The housekeeper was the nicest and most helpful person. The staff were not helpful or available at all. Do not stay here. Parking smelled like weed and furniture had cat claw marks on it Dirty towels with shoe marks on them and hair from previous guests. I waited almost an hour for the stint staff to come to the desk (housekeeper called her on her personal phone) stay away. Again, the housekeeper was so kind and the most helpful person in that building. She even got a luggage. Art for me from the third floor to help me with my bags. Front desk staff were rude and unavailable.

I stay here often and never really have any major issues. This time there was an issue with the TV and microwave not working but it was resolved. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was decent. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I got there and my room had a strong smell of bleach. Could not breathe. The AC unit was broken and the room was hot. I had to pack up again and go downstairs and wait for another room. The hallway had an odor and the property was just beat up and dirty

I like that the rooms are very spacious. Only thing I didn't like was the first 3 days I was here the TV was not working. And when maintenance man came to fix it he was really loud and rude. Very unprofessional. Other than that it gets 4 stars from me overall.

Property was dirty and filthy. Too many pets were loud and it was inconvenient. Room was dirty and wasn’t clean at all. I got 2 separate rooms and both were dirty, nasty and uncomfortable. I got a refund and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Mari (I think that was her name) was extremely helpful and accommodating when I checked in. There was an issue with the room I was given I let her know , and she switched my room right away. The room was decent everything worked how it was supposed to.

I booked with Expedia. When I got to the hotel the receptionist said, that had no rooms available. Terrible experience I don’t know why the hotel let the transaction go through if they know they have no availability. I was stuck with calling Expedia, and getting my refund.

This was nothing short of John Candy movie experience, the room was made up but not clean, lots of red flags for bugs but none in obvious view. Shortly after with the AC full blast and the TV on I got to bare witness to a scene straight out of Jerry springer outside with a old man fighting his 2 girlfriends and there kids followed by police, the fight came inside, low and behold the room right above me! So I went outside for a smoke, when I returned and turned the lights on to find bugs running from lights everywhere to get away... Time to leave...

Advertisement included breakfast but there was only snacks and the WiFi was not working my entire stay . Room was not very clean .

This place is unsafe, if they give you a tag for your car is for them to ensure they are not responsible for theft.

Inside of the building was dirty and had a very bad animal(s) odor smell. Room was in horrible condition. Chairs has hole punctures all over them, bed had dog or cat hair all over it, plus the sheets had either rat or some type of small animal droppings! Bathroom was dirty as well even tho I didn’t use it. All around it was a horrible experience and I left within 20 mins of arriving.

When my daughter and I got to the property the staff seem very nice. The door was sticky. After check in we walked through lobby to go to elevator and there was a fowl urine smell. Got into the the elevator and it was just nasty like sticky and looked like someone walked through dog poop and it smeared. Get in to our room and the top of the fridge was never cleaned, shower and toilet area and bedding were all dirty. I moved the couch so it could be closer to the bed and there was huge pee stain like left behind and never cleaned. Inside the couch was filthy even a tampon was in it. I will be sending all my photos in and doing a formal complaint. I stayed here one night out of the three I booked and went somewhere else

The room was filthy the bathroom had dirty towels and MOLD the sheets were dirty the mattress was dirty the pillow cases were dirty and when I expressed my concerns to the staff they told me that all the rooms were dirty and that was all the way they had. DO NOT STAY AT THIS ROOM!

I usually don't have any issues when I stay but this time I went to check in was told there was no rooms available but ended up finding one that wasn't clean. I was told to come back when it was ready. Once I get into the room the power on one side of the room went out TV and remote did not work. I requested late check out was told that wouldn't be a problem than the day of check out housekeeping came to the door I explained I had late check out she says they didn't offer it than proceeds to roll her eyes and walk away.

When I got to the room the lock was turned over and the door was opened. There were two brooms in the entry, a garbage can on the counter and pillows for the bed were at the foot of the bed. This was for Friday 4/10/26 to Sunday 4/12/26. After a few minutes I decided I'm not going to stay here. I went to the lobby to see about a refund. There was no one available so I decided to leave. I got another hotel at another place.

