Nothing it was an awful experience The worst hotel experience ever. Do not stay here. I was incredibly disappointed with my stay. The room was completely unacceptable and lacked basic cleanliness. There were roaches in the bathroom, the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in days, the fridge was dirty, and the towels provided had visible stains on them. To make matters worse, most of the amenities were broken. The TV didn't work, and almost none of the wall outlets functioned—the only working plug in the entire room was in the bathroom. On top of the awful interior conditions, there was ongoing construction outside that created a massive amount of noise. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The hotel is spotless and surprisingly quiet, a combination that's harder to find on El Camino Real. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, and since we stayed for an extended period, the comfortable beds ended up making a real difference to our overall experience.

Good location, walking distance to restaurants. Pool was clean, room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was nice and quiet. The "breakfast" was lacking. Only one type of bagel, only one type of bread, only one choice of cereal, no pastry, no juice, no fresh fruit, one toaster and microwave and the toaster was broken. Coffee was good, but I could have just stayed in the room and made coffee there. The added breakfast was the deciding factor for us to stay here. Sadly disappointed.

The staff were very kind. However, I can’t believe that this is actually up to California health and safety standards. I had reserved two nights but couldn’t manage to stay the second night because of how bad things were. I walked in and the front of the hotel looked very broken down and not up to standard. Then hoped the room would be different. The room smelled very strongly of bleach, as they mentioned they had just cleaned. Once the bleach wore off, the smell was pretty bad. The pillows and bedding were very old and pillows looked like a bunch of cotton balls stacked together- not a proper pillow. The bathroom looked like mould was covered up with paint. The bathroom towels had small brown dots on them- don’t even want to ask what that’s about. There was a hole behind the toilet which had small cockroaches going in and out of it- that was the last straw for me and I left.

Floor was dusty when we entered . Amenities we took our own . Kitchen needs vent and paper holder , need table and chairs . Other wise it’s good .

Our stay was perfect. From check-in to check-out, everything was a great experience. The room was very roomy and clean. The amenities were plentiful. I would stay there again :)

The rooms were clean and spacious. There is currently a lot of remodeling happening at the property. Breakfast is basic. For the price, this is a decent place to stay that meets all basic needs without any major concerns; it just doesn't have bells and whistles.

There was no toilet paper roll or carpet. It was decent for one night.

The room appeared to be clean but it had cockroaches. I found little baby ones camouflage with the furniture and even saw one on my pillow the day I was leaving. I saw some on the toilet when I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The tv disconnects from the internet so it never works longer than 10 minutes at a time. I will never book here or at any days inn ever again.

I booked a 2 night stay months in advance. When we got to the room, it was so filthy I didn't even feel comfortable sitting down or using the bathroom. Within just a few minutes of checking through the room, we decided to get a different hotel. We took several pictures and contacted the booking agency we used. The hotel did not refund us for the first night, which I can understand, but they did allow us to cancel the second night with no penalty charge despite it being passed the deadline to do so. Unfortunately, it is the first Wyndham hotel I've come across that was just filthy and run down, which is why I didn't check too thoroughly into the reviews. I would not recommend this hotel. Wyndham, if this review makes it to you, I have pictures you should see, and would still like a refund for that first night. We were there maybe an hour and left due to filth, not simply a change of mind.

BTS ARMIES loved to stay here!!! It was nice to know there was more armies staying here for the concert!! Other than that room and everything was amazing!! Room was clean , the nice housekeeping ladies clean our room while we were at the concert when we got back our room was incredible clean and with clean towels!!! We will definitely be staying here next time!!!

I picked this property not as a first or second or third choice, but was one of the ones available for when I needed accommodation (concert-so everything was either booked or prices went up). The location was convenient and along the main road and easy to take transit from. It has a Target walking distance and many choices for food. The room itself was spacious. I liked that it had a mini fridge and microwave. There were a number of questionable stains on the side of the bed on the box spring fabric and also on the ground. The bathroom was passable except there was hair on the shampoo bottle. Overall, for one night stay, it was fine.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple of nights and had a few issues with the biggest one being that we were given a room that was already taken. We first arrived, got the room key, then went to the room to settle in. To our surprise the key wasn’t working and somebody opened the door notifying us that the room was taken. We then embarrassingly walked back to the lobby to let them know and were relocated two rooms next to the initial room. When we first walked into the room it was oddly hot considering it was fresh outside. Later we turned on the tv to find that it had multiple streaming apps, and to our disappointment none of them worked because the tv wasn’t connected to the WiFi and couldn’t be because it was locked under the settings. When I called and asked I was told to check the live channels instead. It took us a short while to figure out the water temperature in the shower because it would be freezing where it was supposed to be hot but a little warm where it was supposed to be cold. Our room key also stopped working after about a day and had to be replaced at the lobby. The place seemed safe because you have to drive a little inside to reach the property and seemed to be in a good area. The cleanliness and service were both fine with the exception of one of the cleaning ladies who was very helpful and had a great attitude. Overall our stay wasn’t the worst and didn’t ruin the trip. These were just some things that bothered us but might not bother others.

