    The shower is not clean, moldy and towel are pretty old. Hair on the wall not working. Ice maker are not working. The room is not available when we get there. Check in is at 3pm and the room is not ready. The room i book with 2 queen beds is not available and they offer sofa bed and the extra blankets are old with holes on it. I don't recommend this hotel and the staff are not friendly help you with the issue. And they charge you extra of having a sofa bed. Don't recommend it at all.

    The smell of weed on a non smoking floor. Rooms not clean and toiletry items not stocked and even when requested not stocked. The photos show a hot tub and the hot tub was filled in and covered. Very misleading in the hotel description.

    I literally looked for days and you can see I canceled circus circus for this place. I wanted a spa tub for my girlfriend. She doesn't have an actual tub at her house and I wanted an amazing evening for her. That was why I chose this place. When she got in the tub the spa tub shot air hair of other people that stuck to her body and it would not hold water so she couldn't use the spa Jets a grocery store out and wrecked the whole night wasting the whole 200 bucks

    Front desk employees were not very friendly. This place says they have a hot tub and heated pool. There is no hot tub anymore and the pool is just kind of warm. Breakfast was ok but bananas were over ripe.

    The check in process was easy and simple. Price was fair. The bed was like sleeping on a creepy wooden table and impossible to find comfort with an annoying creaking every time you moved. A 4am fire alarm went off for an unknown reason. Staff made zero effort to communicate reasons or to make an attempt to smooth the experience. Breakfast was available but phoned in. Watery egg, over cooked potatoes and room temperature yogurt made a quick trip to a different location for breakfast.

    It was fairly new and clean The staff. The AC/heat unit was not working properly - it kept shutting off. Said they would send someone to look at. No one came. Called back and they said they would look into it. Waiting over an hour for a call back. They said they would have to move us to another room. It was a bigger room but AT NO TIME did they say they it would be an upcharge to us. When we checked out I asked for a receipt but was told it would come from Booking.com. They charged us $60 more and when I called to ask about it, they said it was because of the hold at first, then said it was the taxes and it was something I had to deal with Booking.com about. When booking.com called, they were told three different things before they admitted it was an extra charge because we requested a room upgrade. That was a lie - we just wanted our ac unit fixed or a room that it worked in. We should never have been charged extra because they could not fix the unit in our room and had to move us. Or we should have been given the choice if they were going to charge us more. Terrible customer service.

    Free Breakfast in lobby - Every table was filthy, cheap paper plates disintegrated and would stick to the dinning tables making them even more filthy. Had to ask to get a rag to clean a table so that my Wife and Kids could sit down and eat. Needless to say we will never stay there again.

    The room was a decent size and clean. It had a mini fridge but no freezer. We were able to open the window which was nice, but it also did not have a safety netting. The AC kept turning on and off, despite us having it off or keeping it at a specific temperature. We liked the breakfast (specifically the potatoes!) and how it was open until 10am. Our overall rating would be a 8/10.

    The soap dispenser in the shower was broken and couldn't get any soap. The tub drain plug didn't work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was so loud it sounded like it was about to blow up.

    The staff was amazing and very nice. The beds were comfy and the room was nice sized. There were enough towels for my whole family and having extra pool towels were helpful too! I booked this hotel on the main basis that there was a hot tub listed. There was none. I was looking for an indoor pool and hot tub because that’s the only thing my husband wanted out of our hotel experience. I was very disappointed that it’s advertised and it was completely gone. I have pics to prove advertising and what we got… also our WiFi never worked the entire time even after talking to staff. And when they said “good” breakfast with smoothies and so much listed and it was just enough variety to keep the kids happy.

    I booked a suite with 2 queen beds for me and my two children, only to check in an hour after check in time to find that the room was not ready and it was a completely different room with only 1 king bed. Nobody bothered to tell me that they over booked or offered me a solution prior to checking in. I had to call down to the front desk and tell them this was not the room i booked. That is when they told me they overbooked and had no other rooms with two beds. They said they upgraded me to a king suite with a whirlpool bathtub( it didn't work by the way). then they offered me a second room at no charge 3 floors down from my children. No apology, no communication, no working whirlpool. I accepted the second room because we were tired from a long drive and were expecting some space for ourselves.Who in their right mind thinks this is ok? It is not my fault that you run your busines so poorly with terrible staff with no communication skills or people skills. I highly doubt they would be ok if this were their situation. Their website also states they have a hot tub. There is no hot tub.

    Enjoyed our stay. Housekeeping staff not friendly at all. Front desk Ashley was AMAZING always making sure we were taken care of. Breakfast was good but the tables even after being wiped down were still sticky at at 3 different tables and the same at all. Overall stay was good. Enjoyed the pool meanwhile it was freezing outside having an indoor pool was great.

