Reviews
The hotel is generally perceived as having a great location, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff is frequently praised for being friendly and accommodating. However, there are consistent complaints about the cleanliness and condition of the rooms, with many guests finding them outdated, dusty, and in need of repair. The hotel's parking fees are also a common point of contention.
- Great location
- Friendly and accommodating staff
- Rooms are outdated and in need of repair
- Cleanliness of rooms is inconsistent

We went during the World Cup timeframe where USA was playing at SOFI, it was convenient to get to from the hotel. The hotel was adequately staffed for such a busy time and celebrated the WC by having exhibitors and soccer/futbol decor.
- 5/5
Nice hotel actually looks like it does on the photos. Definitely recommend
- 5/5
We have a great time. The room we had was quite far from the elevator and we had two little dogs. Long walk to take out. Other than that the entire staff was so pleasant. Everyone was kind, smiled and so very accommodating. Would def go back.

Perfect
- 3/5
No info in the room about the property or area. Hair in the bathroom on floor and shower was not very clean. Hard to find anywhere to fill water bottle. Wet elevator floors because the property won't let guests take pool towels off the pool deck so carpets are getting wet and elevator floors slippery with zero signage.

IF YOU HAVE A LOW VEHICLE be careful pulling into the garage, your car will scrape. This is important for show cars! The rooms were clean but the hotel is outdated. There were holes where old shower rails hung in the shower and wallpaper was slightly pulling in the room and hallway. I have to take stars off for the fact that about 10 mins after we settled in our room, a man was able to unlock our room with his keycard. Thankfully, I had the metal lock on the door so he could only open it a few inches. He was nice and not a weirdo, but still I was very bothered by that. After a day of walking around, when I came back to my room, my own room key wouldn’t work and I was scared someone was in our room. I went to the front desk and got everything straightened out with the manager who gave us free breakfast to make up for the mistake. The hotel is very nice and the hotel is in a nice area, but I’m not sure I will stay there again.
- 4/5
The hotel is very quiet and the room was great the staff was friendly. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because the water pressure in the shower was so low it was dangerous... trying to get rinsed off was next to impossible and the shower floor would get so slippery because there wasn't enough water pressure to wash the soap down the drain...you were better off taking a sponge bath in the sink. The other issue we had was Saturday around lunchtime we went down to the bar and restaurant and the female bartender working was not efficient or attentive..she took our order left never came back my drink..I finally got up and went to the bar after about 10 minutes of waiting and asked for my drink she stated she was running around taking everyones order (there was only my husband and myself and 1 other table with 4 people) I stated to her she forgot and she agreed...we had ordered a ceaser salad and a sandwich which took an excessive amount of time to get. (30-40 minutes)

Clean room with a great view of the ocean and pier. Got a chance to get a workout in at their gym, very nice and clean. I love this hotel and I'll be back very soon.
- 5/5
The room was clean, no issues with the keypad or access. All room ammenities were in working condition and balcony had a wonderful view of the ocean and marina. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Theyve created a a fun, refined & relaxed atmosphere which made it feel less commercial and more personalized. The service we received on top of that was top notch. This will definitely become my new spot in Redondo!

They upgraded us because we were celebrating 21 years of wedded bliss. Staff was helpful and accommodating. It took 2 calls to get bedding and pillows that were hyperallergenic.

Great location by the marina. Many good restaurants within walking distance.

The staff were great, especially the people who delivered room service! The rooms are a bit dated and could do with being cleaner. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
- 5/5
Great staff working there..front desk, concergie etc. all great people
- 5/5
Loved the location and the people who work there. The pool area is nice, and has plenty of towels and sun loungers. The bar is a lovely place but does shut a little early for food and drinks. Just be aware that the breakfast buffet is only weekends. During the week it is A Lacarte which is still good but if you’ve prepaid you don’t get the full choice
- 5/5
Super clean! Every inch of this place just smells amazing. We really enjoyed the room as well. Can’t wait to come back and spend more time at the pool.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean room friendly staff. Nice place to stay. Highly recommended
- 5/5
Very beautiful resort like hotel! I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Extra charge for early checkin? Legit but most hotels we frequent will give it to you if room available. Better marketing imho
- 4.5/5
Our room with a balcony overlooking the pool was quiet. The discount for drinks was a nice perk, laundry room. The location, easy walk to restaurants, along tge broadwalk. The toilets by the pool were closed. The restaurant in the eveing was closed, this was not mentioned on the website or when we checked in.

