The only good thing I could say about this room was that it had good towels and good shower head, and the beds weren’t too uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a very run down place.

Dirty room, burn marks on the toilet seat, hair in the shower, chip crumbs in the drawer, but to top it off, there were drugs under the mattress. Wrapped up in a paper towel, dozens of little rocks. Left immediately, still waiting for a refund almost 2 weeks later.

I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THE OTHER ROOMS AT THIS FACILITY, BUT THE ONE I RESERVED WAS IN NEED OF A FEW UPDATES. THE HOT WATER WAS RUNNING (IN THE SINK) WHEN I ENTERED THE ROOM. NOT SURE IF COFFEE WAS POURED IN THE SINK, BUT THERE WAS REMAINS OF A BROWN LIQUID. AS I TURNED ON THE SHOWER, A LARGE GUST OF RUSTY WATER CAME FROM THE SHOWER HEAD. THE WINDOW CURTAINS COULD BE UPDATED.

Parking area did not feel safe at all. The entire property was simply atrocious. Their air conditioner did blow cold air. The room was not clean at all full of mulled and extremely filthy doors and walls cracks everywhere mold in bathroom, broken fixtures cracked tile

The hotel room was SOOO bad. The walls were molding and peeling off under the window, the entertainment center had been chewed by a dog, the bathroom door was absolutely disgusting and dirty and the adjoining room door was taped off… Staff was nice, there were clean towels ( we didn’t shower here), and the linens on the bed were clean The pictures they have of the rooms are not what we got.. at all.

The room wasn't clean and had a horrible odor. Its run down, dusty old dressers and broken bathroom door. Will not be staying ever again!

Did not even stay but after reading the reviews they probably did me a favor by not having the room I requested. We traveled over 4 hrs to get here and throughout the days prior to arrival we messaged back and forth with the hotel and they assured me they would be ok with a late check-in which was after midnight and that they would have a bottom floor room for me as I am disabled. When we arrived they had no room for me which left me, my husband and our pets with no where to stay. I do not recommend believing any thing they say

Stay Away! This property was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Coffee Machine with no coffee. no hair dryer, No hot water, Property is poorly maintained, We had no housekeeping service with no fresh linens or towels. It is a very shady place. You did not feel safe there.

I called late that night and staff was receptive and cordial as I checked in late. The room was spotless and the sheets were tight and well made. You could tell someone knew how to do hospital corners. The room did have an old misty smell but it didn’t bother me. Furniture was dated but clean. For a quick overnight stay I was very satisfied

They didn't clean anything. The room was dirty, sticky, roaches, stinkbugs were there, the tub had so much rust coming out of the faucet. The edges to the floor were even dirtier like they haven't cleaned in weeks. It was also much more expensive than last time I stayed 2 months ago.

Roaches and the rooms were not clean. Hair all over the shower tiles. dust on the coffee pot. They do not dust anything. You can hear everything going on in the next room. The front desk lady was nice and accommodating to what we needed.

The bedding was gross. The toiled was gross, the plce looked like it hasnt been clean in months. I booked 2 nights and i left for the second. This place is all around disgusting and i hope i get a refund.

Staff There was a roach on top of the AC unit, which is located on the ground. And there were dead roaches in the room.

Absolutely nothing Went to check in I tell the front desk girl I booked my reservation on booking.com and I was prepared to pay then she takes a picture of my card information that was in their system with her phone. Then she noticed I started filming her looking like she was texting on her phone. Then she throws the keypad on the counter. I tried to give her my card when I gave my id. Then she notices front desk girl looked out of it. She gave us the keys. We go to the room and it was a foul order as soon as you walked in and then before we could even attempt to but the bags down a bunch of roaches scattering. We went back to the office. The shift changed and I told the new front desk girl. She attempted to check us out but the system wouldn’t let her. We were in the room for maybe 2mins tops.

Nothing. The reservation was showing a different room and even amount of people in it. The room was dirty, they didn't even swept the floor, there were roaches in the room. Behind the toilet there were more roaches, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all.

This place is an absolute Abomination and should be shut down immediately. It's absolutely disgusting there's nothing to like about it. Absolutely everything. My AC died in the middle of the night the first night so I switched rooms to a room which had no hot water and no water pressure at all it trickled out of the shower. I had to switch rooms again to another room that had no hot water. I don't understand how this place stays open

The water takes quite some time to get hot.