There were roaches and bedbugs crawling in the bed. I left immediately and asked for a refund. customer service is horrible. I stood at the front desk for one hour before someone showed up and help me. Just save yourself the troubel and go somewhere else.

The exterior of the hotel looks great but the inside is worn down. Check in was simple and staff was nice. Walked into my first room but it smelled like cigarette smoke so bad, so went back down to the front and the lady gave me a new room. It didn’t smell but it wasn’t as clean. A lot of items in the room weren’t cleaned properly. Good thing I brought cleaning products. Also, stains on the hallway carpets and a lot of things needed to be fixed. It’s in an industrial area and close to the freeway. Parking is free and you can bring pets. Breakfast says it’s included but it’s actually a “grab n go” breakfast. They had small, packaged muffins, Multigrain bars and hot water. I guess I got what I paid for.

The room was clean and it did have 2 beds like we needed. We did not cook so it did not matter if there was utensils or not. Unfortunately there were 2 roaches inside the bathroom area and there was no shampoo or conditioner or body wash at all. Just 1 small bar of soap for hands and 1 for body. The staff were very friendly though, but I don’t think I would stay here again.

Some staff like the assistant manager is very angry all the time. The manger seems friendly but he abuses his authority by trying to enter guests’ rooms and then denies.

I didn't use the gym or the laundry or anything else after seeing roaches crawl around in my bathroom I was kind of grossed out and wanted to leave and I have pictures and the people in the room next to me had a dog that wouldn't shut up. Actually they had two dogs and a cat

Blinds were broken, bed was very squeeky, heavy smell of smoke in the hallways from cigarettes. Breakfast wasn't even Breakfast muffin and a granola bar. I wouldn't stay there again.

From the start had issues as soon as we walked in the TV or AC didn’t work so we immediately got changed to another room but “this room” had a guest with dogs so whatever we have dogs but after we finally tried to rest you can smell the light odor of dogs.this room had a working Ac so that was our moment to finally rest after a long day, but once again the TV didn’t work brought to desk lady attention but didn’t seemed to concerned to help fix it. So just went to our room to sleep, just made the experience very dull as all we can do in be on our phones to pass the time. After our nights sleep and getting up at 10am we discovered ROACHES in the kitchenette area and the bathroom 7 in total we didnt bother getting ready for the day we immediately packed up and left please don’t let the price fool you it’s not all a deal here outside looks great but the inside is a poorly managed halfway house infested with roaches

Hotel in bad shape. Fake leather chair is peeling. Bathroom mirror is rusted. Carpet in hallway is dirty. Hotel got a weird smell. Guess staying there look junky. A man in wheel chair say out front when we arrived and the next morning was sitting out front again. I think this hotel is used as an in between home for those who has no place to go. I would have cancelled and booked another hotel if we hadn’t gotten there so late. If you’re looking for a decent hotel, don’t go here.

Room smelled of either old smoke or marijuana - I arrived too late and too tired to complain or move. I was running late at check and tried to call to check out over the phone and couldn’t reach anyone. The general assistance customer service was very kind and waited on the phone until connected and was surprised herself at the rude and short response of the on site staff.

The room was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only two gripes I have is the elevators were out of order so my pregnant wife had to climb all the way to the 4th floor whenever we needed to go out, and there really was no continental breakfast, other than that, loved this stay!!

You don't know how horrible and filthy this hotel is until you go past the reception doors... carpet is filthy, walls are extremely dirty elevators don't work and all you hear and smell are children and dogs barking! Now the room! I was placed on the fourth floor with no elevator access but when I opened the door.... Roaches were EVERYWHERE !!! I couldn't do anything but return to the front desk and tell her about the roaches and the room was dirty and she apologized and said there are no other rooms available ( as if I wanted another room) and all she could do is reimburse me. I know some people don't mind being around roaches but idgaf, I can't do it... especially paying over 100 for a room per night!

