    at the kiosk the guy checking me in virtually tried to charge me an xtra 60 dollars. When asked about the cost he couldn’t give me a straight answer. And we went back and forth until I was able to pull up Expedia receipt, at which point he just took the xtra charge off and ignored my question about why he was trying to charge me more in the first place. Fast forward to my room. Immediately when I open the door I see that BOTH beds have huge stains on the bedding. I take one step in and can feel dust and sand under my feet, I can hear with every step the scratching on the floor from the layer of dirt on the floor. I look over and see that the mirror is dirty and practically falling off the wall. At this point I step back out and go immediately to the front office. Once I get there the guy upfront tries to tell me the room is clean, and the stains are permanent so there is not much he can do… to this reponse immediately request a refund which he denies, as according to him the room is clean… mind you I have a full video of me entering the room… he then tried to give me another room, which was also dirty and with coffee stains on the walls and food under the desk. This place should not pass health inspection!

    NOT A DAM THING!! I was delayed 6 hrs due to weather conditions and I had to rearrange my check in time to be able to check in immediately upon arrival. Prior to booking the room thru Booking.com I called the property and spoke with a woman in reservations inquiring about the deposit. She told me there will be a $75 deposit for incidentals. Upon check in I was charged a $100 deposit as well as an additional $50 to check in. I checked into a DIRTY, FREEZING room with no heat, Heater was broke, coffee maker was broke, the cords and cables to the TV were unplugged and not hooked up properly, as well as there being no phone in the room. I brought it to the properties attention and was told they would have maintenance on it. I left the property for the day well into the night. When I returned to my room after midnight, nothing was taken care of. I went to the office and requested to be moved into a room with a working heater, coffeemaker and TV. They switched rooms without issue. The room I was switched to was clean, warm and comfortable with a working heater, coffeemaker and TV. Only issue was the remote to tht TV was missing the cover. HOW DO I GO ABOUT REQUESTING A REFUND FOR THE $50 AS WELL AS THE ENTIRE TRIP?? I WAS IN TOWN TO BURY MY SISTER AND ATTEND HER MEMORIAL SERVICE SO NATURALLY I WAS ALREADY EMOTIONALLY EXHAUSTED FROM GRIEF, PHYSICALLY EXHAUSTED FROM BEING STUCK ON A BUS AN ADDITIONAL 6 HOURS. BY THE TIME I ARRIVED ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS TAKE A HOT SHOWER AND TURN INTO BED. I INSTEAD, HAD TO LEAVE THE ROOM BECAUSE IT WAS TOO COLD IN THERE TO COMFORTABLY SHOWER AND TRY TO SLEEP, OR DOZE OFF TO SOME TELEVISION. EVEN JUST BE IN THERE PERIOD.. SO PAYING A $50 CHECK IN FEE FOR A DIRTY, FREEZING ROOM WITH NO TV OR COFFEE MAKER TO MAYBE WARM UP WITH A CUP OF JOE IS ABSOLUTELY OBSERD!!!!

    Check-in via kiosk w/ remote employee is annoying. Room is decent, but the condition of the property and surrounding area is poor. My family felt didn't feel safe and we immediately checked out to find a new place to stay. It was not apparent if there was staff on site.

    The pictures on the booking page are not the actual location, and it's no wonder. The whole place is under complete construction, and it's a huge mess including the wonderful view of the trash filled pool. Although the room itself was clean, there was still drywall texture on the shower tile and the bottom of the tub flexed which was odd for a steel tub. The interior swing lock was broken and missing half of the latch, and only the handle lock worked. If I had not been so exhausted and taken so long with the concierge on the screen to check in, I would have canceled and moved on

    Very run down. Safety and health issues : extra safety lock on door did not work. Tub/shower drain had standing dirty water. First room was dirty, bed linens were missing, phone did not work. Moved to Second room, was a bit better but had the lock and shower issue. Emailed company about issues and asked for a one night stay refund because of poor conditions. Reply stated they would look into issues , did not address refund and no name or contact at end of reply. Emailed back to them and have not received a reply. For a cost of 200+ a night , this was extremely disappointing and would never stay again. Will not ever consider a Days Inn by Wyndham again. Website pictures are very misleading.

