I stay here a lot when I’m in Redlands. Great rooms, breakfast and location. It’s priced super reasonable too. You get a lot for what you pay for.

The bed was comfortable however the bathroom was not in great condition and the shower was pathetic. No water pressure at all and was warm at best. Felt like I was in an RV with little to no water flow. Not a good value and I would warn others that the rating that was listed for the property was inaccurate. A motor inn with some vegetation however little to no other desirable amenities. Sorry however those are the facts. Would not stay there again for the price.

I’m somewhat mystified by the five-star reviews of this property. It was reasonably clean, but our room had a musty “this was a smoking room for years” smell. The bed was comfortable enough. Nice large modern TV. But otherwise the facility is VERY outdated. The fixtures and furnishings felt like circa 1990. Not old enough to qualify as quaint, just outdated. And to be clear, this is a MOTEL. Parking is about six feet from your door. We heard voices outside the door and through the walls of adjacent rooms. We won’t return.

This motel is excellent but i think a little bit too expensive for us the ppl who are a little bit less fortunatebut . The only problem i had was just the $100 deposit cause I didn't have a card with a chip in it. And you can't pay cash for the deposit It can only be a chipped card or tap it cuz they dont swipe. Other then that the motel is beautiful.

Rooms are very clean. The staff was very helpful, we had a leak in our sink and they sent someone to fix it right away. Breakfast was good.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with friendly, helpful staff members. The room may have been on the small side but it was clean and well maintained. We loved the fireplace, the ambiance was nice. Breakfast was more than just pre-packaged foods, we loved that there was an offering of hot foods and fresh fruit. It was a great stay!

I love this hotel. I have been staying there for 10 years. But it’s time for them to remove the carpet. It is really dirty. Other than that the place is clean and wonderful. Replacing the carpet with tile would be easier to clean. I will stay there again.

Got 2 loads of laundry stolen out the dryer and when notified staff to roll back cameras I was told sorry I'm only able to see live view on the cameras so what is the point of even having cameras so ya took a loss on a lot of clothes

I have stayed here 20+ times and will never again. Terrible customer service and appreciation. AVOID. Much better options close by for the same rates.

I got this room for a friend as she had lost her daughter and was going there for a celebration of her life. She said the stay was perfect and you were all so kind. And that she would love to stay at Dynasty again. And if I ever visit myself I would choose you on her wonderful words from her stay. Thank you for making them feel welcome.

Was a wonderful place, loved it. The beds are so comfortable, slept so good and that never happens when I travel. I will book it again next time.

This is a charming hotel right off the freeway. The room was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and we loved it he pool and spa.

The vending machines and laundry is coin and cash operated. No card reader. Continental breakfast was good. The juices could have been better. Food was better than the McDuffs restaurant nearby so really take advantage of the breakfast at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay, loved how quick check in was, and would 100% rebook.

There was a cookie offered at check in, even thought it was after 10:00 pm. There were additional amenities in the bathroom that are also not often included in a place at this price point such as a razor, toothbrush and single toothbrush. Bed was very comfortable and there was a small sitting area with couch in room too. Breakfast was a standard mix of some hot items as well as cold, but all were above average. Access to this hotel was easy off of the two major freeways near by. Only negative I can think of was decor was a bit outdated, but that is not important to me, especially for the value I paid. Highly recommend!

The hotel is cute, has lush foliage all around. Some rooms have a stuffy old smoke smell, this is the only thing I found discouraging. The bed was comfortable, okay for a short stay

Hotel check-in staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very quiet, despite people on both sides of us. We reserved the lowest priced room with a queen bed; the room was rather small, but sufficient for 2 people, and the rooms are nicely decorated and extremely clean. Breakfast was okay, with choices of eggs, sausage, bacon and potatoes or cereal, toast, fresh fruit, and yogurts. Especially loved the classical music playing outside, it gave a relaxing ambience.

Great staff and clean comfy rooms. No EV chargers, that’s a must it today’s world. Outside areas are nice but the side area (by stairs) smell of urine and are full of trash. I would suggest cleaning of these areas & have it pressure washed. Breakfast is very good too.

the room was small but decently appointed for a small room - a bit too crowded with a non working fake fireplace present. we were comfortable for one night, wished we could have used the hot tub and gazebo.