This hotel was unable to make keys for the room. They ran out, the elevator was shut down by the fire department , there was rat poop in the chair, old liquid in in the fridge from previous people, the clerk said they had a problem with housekeeping because of ICE? They had only 2 was cloths and hand towels no body towels. And no one cares, Expedia has done nothing

I would never stay here again. I was only in the room long enough to shower and found roaches in the bathroom. On top of that, there is no elevator to the 4th floor. The only positive experience was going downstairs to request and receive a refund without issues.

Air conditioning worked great. Enhanced wifi was offered at a small fee which was great! Staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. Jwill be staying here again.

The first room they gave us had people in it! The next room, the locks didn’t work properly. The third room was very dirty with sheets on the bed that looked like they had not been washed! We did not stay the night here after that!

The front desk girl was nice. The elevator was broken. I had to have my keys reprogrammed because they weren’t working a couple hours later. I had to walk from the fourth floor to the front desk. Room seem a bit dirty.

They have no control over the guest that have children. They stayed up to three and 4 o’clock in the morning, running jumping and stamping.

The elevator was not working and it was a hassle going up and down the stairs with the stuff. Staff was nice. The breakfast was okay only thing offered were muffins and oatmeal, no coffee. Also, if you're planning on showering once getting there make sure you check to see if you have any shampoo, if not you have to go all the way down to reception to ask for some.

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in (and not the cheapest). The area felt extremely unsafe due to transient looking people getting openly drunk and high in the hotels outdoor patio tables. Doors to non guests that were said to remain locked and not accessible without a key card were accessible to anyone off the street. Everything was broken from the elevator, to the busted up blinds in our room where chunks were missing and they didn’t close to keep the street light out, to the insanely loud air conditioning unit that didn’t cool the room. I felt like I was staying in a hotel off a horror movie! Upon leaving we had to avoid puddles of puke in the stairwell. Absolutely horrendous experience!

The basic needs for hotels were not followed at all. My expectations were a basic clean room with functional amenities that were advertised on their website which was completely false. There were cockroaches in my room, walls were dirty, linens and towels looked unwashed and dirty, room smelled like cigarettes regardless of the “no smoking” policy that was supposed to be enforced, black mold in our AC unit, the toilet was non functional and lastly the mattress had food crumbs on it regardless of us barely arriving. We did complain to the front desk and another room was offered but upon further discussion we found out that the new room that was being offered on the fourth floor was “worse” when it came to the cockroach infestation. Will be submitting a claim to the department of public health and safety because basic human safety standards are not being taken seriously.

The hotel was dirty and smelly, the room was dirty, after getting to the room we checked out immediately due to how gross and smelly the hotel and room was.

I’m not one to write reviews but it was so bad we cancelled the trip and went home early. Reception was having a conversation with someone on her AirPods, mouthed and motioned for an ID, handed me the room keys and pointed towards the elevator without saying a word to me. Room was dirty, unpatched holes in dry wall, blinds were broken and visibly soiled, refrigerator unclean with sticky residue on door shelves. Toiletries and WiFi password have to be requested from front desk, no answer when called. As the room was about the same rate as surrounding competitors, I figured it would be about the same experience but I was very wrong. Instead of complain, we just learned our lesson and won’t be back.

The convenience and the pricing are a solid draw for this extended stay. We needed somewhere with a stove and hot water and we got that. The room was filthy. We brought our own cooking and cleaning accommodations and that was fine.

Well my state was terrible I have to go to work I couldn't check out they told me if I didn't like it I have to check out if I wanted to check out and I told him no I had to stay here for work is business and then there was a lot of roaches I took pictures and videos so you don't see that online and I asked him to do something about it and they said that if I didn't like it too I can leave I want to be compensated and I want my money back

Property was ok. Some things were dirty, walls are thin. Had a reservation for a suite with a king bed and sofa bed. When i got there i was downgraded to a 2 queen bed room. Was told the suite was not available. On their screen it showed my reservation as a 2 queen bed room, but on my expedia app it showed a king suite with sofa bed. That was disappointing, i paid the same price. I believe we should if "we get apples, we should pay for apples."