    Room was in horrible conditions , the blankets and towels were smelly had stains of lipstick or something . I had to call to get more towels , I also had to call for toilet paper and no one answer , thank god I had wipes ! No one answers the phone , no breakfast . The room smell really bad.     High-Tech Check-In The lobby was empty of physical staff, replaced by a video kiosk. This all-in-one machine handled everything: ID verification, digital signatures, payments, and key dispensing. While incredibly efficient and the remote representative was great, the experience lacked a personal touch. Security & Layout The property layout is confusing. I used a key to access a "secured" stairwell, only to find the upstairs hallway propped open with a trashcan. Additionally, a secondary stairwell nearby allows anyone to walk up from the street. If you are a solo traveler who prefers restricted building access, this may not be the place for you. Room Condition The room was dimly lit and appeared clean at first glance, but a closer look revealed food crumbs by the coffee station, sticky surfaces on the furniture, and hair on the bathroom floor. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable and well-made. Note that the property is currently under construction, so the pool is unavailable. Bottom Line: Great for a cheap, functional night’s sleep if you carry your own cleaning wipes, but skip it if you want a more secure or "hospitality-focused" environment.

    Not worth the money. The overall experience was disappointing from start to finish. There was no staff available to assist when needed, which made even basic requests difficult. The electric switches in the room didn’t work properly, adding to the frustration. Housekeeping was essentially non-existent—no one came to clean the room during the entire stay. On top of that, the place was very noisy, making it hard to rest. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

    Hotel property was very run down. Towels were dirty when we arrived & we had no shower curtain on our shower. When asking for these things, staff took an immensely long time to get them to us after we’d call the front desk (they often wouldn’t answer) and we’d have to go down just to get the things we needed. Other guests (we think?) were loudly yelling and arguing outside our room between 4-6am. Hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

There is very little space for our clothes- only 5 ancient hangers and no dresser. They do not accommodate people who stay more than one night. Coffee pods were not replaced each day. There was no blanket on one bed, they delivered a stained blanket on day 2. It took 2 days to get a second chair (room was booked for 2 people). But the most surprising part was finding an urn with human cremains in a pile of discarded items in the breezeway between rooms.

    There was nice artwork on the wall at least. The beds were fairly comfortable. Well there's no real person at check-in. You check in Via Zoom type interface. They claim to be local but I'm guessing it's based out of India. The first room when I turned on the light switch it blew a circuit and every bit of electricity did not work. They moved me to a new room which did the exact same thing when I turned on the lights in the bathroom. At this point they said they had no other rooms even though parking lot was half full. The TV was somehow set at a constant very loud volume that the remote control would not change and there was no volume controls on the TV itself. The motel is undergoing renovations and so the crew once they were done at 5:00 stuck around in the parking lot drinking and being generally loud.

    I will not stay at this place again. I was greeted at the front area by a guy sitting inside some kind of AI Box. I was charged a $100 deposit, additional to my 2 day prepaid non refundable rate thru Expedia. The deposit was never disclosed by Days Inn or Expedia. The guy in the box took a photo of me to match me with the Federal approved ID that he took a picture of. For What? There was a construction area for workers to obtain material. My room was behind and blocked by a 6 foot wall enclosure. It was 100 yds from the lobby. I was on crutches. I had to walk and find it then walk back to get a dolly. And there were rats in the general area and bugs in the room. Located in an industrial area.

    The room was clean, but everything else was pretty bad There was no staff at check-in, just a machine with an overseas resource to talk to. The bathroom curtain, shower head, and floor were falling apart. The TV was not set up yet so it was unusable. There was a huge gap under the door so it was very bright and loud.

    Nothing wrong with hotel my complaint is with Expedia. My wife booked a Wyndham motel in fernley in Reno. She called to see if there was an option for refund if a closer motel was available to work. Expedia took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation that was set up already and leave me high and dry with no place to stay. The lady on the computer through Expedia had a language barrier with my wife, but explained to her that everything was set up for me to stay in fernley. When wife called motel 1hr before I go into Reno they said they had no record of my reservation. What a nightmare and created more travel time, more expenses, and way more than needed time on internet instead of an easy phone call. We have always used Expedia for travel and had good results. Please use this as an example of things that could be improved thanks and safe travels.

    I want to give this a decent rating because you can tell the new owners are trying… but it is really tough. The lobby is so bad. Broken doors. Smells like old cigarettes. No breakfast. No elevator but putting a lot of people on the 2nd floor. Pool is shut down. The rooms are redone with new flooring, sink, beds/linen/pillows, but the windows are old and dusty, the bathroom is old and dim, the TP holder ripped off the walls, no towels in the room, questionable guests. The room was cheap though. Need to keep upping the ante to get those ratings up!

    Our room was not cleaned, so I called the front desk and they offered to either clean the room or give us a new room. I told them we were going shopping and they can come clean the room. When we returned from shopping I stopped by the front office to ask if our room had been cleaned, and I was told the cleaning crew was gone for the day. I asked for a new room and the staff liked a bit confused but changed our room. The new room had been cleaned, but was not clean at all. The beds were made, but the floors were dirty, the walls had something spilled down them, and the toilet was very dirty. We stayed for two days and had to endure the uncleanliness of the room the entire time since no one came to clean the second day either. We will not stay here again.

