Clean comfortable. First floor was nice with the dogs. Noisy, not sure where it was coming from.
- 3/5
I lived in this hotel for 2 weeks and only provided with 1 roll of toilet paper, there is only one pot and a pan which is so small, with one tiny soap and tiny tube of shampoo. Cabinet have no cover so if you cook it would definitely have that smell in your clothes.
- 4/5
Only problem is room cleaning never happens until two weeks

The bed was not comfortable, and didn’t have enough blankets. I was awaken early by a barking dog a couple of rooms down the hall. There was no coffee in the room.

Not super impressed. Clean but bed seemed similar to a cot

Courteous staff Not informed about keyboard inserted for room lighting. Had to stumble on this ourselves.

Other than that I was quite impressed with place.

I don’t like having to go exchange my dirty towels and washcloths downstairs in order to get new one but everything else was fine.

Several doors are broken in the facility, so while I was checking in, guests were banging on both sides of the building attempting to get in for 5+ minutes. When I finally arrived at my room, there were long black hairs all over the bathroom and the bed had the sparsest bedding I’ve ever seen in a hotel. I suppose this is what you get for staying at a more economical hotel, but this was far, far below what I expected. There are several hotels in the area around the same cost, I would highly recommend checking those ones out before ever staying here. Absolutely awful experience and the room hadn’t been non-refundable I would have cancelled and booked elsewhere.

Good. We had pleasant stay
- 3/5
Decent for price, but bed/bedding was underwhelming.
- 5/5
It’s basic - but clean, safe and staff was nice. My criteria - if you want fancy - not your place - clean, safe and nice staff; it’s perfect. I just sleep and shower there. If this is what you are looking for book it. Reminds me of a basic Europe room.

- 4/5
The stay was overall good. The office hours are from 9am to 10pm if you are arriving late I would suggest you to call earlier and let the front desk know.
- 2/5
Room was on the roadside of the building, got a lot of road noise in the room. Could hear people in the next room, heard their alarm clock each morning. The in-room refrigerator made noise when it was running.