The room wasn't ready at check in, it took 2 more hours to check in. This is place is like a half way house but for hotels. There are syringe disposal boxes and sketchey feeling around the place. There were roaches and no coffee in the morning. The stomping on the floor above was non stop. I got no sleep. I left a day early and booked a different hotel. The whole experience was disappointing and uncomfortable.

I was moved from a room with 2 queen beds because the card key / door didn’t work and the TV didn’t work. I was moved to a single king size bed that l had to share with my friend. The room had roaches and the shower did not have a drain cover ( located in the middle of the shower) , so you had to watch where you stepped. The hotel had old dirty carpet and paint was peeling/bubbling on the walls.

Room smelled like urine. Night stand was sticky. Found trash and an empty tequila bottle in the cupboard. Hairs on the bathroom sink and towels. People BLASTING music at 4am on both nights I stayed there.

Not bad in a pinch but did not offer any dishes or silverware or glasses in the it being an extended stay I thought was quite inconvenient. Also found two roaches in the bedroom and no remote for the TV.

Staff at check in was unpleasant, unfriendly. Proceeded to room, hall smelled like body odor, rugs and walls stained. Woman in elevator stated she asked to be moved twice because of unclean rooms. Entered room and was immediately yelled at by a half naked man that was awakened when we entered his room. Another guest witnessed this and took the stairs down to the lobby to warn the desk clerk. He was talking to the clerk as we re-entered the lobby. Clerk was standing there with a smirk on her face. No apology, no sense of responsibility, just offered a refund which we gladly accepted. Definitely let her know how we felt on our way out.

Despite saying debit or credit cards with Visa or MasterCard Logos are accepted at their establishment they would not take my VISA debit or credit card because it was issued by an online bank. Now these deblt and credit cards have the same Visa and MasterCard logos as traditional brick and mortar bank cards and are backed by actual banks I was told they could be used fraudulently and therefore they were calling me a thief because I didn't have a traditional bank. I am a one zero zero percent disabled Veteran who feels I fought for freedoms in this country but I didn't even have the freedom to use a card from an online bank that is backed by the FDIC. I will never step foot on one of their properties again and urge all Vets and anyone in Uniform to do the same!

I was woken up with loud fire alarm at 7:30 in my room I evacuated for about 1 hour and I was able to recover my belongings and I checked out right away I couldn’t continue my stay the whole thing was stressful and overwhelming, smell of smoke burning water everywhere in the lobby and laundry room and hall way . No communication whatsoever from staff they were under staff when this was going on . We just had to figure out what to do . Also furniture was torn up in the room the chair look like the one someone would trow out it’s worn out to the point it’s missing the layers and the sponge was exposed. Not the cleanest . They offer breakfast in the morning which is a muffin and oatmeal and granola bar that’s it no coffee or drinks… according to the front desk that’s what they serve. No one was able to even get that with what was going on with the fire from the laundry room… fire department came . The one guy at the front desk was overwhelmed… yeah not returning there this was my first time there. An my last ..

For what we paid, this is absolutely not what we expected. This was worse than a Motel 6. The carpet was filthy in the hallway, the shower kept filling and there was mold around fixtures. The bar in the shower has broken parts. The pillows had no pillow cases which we had to ask for and no toilet paper in the room. The hallway and room smelt like cigar smoke even though it says non-smoking. Yes, they did say breakfast was takeaway but what they called breakfast was an absolute joke. No coffee was available, and we were told by another guest who apparently had been there a few days that they took away the coffee and that each time he came to get breakfast the pastries were stale. All they had were mini muffins in plastic, soft granola bars and instant oatmeal packets. There was a coffee machine but no coffee, you could only get hot water. Shut that place down or lower the price because it's not worth the money. Have stayed at this same hotel chain before and never had it been this terrible. Do better or reduce your price. What a waste of money. Trying to add photos but it won't let me.

This hotel is an alternative housing location for those without a home.

