Great experience

They had a nice breakfast, and it was already set up by 5 am, which was ahead of their published time. It is close (about 10 min) from the Redmond Airport and has a McDonalds and a Starbucks in very close proximity too. We noticed that the flight crews stayed there too.

Housekeeping begins cleaning at 7:00 a.m. so forget about sleeping in.

Excellent service and very clean

The second morning for breakfast items were running out 35 minutes before the end of breakfast and they did not want to put more food out - They would not refill the waffle machine and they said there were no more bagels but I saw them in the back so they finally put more out. The staff had a bit of an attitude about the breakfast. Otherwise pool was small but fine and hot tub was warm enough as well

The place is very clean. Nice size pool and hot tub with extra towels by the pool. A very nice breakfast selection, waffles, eggs, biscuits & gravy, danishes, bagels, cereal, yogurt, and more, served during a 5 am to 10 am.

The breakfast was great! Ham, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy w pieces of sausage and biscuits, breakfast rolls, yogurt, waffles! Even more than u get at Hampton Inn. The room was warm, quiet, spacious. Bathroom was large. Would stay again! Even had shuttle to airport. Was a great stay

Great hotel next to a great bar and grill. We've stayed here several times. Love it. And the pool and hot tub are open till midnight.

The whole experience was great from the welcoming staff, to the clean room, nice fitness center and complimentary breakfast. Will definitely stay there again!

Check in was easy, breakfast was great - however the fire alarm went off both nights we were there and there is no usb ports for charging anywhere in the room (which seems odd for a business type hotel) Unable to charge phone with a charger that inserts into an electrical outlet.

Breakfast was very limited and not much in the way of protein. Pool is TINY! Can't fit a handful of kids. Just ok place to stay, definitely not worth $200/night

Unfortunately we did have a very uncomfortable experience with 2 gentleman that appeared to be doing maintenance. My 15 yr old son and 10,12, and 14 yr old nieces were swimming in the pool. These employees came into the pool and walked around looked at trash and towels then left. Came back less then 5 minutes later and looked around again and saw there were 2 adults present(my family) and then left again. One of the gentleman then went into the weight room where there is a window in between the weight room and pool and was watching my son and nieces in the pool. It felt very wrong and inappropriate. A family member confronted the individual in the weight room and he instantly became defensive. As a parent I believe that you develop an instinct when a situation seems inappropriate. Myself, my sister, my husband, my mother and my brother in law felt that way. They way they were behaving and what they were doing was absolutely inappropriate. I did not confront the office, it was a Sunday (today). However I will be calling on Monday to speak to an manager. This is strictly a post to warn future patrons, because it is a very nice place to stay but unfortunately 2 employees could make it an unsafe environment.

Nothing lacking, more sheets on the bed but that’s just a preference, great breakfast and service. Excellent location for our family, we will be back!

The property met all my expectations.

I listed all the above in the hopes that someone would be able to correct these little details when paying i believe $186 a night....which is quite high. The upside is the restaurant Elements next door and the breakfast is why we will be back....great atmosphere and walkable from hotel. The breakfast was everything we wanted and the coffee was surprisingly good for hotel coffee. The people working the front desk and everyone we encountered were friendly and we will be returning as we have family in Bend and Redmond. The SLEEP INN thought not perfect, it was comfortable and felt safe...food next door was great, and location was perfect. See ya next visit.

Nice stay. Clean bedding, good pillows, plenty of towels and nice soap. We did find a few stray pills by the bed stand and an empty coke bottle that rolled fell on the side too. But was vacuumed very well. Just a fluke.

I loved my recent stay. The staff was great. The room was clean and everything was put together well. Construction can make a difference when walls are painted correctly, bathroom had a nice vanity and shower and room had nice photos on the wall. Beds were comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. Extra nice touch was flavored water in the lobby. Little things make a good experience.

Outstanding front desk service!

Cost too much for what it was

We’ve stayed at this location many times and it’s always been nice. However, this time the air conditioner was not working properly and unfortunately, it was an extremely hot day. Made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience.

We stayed here to be able to visit with my nieces, when they arrived we were bombarded by the front desk man saying only registered guest could use the pool even though we were headed to our room not the pool. Later we decided to go to the pool, there were 3 men already in the pool doing crazy jumps snd back flips and had a personal speaker blasting music in a foreign language. So my mother, myself and my 3 children (ages 2,3 & 9) got in the hot tub my niece sat next to the hot tub and put her feet in which we were then bombarded once again by the same staff member yelling at us that we were already told she was not aloud to swim even though she just had her feet dangling in then he proceeded to tell us no children under 5 in the hot tub. We explained to him that we didn’t want to get in the pool where the men were jumping in and being wild which he shrugged off and just walked away. So not wanting to upset the kids and just leave we got in the pool. We looked at all the different signs with rules about being in the hot tub, one said “children under 14 need to be accompanied by an adult” and another said “no infants” but once again my children are 2,3 & 9 so not infants and my mother and I were in with them. Another rule also stated “you must be wearing proper swim wear” and one of the 3 men was clearly wearing his boxer briefs but once again was not addressed by said staff member I believe we were being singled out for no reason which made the stay less than enjoyable.

