Great property. Clean and well appointed gym

New, decent size. The breakfast is high quality, given most hotel breakfast quality drop like stone. It has pork saugage, veggie like cauliflower, even a waiter on site making eggs.

Pool was heated this time, it’s good! Pull out bed in our room was not comfortable at all and the blanket provided was scratchy. The pull out bed where we stayed before was a lot better. We will come back for sure. Thank you

I enjoyed this stay! The only issue was checking in. The women at the front desk was very passive aggressive and seemed annoyed as soon as i walked in. She said everything super fast about the breakfast and amenities. She didnt give wifi password and she was not very friendly. Not one smile from her but the hotel was great as well as the breakfast staff.

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend. It’s our first time here and it did not disappoint. Our room was clean and nice. Staff was good except when we asked for something from housekeeping and they never came despite my multiple calls. My husband ended up getting it himself at the front desk. But anyhow, our experience is still great. I definitely reccommend.
- 5/5
Excellent! Staff was friendly. Breakfast delicious. Pool was chilly. The backyard and cornhole was enjoyed by the family!
- 5/5
Friendly staff & very clean. The room was large my husband loves firm beds I like soft so he enjoyed the bed I struggled a bit but the bedding and pillows made up for it. Breakfast was really good in the morning also. This trip I didn’t get it check the gym but I am sure it was great.

The only things were that the shower stall seemed slightly small. May have been because it was a handicap accessible room. The other thing was lack of space to neatly store baggage.
- 5/5
Clean, good breakfast, spacious rooms. Sofa mattress thin and not comfortable. Otherwise our stay was great.

Great place.

Most everything was good. There were some stains on the couch which to be fair, could be easily missed with the fabric. My biggest issue was checking out, the front desk reminded of the $15 daily charge for parking as I handed over 2 key cards. I then tried to leave but was unable to as the gate wouldn’t lift without a card. Some easy customer service to say hold onto at least one to get out from parking that they were already on subject for and turn it in at the little box provided. Idk.. just seemed odd to take the time to remind me of a charge but not how to get out. Then I had to push it multiple times without an answer with cars lined up behind me. Everything else was nice enough but left annoyed and inconvenienced, thinking it could have been avoided with a simple kindness of a few words.
- 1/5
Staff did not want to check me out and were being very difficult and disrespectful.
- 5/5
Facility was clean, convenient and close to activities/restaurants
- 5/5
Very nice room. Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We come here annually and will be back next year!
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Clean, large rooms, amazing breakfast. Has a nice gym, covered pool, has laundry room, covered parking. Felt very safe since you need a room key to go up the elevator.
- 5/5
Great breakfast
- 4/5
Loved the Kitchen didn’t use it but was happy to have it mainly picked this place by the shower walk in glass so no rust tried to go to the bar for birthday and they closed an hour early
- 5/5
Very clean and modern. Awesome breakfast. Relatively close to everything. Everything worked great. A little noise from the neighbors but not too bad. We would definitely stay hete again.