    Room was not cleaned. Two beds only one was cleaned. The second bed was left just as the previous occupant had spent the night. The room smelled bad. I went to staff requested an other room non smoking. The next room was in a dark dirty walkway. Trash and damaged doors.I opened the door only and realized this was not a good place to stay. No parking close by. I am 78 years old, alone and terrified to stay safely. I immediately checked out. I never touched anything in the first or even when inside the second room. I was informed upon arrival that there was only coffee available and not a breakfast like what was advertised. False advertising and pictures for this facility.Was charged the extra over the room rate of $100. fee for extra incidental charges. Also that the king size bed was not available when I made my reservation and would I accept a room with 2 beds. I was on the property for less than an hour. I checked out immediately and informed the desk clerk of my fears for my safety. I checked my credit card and the extra incidental fee still shows as a charge. The facility is being repaired but false advertising is shameful.

    It began with having to wait close the 5 minutes for anyone to show up to check us in. Then we learned there was no elevator to the second floor, where all the suites are. On the way up we saw carpets that needed replacing, walls that needed painting, and a non functioning (unplugged) ice machine. Once in the room we found the furniture dirty, the carpet stained, and, again, the walls needing painting. The mattress on the sofa bed was dirty, and there were no linens for it. We called the desk for linens, and they arrived quickly, but there was no blanket. There were two panels in the wall where it appeared an air conditioner had been formerly, but they were now covered by cardboard. Although we had 3 people, the bathroom had one set of towels. We received more towels, but they were extremely stiff and thin. The design of the suite was poor- the bathroom was off the bedroom, meaning the bedroom had no privacy. The closet in the bedroom had a single hanger, and the light over the toilet was out. This room was horrible. It needs to be rehabbed with paint, new carpets, and new furniture. It really should not be rented until those are done.

    FYI. Theres no pool or breakfast as stated. The outside looks pretty ghetto especially for the price. The rooms were clean. Linens need to be updated. The female receptionist was great. All men cleaners that i had to confront 2 times about looking in my room. A lot of big rigs around. Wouldn't suggest for single women.

    1- their listing still shows ”a warm welcome with continental breakfast” - not true, there is nothing available. 2.amenities list a pool. See photo of the pool. 3.there was FOOD IN MY REFRIGERATOR when I checked in, I brought it to the front desk’s attention, “oh ok I’ll let them know” was the response. 4. Outlet that the fridge and tv were in was not working 5. The window to the first floor room was open upon check in. 6. Trash on property is NOT picked up, ever. I saw the same beer bottles all over when I checked in until I left 3 days later. 7. There was hair and hair ties on the sink when I checked in. 8. With all of that grossness listed above I was still required to pay a pet cleaning fee!!! There are better options with a little bit of a driver and I’ll be choosing them from now on.

    Hard to find. Located in industrial area behind U.S. Post Office. Homeless in their derelict vans, moho’s and trailers on the property’s perimeter. Litter in the parking areas in front of rooms. Building exterior needs repair and paint. Inside, the cheap false wood floors were dirty. Gap around the door. Dodgy clientele. Dodgy employees. Afraid my car was going to be stolen. Thank God the door had a bolt and the usual upper latch. The room price was cheap but still excessive for a dump motel. The towels were clean and the water hot. Surprised to find such an awful motel in the Wyndham chain

    The room was newly remodeled but poorly done. The shower leaked everywhere the refrigerator wobbled when touched. The room was full of flies when checked in that alone was disgusting. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful i hated talking to them.

    There are some food places nearby but there is also a very noisy UPS semi loading and processing place right by the rooms which is loud all day and all night not allowing you to sleep. There is only one ice machine in the lobby for the entire property. The coffee machine was dirty and sticky.

    The bathtub was dirty on check in. The hotel never cleaned the room. Was there for 3 days, had to go to front desk to get clean towels. The grounds were dirty, thank God it rained to clean the side walks outside of the room. There were french fries and trash everywhere. Worst room Ive ever stayed at in my life. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enimy.

    I was in a room that was "remodeled". It was dirty and uncomfortable. I understand that you get what you pay for but dang can it please be clean. The pool was covered and had a bunch of garbage in it. Railings were taped by caution tape. Definitely wouldnt stay here again. Absolutely disgusting!!

