nice comfortable bed. Room was clean. got checked in on time.

check in time was 4PM, I didn't get checked in until 5:30 PM.

We did walk through the casino on the way to the restaurant and understand that smoking was allowed inside the casino. It just isn't something we are use to, so we found the cigarette smoke overwhelming. We did eat at the restaurant, Seasons, but we would not recommend the food. My husband had the burger and it had a dry piece of lettuce on it. I had the chicken fried steak and the gravy was the consistency of thin soup. I will say that the wait staff was very friendly and it wasn't their fault the food was bad. The front desk staff and the valet attendants were also very friendly and helpful. I can't say it would be a place I would stay at again though.

Had fun with the kids playing cards and the grandkids swimming in the pool.

Property was clean and well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful. On site cafe was very good. We had a large room with a separate living and TV area from the main bedroom and two bathrooms. The room did not have a microwave which seemed a bit odd and the windows could use a wash, otherwise the casino and property was great.

Was very surprised that hallway, front office area filled with smoke smell. Even to get to restroom in Casino, one has to walk through smoke area of casino. There was no coffee available anywhere even though website states coffee in the lobby and few other places is available. Vending machines were empty. Overall 2 minus.

The room was very clean, and the bed very comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispensers in the shower were empty. Luckily, I always bring my own. Other than that, it was a pleasant and comfortable room.

NO BREAKFAST AS WE WOULD HAVE HAD TO BE ADJACENT TO SMOKERS. HIGHLY ALERGIC. THE ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS AND NO SMOKING WAS ALLOWED AND THE ROOMS REFLECTED THIS. PARKING WAS VERY AMPLE. This place is consistently great, quiet & clean. I’ve stayed here many times times , but know it is going to be great each time. I like never having to guess .

The bartender was a little rude when asking for a drink the other bartender stepped in to make my drink then the other bartender was like oh i was making your drink all rude the music loud and dont think she heard me but all is well loved my stay and can't wait to stay again

The casino is pretty much all smoking and smells horrible. For some reason staff rarely is emptying the ashtrays. If you want sodas or coffee, you have to ask a staff member because there isn’t just a station to get them yourself and there is very little staff. The food in the restaurant was okay, not good or great. Also expensive for a cigarette stinky casino mainly frozen foods place.

This is the only place I stay each month I’m in Redding. Great service and treat me exceptionally well every time.

The entire place smelled like cigarette smoke. Even though the hotel is a smoke free hotel the casino is not. The smoke smell is through out the entire place. In order to get to the restaurant you have to walk through the smoke filled casino. The restaurant also smells. We would never stay there again. I felt like I smoked a pack of cigarettes by the time we left.

I loved the room, wish we had more than a nights stay. I appreciated that they kept the reservation ready late into night, we were coming from San Diego. I really didn't like the very small non smoking gambling atea.area. and having to walk through smoking are to get there and the restaurant. Also directions to casino hotel were terrible.

The breakfast was terrible, first of all on Mondays you cannot get room service. Breakfast is not continental. So we went to seasons ands ate, the eggs were ordered over easy we got scrambled. The biscuits arms gravy were 2 smaller than grands sliced in half, I went to cut with my fork the whole biscuit picked up and would not cut. Very small portions and terrible waste of money ! Could of had more coffee and cranberry and sugar in rooms since they did not give continental breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent! Our overall stay was great! We had a suite next to us that was partying and yelling all night, we didn’t get much sleep! We brought this up at check out and was told we should have called security. Wish we would have known and done that.

It was great nothing I didn't like

The room was well organized and clean, staff was friendly and respectful. When I went in the room the first day my room stunk like if someone had just finished smoking a cigarette in there, I barely slept during the first night, with people yelling and slamming doors non stop making the entire room shake until pass midnight in the hallway and pool area.

Only two rooms were available. One had strong odors, and the other was right next to the lobby - which was very loud all night. I had stayed here four years ago and it was very clean, with excellent service. I'm sorry to say that the quality has slipped.

Our room was clean, but had a strange, unpleasant, vinegar odor upon entry. By day 2 the odor was gone. The food in the restaurant was very good! They should do something about the swinging kitchen door though, it makes a farting sound when staff passes through (funny at first, but then becomes very distracting). Unfortunately, this hotel is close to the Train-tracks and the train blows the horn as it passes by 3+ times every night!! The staff at this hotel are all very friendly and accommodating. I would probably stay here again if it weren’t for the train horn.

Not many places have poker rooms open anymore. This casino JUST converted to all automated tables and dealers in the actual poker room. This scares off the “old school” poker players, so unfortunately our stay did not allow my husband his poker. Couldn’t get enough players to do the tournaments cause of the new tables. We canceled staying here on trip back due to poker room challenge and cigarette smell. Too bad about both, because we’d like to stay for casino if it weren’t for both of those CONS. Rooms are clean and spacious and if your on 3rd floor you barely smell the cigarettes from the casino. Grounds are surrounded by homeless, casino does OK job keeping them from entering casino property to the best of thier ability. We didn’t feel unsafe or anything and even left suitcases in our car overnight without any issue.