    I've stayed at this property previously and in the last few years it has declined and not been updated, refreshed or renewed. It's a little depressing and neglected. The staff was not friendly and it was common for the floors to be mopped while breakfast was served which makes for slippery floors and a smell of cleanser.The overall feel is one of apathy.

    Staff was kind enough to cancel our 2nd night we had booked. Unfortunately the first night was already charged or we would have went somewhere else the first night of our stay in the reno/sparks area. No hot tub as pictured and pool was tiny, our room wasnt in good shape, the floor including the carpet was sticky. Shoes stuck, socks truck, not just one spot but all over. Looked a little run down in our room. The pool and hot tub was the deal breaker for me. We picked this hotel because of hot tub pictured.

    The floor in the room by the bed was wet when we checked in. We found a bed bug in the sheets on one bed on our last day there and reported it immediately to the front desk. The manager was requested on check out and we were told he would contact us. It has been several days now and there has been no contact. I have bed bug bites on the back of my knee that make it dificult to kneel or walk.

    We had made a note that we had a small dog when we made the reservation( through Expedia). When I made the reservation the fee for the dog was $50.00. When I came to check in, the desk clerk informed me that management had recently raised the pet fee. I said “ no, my reservation had a specified amount!” She informed me there was nothing she could do. I reminded her I was a long time Hilton Honors member- did no good. IShe actually said if I hadn’t booked on a secondary site, she might have been able to do something. That is not right. Won’t be back to this Hampton!!!

    Very good, variable options breakfast. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and very large. Though carpets a bit dated and worn and floors around elevators could use some mopping. And shower fixture slighty loose and it was noisy and squealing. Bed was very comfort and better than most we slept in in decades.

    A quiet location,nice pool area.The breakfast was good and well stocked. The only thing was when we went to check out the desk person was on a break and I waited for over 20 minutes and know one came back to the desk. So I left the keys and got no receipt for our stay and hoped we didn't get overcharged for our stay.

    Staff are all friendly I do not have complain of anything staying in this branch of Hamptonn. Thank you for the staff working from July 4-6, 2025. We got the king bedroom with sofa bed. So all of us slept well during our stay.

    We were very disappointed that the room we reserved was not available. They had put us in a room for the disabled on the 1st floor. After making a fuss, changes were made. However, the staff member was not very accommodating. At one point I stated that we would go to another hotel. He/or she only responded,” I will help you cancel out at this property.” I really expected the hotel’s rep to respond with something like, “Well let me see what else I can do.” I would not recommend this hotel.

    I was a little disappointed that we couldn’t get a handicap van accessible space to load and unload my son who is in a wheelchair (there are only a few spaces with ramp lines and they were all taken by compact cars that didn’t need the ramp lines), but the property has been nice and the staff was great upon check-in.

    This hotel has definitely seen better days! The wood furniture in the room had chunks broken out at multiple spots, there were black scuff matks on multiple walls, the closet handle broke do it was just duct taped in place on the inside and the tub had a big chip out of it. The evening staff rushed us through and didnt even tell us our room # when she was done and told us to have a nice night. But the morning staff was much better. Not a terrible stay but definitely not worth what we paid.

    I contacted the hotel separately requested a ground room floor. My husband and I are in 70s and we have a dog. They did not honor this and they did not try to help. They said they they’re sold out nothing we can do there was no one in the hotel when we checked in they could easily switch people around.

    When I booked the hotel, I got a smoking room and it said there was a hot tub. When I went to check in I was asked what floor I would like and I told her as long as it was a smoking floor and closest to the hot tub. All she said was that they didn’t have a hot tube. When I got to the room there was no ashtray for the smoking room I paid for. I put in a request for ashtrays and was told in the text that the hotel was a smoking free building so I was very upset that the two things I was looking for in a hotel was deceived to me. In addition the website said all fee and charges were upfront and ended up having to pay an additional $50 deposit I did not budget for.

    For some reason they decided to make a room that shares a wall with the hotel prep kitchen. If this wasnt bad enough, they put the beds on the same wall. What this means is that every single night of our stay, at 430am we would be woken up with slamming cabinets, metal bowls beings dropped and thrown around, people talking, and non stop banging on the wall till 9am. It was impossible to sleep. And it wasnt just the minor noises you hear from other rooms in a hotel. It was loud and vibrated the entire room. We asked for a room change and was told by the person working the desk that the best they could do is leave a note and suggest we come back at 3pm to see if another room was available. We were on a trip and had plans so we could not just cancel our plans and spend the day at the hotel waiting till 3. I asked if they could contact the manager and have them call me or if could call at 3. They said they would leave a note to have them call me. I was never contacted. When we got back to the hotel the next evening we asked again to switch and was told there was no clean rooms. We asked if a room could get cleaned and was told no. So we had to go back to the same room and once again at 430am was awakened by the kitchen staff repeatedly slamming the wall where our heads were at over and over for the next 4 hours.

