Location near Marymoor Park is great. Great walking to restaurants too. Room was much smaller than the Element room, check in time is an hour BEFORE the bar and restaurant opens. Why? We planned on checking out the bar and restaurant before leaving for the concert, but we had to walk to a restaurant instead. The pool is TINY too, no hot tub either.

This place was family friendly! Had a small but fun pool for our kiddos. Had an amazing breakfast buffet. We would come here again if we needed to visit Bellevue/Redmond again. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and modern with fun games in lobby. Only thing was a strange sound in the night every 10 minutes.

Toilet didn’t work . Told them at 4pm got back about 11pm still broken

Parking is lacking if you drive a big truck as our dually wouldn't fitvin the garage. Otherwise its a great hotel.

Love the aesthetic of Aloft hotels. Wish there were microwaves in room. Other than that, it's often my chosen place to stay.

They had allocated 430 room, which is completely noisy and horrible to sleep. Whenever we setup temperature to normal room the fan makes noise if we leave it at 74 its not making noise. Some kind of stupidity. I had requested for cancelling the room and they still charged full amount

Ok for the money

The room was well kept and clean, I did notice in the shower that the floor had some sag around the drain.. everything in the Hotel was clean and secure.

The room is decent size. There are lots of good restaurants around and walking distance. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Bellevue.

Beautiful design and fun area. We couldn't swim because the pool was small and full. The walls must not be well insulated because one of the rooms was kind of loud and I couldn't sleep.

Great location, nice park nearby to go for a walk. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of shopping and dining spots close by and easy commute to downtown Bellevue and Seattle.

Beautiful hotel, great stay and nice man checked us in.

The stay was average. The rooms are clean with a modern design. The staff was kind, and helpful. The pool is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. Prices for food and drinks were somewhat inflated but conveniently available. There are games available in the lobby, and outside. Would be a good place to stay if you have kids traveling with you. My biggest let down is that Expedia advertised parking was free, unfortunately it’s $15 a day.

It was a really cool hotel. The ambiance was very modern. The check in was awful. The counter guy put us in a king room when we booked for 2 queens. (They did the same to my sister in law). They did attempt to fix it. But next morning there was no one at the desk with a note to go across the lot to the other hotel for help… but there was a sight impaired lady standing there so confused as she couldn’t read the sign or find te other hotel… that wasn’t cool

No staff to check in, no maid service or clean towels. I called the desk to ask and even though the website says daily housekeeping I was told that if I wanted housekeeping I would have had to notify the property 24 hours before my arrival. That is just wrong for any hotel. Always was happy to stay at the SeaTac location! Never again in Seattle-Redmond.

The only thing is parking is not easy here if you drive a truck. Their under ground parking is only 6’4”, so we had to park on the street. There is not a lot of street parking available either. We had to park at the next street over. we also noticed a stain on the sheets. When we got there. But because we had dogs, we just left it. AC is very strong here! My dogs thoroughly enjoyed that in the summer heat! Neighborhood is quiet and full of dogs. There’s a cute patch of fake grass with doggy bags nearby. My dogs never used it, we just went to the park instead. Lots of doggy bags offered by the parks and lots of green running space! Overall, we probably would stay here again, if we brought another smaller vehicle.

The staff didn’t know how to make additional keys at check in. When calling for towels staff said I had to come down and get them and when I went down it was just left on the side of the desk no staff present to greet me etc.

Book at your own risk. 6AM fire alarms and police activity (at the neighboring apartment complex) are not unusual.

Room service staff was terrible. Had to call twice to request a crib and the person who delivered the crib just left it at the door. We asked him to bring us an extra bedsheet for the crib, and he just never bother to return.

I think parking should have been included. Other than that our room was great. Very minimal but all we needed and nice .

Bartender was unpleasant. The hostess told us that last call was 9:30 we showed up at 9:10. My girlfriend and I wanted a night cap prior to going up for the night. It was awkward and he stated that he just said last call prior to our arrival. He was short with us and was like I'll pour you a beer. "Whaddaya want". I ordered a beer which he poured and put on the counter. He barked at my girlfriend about what she wanted, since she had no desire for a beer so she said nothing. So now our relaxing last drink of the night turned into a stressful drink alone. I no longer wanted the beer. So we left it on the counter. (Since the bartender pretty much sprinted to the back leaving us there) he came back and grabbed the beer. "Here take this with you. No sense wasting it" after he handed it to me he spouts off with "I'll buy it for you". Dick

Great vibe...unique. Good value...nice, dry parking lot in the garage (there is a fee for parking). My only complaint...no micro wave in the room and a standard shower with a weaker water stream and an unadjustable shower head so the flow could not be controlled. Small matter...overall, great hotel. Not that tired, old, standard hotel experience. Great change of pace.

Staff are winderful!

Front desk receptionist kept coughing, no mask with covid still around and no one wearing masks. Really disappointing.

What I didn't like is that there are no room services. I stayed for 6 days and had to take out my own garbage as it was full twice. I would have expected the room service in the middle of my stay.

Only one small complaint…the small fridge makes a very loud whine every few hours.

Restaurant and bar was not open which is one of the main reasons we booked that particular hotel, however overall a nice place.

Came up for one night to a Marymoor concert. Hotel was so clean and efficient! Would definitely stay here again. Parking garage was very tight for my truck.

Over the stay was good we were there for a soccer tournament . Our first night I was treated horribly, by the bar worker an elderly African American women . That was so so rude infront of my son . And falsely accused me of cursing at here while my son was there next to me . I spoke with the manager Danielle Whitaker and she was absolutely no help at all, siding her worker , I feel like I was racially profiled. All did was ask where the Dinner area was an the bar worker continued to be rude an telling me i wasn’t allowed in there . And repeated to say she would not attend us . Horrible experience nice hotel . Won’t stay there ever again .

I requested a wheelchair accessible room with two beds. Got the two beds but the space wasn’t very wheelchair friendly. I blame it on communication between expedia and the hotel.

What I liked was that the front desk was really helpful and friendly, they were prompt in dealing with our requests. The cleaning needs to be improved and I found that the first cleaner that I dealt with was quite rude and unprofessional. She was impatient and didn't do a good enough job at cleaning after 4 days into my stay. I think it wasn't fair that our rooms would only be cleaned every 4 days by default. The second time my room was supposed to be cleaned, no one ended up cleaning it and I had to make a request for cleaning on the next day. The complementary breakfast on the Element hotel side did not have much variety from day to day, it was pretty much the same food every day. After eating the same thing over and over again, it would get boring. I think the cleaning should be done every day and the items such as water bottles were not being replenished unless I asked for it. I feel that it should be done often.

Excellent stay here. One of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed in and the room was huge and had everything I needed. I really enjoyed my night here!

Staff were informed and friendly. Room was clean and able to make DARK while sleeping. Only issue was room needs rugs on bathroom as when you get out of the shower the floor is slippery where your wet feet have walked. Other wise stay was perfect. Will stay there again