The room was small but good. The only recommendation to the hotel would be to put a border between shower and the toilet because it gets a bit annoying that the water runs all the way to toilet.

Pool didn’t look very clean. Didn’t seem to be heated. My room was clean. Breakfast was nice and staff was very pleasant. Area does not seem safe. Around midnight, a very large male pounded on my door several times. The office said they would call the police, but I never saw anyone come by. Staff was concerned, but there really wasn’t much they could do other than question the man, who was standing around smoking a cigarette in the parking lot, staring at my room.

Internet was fast, breakfast was excellent. Workmen doing work in rooms above us from midnight til 4am for all our stay. Front office was made aware and said they'd take care of it. Nothing changed.

We loved this place! Though older, it was very clean and offered a lot of extras. Comb, toothbrush, toothpaste. I didn't need it or use them but, they where provided. The pool and laundry facilities where very nice also.

The pool was covered in leaves and the hot tub was cold. Saunas are old and need maintenance. Front desk said that hot tub takes a while to heat up but didn’t have an hour on hand to wait and find out.

The rooms are always clean. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is good. I always enjoy staying here. The hotel is in close proximity to stores, restaurants, and the freeway.

The room was clean and comfortable. They have Tempur-pedic mattresses which were VERY comfortable. Lots of little things in the room if needed (comb, toothbrush, shave cream, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, etc.). There is no elevator so it was a little difficult to drag the luggage up the steps. They provide breakfast in the morning; It’s not really fancy, but it is decent. All in all, a nice stay.

Let me just say what a wonderful surprise, having a place to sleep close to the freeway exit, clean, friendly staff, the perks and amenities were top notch. Breakfast was at 5:30AM, did not disappoint at all, the employee wiped down the surfaces and made cleanliness her top priority which was great to see. There was a gazebo and pool, ice, vending and laundry machine however we did not have a chance to use it, just know it’s there. There’s also a take a book leave a book in the lobby, so sweet to have available, thank you!

Parking is tight . I ended up with a large door dent from someone really hitting my new car hard with their door during the night . Can’t prove anything on stuff like that so my conclusion is it is more related to the type of people who stay there. Not worth it .

The hot tub was fine in the late afternoon but too cool to soak at 10:30 the next morning. Disappointing as we had time to soak before the 12:00 checkout.

Atmosphere is amazing, great location with lots of things to do around the area.

Spa & pool were unheated in December, so perhaps only useable as cold plunges after a sauna session? Lovely little area to hang out in on nice chaises anyway. The breakfast was the usual cold offerings (cereal, bagels, muffins, juices, toast etc.) with the stellar addition of scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, and bacon or breakfast sausage slices, fresh fruit choices, and pretty good coffee, with milk available. A happy way to start a long drive day! I felt safe here, could park right by my room, and there were places nearby to eat (ok not great ones but way better than nothing.) I was on ground floor and didn’t hear anything above or next to me, a plus. I was charmed and pleased by this motel and will stay here again, and recommend. Also, there were books in English and Spanish in the lobby you could borrow!

You can hear right through the walls. The tweeter in the room next to us spent hours in the early morning sorting all the trash in his car. The tubs are short so if you shower water gets everywhere. Defiantly a budget motel option. Spend the extra $20 and book Aryes the next block over.

A person was coughing and gagging for about an hour at 3am right outside our room, people upstairs were up at 6am and making a lot of noise, can hear walking around all morning. Rooms look beautiful though, I recommend getting an upstairs or being in a single story room

Stayed in room 135. The carpet was musty and dirty and smelled of urine. The pillows were of low quality and the front desk attendant was cold and unfriendly. Access to the property is at an odd angle at a T intersection. Only right turns can be made up upon exiting the property because of its proximity to the intersection.

We stay here a few times a year. The rooms are always clean, the staff is polite and helpful, and the beds are comfortable. The one time we had a room with an air conditioner not working, maintenance was there within 15 minutes to fix the issue. I would definitely recommend someone to stay here.

Room was clean and comfortable, and quiet as well. My only complaint is that they inactivated my key an hour or more before checkout time, which was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The Sauna took a long time to heat up (the one on the right we weren’t sure worked). The room was well stocked and clean. The breakfast was sufficient but could have more options.

