Best Western Plus Rama Inn

My husband and I stayed five nights. Our room was cleaned and fresh towels, etc replenished daily. The breakfast variety was excellent and very clean. We loved the pool and hot tub. I used the laundry facilities while we were there and found it convenient and easy to use. Th staff were very helpful. We would stay there again.

I have stayed here several times and it has been consistent in great staff interactions and cleanliness every time. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the spa was having issues this trip.

The first room smelled strongly of unwashed wet dogs and had a clogged toilet so they moved us down the hall and the new room was perfect. Breakfast was really good. Didn't use the pool but it looked really nice. Our end of the hotel was right on a busy/noisy highway, so I slept with ear buds in.

The front desk lady was very nice. Lady at the front desk was very nice she asked me what room I wanted, and I said one on the bottom floor because my mom had a bad hip and she gave us the room right across from the hot tub and pool on the bottom floor and breakfast was good. Also, the hot tub was great.

We had to park our car & boat on street. Did not like how far it was from DT Redmond.

.. large night stand on both sides of bed with cell phone power .. light and switch on both sides at night stand Barely palatable .. eggs were dripping with water and made with dry egg power .. No sausage .. only fatty bacon No safety handles in tub shower. Price a little high

Location was fine, breakfast was good! We had damp linen on beds, mold on ceiling in the bathroom.

The breakfast was exceptional! We were so happy to see an actual breakfast instead of a muffin only. It was delicious and filling. Check out time was 11:00 am. The cleaning staff started knocking on the door at 10:40 am while we were trying to get last minute things done and our luggage to the car. At one point, my daughter had taken some things to the car and I was alone in the room, having to use a walker for a fx of the hip and someone knocked again for the second time, I was unable to get to the door from the bathroom. It sounded like someone opened the door, then shut it again when I called out. It wasn't my daughter. That was upsetting to me. I can't absolutely swear that the door was opened, but it was still before 11.

Staff members I came across was very friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing is a shower wand and a little more water pressure in the shower lol other than that everything else was great. Enjoyed breakfast. Having a guest laundry room on site made it easy for me to pack clean clothes instead of having little trash bags of dirty laundry in luggages. Overall we enjoyed our time there and Thank you for the great hospitality.

Good location for a quick overnight stay seems a little outdated but had a nice stay.

The bathroom was covered in black hairs so they transferred me to a different room and that bathroom was also covered in black hairs.

Clean but bed was old, breakfast was ok - typical motel. Nothing special but it’s perfect for in / out and a cheap night. The people working there were very nice.

We were very happy with our stay here, except that I booked a "King" and the bed was "Queen" size at best. We really liked that we had a door directly to the parking lot and our vehicle. I have mobility issues so that made it much easier for me to get to and from the car.

My room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good with many choices but the juice machine is very watered down. I would stay here again.

The pool, hot tub, and rooms were clean

Everything was good until we tried to watch TV. It was pretty weird that the only channels that didn't have sound were the Fox channels. Both of them. But every other channel worked just fine.

When we checked in Tuesday late afternoon the lady at the desk was very friendly and accommodating asking which floor we would want and said she had quarters for the laundry if needed.

Very clean and excellent breakfast

Spent three nights here due to being evacuated from our home due to nearby fire. Hotel is very clean and the staff was friendly. Free breakfast was excellent. Our room was on the second floor and the air conditioning was non-existent. We could not get more than a trickle of cool air into our room. The room was very hot for the three days of our stay.

The fan in the bathroom (room 129) was extremely loud.

I liked the quiet. Took a long time for water to get hot. Would appreciate a shower grab bar and small portable mirror...large mirror is too far for me to use without glasses. Convenient location

Unhelpful, condescending staff. Will NEVER book there again. In a snowstorm, zero understanding. Money is priority - not customer. Would rather sleep in my car or a tent.

The lady at the front desk wasn’t very friendly but over all the stay was good. Bed was very comfortable! The noise level was a bit too much. I had a room with an adjoining door and could hear whole conversations in the next room until midnight. That was frustrating but disrespectful people is not the hotels fault.

