Great property. The bed was comfortable. Ice machine located in good location. Clean unit. My only suggestion would be the sofa coach looks a but worn and not kept up. I would suggest making breakfast hours a tad longer. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was nice with a good location. They had leaky faucets for the bathroom and the hot tub which was annoying when it came time to sleep but the hot tub was amazing when in use. The free breakfast was one the best I ever had as a continental breakfast. The variety was nice. The rooms are spacious as well. Close walk to a dollar tree to buy waters since none were provided and the microwave was not working well either. Overall a good stay and would come back

This is my second stay here and I'm sure it's not my last. This is a nice hotel. So far the pool and hot tub are both nice and maintained. Breakfast was good, except the eggs didn't seem like real eggs somehow so I didn't eat them. The room was clean although the carpet might be due for a shampoo. It was quiet and the mattress was great! So so water pressure (same as every hotel I've stayed at). Apparently the security cameras work because I had family visit my room for about an hour and when I asked for towels (for two people) for the hot tub, I got questioned about how many people were staying with me lol. Overall a great stay!

The property was clean. Beds were a little bit more firm than most hotel but I loved them. Room was spacious and the shower pressure was wonderful. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast and parking were a plus.

Great staff and location. Room was clean and comfortable. The fans didn't work in the bathroom or above the tub. It made it a little damp in there. Thw shower curtain didn't stay closed during to angle of bar and was torn from people trying to make it stay closed. Other then those issues it is a great place.

I believe this is about the fourth time we've used this hotel. We used it back when it was comfort inn and have continued to use it as citrus suites. We will continue to use it when we visit friends here in the Redlands area! Good value and great amenities including breakfast each morning!

Great location. Mattress needs to be replaced. It’s worn and lumpy. Exterior of the building is littered with cigarette butts. Several homeless people loitering around the parking lot as well. Wasn’t unsafe just not what you want to deal with. Complimentary breakfast was okay, exact same thing all three days. Hotel didn’t seem happy that I used Experian to book the room.

Very convenient to the freeway and numerous fast-food options. Large King room had a comfy dual-reclining sofa, a nice swivel rocker, and a versatile desk chair... But the bed and pillows were far too soft for our liking. The morning breakfast buffet was okay, but the powdered/reconstituted eggs were very wet and had no taste. Also, the sign at the breakfast room said that we could not take our food back to our room, which was rather inconvenient for my disabled wife and me.

My stay was enjoyable, the hotel is clean and quiet, I would definitely come back.

Breakfast items were fresh. I was able to get late check out. However, the neighborhood is not great and rooms are not sound proof. Also, more security is needed for bottom floor as there are back entrances that were left propped open for anyone to enter undetected.

Room 101 of Citrus Hotel (where we stayed) has a MUSTY odor. Requested a quiet room and was placed infront of a street with lots of noises. Aircon noisy. Sofa dirty. Sheets looks dingy. DARK and GLOOMY - a extremely depressing room! Every touch with doors, appliances, sink etc feels sticky. Walls, Ceilings, Decorations so OLD. Front staff who gave us the room NOT friendly! NOT worth for the price we paid. Do NOT believe past reviews, NOT TRUE! NOT RECOMMENDED at all!

Very nice hotel with a decent free breakfast, rooms were very clean, furniture was showing signs of use... would have appreciated a cleaner sofa and one drawer on dresser would not stay closed... but bed was comfortable, clean and the bathroom was clean as well as nice heavy clean towels.

The room was filthy and in poor condition. There were stains running down the wall by the kitchenette, stains in the drawers, mattresses had brown stains on them. The love seat was dirty and had a cigarette burn stain on it. We had allergic reactions to something in the room, sneezing and waking up with watery, red eyes. The entire hotel looks outdated. On top of this in the ally by the property in the middle of the night there was a man screaming. Do not recommend this hotel.

This was a last minute, unexpected stay that I found to be very pleasant. Check-in was easy, the room was very clean and comfortable, and it was extremely quiet. I slept wonderfully and would definitely stay there again!

This place is ok, if you’re just looking for a place to stay for one night. The room was acceptable for a short stay and worked for a quick stopover. However, it’s not somewhere I’d choose for an extended stay. It serves its purpose if you need a bed and a shower for the night, but that’s about it.

Room was clean, except the soft, dark couch had spots on it so we didn’t want to even touch it. Otherwise, for the price, the room was nice and big, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, a/c worked well, and shower pressure was great. In-room amenities were nice with quality shampoo and conditioner, lotion, shower cap, makeup wipes, and hair dryer. Breakfast was good considering it was included, with hot food (eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, and more). No tylenilnor bandaids available for purchase, so needed to go to store down the street.

Wonderful hotel. I will be staying here whenever I come to town. The room was huge with high ceiling, very nice bathroom, nice hot tub in the room, breakfast was great with a lot of options, HBO, indoor pool, and the staff was really nice.

