    The hotel was disgusting. Mold in the walls and stains on the furniture. Staff was not helpful at all. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years.

    The front desk staff were welcoming and considerate when they were backed up. But our room was not very clean. every pillow had stains on them, the beds were no finished, the bathroom tub was not cleaned, toilet paper holder and door frames were extremely rusty. The lampshade was also stained

    Stayed for one night. Just did a two day beach trip with my husband. Upon arrival the out door exterior was very clean and kept. The lobby smelt good and looked very clean. The man at the desk who checked us in was very nice and welcoming , they had complimentary coffee all day which I thought was cool. Are room was clean , one of the chair did have a water mark/stain on it thought which was kinda off putting. The bed was clean and comfy . You can tell the hotel went through a renovation. Over all the building looks like it has history. Had a lot of rain one of the days so we went to the indoor pool which there wasn’t a lot of people there so it was quiet and peaceful. Overall the hotel would just have a more polished look lf they deep cleaned the hallway carpets. Very worn but great stay overall.

    The location of the property was good and near the beach and other activities. The room was big, clean but we did not receive house keeping in the four days we were there. There were no black out curtains as advertised. The amenities could use an update, as they did not look like the pictures. Overall, the issues were small, it was good for the price and quiet.

    The breakfast was mediocre, although it was well stocked and the dining area was clean and well maintained. Most of the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The attendant who checked us in was especially pleasant, attentive, and informative, making us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, another staff member we encountered later was dismissive of our concerns and made no effort to assist us, which was disappointing. Our room was very clean and well kept. However, the carpeting throughout the hotel was heavily stained and appeared overdue for cleaning or replacement. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub. It is advertised as a Jacuzzi, but the jet activation knob had been removed because, according to staff, the Jacuzzi function has ongoing operational issues. As a result, it functioned only as a regular hot tub without working jets. We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised a Jacuzzi, so this was a significant letdown. We did not use the pool, although we did see several people enjoying it. The hotel also offers swim passes to non-guests, so it was difficult to tell how many people were actually staying at the hotel versus just using the pool facilities.

    This place is very dirty! I had ants all over my room. No clean towels! Garbage over flowing everywhere, pool is gross, ceiling has mold. Ice machine has a thick layer of mold. Second entrance to hotel the lock in hanging off and the door is being held opened with a rug. Staff sleeps in lobby all night. Breakfast included muffins, waffles and yogurt!

    Probably one of the worst hotels I stayed in. I had to switch rooms because the jets weren't working in the Jacuzzi tub in the first room. The toilet had rust on the seat and in the toilet bowl. The sheets and actual mattress were stained, stains were on the ceiling. It looked like there were mold on the bathroom wall and the carpet was filthy throughout the property.The only good thing I could say about this property is the front desk assistant, I think his name was Richard. He did his best to handle the things I brought to him but he had no choice he was the only one there.

    There was a serious mold problem in our room, #125, as evidenced by a pungent odor that caused physical symptoms including nausea, congestion, sinus pain, and headache. The odor was worsened by the window AC unit blowing, which was absolutely necessary to reduce the humidity in the room. The moisture level was so high in the room, clothes became damp, pages in a notebook curled. The one window in the room was screwed shut so there was no way to improve the air quality in the room. There was food from prior guests beneath the bedside table, the floors turned your feet a dark color, nothing in the bathroom was stocked-- no towels, soap or shampoo-- and the coffee maker was missing a necessary part to function. On check-in we were offered a neighboring room (#126) that also smelled terrible. It seems that the musty mold/mildew problem is affecting more than one room. The price is good, and so is the location. The pool is also great. But they really need to be more thorough in their cleaning, especially in pet-friendly rooms, and address the air quality issues. For me, these led to physical symptoms that only resolved by spending as little time in the room as possible and cutting my stay short.

    Room needed swept and tub was alittle dirty. Breakfast was a big let down. Barely anything to choose from but breads and blueberry muffins. No eggs like we were told they would have. Hot tub didn’t look clean but we still used it. Then when turned on - it was like huge waves going out of the tub. For a budget room - it was ok. Just expected more from it. Very convenient to the beach.

    We arrived early and were told $50.00 for early check in. Never been charged for early checkin. The place was not welcoming and the carpets were terribly stained! When we drove up to the building we thought it was a long term facility for the elderly. Their new sign was nice and the coffee bar was nice but I just couldn’t stay, it felt dirty. I asked a women in the parking lot if she was staying there. She said yes” the room was clean”. I asked to see one of their rooms and the guy behind the desk said “we didn’t have a room ready”. We cancelled our stay, lost the $113.00. We understand now why the room was so cheap! Good luck!

    Carpet was dirty. Lock on my door didn't work and couldn't be moved to another room or fixed. Was told I'd receive 15% back and now currently fighting to get that 15% hot tub looked nasty pool didn't look super clean either. Room was clean though so I guess that's better than nothing. No elevator

    I love the location and how convenient it was to everywhere we went. We also loved the staff and the room! We booked a room with jacuzzi and it didn’t work. The sink was clogging up.

    Bathroom fan didn't work. Carpets were disgusting. The beds were on plywood sheets so the mattress slid around every time you sat on the bed. There are NO amenities such as irons, hair dryers or dressers to put your clothes in. The large number of dogs left in rooms barking all day made relaxation impossible. The only good thing that I can say about the hotel is it's location.