Although the motel is older and can use some updating, I was happy that the air conditioning was in good working order and the water was hot. That's all that matters to me after a day of driving.

I’ve stayed here before and have had no issues with the facilities, but this time around, the sink barely drained, and the toilet very slowly went down. Shower was ok. Interior was quite worn. Beds were clean.

Staff was very accommodating. Even with staff help the TV was impossible to operate. The window HVAC unit was difficult to adjust. Coffee maker was missing a key part that made it inoperable.

Great atmosphere, awesome front desk staff. Hotel in a remodeling state so some tiny issues like microwave looked like it was on fire inside, rm 121. Overall, it was a great stay; for needing a place to sleep for the night and continental breakfast was good except needed individual cream cheese instead of sharing a block with several people touching it. Need individual juices (orange, apple, etc) also individual milk for cereals. Would recommend staying and will probably be back.

Seems as though they're in the middle of renovating or remodeling rooms overall stay was decent. I just wish they had a pool and the breakfast was not what i expected

When I first was given a key to a room, I was given a key to a room where someone must have still been staying OR housekeeping had not been to clean the room yet. The beds were unmade and sheets/blankets were laying bundled up on top of the bed. There was food on the dresser. I took pictures and went and showed it to the front desk. The front desk issued me another room, this room was clean and ready for guest. While looking around the room, the fire alarm was missing, there was no bible, there was no do not disturb sign, there was a LOT of rust in the shower drain where we had to run the water for a while to make sure we weren't showering with rust and/or dirt, and there was no room phone to call for housekeeping or the front desk. We only had one roll of toilet paper, so the next morning I had to go looking for the housekeeper to ask for additional rolls. The housekeeper didn't have any on her cart (weird) so I had to wait for her to bring us some. However, the room was comfortable, there were no bugs that I could see, there was a microwave and refrigerator that came in handy, and they allowed both of my dogs. The staff were friendly and nice, very accommodating to the best of their abilities. This location also has a complimentary breakfast (waffles, muffins, cereal, coffee, things like that). I enjoyed my stay, it wasn't the best stay but it definitely wasn't one of my worst hotel stays.

No wifi. Although room was clean, outside areas not so much. Stairs and hallways were filthy. Most concerning were some of the other residents. While for us, this was only an overnight on a long road trip, it was obvious many rooms are occupied by long term residents. Some seemed a bit sketchy. We were concerned about having our car and belongings parked there, but we had no issues. But we were glad to leave. Would not stay here again. I cannot imagine how this property is well reviewed on Expedia.

The large windows lacked any privacy curtains and the black-out curtains fit the windows poorly. Although the room was outfitted with a small microwave oven and a dorm size refrigerator, the room lacked a hair dryer, clock or iron. The clock on the microwave was stuck on 2:10. Breakfast was a disappointment with minimal offerings. During my four-night stay there was a constant flood of water emanating from under the doors of two adjacent rooms about four doors away from my room. The water drained out into a shallow culvert that ran the length of the parking lot adjacent to the sidewalk outside all first-floor guest rooms. The culvert often overflowed causing guests to step into the water or walk around the growing flood. Despite the shortcomings, I might stay here again depending on the price.

Our room had no heat went to the office 3 times to complain they finally switched our room. We had roaches the bathroom door handle fell off. The desk clerk said to call but the phone in room was not connected worst place i ever been. Also waited for blanket that never came.DO NOT STAY HERE!

When i booked it said 69.00 for 1 night i was charged 80. When i got to my room the shower was clogged and was half filled with dirty water i went donw to tell thr desk and then had to wait over an hour for them to come fix it. It was after 10pm, there were tampon wrapers in the trash and clumps of hair on the floor. the room was a non smoking due to major asthma issues and it reaked of smoke. Messing with my breathing even more

well they don't care about there customers or their cleanliness of their rooms it looks like the sheets haven't been changed in months I did not stay and will not ever go back if they are the last availability around I'd rather sleep in my vehicle much cleaner

well they don't care about there customers or their cleanliness of their rooms it looks like the sheets haven't been changed in months I did not stay and will not ever go back if they are the last availability around I'd rather sleep in my vehicle much cleaner

Office staff is always pleasant and happy to help if your key doesn't work or something goes wrong with the reservation. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired when drains are clogged with hair, the bathroom floor and tub are covered in hair from the last occupant, there's trash from the last occupants on the floor, ashes on the TV stand/toilet seat/sink, and the band they put around the toilet seat says "sanitized" but is stuck to the seat with dried urine. Service was great, pleasant and very accommodating. However, the bathroom had hair all over the floor, the tub was quite scary, and there were roaches. We didn’t unpack anything in fear of leaving with a few extra travelers.