Clean room / no amenities beside shampoo / staff friendly and modern and minimalistic envioroment
- 5/5
Very nice staff, quick check-in, free parking!
- 5/5
There's cheap, and then there's economic, this is a really plush economic. Very much enjoyed my stay, very clean, and nicely oriented rooms. Only two criticisms, are that I wish there was a bit more sound proofing-it's not terrible, but leaves a little more to be desired, and a few little more soap, tissues, etc. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone on a budget!
- 5/5
Room is very clean. The chair should be replaced it is severely worn. Beside that everything else was great.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice kitchen set up for cooking. Bed was soft and i slept well.
- 5/5
Very clean and efficient room. Quick friendly check in.
- 1/5
Room and staff couldn’t even give me an extra blanket. No hand towels in bathroom. Not interested in pleasing at all
- 5/5
It's definitely a lot more sanitary in my opinion. The hotel felt safe due to not being able to enter without a key card super smart design, wish all hotels did that! Only one small thing was no Keurig in the room, only coffee available was in the lobby other than that it was perfect. I will definitely stay there again or at another one of their properties. Thank you!
- 4/5
Good
- 1/5
After hours noise kept us up. Also unlisted dog cleaning charge was BS. Please make all charges clear.
- 2/5
There is mold on the bedsheet.
- 5/5
Having a dishwasher and dishes was great. Amount of storage space was appreciated. Beds could have been more comfortable with thicker comforters. I also think 4 people shouldn’t be expected to get only one towel each for a 11-day duration trip. We shouldn’t be expected to pay a fee to switch towels or wash our own towels. We should have more towels at our disposal for a trip over 5 days.
- 4/5
Strong smell of weed outside of the hotel always. I have to take my dog out in the middle of night. I feel uncomfortable because of that.
- 1/5
There is never no mention of a deposit on a website and when we went to go check in they wouldn't accept our cash that we had for a deposit because they said it had to be on a card with our name on it and so we never even got to stay and they still charge my card I would like a full pledge deposit back please
- 4/5
This was our second stay at the hotel. It doesn't provide a breakfast option. The office wasn't open often, which was strange. People didn't clean up very well where they took their pets or smoked.
- 5/5
Clean room. One key card stopped working on the exterior doors after 12 hours. The office was not open to fix the problem.
- 5/5
It was smooth I showed up late at night and front desk was closed but answered the after hrs phone quick and came to the desk and already had my reservation in que. I used the hotels app just 45 min before no problem the deposit was not mentioned on the total price of add b. The room was fresh and had a full fridge and stove and a dish washer which I have never scene in a room all was nice and check out at 11am or closer to 12 was not a issue and that was it I was on my was thank you .
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
- 4/5
The hotel room is just fine, but I noticed that there are many long term people staying there for work. I was awoke from sleep at 5 am on BOTH mornings by very loud music from the room next door. I needed to call the front desk both morning to get the music turned off. This only shows the type of folks staying here!
- 2/5
Took 15 mins for someone to answer the front desk. Walls are thin. Location is convenient but you must drive to amenities.
- 1/5
This place smells horrible. There are multiple, competing air fresheners throughout the facility (elevator, lobby, hallways), trying to mask who knows what. It is a very affordable option for those who require it. I will never stay there again.
- 5/5
When it rains, the water drip lands 9n the AC unit making it difficult to sleep.
- 5/5
It’s a great place to stay with pets. The rooms are very simple and clean. The best thing is it’s so inexpensive!
- 1/5
Not clean at all
- 3/5
Front desk staff was horrible. Room keys constantly quit working and was known to be an issue by front desk. Could not gain access from perimeter doors which means going all the way through lobby every time
- 5/5
Great staff and team. Very good place to stay for long term stays.
- 5/5
clean room
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable
- 3/5
No bath soap, they kitchen but no cleaning stuff. Microwave broken and waited 1 day to get fixed. They dont change linen
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable room with full kitchen.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, laundry available
- 1/5
The room was small, the bed was a very uncomfortable cot, the chair was very worn out and it seemed like a place where the homeless folks lived. We decided not to stay there and were declined a refund. I spoke to customer service at Expedia, and they attempted a few times to help us out, but were not successful. I asked for a compromise, I'd pay for the first night we didn't stay there but would like a refund for the second night we had booked. The answer was no. Avoid this place at all costs.
- 5/5
Nice and clean, I felt safe here and the staff was great. I would stay here again for sure.
- 1/5
They allowed me to place my luggage in the lobby before check-in time. AT MY OWN RISK. Cons: Bathroom fan did not work, asked them to fix it three times, each time they said they made a note of it and will send somebody to fix it. Nobody ever came to even look at it. Cleanliness: bathroom was cleaned when we arrived. We stayed there for about 8 days. After 5 days I asked them to clean the bathroom, and they said they only clean every 2 weeks unless I pay. The area around the property was not walkable. WiFi was limited to only two devices. They charged me $30 extra for soiled linen. There would be no hot chocolate packs or tea bags if you arrived in the lobby little bit late in the morning. They provided very little toiletry, not even a decent shampoo. When mentioned, they told me: "do you expect us to provide EVERYTHING for you?" VERY RUDELY. We booked there for three people. But there was only two of everything when we got there: 2 plates, 2 bowls. 2 glasses, 2 cups. They gave us more after we asked several times. They took a $50 deposit, but have not returned it yet! I just noticed that there was a $6.25 charge from them on my credit card on my bank statement, after I had checked out and returned my keys. I am glad I am out of there. I stayed there this long just because I had already taken my luggage there, and it was not easy to move.

Ok. Old

I had many obstacles during this trip. I would prefer not to say.

