The bed had pubic hair on it from I'm assuming the previous person that rented it. The area was extremely noisy all night and I felt insecure at the property.

I was traveling by myself, a single female, and felt very safe. It was well-lit with cameras.

The fridge in the room didn’t work. They woke us up every morning by 8am, requesting the towels out of our room and never replaced them. The fire alarms were pulled out of every room. The room’s all smelled terrible like people had been smoking in them. A leather seat had a big burn mark on it. Stains all over the carpet. Lots of empty spaces to park in. The staff did accommodate putting us next door to our friends.

Breakfast minimal, broken hairdryer stained towels and linens , grounds not well kept, staff entered our room without knocking, a non English speaking man came in while we were in the room and rushed in took all our towels and garbage without even explaining what he was doing,poor tv channel choices,a iron without an ironing board,no kleenex

Multiple bed sheets had stains on them that looked like blood, not grease or dirt. One bed was covered in crumbs and there was a lot of other people's hair throughout. Overall it was dirty and gross. If you go, sleep on a sleeping bag, put trash bags over the pillows and keep your shoes on. Also the microwave didn't work.

Worse hotel I ever stayed at - woman on duty was 1st night alone, didn't even know when free breakfast was, my response was 6am to maybe.....9'. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, table lamp was unplugged i had to move table to plug it in, hotel phone was unplugged-no idea where outlet was to plug it in, wifi was crappy, inconsistant, ask if they had cream for coffee stated that they only have milk. towels had stains on them. walked into lobby and had high counter, was looking for coffee creamer -- had to tip toe and saw girl sitting down - she never looked up when I came in, she was reading or something - she was the one who responded to the creamer question. only 2 tables in lobby for breakfast which is where breakfast is 'served' items were prepackaged blueberry muffins, 2 types of cereal, about 1/4 gal of milk, 2 things of yogurt, waffles not much of a selection whatso ever. paint job/patching jobs in room done by amatuers, no bureau but had 'one' drawer, no closet to hang clothes, temp control in fridge missing. Staff was non existent, parking and AC was fine.

The manager/owner of the hotel said they will be shutting off the electricity and water in the winter storm so naturally we HAD to leave as their doors FREEZE. Now when we were going to leave the owner said he would refund us as there was such a bad winter storm coming, but he lied and told Expedia there will be no refund. (bye the way he lives inside of the hotel and watches you)

The room was dirty. Bedding was stained. Light shades had mold on them. We had no choice o stay due to no other rooms in the area otherwise we would have left. The girl at the desk was very nice, the only saving grace.

The big issue staff was unable to come up with a remote that worked correct for the TV but They did offer to change our room, but we managed Had to turn the shower handle too hard for hot water but water did get hot Parking area along sidewalk needed a good sweeping overall the room worked out OK

Walls leaked in sink area from room next door. Sink leaked. Found children’s clothes on floor walls in bathroom had black finger prints going down it. Sheets had some black stains.

Everything was very satisfying, staff was very nice and great !!! Will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to get away in this area. Air conditioning was great! The food was excellent

Room was good size, bed was good, tv was big. Layout was fine. Bathtub wasn't clean. Room has some deferred maintenance needs. The problem wasn't the room, it was the outside. Guy smoking pot outside my room, guys talking at night outside my room. People seem to hang out on the deck area. A bit low class

The low cost justified the mediocre breakfast and leftover used bar soap in the shower. however being kept awake from 3am until I left at 7am by a group of people blasting music on a portable speaker directly outside my room was not. Having to call the front desk not once, but twice to address the issue (they never did) is inexcusable.

We had trouble getting in our room the lock was stuck. First night it took us about 25 minutes to get in second night we couldn’t so we got the guy at the front desk it took him about 45 minutes. The manager was supposed to be there in the morning to talk to me. He wasn’t. We found him at the other property and he was mean

Enter the room it was a smell not a good smell.The room was not clean I had to wipe the counter down where the sink is the coffee pot was very dusty and dirty the tv and the micowave was not clean.Had to go to the office to go more towels the towels were not clean they had stains on them some not all and when taken to the office the staff going to say it was clean it just had stain on them unacceptable.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.I wish I had taken pictures after I wiped the place down so people could she that the cleaning staff is not doing a good job

All of bedding was stained had to be replaced ..We had to unmake and make the bed with the new bedding ourselves cause housekeeping wouldn't .... Bathroom still had a lot of hair in the floor from not being cleaned ...Won't stay there again

This property had no elevator. I was able to get a room on the first floor though. It is in dire need of updating/repair. I feel it was clean though and the beds were comfortable.

Lady there at 3:00pm did get me some ice from Quality Inn next door. So nice! And At 9:00 I got more ice at the front desk. Would be nice to have a night light in bathroom.