    The staff was very friendly. The hotel is switching from LaQuenta to Days Inn so it didnt look in the best shape. Out room was okay.buy the AC filters were disgusting dirty and the room didnt look fully clean.

    And then, we got screwed out of one of the services I thought we’d get which was “free breakfast.” They only had coffee and apple juice. They never updated or informed anybody they didn’t have breakfast. And then, when we finally got our room I realized it wasn’t even the room we paid for. We paid for a King bedroom. Instead we got two beds which were 2 fulls and by that same worker he said that all the king bedrooms were “taken up” by other people. And to try again in the morning. So we did, and this nice lady immediately gave us the room cards to the king bed literally right across from us. Which means it wasn’t booked, it was open the entire time, the dude just didn’t want to do his job and check if the room we paid for was the room we were getting. Despite all of that, even with having a disgusting pool that was filled with random gross liquid and trash, being screwed out of breakfast and the terrible worker, the rooms were clean. At least mine was. Glad there was air conditioning it was boiling hot outside and nice inside.

    The pillows, we're dirty with bloodstains on it. A guest room attendant never showed up to clean the room or change towels. Or made Beds or nothing i was told that I needed to call so I could get service but I never refuse service. They should have cleaned every day.

    I also find a hotel with breakfast, with the change to a Days Inn there was none offered. Our room had a garbage can and thrown out chair in front of the front door. Room not bad but mold on towels. Worst stay ever. Now it looks like I am being charged too many times!!

    Amenities advertised breakfast included and pool. There is no breakfast and the pool is closed until renovations. Room was recently remodeled, but the fridge didn't work. Bed was comfortable and clean. Stayed 4 nights and no housekeeping, even when asked of at the front desk to empty the trash. Arrived back to room once and the power was out. Took over an hour and asking twice for them to fix it. Room key kept deactivating and needing to be redone at front desk. Close to airport if that's what you need.

    Problem with checkin, front desk said call Expedia to cancel because of a recent name change to push payment through or cancel. Then we were told non refundable and put in worst location on property room smells like smoke, bed comforter has burn mark and room is in ally with trash and cigarette smoke stench.

    We requested a downstairs room due to my wife being disabled. We also told them and paid extra for our dogs. When we first checked in, they tried to put us upstairs (no elevator). I corrected them and they assigned us a room downstairs. Then as I started to leave the lobby, he called me back asking if we had dogs. Well, yes. We paid for them. He took the card key back and said he had to change our room. We were in a downstairs, terrible room. Looks like they tried to paint the bathtub, grout was painted to hide mold, dresser had strange holes in it. The refrigerator froze everything even after turning it down. The corners of carpets were torned up. Our dogs are clean, bring their own blankets and beds. We've stayed here serveral times before and it was always nice. We most likely will not be back. We're sad.

    This hotel needs to be shut down. From the moment I walked in the room, I was disgusted. The carpet was in disrepair and filthy, the room smelled like an old ashtray, the bathroom wasn’t clean. The toilet had a nasty ring in it and the shower had hair in it. The floor was filthy, with hair and dirt everywhere. The curtain was falling off the rod and looked like there was a second one over the top of the original. I couldn’t even stay in the room. I ended up going somewhere else for the night and checked out the next day. I spent money on from that I wasn’t going to sleep in. So not stay here!!!

    Checking in was easy and fast. The room was absolutely filthy, we slept on top of the blankets bc the sheets had blood or something stained on them. The bathtub was black it was so filthy we didn’t shower. We slept with one eye open very sketchy area.

    The hot water tap in the shower didn't even turn on and the sheets had a crusty brown substance on them, I hope it was chocolate but I doubt it. I went back to the front desk and they apologized and said they would have another room ready in 20 minutes. I declined and said I wanted a refund and would go somewhere else. They said they couldn't refund me, and the desk clerk refused to even give me his name. Ultimately I simply left and raised the issue with Expedia. Expedia now says they cannot reach the hotel at all. This is a low cost airport property and I didn't expect much, but the experience was truly terrible.

    The first room we were assigned to smelled like mold and had hair left in the sink and bathtub. They did give us another room thankfully. They allowed our dog but was misleading with pet fee. I called ahead of time and was told 25$ for a pet fee and they charged $100 when we arrived. Too pricey for this hotel And the conditions of the hotel. Find somewhere else to stay.

    Room was non smoke but still had the smell of smoke. The pillows were extremely used. The bathroom was not welcoming in any way. We had to leave to front door open to air out the smell. Mold on the walls. Not a pleasant stay. We have stayed in many La Quintas before and this was by far the worst experience especially for the price that we were charged!! The price was to stay at the Hilton but we got motel 6 quality.