Our first time staying and we were pleasantly surprised how nice the property and staff were. If in the Redmond area Woodspring Suite be our first choice.
- 3/5
No one was at front desk. I waited 15 minutes then another guest pointed out a phone in the entryway and said to use that. I called and got someone but it was still several minutes before he showed up at the front desk. Room was clean but walls are thin.
- 4/5
Nice hotel, full kitchen in the room, however not enough tools for cooking.
- 1/5
I normally don’t write reviews but this place was awful. No house keeping and when I called requesting a wake up call the receptionist said they don’t do wake up calls, though they are 24hrs. I asked about house keeping while on the phone and the receptionist told me house keeping comes biweekly, pretty gross if you ask me. I travel a lot for work and this was a last minute booking, I would not recommend this place and will not be coming back.
- 3/5
Check in and out is fairly quick. I didn’t like the $50 extra damage deposit at check in. Bed was hard. No continental breakfast but at least there was coffee
- 3/5
Exactly what we needed, just a place to lay our head and get cleaned up from our travels. Nothing fancy and no extra frills. Staff was outstanding with communication, friendliness, clarity, and responsiveness.
- 4/5
It was nice and clean. I was afraid when I saw pets being permitted, but the floor was hardwood/laminate throughout and I smelled clean.
- 1/5
By far one of the worst stays we have had. It started off by getting charged twice for my stay. The hotels.com site mentioned nothing about having to pay for room service. Made no mention that you have to bring your own towels, shampoo and conditioner, you need to pay for toilet paper or bring your own. Got charged an extra $20 for needing an extra key. Oh and it’s next door to a cemetery! Definitely not a regular hotel as advertised. Affordable but too much of an extra hassle. Would not stay here again.
- 3/5
The room was clean and nice. I was staying one night. At check-in, I asked to be on the quieter side of the hotel since I am sensitive to noise. I was told the rooms were already assigned . He stated that he could maybe change the room in the morning!! Again, I was only booked for one night. Needless to say, I did not sleep well even with earplugs.
- 1/5
We booked 4 months ago and prepaid. Went to check in and were told our room was damaged and we could not have it. No phone call to warn us so we could make other arrangements. Clerk hid from us for 25 minutes. Would NOT help us in any way, shape or form. Do NOT stay here, Motel 6 would be safer. Thank goodness I worked with Expedia, they were very helpful.
- 1/5
Room reservation was canceled on date of arrival due to the hotel being overbooked.
- 3/5
Really bare bones hotel as expected and it was clean and friendly enough. The bed is so hard though absolutely horrible to lay on, the worst I’ve ever slept on. It was okay for one night but I could not have slept on this bed any longer without serious pain.
- 2/5
You can here everything, there is no peace in your room.
- 1/5
Cancelled my stay the day of cause overbooked
- 4/5
Good location
- 3/5
It is close to Marymoor Park. Check in was slow. We had two staff members knock on our door at 10 and then 10:30 am. Check out was 11 am. It made you feel unwelcome. Road was loud at night. But it was close to the venue and walking was safe. Convenient to grocery stores too.
- 4/5
Everything was clean. I only slept there one night. Didn’t use anything at the location. The 50 dollar deposit was not explained to me and their weren’t face towels, just medium and large sized ones.
- 1/5
Even though their website states that they're pet friendly, they don't accept cats. This is a very confusing message. I am a disabled person who has an emotional support animal, who was looking to stay long term in a hotel until my apartment was ready in 2 weeks. I just moved from Texas and don't have friends or family around. They threw me out and was homeless while the refund wad processing, which took 9 days. I ended up sleeping in my car with my cat, and they could care less about finding me other alternatives of accommodations. And when I did ask for help on that, they gave me a list of homeless shelters. Mind you, I already signed a hotel contract that was a requirement and was very honest about my 17 year old cat, they didn't ask me about her until AFTERWARDS.
- 4/5
The area was clean and quiet. I felt safe. Brandon at the check in desk however, was abrupt and unfriendly. The beds weren't attached to the wall like other hotels and when you sat on it or tossed in the night, it banged on the wall and the metal frame scraped on the floor. I felt sorry for my neighbors and the ones below us. No hand towels or any bath amenities here. No coffee pot which is odd for an extended stay place with a kitchenette.
- 5/5
It was clean and staffs were friendly
- 3/5
Good location no one at desk upon check out. Waited for awhile before just leaving.
- 3/5
I stayed at WoodSpring Suites for a night and while the property was clean, I found the staff to be less helpful. Check-in is only allowed till 10 PM with no flexibility, and the same applies to checkout. The mattress was quite uncomfortable, and the AC didn’t function properly, which made it hard to sleep. There also weren’t enough toiletries in the bathroom. Although I appreciate the concept of suites, I wouldn’t choose this place again, especially for a short stay.
- 5/5
