I was poisoned by the breakfast

Very nice

The bed was super comfortable and was perfect with check out time being noon. Also room was very spacious and also had several battery charging ports for mobile devices. The free breakfast did not meet my expectations. Little variety and very basic items like bagels, instant oatmeal (regular and apple flavored), bananas that were not ripe, bite size muffins, and apple / orange juice. Also the area where you have breakfast did not have a television. It would have been nice to watch the morning news instead of sitting in close proximity of the other guests and feeling too crowded.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, but Heather was absolutely awesome. If you ever want to teach your employees great customer service skills then Heather would be the perfect example for others to follow. Thank you, Heather for all your help and kindness.

Wonderful lodging. Next to freeway but never heard any traffic noise. Quiet, clean, hospitable , and a great value.

The property was clean and the room was very spacious. The lobby is well kept, clean, and colorful. The onsite property manager, Sage was very friendly and helpful. She was extremely courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I would stay here again.

Great stay customer service was great

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time, I would have been better off at a motel 6. Housekeeping was not daily even when asked for my room to be made up nothing was done. There was only one ice machine for the whole hotel on the third floor and only one microwave located in the lobby. Breakfast was a joke,they didn’t even have a waffle maker. There were no chairs with backs on them,no desk chair only a stool. Wi-Fi and tv service was lousy,tv kept going out and Wi-Fi was so spotty it was frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I can’t believe Hilton put their name on it.

The second stay had good staff and some breakfast available. There were no coffee service in the rooms. There was coffee in the lobby. The second stay we were in a new room that was not quite ready. Newly remodeled room very spacious. Very comfortable beds slept ? like a baby best sleep I've had in over a year. Location is slightly bad. I was walking to the store and homeless potential gang member whistling at me yelling at me for attention. Other than that no other issues.

The staff was so friendly and were very accommodating! The room was also very spacious and it had plenty of room for 3 people plus a whole lot of luggage. The only thing was that our room never got any hand soap during our stay despite asking for it, but it was not a big deal :)

Front Receptionist was very nice! Great location and price compared to many other last-minute properties in the general area of the Coachella festival. I’ll be honest — there was a large pincher bug on one of my pillows and someone else’s socks behind my bedside nightstand. I’m not saying the room was dirty. It wasn’t. There were just a couple minor things.

I forgot a toothpaste and when I asked if there is anything complimentary or to purchase, I was directed to go to Walmart instead. I found out today that I was charged $15 for a make up stain… I don’t wear make up and only had foundation/pressed powder with me in the bathroom counter that was placed on a tissue paper flat, laid out on the bathroom counter. It was ridiculous charge that did not make any sense to me. When I checked out… no one was at the desk do me to get my check out receipt. I waited had no one was there to assist me. I spoke to heather, who was nothing but kind on the phone and was told the manager named Jennifer was the one that added the $15 charge for a stained towel tha clearly did not exist. They were quick to charge but so slow in sending back the deposit refund. I have stayed a variousHiltons before and never had any issues like this before.

Employee at check in was FANTASTIC! Incredibly welcoming and efficient. Room was fine, no dressers is kind of an issue, just makes the room look consistently messy. Breakfast was TERRIBLE! very few options and bagels were stale.

The room was very big and spacious, which was a plus. However, the bathroom was not very clean and could use better housekeeping. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options and almost no protein—only cereal, bagels, and yogurt were available.

My room was excellent, even with a few issues. Clean, comfortable, but there was rain collecting in a puddle outside my window (from the roof drain?), noisy enough to bother me and disturb my rest. I reported it, and by the next morning it was gone.

The rooms were clean but no cups in the room so can't take meds. Elevator floors are dirty and no second elevator, carpets in hallways filthy, coffee was lukewarm not hot.

Room 209 was spacious! It’s fine for what it’s worth. I do wish they had hot breakfast and a working tv. We stayed 4 days and the maintenance guy didn’t come fix our tv. I did love that the digital key worked (: and it’s a plus for free parking!!

Will NOT be staying here again. Used to be so much better! Now, no in room coffee or microwave, 1st floor bathroom under construction, only microwave in the hotel is on the first floor and only ice machine is on the 3rd floor. And the elevator is loud and scary sounding. Nice room though.

This is my second time staying here and overall the experience is great. The staff they are really, really friendly. The breakfast bar is very kept very clean. The room is very clean. I know they are going through some construction, during my stay, there was no sound of construction bothering me during my stay here

The hotel was fabulous!! The area was so nice, there is a spaghetti factory across the street and downtown Redlands is minutes away. The room was so clean, big and the beds were so comfortable. I loved this hotel is not even expensive. The staff was so friendly! I actually forgot my boots in the room and the front desk kept them for me.

Nice property easily accessible from interstate. Unfortunately road noise in room was less than ideal. Room was spacious. Employees ranged from incredibly friendly to mildly disinterested. Ongoing construction was slightly inconvenient but not terrible. I was excited to see a brand new Peloton in fitness room but unfortunately it wasn’t properly set up for use when I was there

In my 4 night stay they never clean the bathroom and never took out the trash from the room I reminded them several times but last day when I was leaving they clean my trash

Almost always stay here for convenience. Here's the list. Breakfast is nothing but carbs and crappy yogurt. Gym has no weights or resistance equipment. Cardio only. My reservation was lost and they told me I was charged for a no show because of a change, even though I had emails and confirmations. I had a washcloth with a greasy handprint on it. Done here, they lost my business.