The toilet didn’t flush. There was something slick on the bathroom floor. There needs to be more or bigger pillows on the bed. We only had two flat pillows on a king size bed. Was totally disappointed in the room for the amount of money we paid.

The room was fairly average, had a slight smokey smell to it, but not overly harsh like some other hotels. I was overall happy with my stay as it was a very last minute booking because of unforeseen circumstances with a certain festival. The staff was very helpful and got me into my room and checked out super quick.

For the price it was a pretty decent place. I was worried based on other reviews but I had none of the issues that others have had.

On top of all that the managers gave me the run around on getting one night of my room comped saying to talk to this guy or talk to that guy or we will call you back and wasted even more of my time. They even tried to tell me that the welts all over me were some other bugs, not bed bugs, like that mattered. I'd rather sleep in my car than go back there.

The room was clean but had roaches crawling around every where couldn't leave my clothes or snacks in the room l had to leave in the car roaches was also crawling in the tub. Place would be acceptable if not for that. linens was clean and white. I did advise staff of the problem. For that reason l wouldn't stay there again.

The room smelled of mildew and cheap perfume... there were no trash cans in the room...and would not advise walking on the floor without some sort of footwear.and the breakfast was toast or bagles with coffee that looked like it been ran through multiple times... and milk.

I had the option (employer paying) to move to another nearby much more expensive hotel for the remaining five nights I needed a room to stay in. I opted to remain at Reidsville Inn and Suites instead. Location is fantastic, easy access to the highway. Hosts have been extremely accommodating as I’ve had to extend my stay last minute. Value, comfy, and good location are pluses.

Excellent services for the money. Room was clean enough. The staffs are friendly too. Overall, nicest stay for the cost.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Non-Smoking Room smelled like cigarettes

The hotel room was clean. I didnt feel real safe with the condition of door. Quite flimsy compared to other hotels. Glad I sleep during the day because night would have been rough. Garbage was piled quite high near dumpsters. I would not stay here again.

This is OK for an overnight. It is a remodeled 1970's motel. The age is showing.

All but 1 of the lights in the room were broken and did not work. One of the headboards for one of the beds was broken off. There were roaches in the room. There was exposed wiring outside the room. Very low quality "motel".

Stayed 4 days, no new towels, no house keeping at all, check out is at 11 a.m., got to lobby at 10:30, had to wait till 11:10 before anybody actually showed up at the desk

This property is old, but it is well-maintained and clean. There are definite signs of the age of the building, yet it has been renovated and is very nice. The bed was quite comfortable.

This place was so run down and creepy. Dirty facilities. Dead bugs on the floor. No tissues in room. 1/2 a roll of toilet paper left in bathroom. I had to stay cause they wouldnt refund and it was very late and we were too tired to find another place.

Not as good as our last stay. A lot of people outside talking while I was trying to sleep. Toilet didn’t flush well and there was a leak under the sink. Everything else was good thought

For the price its a great deal

Everything was well above expectation. Seriously some of the features I wouldn’t have thought to ask for. I will definitely be using this hotel whenever I’m staying in Reidsville.

The person at the front desk took forever to check me in. The bed was terrible and I didn't feel comfortable.

This is my go to spot anytime I'm in town. Staff is so friendly, rooms are super comfy and clean. Highly recommend.

Convenient location.

My husband and I stopped here on our way back home to NY. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. He walked me over to our room to make sure we were good with it and everything was fine. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a fridge and microwave if needed.

A place to lay your head down..just sayin.

Tables were very sticky. The refrigerator did not work. The blanket was super thin and had a burn hole in it. I didn't realize that it was a amoking room. It really smelled bad.

The room was clean and smelled great. The staff were all friendly and courteous. Will go back for sure.

Basic place to stay, no uprated services. Was not worth the $155 a night. I guess due to Nascar Race prices doubled. Would not stay again unless i had to.