everything was wonderful. easy access for my wheelchair. room was clean and roomy. plenty of shelves, drawers and closet space. bathroom was spacious and safety bars. very ada friendly. the employees were all very friendly and helpful. even the customers were friendly that stayed there. plenty of stores and restaurants within walking or in my case rolling distance from the hotel. and a great laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers. i truly enjoyed my stay and plan to stay there in the future.
- 4/5
Its basic, but clean and up to date. For a single person or a couple for just a couple of days it would be fine. Good location.
- 1/5
Extra charge
- 1/5
Bed was terrible, they said they fixed it, but they didn't. Won't come back.
- 4/5
Clean, simple, affordable with everything you need
- 4/5
coffee lobby prefer to have coffee pot in room
- 5/5
Love!
- 4/5
Convenient location, target and Whole Foods within walking distance. No daily cleaning. The kitchen has no cutlery or cutting boards, no coffee machine, very limited utensils and small pots. Not really able to cook a meal. Otherwise, good size rooms and bathroom.
- 5/5
Everything was very comfortable and clean.
- 3/5
Delays and confusion at check in. Staff were friendly but check in process took 33 minutes and included add on fees not disclosed at time of booking. Room was clean but very basic, no hand towels were provided. I'll look elsewhere when booking a room next time.
- 3/5
This property key not working and also they can't resolve esay this problem I went so many times to the reception She can't resolved esay key problems. It was very bad.
- 2/5
No tissues available. 1 micro-sized bar of soap for use in both sink and shower. Shower dripped all night.
- 1/5
I was charged a certain amount on my card for some makeup that could of been easily washed out and was told I wouldn’t be charged without me being aware and I was not, nor was I told about these types of charges in this hotel when I checked in. Very disappointing.
- 1/5
I never even stayed here, I made a reservation and came in and cancelled it IN PERSON. They charged me for the first night 5 DAYS LATER, I called got it sorted out. WRONG!!! Two days after that they CHARGED ME AGAIN! So to summarize, I made a res that was to be payed in person, cancelled in person and they charged me for two nights after I called and told them to stop after the first one. Manager won’t talk to me, staff is totally brain dead. Avoid this hole of desperation!
- 2/5
Check in experience was not good . Staff was not friendly at all. And lift was not working so I need to carry luggage on upper floor
- 2/5
The night staff didn't try to help resolve any issues - just complain.
- 1/5
ac is broken. elevator is not working but room is at 3rd floor. amenities for 4 persons is less. wifi is not working.
- 1/5
When I arrived to check-in, I was informed that my assigned room would not have power, lighting, heat and wifi or working outlets, meaning I would not even be able to charge my phone. I explained to the maanger on duty that I had booked the hotel because my home was without power due to the windstorm. Despite this, I was told I could pay an additional $50 for a room on the third floor, where some rooms have electricity. My reservation was prepaid, I expected that electricity and heat are essential amenities to be provided without further expense. Given the circumstance, I found it unacceptable to be asked to pay extra for a fundamental service, and as result, I left the hotel without staying for the night. I am still asking for my refund as I was unable to use the accomodation.
- 5/5
Very clean , the only thing don’t get room on the road side, too. Uhc of vehicles passing
- 5/5
If needed I will always give this place my business. Katrina is awesome as well as Theresa. Great spot for extended or short stays!
- 4/5
Plenty of room, bed just so-so but all in all good experience
- 4/5
Very friendly and helpful staff . Excellent exercise equipment. Wish there was a swimming pool.
- 3/5
Need to fix the bed, they are unstable making it difficult to sleep (rocking bed)
- 2/5
Bed was noisy. Check in took too long with extra chit chat late at night
- 3/5
Staff was lesz than pleasant.
- 1/5
The staff here is also kind of arrogant. I complained about the noise to them. they just told me that they know this but they have no ways to handle it. they cannot change the room for me even if the hotel is not full, which I can clearly see from its almost empty parking lot. They gave me two ear plugs and one noisy maker and asked me tried it. It is ridiculous to wear two earplugs to sleep in a hotel. And here, I would also thank Expedia staffs, they called and contacted the hotel staff multiple staff. Although they cannot get my room changed, but I really appreciate their help! The air quality in this hotel is bad, it has a strange smell. I have a portable air quality tester because I am pretty sensitive to pollution. In the room, my air quality tester says light, and sometimes serious pollution, which worried me a lot while staying in this hotel.
- 3/5
Bed was shaky we laying in it, went forward and back - remote for TV did not work
- 4/5
Ok
- 1/5
Dishonest management- still waiting on the refund from the days I had to check out early.
- 4/5
Nice hotel, good parking, nice rooms. Could use clearer parking signs from main road.
- 4/5
Loved all the details especially for keeping everything safe. The extra security of cards that needed to be swiped twice to get into the building and the hangers for on your rear view mirror to indicate you are indeed a guest are just two things that made me feel safe. I was also glad it was truly dog ( and people friendly) including the magnetic sign you put on the door indicating there is a pet inside. And every staff member I met was friendly. Which are just some of the reasons I would return if in the area.
