Bed bugs. Tried to get a refund, and was hung up on twice. I called Deschutes County Health Department. Avoid this place at all costs.

When we arrived there was all sorts of boxes and junk in the lobby and the front desk guy was working on some project which was sprawled across the desk. The rooms were the bare necessities, no coffee or shampoo. Just a bed, shower and tv. The dresser was missing drawers and the wall was cracked and in disrepair. Definitely a low budget no drills motel but at least it was affordable and within a 30 min drive of Bend.

Nothing The room was disgusting. The bed was dirty the pillow cases were stained and dirty, the bathroom door had some kind of dark liquid stained and sprayed all over it, the bathroom floor was missing chunks of the tiles, the toilet seat was taped together, the ac unit had its cord just out in the open covered with a dirty clear trash bag, the room smelt so bad it made my clothes all stink so bad I had to wash them all the next day, the tv remote was so dirty and stained I didn’t even want to touch it. I left after one night because it’s only 30 bucks more to go to motel 6. The room was so disgusting and dirty. The person at the front desk was rude and was acting like I was interrupting his time doing nothing by checking in. He was cussing and slamming things down on his desk.

The maid took my bags to a storage area after the first night eventhough we had rented the room for two nights.

The owner of this property is really rude and has no real interest in the customer service and I don't think I will ever stay there again The electric was wired wrong and it was a fire waiting to happen

It was the cheapest hotel I could find and the staff was more patient with me than I expected. It's also a short distance away from a hospital and a Walmart in case you have any emergencies, but you still have to drive a bit further for the downtown and the best shopping centers. The front office is closed Sunday mornings, so if I had any issues with checking out, I would have been in deep trouble.

Absolutely nothing good about it except that is was cheap Everything was crusty and dirty, had to go buy sheets at 11 at night at Walmart so my partner would come in to the room, he was horrified by the smell and appearance. smelled like meth, looked like a tweaker den.

The beds were not good for a person with back issues New mattresses

Had to ring for a staff member to check us in. The key to our room was very difficult to use.

The splash boards were not cleaned so there was lots of dust and fuzz on them plus dead flies in the corner under the sink. Everything else was well cleaned and fresh.

we survived this wreck mold, dirty ac blowing black dust, broken shower with cold water, the night man that dais he was the owner and maintenance man and manager that didn't help us.

I like the location. It is close to downtown. Parking is also good. A restaurant located next to the parking is highly convenient. The cleanliness doesn't exit. A bad, sticky, stained carpet. Room has a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Dirt, dust and some 'unknown' stains on the walls. The blanket provided is old, falling apart and had holes in it. No handle on the bathroom door.

This property is in very poor condition. I could not get internet unless I stood out in the parking lot. Really shouldn’t be included on Orbitz.

Regio's breakfast was supurb!! Quiet and real atmosphere. I found the room comical yet comfortable. Served my purpose. I wouldn't change a thing.

Nothing Urine stains, yellow sheets, cob webs, we did not even end up staying their because of how disgusted my wife was.

There was needle caps in my room and poop on the walls. The toilet moved when you sit down on it, and the bed was broken on half of it. The shower did not work.

Our room was dirty and needs a major overhaul. The mattress covers were filthy and looked like they hadn’t ever been washed. It felt unsafe and overall looked like something from a horror movie. We ended up booking a different hotel and ate the booking fee for The Hub. Don’t stay here, especially as women traveling.

The room was a mess. Bathroom needs painting and major plaster work around the room. It was a pet friendly room and it smelled like it, many pets have urinated in it. It was not a WIFE friendly room.

Broken down and gross, staff is working in dirty office room. Rude staffing.

Wonderful people, great service, cozy stay, great place, I give it a solid 10/10, would recommend for anyone needing a place to crash for any reason. Low fuss, decent prices, great management, and my dog loved the place. Came recommended to me by a friend and now I trust that friend even better when he gives me a recommendation, great stay at the Hub, we hate to leave, very chill place, good to come back to from the stresses of the world outside the Hub. What is a Hub, after all, if not a place things and people gather, a place of gravitational pull? Top grade place, live it up at the Hub this summer or deadass you will be missin out, homie so BOOK THAT STAY!!

It is what you pay for, but check in was a breeze, very friendly help. Did what it needed to do for the price point. satisfied

The heating/cooling were definitely dated and no coffee for the coffee pot. Bed was comfortable. Overall it was quiet all night which was great.