We had such an amazing time i will definitely stay here again we loved it
- 2/5
Very dirty room, lots of hair everywhere and the pillows smelled like unwashed hair.
- 5/5
It was a great place for 5 of us. When we couldn’t make it for breakfast we were able to cook in the suite which had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful!
- 1/5
They gave our room to someone that walked in off the street so one of our guest had to sleep on a blowup mattress and it’s a good thing that me other guest didn’t come there would have been no room. This was the worst experience we had been with out power for five days. We had explained to the manager that this was our first till at this hotel he didn’t explain anything about the hotel. I will not be returning to this hotel.
- 5/5
It was exactly what we needed for a short weekend stay.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing except that the lady at the front desk did not seem like she was interested in working there
- 5/5
This was our second visit at Elements Redmond and I can only say positive things about it. The room, kitchenette and beds were all spotless clean and neat. Almost everything was there in the kitchen for longer stay and cooking/dining. Both the room and bathroom were spacious. Neighbourhood is a newly developed area and was safe and quite. Underground parking had a fee (USD15) and looked safe. Food selection in breakfast was very good and at a much higher standard than an equivalent US hotel with fresh waffle, omellette, coffee and bread+croissant options, fresh fruit with greek yogurt selection. Overall I can easily say that this is one of the best hotel options if you stay in Redmond and in suburbs of Seattle if you have a car.
- 4/5
The room is spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast is awesome. The only thing that I could say is that the pool is on the small side and the water is a bit too salty. Both my kids couldn’t stay for too long. Overall it is still a pretty good short getaway stay.
- 4/5
Good stay. The hotel is two hotels in one. Where my room was situated, it made going to the gym and using the small pool a bit of a trek. Staff were friendly.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Friendly staff free breakfast clean and safe. You can walk to stores and restaurants and a restaurant for happy hour and dinner on premises. Great for long term
- 5/5
Breakfast was excellent. Room was big. Beds were confortable. Bus/light rail stops a couple of minutes away.
- 5/5
Loved the breakfast and how clean and helpful staff is. Kids loved the pool and how it was warmed up for them.
- 5/5
We were planning to stay closer to Bellevue, but decided to stay here at the last moment. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely come back here again. It is a short drive to Bellevue and the city, but we felt very safe and the rooms were spacious. The pool and amenities were nice.
- 4/5
This hotel has the potential to be lovely, the rooms are quite large and have great kitchenettes. The hotel charges for parking ($15) which is unfortunate, being that this hotel is not in the city center but in an suburb, which is not typical. The breakfast was not great.
- 5/5
We really loved staying at the Element! The room was very spacious and the sofa bed was perfect for our 3rd child! The room temp was easy to control. Our beds were very comfy. The breakfast was AMAZING with many options and an egg making station. They even had some yummy guava juice. We enjoyed playing in the pool as a family, but sadly missed having a hot tub. Overall, we felt very spoiled and can’t wait to stay in another Marriott property!
- 5/5
It was a great place to stay, and was very clean. The staff were very friendly.
- 4/5
Very nice room but not quiet. Breakfast had good options but limited seating was a joke! People were sitting on floors, window ledges, etc. Hotel could easily put in several more tables and chairs to accommodate. Floor plan was very confusing, attached to another hotel (we kept coming out at the wrong hotel!).
- 5/5
Very beautiful hotel :-)
- 5/5
Very organized and comfortable at ease place to stay either long term or short term. Highly suggested.
- 5/5
It’s a nice place
- 3/5
I noticed some very unsafe practices that this hotel did that we haven’t ever encountered before. The toast section had open jars of peanut butter and an assortment of jams. Most restaurants and hotel breakfast offer these items in individual packs instead of open containers. The way that this impacted my daughter who has a peanut allergy is because of contamination of the surrounding areas. We watched a person use the peanut butter, placed the knife down and then lick her fingers where the peanut butter spread. She then went to the waffle machine to get the waffle which was ready to remove. Touching that handle then contaminates the machine making it unsafe. It is unreasonable for us to assume places to be but free. However making small and still convenient options like the individual packages goes a long way to ensure someone’s safety while taking advantage of a free breakfast. There is no guarantee of total safety but it is safer than nothing. I spoke to the acting supervisor and she said that it is inconvenient for them to offer this.

They overcharged me two payments.

Great stay at Element Redmond! Clean space, good parking on site, dog friendly!

Nice property. No frills. But staff were so kind and sweet! Safe area!
- 4/5
It is adequate but not much to eat nearby
- 5/5
The rooms with full kitchens were spacious, clean, and well appointed. Our interactions with staff were highly positive and I can’t think of one thing I would add to the breakfast selection. My family and I will certainly stay there again.
- 5/5
Brand new very well designed hotel. Breakfast is definitely one of the best you can get.

I loved the blonde front desk lady she was so sweet and helpful!

