Reviews
Many guests appreciated the clean and spacious rooms, as well as the beautiful location and friendly staff. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with the pushy sales tactics for timeshares, poor communication, and additional charges for amenities like Wi-Fi and breakfast.

Awesome room.
- 2/5
Room was large, clean, well kept, and the bed was comfy. Check out was easy.
- 2/5
The unit was OK but very dated - inadequate outlets (none in the bedroom); poor water pressure, lighting poor. Also, I am extremely disappointed in Hotels.com for partnering with a time share property. Was subject to the usual hard-sell sales pitch, offering prizes, discounts, etc. for sitting through an hour-long presentation. I suppose there is some sort of monetary compensation for listing these types of properties, but it should be made abundantly clear in the property description. I will not stay at this property again.

The resort was clean and had a friendly staff. Our room was just as described and had all the luxuries we needed for our stay.
- 5/5
Beautiful grounds Water in the room upon arrival would be nice

top notch

The room was clean and nicely designed, the staff was friendly and the grounds were beautiful. I was not a fan of how spread out all the amenities were compared to where we were staying. Getting in my car to drive to the pool/gym( gym hours -odd, did not open early ) was not something I really wanted to do. The most unfortunate part about the stay was that the Internet/WiFi/TV's stopped working for half our time there. That coupled with the check in being a little tricky to find, and the elevators not working ( our room being on the 3rd floor and laundry on the 1st ), made the stay not the greatest.
- 2/5
Also- It's UNACCEPTABLE in 2026 that a hotel charge for basic WiFi access. Period. Roll it into the price. DON'T request creation of an account and charge separately. Lastly, This could be a mistake by the worldmark staff but when trying to access the amenities on the site I was directed toward the resort staff turned me informing that worldmark is NOT part of the resort and should have issued me an amenities card separate of the wristband provided. Again, absolutely NOT a no Fuss process. I understand the business model and won't argue the attraction for some vacationers but it does not seem compatible with listing on expedia. You should de-list or make your listing MUCH CLEARER avoid confusion by travelers like myself looking for something you are not.

Very nice room, bedroom separate from living room, and kitchenette. Full size fridge, mini dishwasher and cooktop stove. Loved the flowering trees outside our balcony rather than looking at a parking lot and provided extra privacy. Very clean, comfortable king bed. Also liked having two doors for bathroom, one enters kitchen, the other enters bedroom. Would stay again.

Disorganized check-in process, lukewarm hot tub
- 5/5
Our room was perfect for the two of us - I love having a separate bedroom, the kitchen had everything we needed and the balcony was a nice size. Overall, it was a cute, comfortable room. The staff was very pleasant, too!
- 3/5
The room was clean but plain. The fireplace worked but was for decoration only, did not kick out any heat. The kitchen was clean and supplied well. At check-in had to deal with someone trying to get us to attend a timeshare sales presentation. The resort is nice. Indoor pickleball is a great amenity but we did not get a chance to use it.
- 4/5
our place was about 1.5 miles away from where we check in and they dont offer shuttle service
- 4/5
Check in was fast and easy. Shelby was especially helpfil Disappointed pool and hot tub facilities were closed
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable. Location and design.

Our room was so comfortable, clean and quiet. We love Eagle Crest and the Worldmark there is wonderful. The staff are all friendly. My husband and I were only there for the weekend, and we had 2 sales people call us wanting us to sign up for their open house for world mark. I would prefer to not have a sales pitch while visiting. When we checked in we were directed to a sales person and she actually told us that she did not recommend the restaurants on the property. She said they were expensive and not very good. I did not feel that it was her decision about what is expensive to my husband and I. She really should leave that up to the guests.