Rooms apparently refurbished fairly recently, but still neglected. The free breakfast was pitiful. The drinks/snacks machine didn't work. The outdoor areas were scruffy and neglected, including abandoned vehicles. And for this I paid over $200/night, after accidentally booking a different place for July instead of April and ending up here at 20 minutes' notice.

this place is increasing the standards on my every visit. going through lot of stressfull medical appointments but I never have to worry about the stay as long as im at this days inn. staff will go above and beyond to make fell comfortable. Thank you christy

It was okay, the area was a bit sketchy and the door to the room was off, you could see the light from inside the room through the outside. Same thing with the bathroom, you could see through a Crack.

The breakfast menu was, hard boiled eggs, toast, oatmeal, coffee, orange juice and yoghurt. There was no other breakfast items.. the room was clean for the most part but can use some TLC in the maintenance department. Like the upper door latch was missing the bolt, and some other Minor issues. I do appreciate the friendliness of the front desk desk so I continue to stay.! I do feel safe and secure at this hotel! Not sure about pet friendly as I go for Medical reasons and don’t bring a pet!

Literally Nothing This place is a disgrace. It’s not a hotel - it’s a health code violation with a front desk. From the moment I arrived, I could tell something was wrong. The door looked like it had been kicked in and lazily patched up. It barely closed, let alone locked properly. The floor, while it looked recently redone, was grimy. Exposed wires dangled from the walls, and most of the lights didn’t even work. The furniture looked like it had been salvaged off the street, broken and stained. I made the mistake of staying one night. Out of sheer disgust, I slept fully clothed on top of the suspicious comforter with the lights on hoping the roaches would be deterred by the brightness. I refused to unpack. I kept my suitcase on top of the sticky kitchenette table and only opened it to grab necessities, careful not to give any bugs the opportunity to hitch a ride out of that hellhole. In the morning, I tried to shower, only to find several small bugs crawling around the tub as the water turned on. That was it I was done. This place should be shut down. Stay in your car, pitch a tent, sleep at the airport anywhere is better than this dump.

the bed was the onlly good thing here I could go on and on but dont even have time. there were homeless sleeping next to/behind large garbage near the stairs I had to take. I am disabled so the stairs prevented me from taking all my clothes. they said they did not have a ground floor room. the heater didnt work and it was FrEEZING.. finally a gentleman from the hotel broght a space heater. no coffee pot in the room. the toilet had a santized paper covering it , only there were hairs and poop marks in the toiet. I was terrified to go to my car to leave for my dr appt. there is so much more, but that is enough I think above

The person next door seemed to live there. Every 15min someone was knocking on his door. There was a conjoined door and thank goodness we made sure it was locked because someone was trying to come in. We called down to the office and got no answer. We had to move a chair and our luggage in front if the door. When I explained to the staff in the morning. The lady could careless.

My room was in front of the Mc Donalds, which is across the main road and it was a bit noisy during night a lot of cars and trucks passing by. The room especification in booking wasn´t clear enough the difference between one room or another, at the end the one chosen was for people with special movility needs which in the case of the sanitary was uncofortable the shower as well was not confortable

Breakfast was convenient, but overly simple. It's fine if you're okay with boiled eggs and microwaved oatmeal every day. Was glad to have it, but I wouldn't call it good. The pool was nice to have (but painful to walk barefoot on the rocks around it). The location was convenient. The room was clean. It was expensive but so is everything in the area. Better than other options at the same price point. I'd stay there again, but with low expectations for customer service. The guy at the counter was rude. Everything was fine until I went to check out. We were leaving a day early, but I guess it was past the hour to get a refund for the last day. Instead of just saying, "sorry no refunds after xx.pm" like a normal person, he LAUGHED at me! I didn't even ask for a refund, just wanted to tell him I was checking out early, then he took it upon himself to be a jerk about it. Completely unacceptable. I wasn't going to review this property, but they've been sending me constant reminders asking for a review. I'm offended enough that I would have given it 1 star, but honestly if it weren't for that guy, I would've had an overall pleasant stay and given it a ten. On balance, I think 8/10 is fair. 2 points off for the staff and the bad wifi. Other minor issues: the wifi kept cutting out CONSTANTLY so I had to use my Hotspot for online meetings. It was difficult to get extra towels, either for going to the pool or just to have fresh ones. They ran out of caffeinated coffee and when I asked about it the girl tried to act like decaffeinated is the same thing, and she looked confused that I would think otherwise.

The pebble tech around the pool has deteriorated so much that is now gravel. The spa is boarded up. The flimsiness of the toilet seat broke within minutes of getting there. I mean it just came undone. Everything was pretty clean it just it was in shambles.