Room was clean and it was quiet despite the abundance of high school wrestlers who were also staying at the same time as us. The person who checked us in was helpful and friendly even though it was quite late when we arrived. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Flew in on United to meet our newest grand baby. Went to expedia to reserve a one night stay before returning back home. Ee were given Room 127. Smelled something when entering room. The smell became more evident in the middle night that it was a Urine smell. The Person at front desk commented that it was 'somebody whp must have snuck in a cat.' Bed was uncomfortable. Even my samsung watch commented in the morning that I didnt have a good night of rest. Breakfast was good, but, all things considered , we will not stay here again.

There was alot of food options in walking distance.

Beds were stiff and sheets felt like sand paper. Room wasn’t the cleanest.

We stayed overnight for one night while in the Redmond area. Hotel was clean, staff were mostly friendly, the included breakfast was actually very good compared to what we have had at other comparable hotels. I would stay there again.

Lots of things nearby to do, convenient shopping nearby, wish I had booked an extra night to make it a little more worth it, but overall great experience. Very old rooms and outdated interior. Carpet was very dirty on first day, it got little better afterwards.

The location is great. The bed was decently comfortable, however the bathtub floor could be a little cleaner but it served its purpose for 1 night of stay. Easy parking and amazing breakfast!

Was all average here. This hotel seems to always be loud. Children's running up and down the halls. The pool room was so loud i could hear from my room all the way till it closed at 10pm. The room was clean and comfortable

Jackie was super helpful and very friendly with getting us a room that we needed upgraded. We were tired from a long drive to hotel and she made it work.

Property was nice and within a close drive to many options. Not as walkable due to the 4 lane road it sits on as very few crosswalks and too busy to cross between them. Easy drive however.

Very efficient, friendly check in. Rooms were clean and housekeeping and breakfast service was great. Easy access from the highway and shopping near by for any needs we might have. Excellent job - we will stay here again, when in the area!

The room was clean, but there are many places on the walls that need to be repainted and look dirty because of it. The toilet was low enough for a child rather than an adult and the bed was really too firm. For the cost I would think the rooms would be in a little better shape.

We have stayed here several times and enjoy the ease of checking in, the pool and the area.

The negative was the room smelled like a potpourri bomb went off. I had to sleep with the window open to get fresh air. The room was dated with rust on the bathroom door hinges and shower curtain rod.

Just what we were looking for.

The lady who checked me in was friendly, and while my linens and furniture were clean, the walls were stained, as well as the chairs, and the bathrooms needed some serious updating and recaulking. One of the nights I was there, someone in a room next to me was playing LOUD music. I travel with a sound machine and even at max volume, you can hear the music. I called the front desk, and the music went off for about 10 minutes before going back on and staying on until 1:00 in the morning. It was absolutely insane. The breakfast is free, but it's not good. The eggs were awful...even the boiled eggs were bad which is odd. Coffee was good and at least they had cereal and other packaged items to choose from. I would not recommend this place, especially for the price.

The adjoining doors to rooms made it noisy. Could hear their TV next door and I’m sure they could hear ours. Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good.

The room was clean and comfortable. My ONLY issue was the pillows. They were extremely firm and I woke up with a sore neck and shoulders. Maybe 2 soft ones and 2 firm ones instead of 4 firm.

Very clean and nice hotel room. It would have been nice if breakfast was open later then 9:30, especially after working late the night before. But otherwise everything was great

Pillows were too soft, hot water fluctuated to cold after 5 mins and the toilet paper is like sand paper. My rear is raw after one use.

Pool was closed the morning we left, walls in the room were a little dirty. Otherwise, it was a nice stay, we slept well and had a good breakfast! Would stay again.

There was no customer service. Sign said be back in 5 I waited 20 minutes and never say a person. Hope they got my key that I passed on the counter. My shower sucked. I will not stay at another best Western or recommend one