Enjoyed that the breakfast was more significant than a typical continental breakfast. Very clean rooms and a great ambiance.
- 5/5
It was a great stay for our family. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly! We visited this place from Canada
- 5/5
Very happy with our stay here, will definitely stay here again if in this are
- 5/5
One of the rooms that was reserved was not what we were given at the time of check-in, but to make things right staff gave us an additional complementary room for the night, which was GREAT!!
- 5/5
The hotel has good service; the staff is accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The room is clean, bright, and spacious. The backyard is accessible with herb garden, fireplace, and many sitting areas. Friendly for all ages. The buffet breakfast is awesome with fresh fruit, a variety of hot and baked goods. A chef was there to make custom omelettes.
- 5/5
Place was super nice
- 5/5
Our room was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook a full meal. The entire hotel is very clean and many dining options are walkable. The breakfast was also delicious. There is also laundry facilities available at the hotel which we found very convenient. The front desk staff were all a delight and so accommodating. Even my son said i should give them a 6/5 review.
- 4/5
Good stay all around plus the breakfast was great every morning

The staff and service at this property were amazing. They originally checked us into the wrong type of room, and when I realized it an hour or so later, they switched us right away. We had other little minor issues (battery dead in locking safe, tripped breaker for fridge, couldn’t figure out motorized blackout blinds), and someone was up within 5 minutes each time, and they were extremely pleasant and accommodating. The only complaint we had was one morning, there were a bunch of garbage bins being moved around on the street right outside our window at 6:30 am, which woke up my husband (hotel said it usually doesn’t happen till 8:00 am, and not sure if that was something in their control or not). The breakfast included has extensive hot choices, and many things were replenished even right up to the cutoff time for late risers like us. Swimming pool is a bit small and colder than expected, and no hot tub, but we only used it once. If you have a car, the location is an easy quick drive into Seattle, and way more bang for your buck than trying to find a comparable place downtown. We will definitely stay at Element again if we need to come to Seattle.
- 4/5
Modern facility with friendly staff.Mins away from Dinning and Shopping.
- 5/5
Quiet, clean and very comfortable.
- 5/5
This hotel is absolutely fabulous. Clean, eco friendly, and great staff. We will be returning to this hotel on any future trips to the Seattle area.
- 5/5
amazing, the room for 5 very comfortable, full kitchen, the whole building very nice.
- 4/5
I paid $270 from out of state where we don't pay taxes. I had to pay for parking and in fact got double billed for it because they were not clear on how parking Works yes you have to pay for parking it 15 to $17 while at their hotel if you want to use their parking. The breakfast was amazing the people were awesome it's the second time I've stayed in that complex because element is one side and loft is the other. The bed was firm not uncomfortable but not like the one I have at home. The studio room did not have the couch that I was expecting it at a chair and ottoman so I was kind of disappointed because by the time it was after the concert we had come to see so like midnight so I had to sleep next to my 5-year-old which is always knees and elbows fun. I will follow up with them about getting a refund for being double billed on the parking but all in all not a bad trip just be mindful of asking questions about stuff the minute you see a problem. The breakfast was great and worth the extra money to get elements versus Loft.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back.
- 3/5
Also the bed was far too firm for my taste. the amenities were good, the breakfast quality was pretty poor. It's really nice to have real plates and silverware provided, but I thought it was pretty funny that the plates were too big for the microwave.
- 2/5
Accommodations disappointing. Need to call Marriott Bonvoy hotels to confirm what comes with room as each location varies. Inconsistent.
- 4/5
The hotel is dog friendly. Convenient location with many restaurants nearby. A bit crowded in the neighborhood due to road construction. There was a Dogtopia and dog park nearby. I will come back again with my dog.
- 3/5
The pool was EMPTY, 3 very disappointed kids on spring break. The microwave stopped working and we had someone come up, they flipped the breaker. The box fell from behind the TV and it stopped working, we had to ask someone to come up to the room again.

It was an inconvenient area as there was not enough parking spots available to park at night time. I had to use the hotel parking for one night and they charged me for every night that I stayed at the hotel!! The staff was not collaborating with the travellers, specially their first time being at this hotel.
- 5/5
This hotel is very clean and accommodating. The staff were friendly as well as very accessible when needed. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight for us.