However we had ants in the bathroom, cockroaches in bedroom, no secure WiFi and windows wouldn’t open. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Because the ratings and price were decent, I decided to stay at this location. The property itself is quite old, has not been renovated or maintained well. Upon entering my room, it was quite dirty with a layer of dust and dirt on the furniture and floors. The water in the bathroom/shower had zero pressure and was completely non-functional. At this point I attempted to call the front desk for another room, however they said they'd fix the water issue. I decided to keep my original room, as I was only staying for one night. However that evening my neighbor began playing extremely loud music (sounded like a concert) and I could not sleep. I went to the front desk on two separate occasions to ask for a separate room, however they said they only had a few rooms left and that "these needed to be reserved for future guests to ensure we have full occupancy". This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Because the ratings and price were decent, I decided to stay at this location. The property itself is quite old, has not been renovated or maintained well. Upon entering my room, it was quite dirty with a layer of dust and dirt on the furniture and floors. The water in the bathroom/shower had zero pressure and was completely non-functional. At this point I attempted to call the front desk for another room, however they said they'd fix the water issue. I decided to keep my original room, as I was only staying for one night. However that evening my neighbor began playing extremely loud music (sounded like a concert) and I could not sleep. I went to the front desk on two separate occasions to ask for a separate room, however they said they only had a few rooms left and that "these needed to be reserved for future guests to ensure we have full occupancy". Out of all my experience of staying at hotels over the last year, this was my least favorite. There was holes in the walls and doors, definitely appeared like a door was kicked in, in the past, and you could see spray paint on the walls. Would not stay here again.

Booked a room with 2 queens. The beds were not Queens but instead fulls, I called the desk and they argued with me telling me that the beds were queens...I had a tape measure and measured the beds, they were indeed fulls. Not only did I pay for queens and not get queens, but fulls meant my daughter had no space to sleep, I had to buy an air mattress because the hotel refused to admit that these were not Queens and offered no solutions. My child is disabled, this was supposed to be a disability capable room, however, the shower head was not accessible to wheelchair users, the clothing hooks were mounted at the very top of the door just beneath the door frame, way out of reach for any person under 6'4" and not in a wheelchair. There was no phone in the room, a safety hazard, especially for a person with disabilities who may need to call for help. There were exposed wires coming out of a hole in the wall. The mattresses were wrapped in plastic that crinkled loudly with every movement, it felt like I was sleeping on grocery bags. I'm in the area often for my child's medical care and I will never stay there again.

The staff was very nice, but the property was dirty and broken down. the lamp was hanging off the wall, hair in the shower bed spread dirty. Days inn needs to review this property I will not stay again

There were no shops or restaurants that looked very good within walking distance.

Opened the door for a food delivery just in time for a cockroach to run into the room. Pool was closed by the health department. Have had better stays in shady Motel 6's. Will never return

We were kept up all night from other guest that didn't sleep making noise at all hours of the night until morning. One of our guys were eaten up by Beg bugs.

Site was a revamped Motor Lodge from the looks, Rooms were Large and Clean. Bathroom had been remodeled (Tub-Shower replaced with Full Shower), Great Water Pressure, No Problem with Hot Water. Bathroom ceiling was in Need of Repainting due to steam from Shower. Parking was adequate for Cars, Large Van or Full Size Pickups are a Challenge though.

I had to change my room 2 times so far. 1- I changed my first room because its toilet flush was not working. 2- I had to changed my second room after 6 days of staying because of sewer in its bathtub. It was horrible. 3- In my third room, I have to turn on the rest room fan all the time, otherwise it smell very bad because of the bathtub drainage. 4- I chose this hotel because of having breakfast and WiFi. The breakfast is very limited and low quality. Also, WiFi is very unstable and it disconnects every 20-30 mins. 5- The fridge was so noisy and was whistling throughout the night. I could not sleep well because of that. You may book this hotel for its reasonable price, but you will regret it. You can still find better hotels for this price. I reached out for the manager, but he did not care. After all, I contacted Expedia for these issues. Expedia contacted the hotel manager and staff for more investigation. They confirmed having these issues and yet, they did not do anything about it. I asked for compensation and they did not respond to my request.

The hotel has very very dim/few lights. I honestly passed it by because I thought they were closed. The parking was on the backside of the building with flashing dim lights. I didn't feel safe at all unfortunately

Room was pretty clean. It was raining pretty hard and when I woke up there was a huge puddle of water in front of my desk that was dripping from the ceiling. Thank God the drops didn't land on my laptop and all of my paperwork. It seems like there are people that live at this property full time. Lots of junk on their patios. I'd stay here again for the price. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

Not bad. Service was great. Front desk was very helpful and they let us have a late check out. The freshly squeezed orange juice machine was nice.

I haven’t seen any hotels has 55” smart tv and I travel a lot. Breakfast is awesome. Fresh bread, and I can make my own orange juice. I would stay here again and recommend

This property is TERRIBLE. I feel like Exp should return my $$. No temp control, towels damp due to cold. No toilet paper holder. No clock, no phone to call the front desk. Sheets not clean. Property has garbage laying around. Worst hotel experience EVER.

I arrived late at around 11pm, and checkin was in some tiny window in some locked office, and I was made to stand in the street. It felt unsafe.

Welcoming and helpful staff at the front desk. Checking in was a breeze. Super clean, convenient, and comfortable room.

The price was good, the room was a good size and the front desk staff was nice. Negative: The shower opened to the toilet and was hard to get into. Water stains on main door and it was so hard to open and close. Holes/burn marks in bedding. We had to get a new key and they didn’t even ask for ID. Just told them what room I wanted it for and they gave it to me.