There was parking this time, but Ev charge parking would be a nice option.

Breakfast was offered until 9am on a Friday morning. Met my husband at the breakfast area at 8:25am. He had went to get food at 8:15am. He got a plate and had eaten by the time I showed up, but was wanting more and was waiting for them to refill because there was no food left. Everything was empty. As we sat and waited, MANY people came in to eat and noticed there was no food left, they waited a bit and left. Finally someone went to ask if they were planning on refilling and they said no, because they close at 9am. So for 45 minutes there was no food offered even though they DAY they provide breakfast til 9am. That was a huge bummer. Also check out is at 12pm, which is awesome. Usually checkout time in many hotels is at 12am. Awesome ONLY if house keeping hadn’t knocked on the door so much earlier. When I told the front desk HILDA about the breakfast situation and the smelly a.c unit, she just stated, “I’m sorry, but there’s nothing we can do.” I travel OFTEN, this is definitely not a place I’d travel to again. And I promise I usually do not complain about any of my stays anywhere. This experience just was NOT a good one.

Dynasty Suites is this little oasis of calm and music in the middle of a slew of fast food joints. Excellent value, clean, basic breakfast. I did notice a spider or two.

This is a little gem in the middle of Redlands. The staff was amazing. The rooms are a bit dated, but that adds to the charm. They keep the grounds clean. Its quiet and we felt safe. The breakfast was decent but they ran out quickly and we had to wait a bit for the hot food. Would stay here again!

Overall, the property looks great and was reasonably clean except the floor. My wife walked around barefoot and her feet picked up so much dirt. I had to wear my flipflops to keep my feet clean. We reserved this executive suite for 4 adults with one king and sofa bed. But when we opened the sofa bed, the fitted sheet was filthy. It obviously was not fresh and had stains most likely from previous guests. There were no extra pillows or sheets. When I went over to the desk, the receptionist was at a loss and had to ask me what I needed for it. I gave her the list. The fitted sheet was the wrong size. I made a second trip to the office and waited several minutes before she was able to find the right size. She reluctantly apologized and was not professional about it--did not know how to say the right words. One more thing, the AC quit working on the second night and what made the room bearable was the ceiling fan. There was no point in telling the front desk since it was past midnight. For more context, we originally were planning to stay at Ayers down the road like we always had in the past. We thought we'd try this hotel for a change. Sorry, but we're not doing this again.

My stay at the Dynasty Suites in Redlands was GREAT!! Check in/out was simple, the property was well maintained. The gazebo was beautiful at night and the property was quiet for my entire stay. I loved the ivy that covered the buildings and the staff was friendly.

I will never stay here again. It was noisy all night hearing a couple fighting next door. The decor was old fashioned and the bed was not comfortable at all. There was not really a lobby at check in area.

Very nice hotel! I wish there had been a recycle bin but that’s my only negative. I would definitely stay there again if ever in Paradise again.

A/C rattled and was loud, keeping me awake. Coolest warm shower – like no hot water. Felt lukewarm. Then someone from housekeeping was too busy talking on her phone to pay attention to the room numbers, barged in unannounced.

We stayed here for Wasteland and was a cozy experience, with cute little details! They had a gazebo with mini golf and a sitting area! Complementary breakfast was super convenient, with a variety of breakfast foods! Staff was friendly! Could say the vibe is a little on the old school vibe but definitely worth the booking! Loved the built in mini make up mirror in the restroom also mirror closets! Would definitely recommend for any NOS events!

Greatly appreciate the kindness shown in accommodating us when there was a coordination hiccup that created a 12-hour window with no where to go late in the night. May sound 'routine'' but, when you're children are involved and your traveling through from out of state..all those horror movies we grew up watching start looking more plausible and even more scary! Wonderful staff. Comfortable room. Location is ideal. Cannot say enough good things about out stay...Thank you for sharing your staff and facility with us....

Could use some repairs, the carpet was wet possible water leakage. The room was none smoking but smelt smoked in. Overall though it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

This is an older facility. The bed is very comfortable. I am willing to bypass an expensive chain hotel and save a bunch on this very adequate motel.

