My husband and I were chocked with the room. We wanted to leave as soon we saw the bathroom. Not well kept and not clean. The sheets were definitely not fresh. The breakfast included was a little counter at the check in little place, with protein bars, some kind of juice, coffee. We would never recommend this place.

Our refrigerator made a continuous noise. It was not cold and the freezer did not work. Felt safe and was able to get a first floor room, as requested. Have stayed here several times and will do so again.

This is not a fancy hotel. However, it is clean, fully functional, affordable, and, most importantly, the proprietors are very kind and cordial people. It is also surrounded by trees and a great breeze. Made it more homey.

The hotel is okay but it is extremely dirty, floors were DIRTY, it looks like they haven't clean the floor in like months, the bathroom door also dirty, my son was walking without shoes for like 5min in the room and i literally had to throw his sock to the trash because they got black because of how bad the floor was.

The bed creaked every time you moved.as if it were going to fall apart

It wasn't at all what i expected. I left to grab a bite eat and shop with my grandkids after checking in at 4pm. The floor was filthy kids white sox were grey after an hour inside and seen a roach so I requested a mop which they didnt have so we found a rag I hand washed room then requested a refund and they charged me $20 for staying 3 hours not even there the whole time.

Everything was great

Stayed there for a travel assignment. It was clean and safe for a solo traveler. Never got to try the breakfast though. From what I can see it was just a grab and go kind of breakfast. It’s just a stone’s throw away from Denny’s which is a good deal for me.

The breakfast menu was what I expected as was everything else.

The staff were great. The room just needed a big overhaul.... from stained mattress and pillows to stains on the wall to unreliable shower plumbing. Oh, and the fridge didn't seem to work either.

I always enjoy my stay there. Staff is very friendly an always quick to accommodate me if I have any issues with my room.

The room was very neglected. Stains on walls floors stained. Bed sheets were stained. Room smelt like cigarettes despite being a smoke free room. Walls are very thin. Breakfast? A granola bar and cereal are you choices! How awful and disappointing for this being in the center of Redlands. Very poor quality.

IT IS NOT A BREAKFAST GRANOLA BAR AND COFFEE OR ORANGE. DIRRY PLACED. AND DESTROY ROOM 114. NOISY AND HORRIBLE. NO REMOTE CONTROL FOR THE TV. AND THE SOAP WAS ON THE LOTION CONTAINER.

The room was discussing. It has a strong lingering stench of cleaning product, the bathroom door was rotting at the bottom, the pillows smelled, and the floors were dirty. We contemplated sleeping in the car, but it was too cold.

The bed mattress was horribly squeeky every time you moved. there was one thin towel. i had to ask for more. There were no basic amenities that you would expect even in a value inn, such as kleenex!

Limited choices for breakfast and you had to take it to your room, no dining area. Refrigerator and microwave didn't work (let staff know on our way out). I had my small cooler so I just used some ice...no big problem.

Well, the saying you get what you pay for is true if you’re just looking to spend the night then it’s no big deal. The only complaint I have is the hardware floors were so dirty. The bottom of my feet were black as soon as I jumped out of shower and headed to the bed

Regret it our stay as unsafe and dirty.

On our first night there we noticed the room was a bit dirty. But the next morning we saw how truely dirty it was. The floor was not mopped our black socks had gray dust on the bottom of them just from getting up and using the bathroom. There was hair in the shower as well so I requested a full service clean from the housekeeper AND the front desk to make sure it was cleaned properly as I am 5 months pregnant and didn’t feel safe showering in the shower until it was cleaned. When we returned over 9 hours later the bed was only remade, the floor looked like they just sprayed something and didn’t sweep or mop, and the hair was still in the shower. Again the next day I requested service but this time nobody came. We didn’t shower at the hotel our entire stay; resorting to gym showers. Worst experience of my life. Even Motel6 is better than this place

I had booked two rooms. The room for our two sons was not cleaned, absolutely filthy, the linen was not changed, the fridge left opened unwashed, the microwave had spilled dried food all over, dried noodles in the dresser drawers. It was late at night and we had to book two rooms in a better nearby hotel. This caused a lot of stress and extra money out of my pocket. We got reimbursed for only one room of the two. Nobody cared that the parents’ room also had to relocate to stay together as a family. I have saved pictures if anyone is interested.

While the room was clean and spacious. It has a faded old feel to it. Nothing looked new and the soaps and lotions where empty. Luckly I had my own packed. This is a no frills place, but meets the need a decent bed, warm water, and decent TV channel selection.

I was there to spend time alone. A little loud at night because children were making noise upstairs. Other than that everything was okay. Not the best, but was convienent.

The room was very spartan. No lotion in the dispensary, microwave broken, fridge broken, non functioning electrical outlet. Kinda of a nightmare. I think it was clean. Barely.

This place was good besides it smelled like smoke inside the room and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I reported it to the staff and they cooperated and gave me a different room and apologized for the room smelling like smoke.

The bed had a flat sheet as a fitted sheet, and no mattress pad, when I pulled back the sheets I thought I was pulling back the regular sheets, and it was actually the bottom sheet which was not fitted, and I found the other sheet, which I guess was the top one, Skinny thin and probably dirty blanket on top, room look like it came out of the 60s

The breakfast was a joke. Probably the worst hotel breakfast I have ever witnessed. A pot of coffee, a fruit cup and the worst pastry rolls from AM/PM gas station. What a joke.

Neighbors were loud throughout the night and the surrounding area made it feel imperative that all locks were locked. No soap, shampoo, or hair dryer in the room. Breakfast consisted of granola bar, Sunny D, and tiny styrofoam cups for coffee.

This “hotel” just wasn’t was as expected and was overall a horrible experience for me, my girlfriend and our friends. The showers looked like they were used right before we got there, clearly not cleaned beforehand. There were stains on the bed sheets and one stain looked like blood on it. There were also stains on the bathroom walls and outside floors. The A/C unit as extremely filthy so we didn’t even bother to use it. You would also think that the rooms would be emptied and cleaned out before we arrived. WRONG! There was an opened sex honey product in one of the drawers under the TV. On top of all that, my friend noticed bed bugs in her hair after she swiped them out of her hair when she felt something. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Never gonna book with them again

Check-in is at 3pm but we were able to check in by 2pm thats a plus. The room lights were deem and gave off a orange look, Not bright at all. Towels were dirty but folded and the matress cover was stained BAD. i called the front desk and told the woman what we found and said we will not stay our full trip. She never once asked us if we wanted to change rooms or even needed new towles or bedding. Luckly, our storage until isnt far so we brough out own bedding and towels. We checked out the next moring and the window guy gave us a full refund, that was great.

The hotel was overall just very dirty. Bedding was not clean, towels were stained. Just overall not worth spending money at.

The AC was much appreciated and worked great, the location was convenient for going to target and picking up odds and ends. We stayed at a much more expensive hotel before that was absolutely crap in comparison!! This place isn’t fancy but if all you’re looking for a place to sleep it does the trick nicely.