The best quality of this motel is it's location, centrally located in Redlands. Convenient and quick to surrounding areas. My room cards stopped working at 10am, with a 11am checkout. Breakfast bag does not exist. Not even coffee offered. Hot water with 4 types of package oatmeal, hot chocolate packs, 2 muffins and one snack bar are the available choices. No protein of any kind, no juices or milks. No fresh fruit. All guests must present ID. The staff were professional and courteous. No curtains on window, just blinds. Full size refrigerator and microwave. Stove is a mini top with loud exhaust fan. No closet, just shelves with an attached bar. No room cleaning service unless you specifically ask for it, but they dont tell you this when you check in. This is a place to stay solo or on a work trip. Not a family friendly vacation spot. Won't stay here again. Room was clean just don't look too closely at the bottom of the refrigerator or under the sinks.

Do not recommend. There were no pillowcases on the pillows-had to request them. That should have been a tip-off but it was nearly midnight and we were tired so went to sleep. No extra extra roll of TP, broken blinds, dirty towels, and the straw that broke the proverbial camels back was the roach that scurried across the bathroom floor. Nope. You better believe I’m getting out of here and NOT paying for the second night we reserved.

Checking in staff was not friendly. As for the room, for an extended stay there was nothing in the room. No pots and pans. No coffee maker, no blow dryer. Breakfast was nonexistent. Hallways smelled. Seems like it was a homeless camp. Room didn’t look like it was cleaned. Pillows dirty and piled up in the middle of the bed. Pillows were dirty and gross. Went to bathroom in the middle of the night and saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Don’t recommend this place.

As soon as we opened the the door to the lobby, we smelled marijuana. The girl that checked us in was nice. But the whole hotel smelled of Marijuana, cigarettes and some sort of cleaner. Smelled horrible. Made my asthma act up. We get to our room saw some sort of bug crawling on the counter, the floor was dirty, blinds dirty. The bed was so uncomfortable. We tried to make the best of it and went to bed. About 30 minutes later the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate. But like i said it smelled like cigarettes and pot. The girl that checked us in finally comes out and has no idea what to do. We were finally allowed back in. After that it was difficult to sleep. The next day a lady that was staying there asked me if i can smell how horrible that whole floor was. I had to cover my face with my sweater because of the smell and my asthma would start up. The next day in the lobby i heard the employees complain about the lady complaining about the smell. They had said "well i told her not to come back" and another employee said "oh you dont like the smell of clean?" It definitely didn't smell clean. Like i said cigarettes and pot smelled the whole hotel. The shower felt like wecwere going to fall through and the toilet moved when we sat down. Horrible place. Will not go back

The first room we were put in had an AC unit that was making a really loud noise and I immediately went downstairs to request another room. When I told the front desk she said “Yea there was a room that the AC unit made a horrible noise we just never documented which one it was, I guess you were the lucky winner!” I didn’t feel so lucky. She gave us another room and as soon as we got off the elevator the hall wreaked of a strong food smell like a curry so I thought someone was eating something. Nope it smelled like that all 2 days we were there. On the second day we found a roach in our room.

Over booked hotel. We had trip insurance. We had to find another hotel to stay at. Hugely inconvenient. Poor business. We do not recommend.

When pulling up to this place it didn’t look too bad, until you park. Walking in to check in there was some shady people walking around and smoking everything but cigarettes in the parking lot. Walking into the lobby I felt that I was checking into a rehab facility, people walking around like zombies and the front desk host seemed high. Walking to my room I noticed how filthy the elevator was and smelled like urine, the hallway had dogs running around and the carpet was sticky and stained. My room smelled like weed along with the bedding, people constantly arguing next door and above me some tweakers up all night moving furniture and jumping up and down. Front desk just ignored my complaints about people up above. This place must accept vouchers from the county and state to house people, dirty place and didn’t feel safe.

the hospitality was on point. our room was not ready when we arrived but it did not take too long, Jelly was very attentive and kind.

I little noisy by the freeway, once moved up stairs neighbors noisy maybe not the best place to study

My room was fairly clean and front desk service was friendly but the hotel does have I believe long term residence that use marijuana in the building I could smell it in my room and my coworker said there was little beetle like bugs in his room won’t be staying here in the future

Everything was to be expected from Extended Stay

Do not stay here! The hallways smell of feet! One of the rooms we booked smelled of urine, nicotine smoke and marijuana. The room also didn't have a mini blind wand to close/open the blinds. The other room that we booked had not been cleaned at all. The bed was undone, towels were on the floor and again, the room had a foul odor. We ended up going to a different hotel.