Properly overall is okay, but my room was so noisy with the refrigerator buzzing all night and the toilet running for some reason and neighbors loud…also sucked that the people next door smoked outside my door most of the night so i got to enjoy that …ended up leaving at 3am cause it was that bad …hard pass

Ok place to stay. If you come in late, there’s no parking. Have to park on the street across the street from the property. When we came in something was happening in one of the rooms and there were a lot of police there. Breakfast was good, pool was good, hot tub was good, sauna not so hot or takes forever to heat up. Has a motel feel.

The faucet in the shower - it had been converted and the two twist faucets were still there but not capped, so when shower was taken, they sprayed straight out of the faucet area - only one shower was taken because it was miserable

I liked how the hotel area was very pretty and isolated from the street. It was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The gazebo and flowers were great!

Quick And easy check in.

Everything was great beginning with the friendly staff at check in! The room was nice and clean - beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was good as well! They had scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit! I highly recommend! Jacuzzi, pool and sauna was an added perk! Would highly recommend!

Excellent breakfast. Carpet seemed to be dirty and a/c unit was loud. House keeping was great except for the carpet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

First and for most Dynasty was clean and well maintained. Little touches abound like cookies at check-in, soft music playing through out the grounds and a toiletry kit (tooth brush, paste, comb, razor, shave cream, ear plugs (not needed) and a shoe shine wipe. The continental breakfast is not fancy, but of good quality. The fruit was fresh! The rooms are a bit dated from a technology perspective, the direct TV had a nice channel set up. The staff are friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel in its price range!

The first room we had, upon entering, smelled of bud. When I told the front desk attendant, he was flippant and said it happened. I tried to stay in the room but was getting a migraine, so I sent my boyfriend to speak with him. He offered a room change, and after checking two rooms, the third room smelled smoke-free. After that point, our stay was great. I stayed at Dynasty Suites back in 2017 and loved the beds. Beds are still comfy, rooms look the same.

I feel like their pictures dont really protray the hotel accurately. The pictures show a nice place. The reality is its old, worn and the room was very small. It was quiet and the breakfast was decent. Thats about it.

Needed a one night stay for a med procedure next day. Room was spacious, electric fireplace was calming. Didnt try breakfast, brought own food . Maids were quiet and polite. Front desk personnel were cheerful. Lots of amenities, like toothbrush, paste, shower cap, comb, makeup remover, etc

The room was fine and had all basic amenities—bonus points for having refillable shampoo and other products in the shower and bathroom to reduce plastic waste. But the carpet was old and worn, and the coffee maker did not work well. Free breakfast service started very early and was good.

We have stayed here before, and always have a good sleep, a fresh breakfast and enjoy the lovely landscaping.

Overall liked this hotel very much and will definitely stay again in the future. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and everything worked well; the hot water could have been hotter, not a major issue. The included breakfast was okay, nothing out of the ordinary. Given the time of year I didn't use the outdoor pool, but it seemed clean, even if on the smaller side. The outdoor putting green (included) was a nice surprise.

Clean and affordable.

I could not give a higher rating for condition of room because the occasional chair was worn on the arm rests and the lights next to the bed had shades that were torn. Breakfast was ample enough but on the sparse side.

Trust the reviews. The room was a little dated but VERY clean. Probably the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in and that’s even comparing it to newer hotels. Loved the property, very cute. We got little cookies upon check in which was nice. Breakfast was very good except I’d change the brand of bacon but if that’s my biggest complaint, I’d call that a win! Sad I don’t have time to use the sauna. Will definitely stay here if given the chance

Convenient and everything I need is here

to move on and park in the rain. It was pretty frustrating especially because I’d seen people parking there a lot during the many times I’ve stayed here (I do really like this hotel). IT WAS RAINING!

Stayed here for Beyond Wonderland. Had the room with the heart shaped hot tub. Large room, cute little court yard to smoke in. Will stay again. 12pm check out is nice after a long weekend of fun.

The room was spacious had a bing king bed idk what size it is because it felt bigger than a king and a pull out couch. The shower was great it has a mirror and some type of pressure wash that can massage your back. It has a mini closet fridge was big.my husband enjoyed the jacuzzi and the sauna. We came for a festival and it was quick and easy access.housekeeping came and made up our room honestly will love to book again.oh they have free breakfast in the morning and cookies when checking in. Everyone super friendly and helpful.