Nice hotel, good location near King Harbor. Onsite parking, friendly staff, clean facilities a plus.

Clean room comfortable bed and pillows. Staff great. Only slight downside, the room looked like it needed a serious refresh
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel. Staff is absolutely great. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Property in a great location! Our room was over 1,000 steps from the elevator! And there were some that were even farther away. That was the only negative to our experience. But it was a very long haul everytime we left or arrived back to our room.

Staff at reception are hit & miss. Not super friendly Concierge and Parking attendants wonderful. Pool area clean and well stocked with towels. Location fantastic and Gym equipment in excellent shape. We were upgraded at check in (with a charge that we were unaware of until check-out) The check in agent wasn't very clear and soft spoken. The room was beautiful but dark and no ocean view at all - however there was construction or something happening above us. We walked by the room above to see if maybe it was a laundry area or something, but it was a room and there were workers in it- when we asked about moving at reception he argued and said- no - there is no one in that room - and offered to move us to it! We suggested that they might want to check on that - someone was in the room. He didn't care. We chose to go back to the room we had originally booked - partial ocean view and were very happy there- At check-out we had to request a refund of the charge of the upgrade. The agent at checkout was delightful.
- 1/5
There is also active construction directly in front of the room, which was not mentioned anywhere at the time of booking. This significantly affects the overall experience and comfort of our stay. At this price range ($400 per night), there are many much better options available with significantly better views and overall quality. Unfortunately, I will not be choosing this hotel again in the future. When I was at the pool, I noticed that the view from there is actually much better than from our room. It might be helpful to clearly indicate that pool view rooms offer a better view at a lower price when guests are choosing between different options. When I pay for an ocean view, I expect a full ocean view. Instead, I was given a partial ocean view, which is quite disappointing. That’s why I’m frustrated with the room assignment, especially considering the price I paid and the expectations set at the time of booking.
- 3/5
Hotel has a nice view, close to ocean but it’s very old and outdated. They need to take out the old carpets. And update it.
- 5/5
The room was spacious, very quiet and clean. The staff are all well trained, polite, and very helpful. I ate breakfast in Sol and it was delicious. The location is excellent. I recommend the Sonesta and I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Walking distance to the Redondo and Hermosa Piers.

The team and staff were very nice and accommodating. However, I noticed that the bathroom still had hair in the sink and the trash had not been emptied. The parking was secure - the top floors are a bit more sparse with some caution signs, but it is still open and available. I wish that I knew to exit with my card instead of returning it at the front desk. I'm not sure if I was charged twice.

It was a nice room and lovely settings. Great value for money nothing
- 3/5
The hotel itself is in a great location. 4-5min drive away from some good eats. But regarding the property itself, the gym is very small. I don’t expect hotel gyms to be big or even adequate for a great workout but if there’s 3 people in there, it’s full. The cardio room is better and has around 8 machines. The shower in my room was probably one of the worst showers I’ve ever had in a hotel. Barely any water pressure, I had to literally bend down directly below the shower head to wash properly. I found a dirty cup behind the curtain that wasn’t picked up from the previous guest that used the room. For around $250 a night, I expected a better room but the views and location are nice
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Nice spacious and clean room, amenities are generally well kept and mostly clean and tidy although being completely full and overrun with children that was hard to achieve, It wasn't very peaceful because of this, and the location is quite isolated from anything interesting.

Our room was comfortable and nicely updated. Plenty of outlets and charging ports without having to crawl behind or underneath furniture (I know...sounds silly, but now that absolutely everything needs a charger, it's a big deal!) The lobby and bar always had good energy and friendly people. At night we enjoyed sitting on the little balcony and listening to the seals in the harbor. The location is convenient to get anywhere, but enough off the piers to be peaceful and quiet. Several airlines must have contracts for rooms for their staff for layovers. There was always a steady stream of pilots and flight crews coming and going. Trust where the professionals go... The only part that wasn't 5 stars was the pool. It seems a bit overlooked and neglected. It is on the second floor, so it can't be a huge pool (water is too heavy for that), but there could be more done to make the very large, open concrete deck more inviting. All in all, definitely a good stay.