- 5/5
Great stay!!! The bed was terrible. The frame anyway. Everytime we moved it tried to roll away.
- 4/5
Rooms were modern, well maintained. Bed not so comfy. Didn’t offer much toiletries as other hotels, such as a shower cap, body wash, napkins. There was hair on the sink from someone else’s stay. Overall, decent stay for the price range.
- 2/5
Way too many scentsys smells like a perfume parlour
- 5/5
It's like a studio apartment,it had everything in the unit.
- 3/5
There’s no housekeeping unless you ask & pay extra for cleaning the room & new sheets. Otherwise, bring your cleaning supplies inc wash detergent bc it’s your responsibility to keep the room clean. I wasn’t quite expecting this, but it would’ve been ok, except when I first got to my room, the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The tub/shower still had occasional hair strands in the tub & sink. I just took pics & disinfected it myself. I hate finding someone else’s hair in the bathroom Im supposed to use. Bottom line is, it’s a decent place to stay, but you get what you pay for & that’s ok too… just be prepared. I am handicapped & traveling alone so the last thing I want to do is lug out a bag of garbage from my room & take it all the way to the trash bin while walking with a cane! The staff could be a little more personable, smile, that would be a welcome treat. Also the bed is softer than I would’ve liked, plus its on 4 legs only, so every time you move, the bed bangs against the wall, so they need to fix that.
- 2/5
They mistakenly charged me the deposit fee and have yet to reverse the charge. Would not stay here again
- 4/5
It was fine. However, I could not control the AC unit. It just stayed on and was close to 55* in my room. I like it cold so it was fine, but I would like to have the ability to control the temperature in the room. Aside from that, it was a fine place to stay.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 3/5
It was fine
- 5/5
This property is surrounded with Costco, Wholefoods, Trader Joes and dining options a few minutes away. The rooms are nice with great amenities, room laundry on the first floor, nice lobby with coffee in the morning and a nice fitness center. Free parking on sight, sitting and smoking area outside. Quite, clean & safe! Nice & friendly staff. Will definitely book it again when I'm visiting.
- 1/5
In the morning, I spoke to the manager and she said she would call me after she looks into the rooms. Not only did she not call, they said only thing they could provide was room cleaning. Even then, the room was never cleaned. I would warn travelers not to stay at this place!!
- 3/5
Descent clean no thrills hotel with kitchenette.
- 2/5
Noisy rooms with vibrating walls, housekeeping was 3 days late, lots of extra fees, stuffy gym; it is pet friendly and close to 3 grocery stores
- 4/5
If need a place to just relax this is the place
- 4/5
There was no soap to wash dishes in the sink. Otherwise, it was extremely clean.
- 4/5
It was a good stay
- 2/5
We like to use microwaves and the glass plate was missing, ask staff to bring one ,no luck, lots of hairs on the bathroom floor, told to the staff too and then we are charged for the dirty towel. On top of that our passport was photocopied ,which happened only in this hotel.
- 3/5
This was a very clean hotel, the staff was friendly, and the room itself was nice and cozy. It was on the other hand right next to a busy road which was noisy and could be heard from the room and the bed was unstable and flimsy, it was uncomfortable. Over all the stay was average, but I would not book again because of the bed.
- 4/5
Everything was fine.
- 1/5
In conviene that those employees are getting paid by the hour and want to charge us a fee to check in. I understand if they had to drive back but they are already there. Didn’t get checked in and I lost $200 on a room I didn’t sleep in. Also drove home 2.5 hours sleepy because I had no where to stay. Would never book there again. Zack needs to not be on FaceTime when dealing with customers. Super unprofessional.
- 2/5
The lady from alabama at the front desk when we were checking out was awesome, though!
- 5/5
Great staff. Super clean. Lots of construction around that area. Good value. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
- 5/5
Close to freeway and other amenities
- 3/5
Kind of shabby, truth be told. Very thin walls, damaged furniture, minimal bath linens (especially considering the lack of maid service). The bed was adequate. I had no use for the kitchen facilities, since I was visiting my son, who has an apartment in Redmond. I've stayed at a number of other hotels in the area, and while this is the least expensive (not by a lot), I don't think I'll be coming back.
- 4/5
Close to town. 15- 20 minute walk to Redmond Town center. Would stay again.
- 4/5
Lots of food options right down the road, easy walk. Relatively quiet area a short drive from the park. Room felt spacious, updated, and clean. It had two cups mugs, plates, bowls, pots, and utensils. Free coffee machine in the lobby with decaf or regular and a gym with a cable machine, some Pelleton cardio equipment, and water. Dog fees included a $50 cleaning fee that wasn't listed on Expedia and the $5/day fee which was. I thought the cleaning fee replace the daily fee because it was the only one on the receipt at check-in, but it didn't. We had a change of plans and checked out early but still got charged the daily fee for the night we weren't there.
- 4/5
Bed was not very comfortable but room was nice.
- 5/5