Almost everyone was great. The housekeepers were very friendly. Had a laugh with the guy that checked me in. However, the lady owner (I’m not sure of her name. Mina, I think it is) is very obnoxious and rude. Other than that, my stay was great.

Room reeked of bleach. Toilet seal at the bottom was leaky and there was an extremely unhealthy amount of black mold. Light bulbs are missing; dusty surfaces; blown out bathroom window screen.

Very basic and functional. The 2 bedroom suite had AC and satellite TV. Comfortable bed, one soft memory foam and the other firmer to choose from. A little dated but clean and comfortable.

Kind of look like one of those horror movie places you see with mattresses and pieces of broken apartment Parts sitting out in the parking lot. Staff was friendly no issue there but within a minute of me getting into my room and approached by look like a regular visitor there for a pack of smokes and it was rather odd.

A little rundown but ok

and the tub needed a serious scrubbing. Even the shower curtain had very visible signs of moldiness. The toilet seat and toilet had grime on it also. We went to Walmart to buy cleaning/disinfectant supplies and cleaned the room ourselves. The bed was so abused, we literally slept in a bent "V" position...no way to lay flat. They should throw that bed away! I wouldn't even donate it to the homeless! Overall, the 2nd worst hotel in my life!

The lobby looked like a homeless camp, a mess and filthy. The desk person was friendly enough, but very unkept looking. The rooms were in horrible condition. The sheets looked clean, hard to tell. One of the worse experiences I have had. Only one other time was worse, in filth and unkept condition.

Good no frills place thats affordable, clean, quiet. Its an older motel that covers what you need. When I pass through Redmond once or twice a year I always stay here. Not for person who needs to be catered,pampered or everything picture perfect. The breakfast restaurant on the corner has always served me a great breakfast. Good choice for reasonable person!

I don't understand why this place is even accepted on the Expedia website. It should be removed immediately. The front office had already ran my card before i even showed up. Everything about the place screamed RUN!

The Hub is a good choice for economy and dog-friendliness (for a very reasonable additional charge). It also has all typical services: cable TV, internet Wi-Fi, in-room refrigerator and microwave. Ice is also available.

The room we had was clean and looked like they might have done work on it. This is just a very old motel where people live. We were next to the maintenance guy and he had a dog and pin attached to his door for the dog to come. I. and out. He had a lot of stuff outside his room. The man at the office was friendly but the lobby was full of junk and smelled bad. Overall bad experience.

The location was great for my needs; minutes from the Redmond airport and conveniently located just off the city center. However, this property is just an old motor lodge with Spartan accommodations and a new coat of paint. You get a bed and a toilet, and little else. The pillows smelled like body odor and the "white" sheets weren't white - I slept in my clothes on top of the comforter. It also seems like other guests are living at the facility, which gives it a very odd vibe. I would not recommend this place if traveling with children.

Built back in mid 20th century and was last deep clean back then. Very out dated and dirty is an understatement.

People next door were really loud..They were up till 1 in the morning be loud. If we didn't have to catch a flight at 5 am maybe i wouldn't of said anything. Walls very thin.

It was in a location that had no traffic noise, nicely cleaned but the only drawback was that the door jamb and door did not fit together. You could see the light from the outside coming in the room from the outside. Other than that we had a good nights rest.

Floor was filthy as evidenced by our grandkids’ black feet. Wi-Fi didn’t work nor could we get the tv to work. No indication on the phone how to call the office to get help. Quiet at night. If you aren’t afraid of outdated everything, the price is right. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Yucky place. Dirty, spiderweb in the bathroom with resident spider. At least it ate the other bugs. Sheets and towels seemed to be clean, but all the other surfaces were dirty or a thick layer of dust. I called "Sam" the manager to change my reservation and he denied talking to me when we got there. They advertise free coffee, and there was a coffee maker, but no coffee. Slightly better than sleeping in your car.

The place was clean but very dated. The area around the hotel is an industrial area.

The room wasn't very clean, the furniture was old and scarred up, the floor was dirty.

Great cheap place to stay.

The pillows were thin and hard. The bed slopped down on the window side of the bed. The door to the other bedroom was damaged and the door knob was loose. The wall were dirty and needed LOTS of repair!

Older rooms with electric baseboard heat. Bed spread had holes burrnt in from cigarettes. Bathroom had older tile. Rug had an odor to it.