Amazing staff - went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special. Beautiful property in a very walkable location. 10/10 recommend.
- 5/5
Only stayed one night, but the hotel was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The room was bigger than expected, with comfortable beds and good coffee!
- 4/5
I have stayed there in past and given it 5/5 stars this stay the room had a bad odor which I dropped the rating. They should know if a room stinks. Other than that it’s a great location overlooking the ocean. You can hear the seals barking in the morning🙂

We had a great stay at Sonesta Redondo Beach & Marina. The location is fantastic—right by the marina and just a short walk to the Redondo Beach pier, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had beautiful coastal views. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. It’s a perfect spot if you want to enjoy the beach while still being close to everything.
- 5/5
The Redondo Beach Sonesta Hotel is a beautiful property, which is directly across from the bay. The hotel is very clean and modern. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. There is an additional $43 per night fee for valet parking or $40 for self parking so we opted for valet.

We stayed five nights in February at the Sonesta Redondo Beach & Marina in an Ocean View double queen room and had an amazing experience. Our balcony overlooked the marina and ocean, and since we visited during breeding season, we could actually hear humpback whales at night — such a rare and unforgettable bonus! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. It offers a bar and restaurant, fitness center, paid laundry room, gift shop, plus a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. The pool area looked fairly basic but was clean and felt safe. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The service truly felt premium — you get what you pay for. Parking is not included ($40/night self-park or $43/night valet). For the small price difference, valet was an easy choice and made everything seamless. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the marina and beach. We loved exploring Redondo Beach and even rented pedal boats, which was affordable and so much fun. It was the perfect home base for exploring the LA coastline while staying conveniently close to the airport. A few minor notes: the bathroom was slightly dated (but clean!), evenings can be lively due to events and outdoor dining (it was ok for us but beware light/early sleepers), and our 5th-floor room had quite a long walk from the elevator — worth it for the view, but something to consider if mobility is a concern. Highly recommend — we would absolutely stay again!

Was not value for money.. what a rip off Pool was empty. Staff where Rude Coffee machine was broken
- 4.5/5
The location is great. We had a good room with a sea view. the housekeeping was excellent. The lobby is very pleasant with a very nice bar. concierge very helpful as are all other front of house staff. A big feature of this hotel is the extensive pool area. This area was closed. I do not recall any notice being given of this until we arrived poolside and found it empty, together with a selection of building materials, barriers etc. We had a week of bad weather so didn't miss much but the temperature reached mid 20s the previous week and the following week.

Room was nice, if dated. parking was an additional $40 a night, pretty steep for the area. Location is very good, 5 minute walk to the harbor. Parking, no water in the room. could use a facelift

Hotel cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. The location was amazing. Front check-in staff not so friendly and the parking garage configuration to access is horrible.

My only issue was that the two lights over either nightstand and the two reading lights did not work
- 3/5
Room ok but maid rarely visited. Sol restaurant only open for breakfast and dinner. Good restaurants within 8 minutes walk. Parking included in room rate unlike other hotels on this trip which charged excessively ($40 per day).
- 5/5
Was a good stay overall. The marathon caused a little issue and I wished I knew about that before I had booked but it is what it is. The staff was nice and the room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

I like the properties location I like the cleanliness of the property and also the amenities. The breakfast was over priced, and there was a hair in my pancakes however, the server was prompt about bringing more pancakes., I didn’t like the valet parking process. It was two times consuming.
- 3/5
Shower hot/cold is also in need of repair. $40 self park in a mostly empty garage is a ripoff, especially considering there’s street parking in the neighborhood nearby that’s free. Lobby was very nice, but inexplicably smelled of rotten eggs upon returning on Sunday evening; makes it kinda difficult to hang out at the bar/restaurant with guests.
- 4/5
Staff was very professional.. Amenities were nice..