There no coffee available and the hot water isn’t nearly hot enough, lukewarm at best.

Upon my arrival at the front desk I was insulted by Kaylee who actually needed to fight with someone because all she did was talk crap. Dre the other did not even attempt to quite her down. She threw my sons id back at him and then hid behind a wall while continuing to talk crap to me. My stay was not comfortable also because neither of the two rooms where handicap accessible. So showers were not possible for us. Not a handicap friendly place to stay.

Overall it was very quiet and extremely clean. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Looks like unhoused were given vouchers to stay/live there. Teenagers were dropped off by bus nightly. Very loud all night long, including stomping from above floor. Smelled like BO and vomit, and marijuana smell in the elevators, couldn’t wait to leave there!

The room didn't have dryer and iron box and any utensils.

Did not know you had to ask for a hair dryer.

Horrible and disgusting! Still waiting for my refund from these liars. Infested with roaches!

The shower has no water pressure The people living there are either screaming and yelling at each other inside their rooms or outside in the parking lot daily. The satellite tv constantly goes out and no channels appear. The WiFi is useless, it made it to where nothing connected worked. The hallways and lobby area smell. The first floor hallway smells like dog piss. The 4th floor hallway smells like cigarette smoke Sleeping on the floor would probably be more comfortable than the hard spring mattress sitting on a steel frame bed frame.

As soon as we got there we saw roaches, the bed made so much noise.

Room was not cleaned, linen was not changed, and minimal effort in overall room cleanliness. Wouldn’t stay here with better options nearby and over in Ontario.

We had to check the bed for bed bugs and the sheets had stains on them. We also felt rushed to check out.

Very safe and quiet

Stayed at this property 6 nights in the last 2 weeks. Other than the 5 cockroaches we ran into it was a pleasant stay. Were not able to acquire kitchenware at our request.

There was no shower curtain or towels in the room, called the front desk never answered

I stayed on the highest floor (4th) and it was quiet and smoke free aside from the room next to me was blasting music late at night for a few hours on my first night. There are people who live at this hotel, but everyone I encountered were friendly. I didn’t see any cockroaches and my room was very clean.

The gal at check in was nice. The facility smells bad, hallway carpets are filthy, my room stinks so bad. The toilet doesn’t flush, the shower had pubic hairs in it, towels had long strands of hair and the floors throughout are sticky.

The room that we stayed in was occupied by countless cockroaches, of various sizes. The floor was dirty, and there were the crusty remains of other cockroaches, which had been smashed on the walls. When I went to complain, I was advised that the hotel was sold out, so they would be unable to provide me another room. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that the manager was busy, but he would contact me at 9:00 am the following day. The time and day came and went, but no contact was made by management. While at the hotel, I learned that they did not offer coffee to their patrons. This was quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure to stay.

Chill place to stay. Staff very friendly., nearby restaurant’s and shopping center was a plus

We had to wait almost an hour for our room to be ready, front desk didn’t know what she was doing and manager seems nice but seems like he has too much on his plate. Had to go clean the room himself. Along with other rooms that other guest were waiting for. Room had a weird smell and the restroom was disgusting. If it wasn’t for the lack of availability in hotels near me i definitely would of canceled and left. Everything in the room was broken and I couldn’t get over the nasty smell.

I enjoy my stay

The sofa beds were filled with dog and human hair. There were no extra blanket or sheets for the sofa bed. Then when we finally got blankets and sheets for it, balls of hair came out of the blanket. We found two cockroaches crawling on the wall. You had to ask the front desk for a hairdryer and a tv remote. I will never stay there again.

The bed was very loose and noisy, the walls are too thin and we found a cockroach in the shower.

First room i received was not cleaned . Bed not made , trash still in room Next room was “cleaned “ but still not up to standards. I immediately went back downstairs and left. First desk receptionist was the only best part of the process.