The room had blood on the bedroom wall, the floor was not vacumed,there was food on the table,crumbs in and in front of the microwave, the bathroom toilet was running and there was standing water all over the floor i also took pictures so i can back up my claim and i will be posting the pictures andcthe man in the office said he is the owner and to just go somewhere else,this is the filthiest place i have ever seen

People were really nice, the room was not as advertised. There was supposed to be 4 beds… there was 2. The staff dos everything they could to accommodate by giving us 2 roll away beds. Room was old.. smelled like cigarette smoke, extremely dirty walls. My kids begged not to stay there but we didn’t have a choice. Everything else was booked up. I would never stay there again. Period

What a filthy pit.

It is not terrible for the price. It is what it is. Dirty rooms, black mold in the restroom. Main issue for me was the wifi was very slow.

Smelled, tired, paint was ancient

I made a reservation at the HUB. It was confirmed on my email. When I got there last night my room had been given to someone else and there were no rooms left. The desk clerk called around and found a room for me at a different motel 15 minutes away. I had already driven 340 miles and was really tired. When I got to other place it cost $15 more than the one I had booked. VERY BAD TREATMENT. I won't use Expedia again or recommend it to anyone else.

Very good price so don't expect much. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating though, and its in a good location with a restaurant and a walmart within walking distance.

Do not let the looks deceive you. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. The room I stayed in had two separate bedrooms the bed in the front room was to soft so second night slept in the second room and the mattress was perfect. Check in and out was easy. There is a little restaurant in the parking lot and next door is a laundromat and little convenience store. This motel is even has a Dutch brothers across the street. I will stay here on my next stay in Redmond Oregon

Too cautious ....coffee...only if they gave you a cup and coffee for your room....checking in was ridiculous in middle of day as if they were so worried about the Covid. The room smelled a bit too strong of clorox...which is a poisonous product. For the price I can't say it was dirty but things like the gutters around the windows were black...Otherwise the basics were clean...sheets were pretty minimal quality but I won't complain on some of these things because the price was good...

The beds had memory foam on them and were very comfortable. Also the parking is good. I had a small utility trailer and had no troubles with parking.

The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was just perfect; not the Flintstone hard mattresses you get in most budget motels.

We are pretty no frills kind of family. The manager Sam was very nice and gave us a bigger room then we ever imagined. Admittedly, it is a little old but it was clean and spacious. The beds were very very comfortable and we even got a kitchenette as a bonus. This was a wonderful surprise and we will definitely be back

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious, two-bedroom suites. While a good value for the area, it still felt pricey considering that it's a motel in desperate need of a remodel. There is a single, loud wall AC unit for the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a massive flatscreen TV. The paint was peeling and the bathrooms were old. The staff were extremely helpful and nice.

The front desk girl looked like she just woke up and was irritated that I came. She told me they were full and I explained that I had a reservation. She seemed to get even more irritated when she had to look it up and told me that the only room available had a kitchen . I told her Ok?? We’re just there to sleep. So she said fine and did my paperwork. Next time I will make reservations early so I won’t have to get the last choice to find somewhere to sleep.

The one positive thing was for me the bed was comfortable and I slept well. I understand that you get what you pay for but it can still be kept clean. Their were several short dark hairs in the bedding. The bed cover was stained and dirty. The walls are dirty and definitely need to be painted. The carpet was filthy. The coffee pot was dirty and I decided not to drink the coffee because of it. The bathroom sink drained very slowly and the toilet had dirty shoe prints on the seat.

Just a heads up, not really a non smoking hotel. The room had signage "No Smoking". It clearly had a stale smoke aroma......

A nice soft bed. slept well. right price. Restaurant next door good food and one across street.

My flight wasn't due in until just after 11p. I had a friend in Redmond call the Hub about 830p and let them know when my flight would be in and make sure that someone would be at the front desk to check me in by 11:30p. They were told that wouldn't be a problem, that they didnt go to bed that early anyway. We arrived at 1120p and the lights were off and the door was locked. We rang the night bell several times before we finally left and went somewhere else. I grew up in central Oregon and have referred people to the Hub on more than one occasion but never again.

Overall the place needs condemned and im stating that lightly. Employees mentioned they have alot of suicides there and the owner got shot and still in hospital. I would take them off Expedia immediately!!!!
