel before and the first time was a much better experience. No charge for parking or breakfast. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean.