Great room nice place clean and beautiful very relaxed after my stay
- 5/5
Great location, garage was easy to use, check in was smooth and simple, room was clean, nice and spacious. I would stay here again and I would recommend for solo, couples and groups.
- 3/5
Everything in the room was a 10/10 but the only reason why I’m leaving low star rating was because upon check in the receptionist looked like I was an inconvenience and he looked annoyed. I didn’t really feel like I was wanted there. I asked a couple questions but never got a word response. It was more of a grunt. It kinda messed up the whole vibe for the rest of the night. And also for some reason I couldn’t connect to the WiFi. Maybe next time it would be different?
- 5/5
The only downside was a lack of basic conveniences. The room had a coffee machine, but there was no water provided to make the coffee. The hotel also did not have a vending machine available, which made it difficult to get water late in the evening. I did call and request complimentary water, and although I was told it would be brought to the room, it never arrived. Aside from that minor inconvenience, the stay was very enjoyable. With just a little more attention to these small details, this would easily be a top-notch experience.
- 5/5
Absolutely love this paradise of a hotel. Clean, friendly folks . Couldn't ask for a better get away .
- 3/5
The room was good. The perfumy scent of the lobby was a bit much. The digital concierge was great. Bed was comfy and clean. Valet was sub par. We actually had a big issue with them. Sonesta is refunding our valet fee because of it. I would still recommend this based on the location and amenities though.
- 5/5
Fantastic location , ocean views. Friendly staff
- 3/5
The property was very decent. My stay was horrible because I paid for an ocean view but saw a parking lot mainly. It really looked like a partial ocean view which wasn’t what I paid for. However the staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Nice, well maintained property. Very comfortable room. Excellent location close to the Redondo pier, restaurants, the Strand bike path.
- 3.5/5
We enjoyed the location since it was very convenient for us to get out and have a long walk on the beach.
- 4.5/5
Covered parking connected to hotel. Hotel within close walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, entertainment. Walking/biking paths to next beach town. Decent bathrooms near beach. There was a big mistake on my bill at checkout. I prepaid for my hotel through booking.com and the hotel charged me again for $1,425. It is still not rectified/refunded. The hotel, also, charged me for an upgraded room that I did not request, but the front desk did remove the upgraded charge. A beachfront room at this hotel overlooks a very large, black parking lot not shown in the online pictures.

Great place to stay courteous staff had SUV with storage rack all valet staff were super great finding a spot in front to park it and shout out to Jacob who went above and beyond to help me with loading and unloading since I was with my wife and 14 year old Shiba, Zuki, with tons of hand luggage. We will definitely start there again on our next trip out.

AWESOME ESCAPE! PERFECTION!

Rooms are very old (mine smelled) and really need a refurbishment
- 5/5
Everything stood out. From the Bellboys, very very helpful, to the front desk, as you enter. And the people, as you check-in and check-out, were all so helpful and courteous! Room was outstanding and clean. A hotel that is pet friendly, which was a plus for us, cause we couldn't find a sitter. Definitely, would recommend your place to friends and family. Four thumbs up, from my wife and I, and Charly, too! Thank you, John
- 3/5
The room was nice but we were not aware of the renovations until we arrived there. We were awaken by the noise. I called to the front desk, the lady said oh they are working on the front. That was beside the point of be awaken by the noise. Other than that it was a nice hotel.
- 5/5
The food was good the service was great.
- 1/5
I was made a lot of false promises, booking here was very stressful. I paid for ocean view I called multiple times regarding my stay to ensure everything was perfect for my boyfriends birthday and nothing went as said. I was given a room with plastic over the window and no view of anything. I will not be staying here again.

Valet is amazing too, very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Loved the location. We took an ocean view room and enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. There are a few nice restaurants that are easily walkable. Walking the boardwalk was nice as well. The pool and hot tub area was great. We Ubered everywhere, but there is a parade attached to the hotel.
- 1/5
We traveled from out of state and paid extra for an ocean view room. Just to arrive to a saw-saw cutting through the exterior of the room next to us all day. From 0700 on. I would have never paid the money we did to listen to construction all day. The beds are old and you slide into the middle of them. Look somewhere else.
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay while in Redondo Beach. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, walking distance tobso many nice restaurants.
- 5/5
Clean, nice views of marina and sunset, kind staff N/A
- 4/5
The Pacific was visible in the distance, but not a beach side hotel. Hotel food prices were way too high. Complimentary coffee would have been nice. The hot tub was cold water the final day of our stay. The bed was very stiff, a pillow top would have been appreciated. Chairs in the room did not exist.
- 4/5
Everything was good. The only thing I didn’t like there was no drinking water in the room not even to a cup of coffee or tea.
- 3.5/5
The balconies were being painted while we stayed, with plastic covering all the windows and blocking any visibility. The room felt like a closed box with no view whatsoever—certainly no ocean view. The scheduling of this work was extremely poor.
- 5/5
Loved walking around Redondo Beach on one side and then Hermosa Beach on the other. Lot's to see and do around the area. The prices for everything were very high.
- 3/5
i reported a possible break in and nothing was done about it. i asked for a report and it was never given. i just felt unsafe.
- 5/5
The valet employees were the sweetest and the hotel is beautiful! My 8yr old even said it was the best vacation ever
- 5/5
Love the view from our room great hotel great people work there very nice staff