This is a good hotel. The rooms had spots that were not dusted in a good long time (the cords from the TV to wall, for example, had a half inch of dust on them), the TV remote didn't work, and one of the lamps didn't turn on. But it was otherwise clean and comfortable.

Front desk person was friendly and efficient during check in. The gym is small but allowed for a bit of a workout. As with most hotels the AC unit was very loud. Add to that the yelling and profanity outside of my window all night , sleeping was difficult ( and I am a pretty sound sleeper). The breakfast had a good variety of options. All in all, this was a good place for the price.

It was an “okay” hotel. There was some questionable people at night which was slightly concerning and the staff was kind of awkward, not very warm or welcoming. The property also seems a little outdated. The room wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the greatest either. The room was large and spacious which we liked but we did not like the uncomfortable/dirty looking couch. Having the air on, it gave off a musty smell. The room/bathroom was clean but the restroom could’ve used a deep clean.

Room was very humid and muggy, I think the carpeting much to do with it. No ventilation in the room. I most likely would not return when there are so many other options in the area close by.

I will say I can’t vouch for the cable TV service. The remote would not work, so we were stuck on one program for the evening as we checked in late, and opted not to try to get a replacement. The TV size and placement is nice though. There was a comfortable double recliner in the room—great for reading the news on my iPad, but I could NOT figure out how to work the manual reclining feature. Still, all in all, it was a great room, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. This location is also convenient to everything in Redlands.

The room itself at this location is always to par for a good stay. But they really need to change out the pillows. Clean pillow cases can not overcome the smell of all the previous guest. The pillows are well over do for a complete swap. They are old, lumpy and out lived their lifespan.

It was a terrible experience at this hotel. At check-in, we were given a room on the third floor, but all the hallways smelled strongly of smoke, even though this is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. We went back to the front desk to request another room, but they told us there were no first-floor rooms available. Eventually, we were given a room on the second floor. As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with a terrible smell, and the room only had an old wall-mounted air conditioning unit instead of central air. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant

Our stay at the Citrus Suites was really great & comfortable! Great room & very comfortable bed. The staff was very kind & allowed us to check in a little early then check out a little late. The free breakfast was very good & the staff was very attentive to make sure everything was stocked up throughout the morning. The only complaint we have is that the walls are very thin. We could always hear people in the hallway & when anyone enters/leaves their room on our floor. Other than that it was a great stay.

Our stay at Citrus Suites Redlands was relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was attentive and respectful. The manager was very helpful and ready to serve his customers.

The only thing that bothered me was when we called to ask about early check-in the desk person was a little short and dismissive. If no is the answer, it can be conveyed politely. It made my guest feel unwelcome.

The rooms were nice and large for hanging out. They had an indoor pool that the kids enjoyed playing in. The breakfast was really nice and yummy. Lots of options. They were very accommodating with the fact that I was there with a group of people and they were able to put all our rooms next to each other. The only drawbacks were that the interior of the room was a bit dated / worn and the bathtub was constantly running. There was a leak that we couldn't get to turn off. Would stay there again.

The negatives: the room was hard to open, the ice machine was broken on our floor, there were no extra linens for the sofa bed. You have to go get them from the lobby. The TV has very few channels to choose from.

The hotel itself is very nice unfortunately there was construction going on near the property that was not owned by the property so they really didn't know any control over it. Made things a little uncomfortable momentarily but the management did a little something to help us out which we really appreciate it would look forward to coming back soon

The included breakfast was 6/10 just because it did feel cramped at times with how many people would be there at once but the food was ok.. I was upgraded to a jacuzzi room but I was not very pleased with it. The room felt pretty outdated and had lots of random damage and stains all around. It also wasn’t very clean, I had lots of long hairs in my “fresh” towels and sheets that were not from me. There was lots of random garbage in the corners and small areas of the room. I was not happy when I found both a dental flosser and piece of a condom wrapper after stepping on in while trying to get into bed. Because I got to my room late both nights I didn’t bring up the trash issue to the staff until I checked out. After I told the lady at the desk and showed her the pictures of the trash I stepped in I was simply told “I’ll let the staff know”. Seems like to me cleanliness isn’t much of a priority at this property and it’s a shame because this was my second time staying at this property the first time was good I wonder what changed since.

The pool Saturday morning was filthy. On Sunday it had been cleaned but it would have been nice to have a clean pool on Saturday. It was very bad.

It was relaxing and the atmosphere was also relaxing. The breakfast was awesome I just think it needs more sitting area with tables. The swimming pool area was clean and water temperature perfect. All ice machine worked which is a plus!

Informed front desk and they said they would look into it and that was the end of it The same person that checked us in late on Saturday was the same desk clerk on Sunday, so it appears they work them back to back, which is not good for customers as they present as tired and uninterested. The staff was reserved and not helpful. The room was nice.