Keep in mind that this is a golf course that has both a "lodge" that's more of a normal hotel as well as these condos and houses that are on the other side of the course. I think they use these for both short term hotel rentals and also longer term time shares and things like that. So if you're looking for things like room service or easy access to the front desk, the suite we booked isn't going to be for you. It's literally about a mile away and across a busy highway from the front desk. I'm sure they'll come out if you have any problem with the room, but you're basically on your own once you've checked in. I actually love that; it's more like a short-term house rental than a hotel. Very quiet too out there. The resort/golf course does have several restaurants, two fitness centers and of course golf, but we actually didn't use them so I can't comment on them. But there are things to do/places to eat on property. Otherwise, it's a short drive into Redmond itself for more restaurants/groceries/coffee places.
- 5/5
Asked us to go to the vacation club presentation with a 3 night offer, but we couldn't make it. The rate and room was better than the hotel lodge. The resort is wonderful even though we didn't get to take advantage of it this trip.
- 4/5
Eagle Crest is in a beautiful area and a great place to go all year. There are many activities including golf, tennis, swimming, a spa, etc. and many lovely walking trails. There are places to eat on site but it's a short drive to both Redmond and Sisters for good selections in restaurants.
- 3/5
It’s unfortunate as the unit was perfect for our needs, the property gorgeous and huge with pools and golf and great restaurants and tons of activities like indoor tennis and pickleball. I’d love to go back but not stay at worldmark.
- 5/5
Great area for kids to ride bikes around, swim, or just explore. Tons of different style unit options. I can't wait to come back.
- 5/5
The staff was above incredible. We were evacuated from our home during a wildfire, and it was just what we needed. The facilities were top-notch and clean. The pool was my favorite part. Coffee was Folgers. That didn't match the facilities whatsoever.
- 3.5/5
My daughter could only swim in one pool even though she had a swim diaper so I couldn’t get in to actually swim like I wanted to.
- 5/5
I recommend it for a few days of total rest and tranquility.
- 5/5
Spacious.
- 5/5
Overall, it was a wonderful stay. The unit was extremely clean and well furnished. The parking was seamless and there was great dining close by. Absolutely no complaints!
- 4/5
It was fabulous!
- 3/5
Loved our room but upon check in it took over 25 minutes due to checking in and then an extended process talking about the time share. We had our children with us and they were ready to get settled in for the evening. Kind staff but then it turned into way too much information and we were here for a short stay. Not interested in doing a time share. A bit pushy and awkward. Would stay here again but highly recommend saying upfront not interested in a time share-
- 2.5/5
Being harassed within minutes of arriving to sign up for a presentation. It caused a lot of stress, then when we decided not to go I got multiple text messages begging us to go. Not what I wanted for our first vacation in years. No better than the "time share vultures" in Las Vegas in my opinion. To put it bluntly, we spent our savings on this trip and your team killed the mood for our 25th anniversary.
- 5/5
We loved this property! The most spacious suite. Large bedroom, large sitting area/kitchen. Very clean. Loved the extra large balcony too. Will definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
I booked this because it was the cheapest when I hopped onto Expedia. I had no idea what I was booking but it was going to accommodate my whole family. Before I got there they text me to see if I had any special requests. Upon arrival they were just as detailed oriented. Inside the condo was more than I could have imagined especially with an actual full kitchen! Everything was great!! We will definitely be staying there again!
- 5/5
Staff was incredibly helpful and sweet towards my daughter while I was at work. My only complaint is being unable to extend one more night due to 3rd party (Expedia) and hotel conflict.
- 2/5
It was a nice property but it is also a timeshare- we were visiting family and not shopping for timeshares. It felt awkward being contacted several time about the presentations. Also, it is silly to charge for internet access by device in 24 hour increments. The default is to purchase 10 days of access- it is a shady default to get people to pay for more than they need. I don’t think I’ll be back.
- 5/5
I liked everything the only thing was I didn't like having to leave
- 4/5
Excellent concierge. Clean and comfortable in a beautiful setting.
- 5/5
Everything was great - Staff was polite and friendly!
- 1.5/5
Nice location. Room was very outdated and fridge did not work.
- 4/5
Strong unpleasant smell especially in the hallways from I believe cleaning products. Old style round toilet vs the elongated type. The bathroom fan was loud.
- 1/5
I felt pressured to “buy in” to world mark and they kept calling and bugging me about it. The fridge stopped working at some point and they wouldn’t return my messages about that. The bedding was stained or not cleaned at all. Will not stay at a world mark ever again.
- 5/5
Beautiful location. Nice condo. With deck and grill. Nice walking trails around the grounds and down to the river. The kitchen was a nice set up. But no oven in the apartment, but there is one down the hall in the community kitchen. I wish someone had told us about the community kitchen, especially the use of an oven when we checked in. Or on an information sheet in the unit. I didn’t find out about the community kitchen and oven until we were checking out. The king size bed is great but very firm.
- 3/5
We checked in and were brought to two separate people, telling us we were finishing up our check in, failed to tell us they were signing us up for a time share thing to attend until after it was all said and done. We were there for three days for our daughter's basketball tournament and had little time to sit in a 60-90 min sales pitch. Get to our room and start looking around, pull out bed has pee stains all over it, our bed had hair all over it, and I don't mean arm or head hair. I will not go back again after this weekend. We picked eagle Crest because a lot of people recommended it. Sad it had to be such a bad experience.
- 5/5
very clean apartment, has everything you need, thank you, we really liked it
- 4/5
Everything was good but heater made noise all night. I couldn't sleep well.
- 4/5
Very disappointed to learn that Internet access was an extra charge.
- 3/5
A spacious clean suite. Had to pay extra for internet access! Asked before we even settled in if we were interested in a timeshare presentation? How about waiting to find out if we liked the lodging and amenities before giving a sales spiel??? Had a room next to the noisy lobby and they would not move us to a quieter one. The amenities at Eagle Crest are good next time we will stay at the Eagle Crest Lodge rooms not at World Mark.
- 5/5
Close to Redmond, nice room, cafe and market nearby
- 4/5
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The accomodations are a little dated, but clean. The suite layouts are good. We had a king suite. We would stay there again.
- 5/5
Plenty of space in the condo
- 4/5
More complimentary lobby food/drink service would be great. The hot tub hours were too limited—closed at 8:00. The restaurant also closed the kitchen at 8:00 on a Friday night. Seems like a missed opportunity.
- 1/5
Old and run down. Pushy staff. Will not be back
- 5/5
Beautiful location. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and kind staff.
- 3/5
Hotel staff gave us bad directions to our room, there was no access to the room with a luggage cart via the direction they sent us. The room a very dirty, food and food wrappers on the floor. Dead bugs on the floor. They tried for 15 minutes to get us to do a 90 minute time share meeting. I finally just had to walk away.
- 5/5
Liked everything