The room smelled of musk and dust and possible mold. Our carpet was so dirty it turned my socks black every single day. Do not stay here!!!!!!!
- 5/5
Great views, wonderful location and tons of delicious restaurants within walking distance.
- 3/5
Accessible room was extremely far from elevators.
- 1/5
Didn't hear back from them so called again on September 16th, person at the front desk says there is no notes in the system about this and will send to accounting to fix. Didn't hear back again so called on the 22nd, was told there is no note in the system about this and will direct me to accounting. Staying at the hotel was nice but being charged twice and then two weeks later being told nothing has been done about fixing their issue leaves a sour taste in your mouth. Would recommend staying somewhere that won't double charge you around this area for less head ache.

The property is located across from King Harbor and centrally near a lot of attractions in Redondo Beach which is why I chose it. I also like that it was decently priced and had a bar/restaurant in the the hotel. They impressed me right away with an early check-in at 2:30 as I arrived in town earlier than the 4pm check-in time, however my impressions stopped there. I was told upon my arrival that parking was $40 a day or $41 to valet a day. Then, upon check-in I had to swallow a $30 day resort fee. So much for reasonably priced! Then my room shocked me when I found my balcony was locked and covered with an opaque film due to construction being done. I was switched to a handicap accessible room when I complained and it had a bed that was super high and squeaked and a dark walk in shower. The housekeeping never came the next day even when I made a point to stop at the front desk at 11 am to make sure they would service my room. When I arrived back at 6pm it wasn't serviced. They said they'd bring me towels and water. 45 minutes later housekeeping just brought me towels and no water. Not the best stay I've had at a hotel, but it is close to the King Harbor and centrally located to many attractions in Redondo Beach.

There was one woman at the check in desk that was rude and who refused to honor what we’d been told when we booked. Thankfully the manager straightened it out and made up for it.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, conveniently located, best hotel in the area.
- 5/5
All was good. However, when we checked in, we found that our balcony was covered in plastic for painting. We couldn’t see or walk out that door. We felt that we should have been told in advance.

Rooms decent. Lobby and bar good.

I paid for a partial ocean view and saw the top of a roof. It was distracting. Second, the shower head leaked, so I had to keep a towel on the floor. When booking, there is no mention of parking fees per day. The fees are higher than in Vegas.

Clean room, great amenities. Room service was excellent. Great staff.
- 5/5
The Lobby and staff were excellent. Well designed and the bar area was inviting. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They were a little dated, but in good condition. An excellent location for waterfront activities. Will definitely consider this hotel for future visits.

Bed was comfortable. Food options were great and so was the taste!
- 5/5
I do believe my stay was truly amazing! With the service, scenery and facilities! I’d also like a big shoutout to jack the valet person who provided exceptional service to me and my kids! I also believe that they were very nice and deserve getting a day off😁😁😁

The parking ticket was very difficult to use. It took at least 4-5 times to get the ticket to be accepted.

Great place

Beautiful and clean, excellent staff
- 5/5
What a gem! Staff uppon check in and checkout was quick.... I dont need someone standing there padding my already inflated ego yaada yadda yadda....I want to check in and get to my room to relax. Room was clean, we were only there for the night so the view of Catalina street was ok. Did not go to the pool or anything so cant speak to that. Staff was nice to bring my pregnant wife 2 extra pillows. Bed was super soft and you could not hear any noise from the street outside. Will be back with a swimsuit.

Everything is as clean and kept up. The room was very nice.
- 5/5
All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Haven't seen alot of staff at other places who were as friendly. There is nothing I didn't like. Thank you and will come again.
- 4/5
The room was clean and staff very nice. We didn’t like that the AC was a little load and that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Other then that it is a great hotel. Also Dog friendly :)
- 5/5
The lobby is beautiful and all of the rooms have been updated. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Tennis court, pool and Jacuzzi, as well as an exercise room are part of the property amenities. We came in to the restaurant past breakfast time and they still served us with good cheer and quality food.

