The location was fine - wanted to visit High Point Univ the next day. Wish the rate was not so high but it worked out and met my needs and expectations.

We liked the hotel for an overnight stay. Really wish either one of the pools were open but i would come again

Hotel is located near an interstate - very noisy. Breakfast wasn't great. Property was clean.

The room was clean and warm and just what we needed since our water heater had died! The staff were very friendly and understanding. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! We would definitely recommend this place!

Everything was great! I only stay at Holiday Inn Express' cuz i know, no matter where i am, they are going to take care of me!

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. The bathrooms were bright and the room was clean! The gym was closed for renovations.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. Did have issues on arrival. Twice we were assigned a room and the bed was undone as if someone was previously in it and then not cleaned. Other than that, it was a bed and a bath!

Staff was friendly and personable. The public areas and room were very clean. Outside of the hotel presented well and was well lit at night.

When my family checked, Sarah was amazing. She greeted us with a smile and the customer service she provided was top notch. The breakfast was phenomenal! I will be visiting Reidsville often and I will stay here every time. Thank you for making my families experience so nice and comfortable while we were going through a hard time with the passing of my mother. I won’t forget what you did for us.

Very nice and friendly people. Our door would not lock so they sort of fixed it to our satisfaction but offered to move us. Always a nice greeting. Sarah particularly helpful.

Hotel is nice, but definately highway noise (white noise) if you are on that side of the building. Restaurants are limited in the area, but we found a local burger place where the people were super nice and the burger pretty good as well!

We were not there long due to early morning departure but the staff were accommodating to make sure coffee was made. I thought the hotel was quiet but my sister heard the road traffic throughout the night.

This place is very clean and the staff from the front to the cleaning staff are very professional and friendly. I would recommend this place and I would also stay here again, also it's in the area that I live in. My husband and I came here to just get away plus we had a snow storm.

The room was in great condition, everything was very clean and up to date. The only issue was... the refrigerator did not work, but no big deal to us. I liked the location, very convenient to visit family in the Reidsville and Greensboro area.

Great place felt extremely safe, clean, modernized. A little far from Elon but easy beautiful drive through the NC countryside.

This property was just not up to par with similar facilities we’ve stayed in. Breakfast was overcooked and felt like we were eating yesterday’s leftovers. Very musty smell throughout hotel.

All the towel holders were broken so had to put them on the shower rod to dry. Only 1 tiny bar of soap as I don’t use body wash it would have been nice to have another one. Still haven’t received the receipt.

I would request the parking lot side as the highway though not super busy does create noise. Easy to get around as town is not that big. Hotel is down a dead end street but feels safe.

Customer service is top notch! From the desk clerk giving us a list of local restaurants and pointing out her favorites to the best ‘hotel eggs’ I’ve ever had! This place is very friendly! Comfortable bed, nice walk in shower and a stocked keurig in our room. A huge shout out to Tyler who was working breakfast both mornings we were there. He was amazing! Made conversation, informed people of items he refreshed on the buffet, cleared everyone’s plates and just overall made sure everyone had what they needed. My appreciation for him increased tenfold the last morning we were there when I watched him assist an elderly woman with a cane, who was eating alone, stand up from her chair. He held both her hands and gently helped her up. It was heartwarming to witness. Holiday Inn Express…you’ve got a gem in Tyler!!

Only issue is it is located right on Rt 29 and the traffic noise was loud all night.

Internet went in and out, but could deal with that. The only bad thing about this hotel was the water pressure - they had NONE - if they get that fixed I would give this hotel a 10

There was a smell near the fridge in the room. No curtains on the windows to block light and my room faced the front parking lot so light was barely filtered out.

Our king size bed room had a (lounge couch) of no use to us , I asked for an extra chair and they refused, I went to Walmart and bought one so that my wife and I could play cards, we used the (lounge couch) as a table , I don't know of any use for a lounge couch in a hotel room !!! ??? It was not good as a table either. In fact a table and 2 chairs would of fit the space much better. Other than that though we enjoyed the Hotel.

Overall: very good. Walk in shower was roomy like at home; water pressure very good! Bed was comfy, if you like soft pillows there were 4. Breakfast had choices. Staff very nice. It was quiet by 10. Bona Italian Restaurant was good and reasonably priced: just closed on Tuesdays.

Breakfast was horrible. We had to be at a meeting at 8 am and were excited to grab breakfast before we left and we couldn't even eat it because it was so bad. Very disappointing,

Great experience at the Reidsville Holiday Inn Express. The staff and was friendly and extremely helpful. Beds and pillows were amazing! Clean and very nice hotel. Will definitely stay again if the need arises.

The room was clean and the beds were excellent. Negative is the room faced the highway and could hear constant traffic. The ac helped drown out some of the noise. Overall nice stay.

The hotel is in disrepair, the pool is closed for use and full of algae. The parking has potholes in it. While the guest rooms were clean, the common areas were not. The hallway floors were not vacuumed and glass was not cleaned during the three days we stayed. We asked for maintenance to fix a plumbing issue, they never came. The in room safe did not work (dead batteries) and no one was sent to fix it after our request. There were no hangers in the closet. They do not recycle at this hotel.

Fast check in.

We arrived a little over an hour after check in. I was told one of the two rooms were ready. They were short staffed which is understandable. When we got to the room the door was cracked meaning it wasn’t clean. We found two used wash cloths and towels on the shower. I told this to the front desk and was told they couldn’t discount the room but did apologize. The second room was ready 45 minutes later which was a slight inconvenience but we made it through. I would come back but would possibly call before I arrive.

The rooms were super clean and the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was really good and fresh. But mostly it was the customer service for me. They were very helpful and so friendly and that’s hard to come by these days so when I come in to town that is the place I always will go to

It was clean, friendly, and quiet. I just wish the location was different, 3 different gas stations and 2 fast food restaurants, you have to travel away for a decent meal.

Site had difficulty with rooms due to plumbing issues. We were asked to switch to another room for another family. They were all sold out for other options. Because I booked through your site, they could not make any adjustments for compensation for the inconvenience.