Didn't have breakfast. Enjoyed hiking around property. Room color too dark, made whole room dark
- 4/5
Very nice location 👍
- 5/5
Everything thank you
- 4/5
It’s not great that there is a $5 per day fee for internet. Definitely bring your own shampoo and conditioner, and coffee if you’re not a fan of Folgers.
- 5/5
Everything met my expectations and then some.
- 5/5
I like the view and the pool. How clean and quiet it was. Loved the kitchenette.
- 4/5
Overall a good hotel. Clean and well maintained. Toilet kept overflowing, called to get it fixed- however it just kept happening. It was a good place, would stay there again.
- 2/5
When we got there, it was 80 outside. When we walked into our room, the HEAT was on and set at 80. It took all night to cool the room because the only a/c unit was in the bedroom, which couldn’t keep up with the size of the unit. The things it was: safe, remote, clean, in a nice area. The things it wasn’t: comfortable, spacious, updated. Oh, and the desk agent who checked me out was sure to tell me to fill out the survey they sent, and when I responded with, “Thank you. Have a great day,” her response was, “Uh huh.”
- 5/5
The property is very well maintained. The room is clean and amenities were great. My grandkids liked swimming in the pool. There were videos we rented for the kids with no additional charge which they also loved. Overall a great stay.
- 5/5
Lots of activities for the family. The staff was absolutely amazing, very attentive and kind. Definitely will be staying again.
- 5/5
Everything was clean and nice, staff was helpful and informative. The only inconvenience was 4pm check in and 10 am check out, was early for us. Most places have 11 am check out at least or the option of late check out. They called 3 times to remind us to be out by 10. Other than that everything was amazing.
- 2/5
This place charges for Wi-Fi witch is crazy. They also use you booming to try and push a time share presentation on you and even when you tel them no the still keeps asking including texts msg. The swimming pool was over a mile from the pool. Would definitely not stay here again or recommend them
- 5/5
Great relaxing getaway with friends!
- 5/5
It was HUGE and secluded. There were deer all over the place
- 5/5
Check in was a little confusing with a lot of information that made things harder. I’m not sure why we were never told about the far elevator closest to our room. Our neighbors were not told about this either and were surprised to here there was one after taking the stairs all weekend with a bad knee. The room was great and grounds were amazing, we will definitely be back!
- 5/5
We stayed two nights while exploring the beauty of Smith Rock State Park. The resort is modern, spotless, with spacious suites. The staff is pleasant. On-site parking, convenience store, and restaurant. I didn't get a chance to golf, but the courses were very inviting.
- 4/5
The ground are beautiful and the rooms are pretty nice as well. However, they could not find my reservation that I had booked through hotels.com and i had to call and get everything sent over again and because of this we had to switch room in the middle of our stay because the only room they had available was the handicap accessible room the 1st night. Overall, not a bad place to stay though.
- 4/5
Amenities...like movies...were tied to smart phones. Do not like that. Prefer vacations to be less tech dependent. We don't "live" by the phone...so that is not much of an appeal...even a negative for us. The bar "niblets" i think...really enjoy that place. Very good food. Good music. The proximity to the lodge is great.
- 5/5
Just a lovely experience. Vista views, beautiful golf course and the most wonderful staff!!
- 4/5
The resort our room was at is so very beautiful, with the golf course, the river, nestled in pine trees.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
It’s peaceful and has beautiful views in every direction.
- 3/5
This property is great but the listing does not give enough information. There is a no pets policy that was never listed or mentioned. We were informed that we would have to pay a non-refundable $200 fee for our pet after we had arrived and checked in. There was also a charge for wifi access per device per day, that is not an amenity. We arrived to a dirty room with unmade beds and no paper products. I called the desk and they promptly got us a clean room which I appreciated, especially during COVID. When they called about our dog the next day I was able to speak to management. She agreed to wave the pet fee since we were put in a dirty room. Beautiful facility but they need better communication to guests about the policies and with staff about which rooms are clean and which aren’t.
- 4/5
Check in process is confusing with Worldmark desk on the 3rd floor.
- 5/5
The gorgeous apartment type room we got for a very affordable price! Very comfortable and with everything you'd need for a cozy stay.