What stood out to us the bed make up was not good, the pillows were too hard, they didn’t refill the coffee and cups the 4 nights we stayed. Staff excellent and when I had an issue they fixed it without any problem. The room could use a deep cleaning.

I booked a handicap accessible room, the springs on the bathroom door were so tight and the door so heavy that I had trouble opening it. I had to put my suitcase in front of the door open. I went to Redding for a family emergency, I wish I had done better research, no microwave in room and they did not serve breakfast. I only picked the Win-River because of the easy directions, less traffic and proximity to the hospital. Super 8 on Churn Creek would have been cheaper and just as easy.

Check in was at 3:00 pm & we arrived at 3:05. Our room was not ready. We were not able to check in until 5:00 pm. The staff was very friendly & apologetic.Even though the lobby was non smoking it smelled like cigarette smoke. We look for valets & bell service when we travel. There was no bell service & the valet was closed on Sunday.

Very small checking and lobby area with only one staff. Hotel Hall is very dark. Hotel room size is ok but everything is old. The AC unit in our suite was very loud and hard to watch TV. It's nice to get two bottles of water a day and free parking close by

My only complaint is that the hotel lobby and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke when I have stayed at this property. My room was smoke free and the restaurant was smoke free. They do have a smoke free gambling area.

Just a stop over so it was very short. The room was clean and we had a great dinner. The staff was courteous and helpful.

A very nice hotel, even if you’re not into gambling. Casino has great slots. All thevstaff were very friendly and helpful.

Our room was awesome. The bed was comfy, the room clean! We spent a bit of time in the attached casino. Staff there were friendly as well. We ate dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious! We would highly recommend this location!

Staff was great but the casinos smells really badly like smoke. They keep the smoke mostly out of the rooms and it's not too bad.

This was a stop over. Thought casino hotel would be fun. It was so SMOKY. Clothes, luggage, and our person smelled of smoke the casino stinks so bad. We had a room far from casino so the smell was not too bad at our end. Our room was clean and satisfactory. Hotel staff were okay and friendly enough. Unfortunately we couldn’t eat in the hotel because we had freshly showered before heading out and did not want to smell like cigarettes on the rest of our drive and at a memorial we were.attending. We did gamble the night of our sleepover, but after retreating to our room to shower the smell away, we had to avoid the casino to avoid everything smelling like cigarettes. People literally walking around casino with ashes hanging from cigarettes and falling on the carpets. Ash trays on every Machine. It was surely an old style “smoke em if you got em” casino.

There is no longer a spa, the hot tub is tiny, thats about all my complaints. There arebetter casino hotels out there but this location is convenient.

Beds were very comfortable and staff was very kind! The only reason I wouldn’t stay at this resort again, is because smoking is allowed in the casino. Otherwise, a nice one night stop while traveling.

It comes with the territory, people come and go all night, it’s a casino/ hotel. Also, it’s noted as a smoke free facility but the reception area and hallways have a palpable cigarette smell. Other than that, the stay was good.

Older property, clean, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable price for a Jr. Suite. Would stay there again. Adjacent to Clear Creek - with a concrete patway and exercise/flex equipment. (Tried to add a photo, but the user interface does not work on an Android phone.)

Everything was easy to navigate and the rooms were very clean! Staff was top notch and always asking if we needed anything! 100% will return!

Great appearance upon arriving, welcomed and recieved great service from the front desk. Room was clean, my partner said the bathroom could have been alittle more sanitized. But all in all, room didnt smell, great air control. If u prefer quite, third floor would be recommended. Pool was nice. Didnt gamble but the casino seemed clean. Close to stores and entertainment. Would stay again.

Stayed 2 nights. The room was not cleaned after the first night. Had to go down to the lobby and get clean towels.

I checked at 5am but they will not allow me to check out at noon

Yesterday I reserved a room, we are locals, we were just trying to have fun, I chose a suite with a jacuzzi. When I wanted to use it, the big surprise was that the drain plug was full of hair. That killed my vibes and we decided not to spend the night there. The worker on duty was very embarrassed and apologized when I showed her the photo of how dirty it was.

It was a easy access to the room.

It was old and needed upgrading badly. Dirty carpet, bedsheets didn't fit the bed. I could go on but we're never going back!!!

The lady at the front desk was great. I would have given full stars except my pull out bed was broke and the whole sofa flipped over when I tried to pull it out for my son. I just ended up putting the mattress on the floor. Other than that the room was fantastic

The television also lost signal every 5 minutes for about 45 seconds. I called the desk and they said it was a network issue, which I found hard to believe since it lasted the entire 3 days of my stay.

The worst thing for me was the smell of smoke coming from the casino. I knew to expect some smoke (given it is a casino), but the hotel area is supposedly non-smoking. Our room was one that was the farthest from the casino, but it still smelled like smoke. Walking through the casino to get to the restaurant was actually nauseating to me. I’m a former smoker, and can usually handle a bit of ambient smoke, but this was over the top. Maybe they need to invest in better ventilation system? If you can handle the smoke, it was a great value. All of the staff were sweet and helpful.

The room was great overall. The jets in the tub are not placed well. The train goes by all the dang time blowing it's loud horn for long periods, SO DO NOT EXPECT MUCH SLEEP. You can hear the other rooms plumbing and people walking. The food is ew, just don't.