    Do not stay in Room 104. It's beds are directly next to the kitchen and someone is in there every hour moving stuff around or making noise and you won't be able to sleep. They shouldn't put anyone in that room!!

    Bathroom had mold. You can hear everything upstairs and in hallway and neighbors. I did not sleep at all. My upstairs neighbors were walking back and forth or cleaning the room from 10 pm until 2 Am and started at 630 banging on the door like the police, then again constantly banging walking or doing whatever they were doing 630-10 am. I couldn’t take anymore and left. I complained in the AM - but because I didn’t complain all night I did not receive any type of compensation. Will never return.

    The staff is always accommodating & friendly. The rooms are nice & clean. Complimentary breakfast & coffee, tea are great, most do not offer that. Close to restaurants, shopping, airport & highway! Would recommend to family & friends!

    Large, spacious room. Large bathroom. Everything clean, nice bed. Breakfast was great. Large variety- waffles, eggs, sausage and potatoes. Hot oatmeal and 6 different cold cereals. Lots of fruit. Will definitely stay here again

    Quickest and easiest check-in. Front desk very friendly, entire hotel very clean! It is about 15 mins from the famous downtown Reno area, limited shopping and dining but we only stayed 1 night so wasn't a big concern

    8.4 stars is extremely generous. Terrible customer service and overall quality of stay. My mother fell getting into the shower and injured her wrist/arm, due to the hotel having no floor Matt. Informed hotel Staff and was told they would have house keeping come to the room and they never showed up - we had to put a towel on the floor to shower. Complained again and was told they would have the manager call me never heard from anyone. Complained at check-out about overall service, requested a formal report/documentation of incident and was told there was no formal written process. Condition of hotel is rundown, toilet had a ring inside of it, couldn't get housekeeping services (additional towels), and breakfast tasted old/nearly spoiled. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN and will DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

    We stayed here 6 nights and the room was only cleaned once. We saw the sign in the bathroom that it would be cleaned every other day. We finally had to ask for room cleaning, then were told our room is only cleaned by request. So the sign in the bathroom saying housekeeping is done every other day should be taken down!

    Started with no greeting from front desk staff who then proceeded to take calls without acknowledging our presence. I almost reached over the desk and put the phone on hold for her when she continued answering new phone calls. We were not given info regarding WiFi or breakfast. The rooms are outdated and in need of repair and a good cleaning. Do not recommend.

    Overall, a nice place to stay in a quite business park. The hot tub was broken while we were there and the pool was over chlorinated. Other than that, nice people that work there, nice breakfast and a clean hotel.

    Excellent room layout, very nice having an entire counter area with mirror in addition to the bathroom counter. Room was new looking, spacious and quiet. No street noise or freeway noise or parking lot noise. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    Overall it was not a bad stay and we enjoyed our time at the property. The staff was very welcoming when we arrived and when we checked out. The main issues were 1 non functional elevator and food that sat outside of the elevator on a side table for almost 24 hours before being removed by housekeeping. The area around the hotel is quiet with quick access to the freeway and several nearby food options.

    We only stayed one night, and upon going to bed late it was discovered that BOTH comforters on the beds smelled of the worst body odor you could smell, up near the pillows. Absolutely disgusting. Thank goodness the sheets and pillows smelled okay or we would have had to try and get new bedding that late. I've never had this experience before. We threw them off of the bed and slept without blankets. I understand that the top bedding isn't changed daily as the sheets are, but I don't know how this would have been missed when changing the sheets. I would advise you check room 202 if you haven't changed them yet. Very sad to have this ruin what was an otherwise nice hotel.

    The room was nice, breakfast was good. However, I was extremely looking forward to some time in the hot tub at the end of a long day of travel and moving…and it was not working. What was really disappointing was when I asked about the hot tub hours during check-in the representative didn’t tell me it wasn’t working.

    The hot tub had what looked like yellow birthday banner to clock it off it wa solid and dangerous and with NO notice no warning nothing. Upon check in the girl had just walked away when there was alone and me and my 3 year had to wait an annoying amount of time. The room had a such a strong stale moldy smell we got sick to our stomachs and had bad headaches. Going to the front desk at the time no one was there or answered the phone. So we left. Trying to get refunded and they wanted proof so I sent pictures and then all I got was attitude and lies. And they scammed me out of my money!

    Room was big but definitely not kept up, walls were dirty, scratches all on the doors, our sink had tissue with toothpaste. Staff was just not friendly or welcoming, at least not to our family. Breakfast was decent.