The woman at the front desk in the evening told us that breakfast was from 6-10 am, but when we came down at 9 AM, we were told breakfast was closed and that the desk attendant told us the wrong times. I had three hungry kids that had to go somewhere else. Also, all the rooms smelled like smoke, even the rooms with the "non-smoking" sign on the doors.

It was close to where we needed. Non smoking room smelled heavy of smoke and some spray that was used to try to cover it. This was after we moved from the 1st non smoking that had heavy smoke. After a terrible night of sleep my wife and I woke up with sore throats. Bed was broken at the frame, and damage to walls and doors. Only 2 towels and 1 wash rag. Front door didn’t seal, Bathroom door lock didn’t work.

The staff was super nice and very friendly. Super helpful with directions and helping to fi d what we needed. The rooms was cozy and comfortable. The pop machine was all sold out and the three gas stations were closed at 10pm that was around the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay for the night No continental breakfast .

Absolutely nothing. Where to begin, 1. Constant parking lot traffic, very noisy, didn't slow down until about 330am 2. Room, well you get what you pay for. 3. The bed was very uncomfortable and kept sliding everytime you got in or out of it. 4. Looked like patched bullet hole in the walls, peep hole glass on door cracked and door latch was completely broken. 5. A/C unit was very loud everytime it would turn on 6. Breakfast items were muffins and a bowl of cereal.

When entering the bathroom for the first time there was urine on the toilet seat and on the wall, the shower curtain looked like it hadn't been cleaned or replaced in at least 5 years and for some reason a towel was already in the tub floor. I didn't risk looking at the coffee maker or microwave, just avoided the surfaces I could. Lucky this was a brief stay, would not return to this location.

the room was large. the shower was reasonable the mattress must be 50 years old. there are divots on either side of the mattress where others have slept. These divots are pronounced, even with the pillows and spread on the bed. The divots are about 4" deep. When sitting on the side of the bed, it dips about that much as well. The mattress is lumpy and hard. The room was overly hot to the point that I awakened with a bloody nose and dry eyes. Most of the people staying here are working men in construction. For the safety of our country and respect for them, the hotel should do better. Also, some forethought about the placement of a shelf behind a door would have been smart, and the door needs repair.

Location to my work. Asked not to be disturbed during day because I sleep then and housekeeping came right in. Room could have been cleaned a little better.

The rates are good and the hotel is in decent shape. My room the week before was in better shape and cleaner than my room this week. Just a little extra care by housekeeping would have made a big difference. Comfortable, quiet, clean and updated location. I was traveling for work and had stayed in other hotels the previous week. This hotel was the best I had stayed in the 2 weeks I was in this area. I plan to go back next week to this area again and I will choose this location again. Very pleased.

There was used soap and shampoo in the shower. The room smelled like smoke & had an ashtray...called the front desk and told him I have asthma I can't be around smoke like this and he said sorry, it is a non smoking room. I informed him of the ashtray. I couldn't stay another night and they would not do anything to change my reservation since I booked thru Hotels.com and he did not even apologize or offer another room. Parking lot is very dark

Extremely dirty. Only stay if you have no other options.

Rooms were clean and other staff were very helpful

And someone stole $300 and a wallet from us.

Everything you want for a basic hotel stay. Staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable. I will Stay again if in the Reidsville area.

Dated, but clean enough. Disappointed that breakfast was advertised but not available. No desk clerk in the AM.

Front desk and room service were amazing. The beds are my only complaint. They just weren't comfortable. To hard for our liking

We thought we booked a non smoking double. But the only room ledt was a smoking king. Cleanliness was ok, but the room is falling apart: secondary door lock is broken, peep hole removed, bathtub eorn out abd has a psrtly adhered stick on floor, bath walls peeling paint, bath outlet spout broken [internal solder broken], though functional. A/C unit controls dont work, so it was either on high, loud fan, or blowing warm air slowly. Do these units ever work?

Low budget option that was fine for our 2 night stay. Was told at check in about continental breakfast from 6-9 am each morning. Went to lobby the following morning and woman behind the desk said they haven’t had breakfast for months due to Covid. Would have been nice not to have been lied to at check in!

The bathroom was herendous. To much mold and mildew. I have pictures of the bathroom if you would like me to send them to you. Approached front desk for a refund they denied it. I left without staying.

The shower and tub were filled with black mold as was the ceiling. The worst was a big brown stain right in the middle of the sheets on the bed

I paid on Expedia and hotel attempted to charge me again for the room. Also they wanted my credit card to hold an additional $100.00. I refused to give them my credit card and opted for $50 in cash which was refunded at checkout once the manager checked the room. The room was musty and the shower curtain had mold all over the bottom. On the plus side the bed was comfortable.
