Good value when in single-story section. Third stay, first time in two-story section: shower valve has plumbing issues making a shower difficult; downstairs rooms in two-story section hear a lot of foot traffic and voices from above. Will stay again IF I get a room in the single-story section; will not stay again otherwise.

However, my entire enjoyable stay unfortunately came to a ride ending, as I was working late the night I came in, I decided to actually enjoy my stay until the stated checkout time at 11am. Well, apparently, that is not allowed! As I looked for a notepad to write a nice thank-you note for the housekeeping staff and management for such a lovely stay, and to let them know I would be returning, I got a loud bang on the door at 10:58. I answer the door and am greeted with a man saying "are you leaving??". This was quite offensive, as he seemed to be implying that I was already staying past my welcome or something, but I just brushed it off and said "I am working on it right now." But no sooner did I try to finish writing the note to go with the cash tip for the housekeeper, than I immediately get a phone call. I answer it already guessing what it's going to be, and sure enough, a lady this time is asking "are you leaving??" It's now 10:59! I am definitely irritated at this point, and I just say "I am loading up my car RIGHT now." Needless to say, no nice note, and I will NOT be a monthly return customer now, despite liking the place itself. I felt so harrassed aggressively to gtf out, that I'm gonna "peace out" for good.

The room was clean and recently updated. We were given a to go breakfast for the next morning we could eat in our room. There is a water park just down the street from the motel for the kids.

I used this place as a stopover on a road trip. Perfect stopover and room was very clean. I had no issue with noise and found the bed to be super comfortable. No complaints from me!

Our room was clean. Parking was convenient, right in front of our room. The front office staff was super nice. No breakfast available but the front office guy gave us a bag of yogurts and power bars to take to our room when we checked in. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Driving up - we were very disappointed with how rundown the property looked. Parking was extremely tight, and the loudness of the neighboring rooms, and how well it could be heard was immediately an issue. Checkin was through a small slightly opened window, where I needed to stay outside. There was a memo taped to the ledge of that window speaking of gnats being an issue, and not to leave your door open. We immediately new this was not a place we would be staying. We looked at the room which was very small for a “suite” and incredibly disappointing. We requested a refund, to which we didn’t get the entire thing back. I would not recommend this motel unless you do not have another option.

Room and bathroom was very clean. Beds comfortable. No road noise and very quiet at night. Parking was right infront of room so easy to load and unload car. I have zero complaints and I love this little hotel. I would definitely choose to stay again.

Nice basic room, clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower was great. This is a no frills property. I would have liked a coffee maker. Staff person was friendly but didn’t go out of his way to make us feel welcome. I’d probably stay here again. You get a nice clean room at a reasonable price.

It was a basic hotel that served our purpose. No pool or spa was available. Local restaurants close to the hotel were not inviting and had to travel two to three miles for a meal. The staff made sure we had adequate towels, etc and pretty much left us alone. overall a pleasent stay for five days.

Lovely room! it was completely renovated and so clean. The bed was very comfy and the shower was great. Due to covid, we got a very good bagged breakfast...micro sandwich, yogurt, nutrition bar, coffee and paper goods. This will be our go to stop in Redding!!

Room was updated, refresh. Like the recess lighting, usually lamps don’t provide much light. Bed was comfortable enough. Area seem safe to me, located in retail/business area. Within a mile there are plenty of fast food places. Close to hike/bike trail. Use Internet briefly, it seem to work fine. I would stay here again.

When we arrived we were asked to pay for room, even though we paid through Expedia. However, we were not pre charged. Left the area and went to Hilltop Ave. Stay there, plenty of choices.

Really nice venue and location. It was more than expected. One set back is noise from flooring travels. Person next door had heavy feet causing loud banging like noises from walking around the room, he arrived at 2am.

VERY basic, but clean. Very overpriced for a bare bones roadside place in a dicey location. Friendly staff. Would have made another choice if possible, but everything was sold out.

Never got to stay here. 4hours before check in Travelocity called and sent us to the Travel Lodge instead. That took 45 minutes sitting in a parking lot so we didn’t lose service. Travel Lodge was nice, their maids just need to clean the room better.

The room came with a refrigerator and microwave. It was nice to have leftovers the next day and to have a nice cold drink. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the one thing they don't have is a condimentary breakfast and instead got some yogurt and fig bars.

We were pleased that we had such a big, bright light room with plenty of extra lights. It was comfortable and cozy and the bathroom though small had no plumbing problems. The T.V. worked and it was pretty quiet.

We stayed here for 1 night while passing thru. It was clean, bed was comfortable- very plain, basic - just bare bones, which worked for us as we only needed to sleep for 1 night. There was some road noise from passing traffic.

You have to decide between being too cold to sleep or too noisy. Even worse, the walls are so thin that you can hear everything that your neighbors are doing (ours were playing the TV at max volume until 5am). I would pay more next time for someplace better insulated.

I had expected a little more from the breakfast, based solely on the other reviews, but it was sufficient for a Continental breakfast -- I appreciated the hard boiled eggs as a protein option. Stayed 1 night on our trip to Redding, CA. Hotel was good for the price you pay, even better than other big hotels in the area. Had a easy checkin, amenities are provided as advertised(except for the iron box) , breakfast was good and overall enjoyed staying here.

Although the room was nice and clean, my bf and I did find some spiders hanging from the ceilings and all around the corners of each sections of the room. They didnt do any harm, so I would stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised. I was a little worried about a place on Market street. But the neighborhood looks like they are getting a handle on things and making a turn around. This hotel was clean and with hardwood floors. Beds felt great. The only bad thing is the breakfast was just toast and cereal.

Styrofoam cups at breakfast not good. Other than the noisy floor and styrofoam cups the room was a good bargain, clean and spacious.