The staff at Sonesta are wonderful. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I love that we were able to bring our dog and how accommodating they are. We got dog treats and water and food bowls and really just the warmest welcome. The rooms are very comfortable with nice beds and quiet. We had a small issue with our fire alarm , it was beeping and they immediately took care of it. We will be staying here again and can’t beat the location. The bar was great to watch your game at in the evening with good drinks & food. 10/10

Never experienced such an awful room service: No dusting in 1 full week! Items on counters have not been removed or replaced to swipe (coffee stains stayed during the whole time). Black hairs in the shower stayed for one week (we are blond).
- 2/5
The area and staff are nice but the rooms are dated.
- 4/5
Nice hotel, friendly staff, convenient parking (although not cheap!), and nice walkable location. We were a little disappointed with the road noise on our balcony.
- 4/5
Like quietness of lobby and lounging areas. Requested wake up call never received-big problem.
- 4/5
Great location, clean and warm, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, Bistro very understaffed, and bar lacking many of their menu items; unusual for a holiday weekend.
- 5/5
Clean and beautiful. GREAT staff!

Great location for the BeachLife festival, staff was lovely.
- 2/5
They said bike would be available not! The fees $43 a night was not included for parking.
- 4/5
It is a nice property in a quiet area. It needs some updating, but nice views of the harbor and boats. We rented bikes and road up to Manhattan Beach and Hermosa beach. It was a fun time! I highly recommend doing that!
- 4/5
Good pressure in the shower. Two coffee pods per day to the in room machine. Air conditioning made a TERRIBLE sound and was impossible to have on while sleeping. Pool area was ok but also sounds from air con or something. Could have been avoided by just having some music on.
- 5/5
Great location. Easy to walk to Radondo beach. Staffs are friendly. No complain. I will be back on next month again.
- 5/5
Excellent. The room had a stale air smell at first. We opened the door to the patio. By the second day it was better.

Thank you for the great experience
- 4/5
Great location for Beach Life concert weekend.
- 4/5
The beach life festival was awesome, Ike paths and nearby resturaunt ts good.
- 3/5
Nice hotel; great location for the Beachlife festival. Not so enamored with the daily $30 “destination” charge, which gets you effectively nothing that wasn’t once free, and even less impressed with the lack of late checkout availability unless you subscribe to a sliding scale of charges based on time. Add that to the not insignificant room fees and it all just feels like avarice. Now you know…
- 5/5
all good in all ways
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
We had good service.. no issues
- 5/5
It was an awesome hotel for the Beachlife Festival. Can't wait to go back next year.

Amazing experience
- 2/5
The property is an an convient location. We stayed at another hotel down the road which was 5 star all around. The last night qe switched up to this location as it was still an event weekend. The room was over 800 for a standars king. The rooms are outdated and matrss and pullows are like concrete. There is nothing fancy aboutbthe rooms. The main area is very nice classy. The staff fruendlt and helpful. I do. Not reccomend if you want a good nights rest.
- 5/5
Convenient and perfectly located for the festival. Will stay here again.
- 5/5
Very clean and nice hotel.. close to restaurants and shops.
- 5/5
Friendly, efficient staff. Greta location and views.
- 1/5
Terrible experience!!!! Nowhere in our booking info was there notice that a music festival was taking place across the street and that all entrances to the hotel - inc the parking lot - would be barricaded. We paid almost $700 to stay ONE NIGHT because my daughter had to take the SAT at 8am at Redondo Union High School. Instead we didn't get to our room until midnight and the front desk staff couldn't have been less helpful or apologetic. Instead, we had to beg to park in the loading zone then handed our car key to the front desk to give to valet. In the morning, exhausted and in a rush - valet couldn't find our car and I hadn't been given a ticket! This experience was MISERABLE!!!!!!
- 5/5
Friendly staff, great accommodations. Had a wonderful long stay.
- 5/5
I want to say that this was the best stay at a hotel ever. Friendly and fast personnel. Clean and quiet. Easy parking and a nice store and bar. Close to the pier for dinner and sights and sounds. We will be back!
- 5/5
The staff and the property was great. My view was magnificent. My only complaint is parking is $40 a day. For guests I think that is too steep. Other than that the staff was always helpful and nice. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Was super quiete when I was there.
- 3/5
Checkin is pretty late at4pm. We asked if it was possible to check in once the room was clean and available but they said they would have to charge us an additional 40$ to check in before 4! We ended up paying for vale but when we would leave in the morning they would just hand us the key to go get our car ourselves! They did however park it upon returning back to the hotel at the end of the day. We told the front desk who seemed surprised but not sure anything was done about it . Over all great location and pretty good hotel
- 5/5
It was absolutely amazing. The view was amazing looking over the beach. The pool and hot tub area was immaculate and super chic.