Horribly noisy with guest in room above us jumping around or pacing for hours during the night. Noise calmed for an hour or so at 3 am after desk intervened but resumed about 5 am. Perhaps a freak occurrence.

Guest complained about my autistic child who was having a rough day and having a meltdown because that was overstimulated and tired. And kids have tantrums, how are you supposed to prevent a kid from crying. Plus it was only 10 pm when my child started to cry, wasn't even that late.

The rooms were nice and very clean one problem we did have the water was draining out very slow in the shower and the receptionist had a nasty attitude but overall i would stay there again but they really need to train that customer service rep some people skill because she definitely did not have any

This was a very nice property. It’s close to several restaurants and even a gas station the lady at the front desk.Lynze, Heather and Sage always greeted me when I entered or left the building. It was nice to have people smile when they greet you and act like they really are happy you’re there. I will recommend this hotel because of those three ladies to all my friends and family.

Normal volume conversations clearly audible through wall. Room spelt like combo animal and tobacco smoke.

We only stayed for the night so that we were able to attend a graduation nearby but the room was huge, clean (although it had a small lingering scent of smoke like the previous guest had been a smoker), and comfortable. The room allowed for me to do work and the kids to watch tv. I liked the wireless charging for the cellphone in the room. The staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. My husband and our children briefly got breakfast. My only complaint is that we had 4 guests total and they only gave us 3 towels. Other than that, I would stay again in the future.

Very nice property. Very quiet and spacious rooms. Staff was so friendly and nice. Given the need I will definitely stay there again.

I should have known that an empty part king kit a 5pm was a bad sign. Meet wouldn’t open doors, couldn’t get back in from the pool. Half the back building is boarded up. Room had stains in the carpet and dirty remote and shower. TV keeps disconnecting and would have the video go out every 4-5 minutes needing to be restarted. Couldn’t Gina a guide, and half the stations don’t work. And you can’t hook up your own device. The dorm room fridge couldn’t hold anything. The final reason was a homeless person camping outside my ground floor.room

Did not see any homeless camps that were mentioned in previous reviews. They must have cleaned them up. Hotel felt clean and safe. I would stay here again.

I picked this place over all because of the reviews, this place was not really what I expected. Also there was no breakfast as described. I saw bagels and coffee. Dingy walls, not very well upkeep. I could have went cheaper and gotten the same.

Just needed a quick overnite, but was very impressed with friendly staff, Heather, at desk. Planned to start vacation the next morning but an approaching storm changed our plans. Heather and the welcoming hotel made it a soft landing after a frantic trip out of stormy Big Bear.

Everything was great but the even number rooms face the freeway and it was super noisy. Otherwise, everything was great.

Traveled 6 hours by car only to arrive at 1:30am and be told that since their sysytem was down they couldn’t process our card for the deposit so they cancelled our reservations. We had the joy of finding a new hotel at 2am...why isn’t there a back up system for card deposits??

Had an issue with my room. The staff did not allow me to speak to a manager. When the agency asked to speak to a manager in my behalf. They declined to answer the phone and resolve my issue. Will never stay with another Hilton again. They would rather take your money for a nights stay. Than create a positive experience and invite future stays. Very sad. I always thought Hilton was an elite Hotel brand. Do not trust. They are not concerned one bit with the safety of there rooms.

Nice big room except the tv is too far from the bed so you have to turn the tv louder to hear it. It took over 3 minutes for the water in the shower to barely turn warm and then there was no water pressure so trying to take a shower was useless. Last thing that 6 foot counter top would be better by the bathroom and next to a mirror but it was nice and quiet in there and those ottoman seats are bad for someone with a bad back they need support.

The pool looked terrible, hopefully they address this before the weather warms up but hotel in and out was super clean and although against the freeway, it was super quite!

My family was forced to evacuate our home due to recent fire/power outages. We had 3 days of no power and heat. We booked this local hotel for 2 days but we were able to return home after 1. The hotel refused to refund the 2nd day even though we checked out in the morning before checkout time stating their policy is a 24hour notice. While this is true I think it was very insensitive to the plight of locals during this difficult situation. An example of a greedy owner not caring about the local residents. I heard other hotels in the area were much more accommodating and helpful. I would not recommend this place, lots of better options.

I had a truly terrible experience at this hotel, and I feel it’s important to warn others. This hotel sits 10 feet from a homeless encampment and 1/8 of a mile from a low-income/homeless apartment complex which houses recovering addicts. There were police/ambulance/paramedics in front of the apartment all day long, and homeless going to and from the encampment to the apartments throughout the day. It seems this hotel is situated perfectly for robbery's such as the one during my stay. There is an IHOP next store and when I spoke to them, they stated that the hotel has burglary's regularly in there parking lot. It is as if the hotel feels burglary is not their problem, despite the frequency of it happening. To make matters worse, when I reported the incident to the hotel management, while the front desk person seemed surprised, the manager on site had a response which was shockingly indifferent. The parking lot HAD security cameras but they were worthless.They only captured the small area of the parking lot where cars could enter and exit. My car was not the only car broken into that night, as I saw other windows laying in the parking lot the next morning. This was an incredibly frustrating and upsetting experience, and I will never stay at this hotel again. If you value your safety and belongings, I highly suggest passing on this one.

What a rip off! The huge room with 2 queen beds (for 3 guests) had only one hard metal chair. I could live without the coffee pot in the room but they dont even supply plastic drinking glasses. Hilton should be ashamee of themselved!