The staff were all very helpful and kind. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was convenient. The sink in our bathroom was clean but was old and scratched up. There was a strange clicking noise in our room that we couldn’t figure out what it was. It was nice that there was a pool, but the slope/depth of it was extremely steep and very abrupt and could be dangerous.

There’s no parking for big vehicles or trucks and trailers

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the breakfast. All other things being equal, we'd stay someplace else next time if we were choosing between two otherwise equal options. Staff were friendly, super clean, all the service parts of it were exceptional. Not about staff or preparation. Selection of food was pretty unappetizing. Like massive cubes of pressed ham floating in that pink shimmering juice that comes in the tube. Bananas that should have gone to the local bakery for banana bread. Fake cream in plastic cups. Gravy for the biscuits that had the consistency of the chocolate pudding you might get in a hospital stay. Is there such a thing as instant gravy? Packets of sugary oatmeal that you used the tea hot water to try to bring to life. It doesn't have to be complicated. A hard boiled egg option with maybe a crock pot of regular oatmeal. Anyway, for the cost of the room...which was considerable (probably double the usual rate for busy season), I've had much much much better "free" breakfasts from comparable chains. Again, staff was lovely. Everything was prepared properly. And spotlessly cleaned and maintained. It was just ... giant ham cubes in their own pink shimmering liquid and instant gravy? Maybe I'm not their target market...

Only stayed b/c bend was too expensive over Memorial Day wknd. Outdated rooms, fridge wouldn’t get cool and was loud. Bed was terrible. Sagging, and bedding was thin and uncomfortable. Shower ok. For the price, I expected better. Thought pets were free to stay. Nope! 25/each pet. Couldn’t access room from side stairs unless propping door open. Inconvenient

The staff did not seem super friendly. Not quite a friendly interaction where I felt welcome. Also I asked about an extended stay for a couple of extra hours and would have been willing to pay an extra 30-50 bucks so that I could use the shower and get cleaned up after my race. I was told no. I was disappointed especially since other places have been willing to do so. Other then that the place is clean which that part indi appreciate.

This stay was close to shopping and food options. It was convenient to the highways. Everything we needed was here. There was a noise possibly from ventilation that we were slightly concerned about but not enough to speak to management about because it didn't interfere with our rest in the least. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was sufficient, and the breakfast was good and plenty.

Easy access great parking space and only 5 minutes walk from my meeting place.

The bath tub and sink would hardly drain then they called me after leaving and tried saying I did it.

We booked two nights at this location. We arrived a little before check-in time. We wanted to secure our room at a preferred location on the property. The clerk said that she could upgrade us to a Suite to get a great location on the property for an additional $10 a night. We agreed and reserved the room. When we returned to check in to our room there was a different desk clerk. He said that he could not give us that room and that it was "impossible" to do so. He was extremely rude, argumentative and unhelpful. There was no manager in the hotel and with no way to get into the room we reserved, we were forced to cancel and find another hotel, which we did. We will never book at this location again and maybe not ever with Sleep Inn ... sorry to say.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The whole property was very well maintained.

The above says a lot: excellent in all categories...and, most importantly, everyone was very helpful. The shuttle driver was super! And the breakfast terrific. Thank you. I definitely would enjoy coming again and next time I will swim!

The stay was a decent value and centrally located. We stayed on the third floor and the Soda and ice machines didn’t work so it was a little inconvenient. Half the gym equipment didn’t work and it was a really small space. On the bright side, the staff was very nice and promptly addressed any of our needs/requests. There’s a restaurant 50ft from the front door and they have good pizza, quaint bar with sports on t.v. And a little room with a few lottery machines. Walmart is across the street so you can easily get any necessities. “Tuesday” is the name of the person at the front desk while I was there and they made us feel welcome and important. Fresh baked cookies at 5pm and the breakfast was one of the better I’ve had.

Our room was comfortable and clean. The free shuttle from the airport was waiting for us when we arrived. Great location across from Starbucks. We will definitely stay here again when traveling from Redmond.

Breakfast buffet has a good variety of choices and was neat and tidy. Check in was a little bumpy due to computer issues, but check out was smooth. Accommodations were clean and cozy.

Nice property. They had a quiet parking lot and room for our truck pulling a trailer. They had a nice spot for pet relief area as well. There is a delicious restaurant just across the parking lot that we enjoyed. The breakfast was decent and free. A convenient spot for a quick sleepover on our travel across the state.

If swimming is very important for your family I highly recommend this place. But I will not return due to the other issues we encountered.

We pulled in late and last-minute and got a room we needed. Finding food at that hour was hard. But it was comfortable and met our needs!
