Overall it’s so so, but very noisy, I can hear the noise from road through the wall the whole night, looks like no insulation at all. There is an AC on that wall, also possible that they didn’t seal it completely.

Having my friend with me on new years. That's the only thing I like about it. The same as above thank you.

Killed a roach in the middle of the night.

Absolutely Nothing. Everything, the TV didn't work the A/C was totally inadequate.

They wouldn't rent to us and they was extremely rude about it. We were unable to stay there. Very disappointed, had no where to stay that night. They wouldn't rent to us and was extremely rude about it. We didn't get to stay there. They said the plumbing was bad.

To continue: Lamp shades had stains on them. No light bulbs in two of them. When asked for clean towels was told just throw the used ones outside your door.

The location was fine. The staff was very helpful polite and nice. I thought I was in a 1950s motel with minor modifications. The room was nowhere near what the pictures on Expedia showed. I should say the pictures belied a clean fresh look which was not evident in the room.

The soft bed (mattress) The location was good Front desk personell was respectful, friendly and kind * Sheets on one bed were not clean, looked like old, dried mud stains on it * Walls were also not cleaned, muddy/yellowish marks on walls * Used washcloth/hand towel hanging on top of shower curtain * Shower curtain had dirty, muddy moldy stains on it, very unsanitary * For unknown reason, light bulbs were not screwed into (lamp) sockets, we thought the lights didn't work at first but tightened them in and they worked but was shimmery/shakey * A couple of the (clean/folded) towels had moldy stains on them * Two roaches were seen crawling on floor as soon as the lights were dimmed, we stepped on them and threw them in the trashcan * We wiped everything down with sanitized wipes, including remote control, lamps, tables, toilet, shower/bath, refrigerator, counter tops and chairs * Found dead roaches in (between) blankets, so just slept on top of cover blanket * Paid too much for this unsanitary room

Linens had burn holes in them; towels and wash clothes had deep stains in them. Refrigerator was turned on by the light switch and there was another light switch that the guest would need to turn on to get hot water for shower. Could not turn tv on or off with the remote, but instead had to turn tv on by switch on back of the tv affixed to the wall. The front clerk and repair person were very friendly. Coffee make was supplied to the room, but there was nothing to drink it out of. Room's carpet looked like it had not been cleaned for days. Did not find any bedbugs, thank goodness. Building is run down, and had I not been so tired, I would not have stayed here.

There are prison bars on the back window. When i was transferred to this location because my original reservation last power the manager and hotel.hotels.com stuck me with the bill and i lost my money when i refused in this rat hole.

RUN! DO NOT STAY HERE! The absolute worst experience at a motel ever. Front desk person could not find reservation,threw my driver's license back at me. Then I pull up the reservation on my phone and the receptionist starts printing other people's reservations and asking if they are mine? (Not sure I would want other people seeing my info). None of them were. Then says we have to contact Expedia. The receptionist is disoriented, says he is exhausted, there are ants crawling at my feet. I sit down in the lobby to call Expedia and he asks me to leave so he can get some sleep. I go out and sit in my car. I ask for a call back from Expedia because the wait time is 40-60 minutes. As I sit in my car the police show up and park right in front of the lobby. A mom with a couple teenage girls get out of their car to talk to the police. I wait a few minutes and go check it out. The mom says she paid cash for a room and then was shown a dirty room with unmade beds, then the next room the master key works for staff, but he tells her that her key won't work. She says she doesn't feel safe and she would like a refund. He said no problem, but then only gave her $20, of the $100 that she paid. At this point I do not feel safe and decide not to stay here. Expedia's customer service was not good either. After I've waited 40 minutes they call me back and then I am on hold for another 45 minutes and there are no hotels available as this was over the 4th of July holiday.

The gentleman at the front desk was really helpful and polite. The motel has large rooms and really nice bathrooms. I would recommend the stay for anyone stopping by the area.

Bed bugs! Sheets and blankets were filthy. The room smelled like someone had died in it recently. There was actual dirt in the sink just sitting there. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Swamp cooler did not work, room was stuffy and hot.

I’ve never written a review.... but this hotel was rough. Dirty. Dusty. The bathroom ceiling looked like it was about to cave in, and then in the morning when guest in the room above us showered, it POURED in our bathroom all over the floor. The carpet was gross. There was grass in the bed. Mattresses not comfortable.

Filthy, mold growing in shower grout, shower curtain. Visible dirt on micro door, carpet, and entry door covered with grout inside and out.

I am not a very picky customer but this was way to much. As soon as we walked in the room a foul smells hits you. Then when you walk around, the carpet is full of stains every where, the bathtub is absolutely disgusting (the curtain is completely black and gross at the bottom) and the overall room is just terrible. I will never stay there again.

You get what you pay for. Cheap Hotel Cost = Tweeker hotel. Hair all over bed sheets. Room was dirty. decent night sleep after the crack heads left. Didn't feel safe leaving anything in my car. But again when u want a cheap hotel in town you pay for it

They lost are reservation and put us in a room with a broken door lock. My wife woke up with a huge swollen arm and three bites on her face. That night I came down with 103 fever. Beware!

The room was clean, comfy and quiet, the bed was super comfortable, and front desk man was exceptionally accamodating. Thiss is an older place, with a cozy vintage feel, but kep up nicely; no bad smells or junkiness. Good price too.

I just wanted to stay for one night and then be on my way. We were surprised when we saw how big and comfortable the room was.

Room nuber 18 . I think this place should not be on website at all !!!!!!!!!!!

Me and my wife uncovered bugs in the room at night when we are about to go to bed. There are big and small ones, visible on the wall and bed. Smell of dog when we stepped into the room. We informed the office immediately and rush to switch out the another room at night. Body feels itchy and terrible experience.

Checked into room and did a bed inspection and immediately saw a bed bug when I ran out the door the guys from the office were standing outside and asked how the room was. I explained that I will not be staying fur to the fact I saw bugs on the mattress. The guy played dumb and offered a room next door and I requested my money back. They did provide a refund and said they will look "maybe tomorrow" for the bugs.

When I went to see if I could get a room with a tub I was told it would be more. The advertising needs to change. Also, I couldn't figure out the A/C for the longest time. It's very hot in Redding. I finally found it way high up a window behind an alcove. I was able to stand on my camp chair that I brought along to turn it on high. A little strange. I don't know that I'd do this one again. There are other choices.

The gentlemen who were working in the office were very kind and helpful. The room was the fanciest, but it was very clean and I was comfortable. The AC worked great.

Our stay was very uncomfortable. There were drug deals on one side of the hotel, the pool was in shambles, the room not tidy and the cost way too high for a restless nights sleep. Would NOT recommend it. Very disappointed that Hotels.com would give this hotel a 3 star rating!

The place was clean. I liked having fridge, coffee pot and microwave in room a plus. The Staff was very nice and wanted to please. Very helpful. Great accommodations for the price and good location that fit my needs.

No frills, decent place. Nice proprietor. The room wasn't ready when I arrived and he worked quickly to get towels and bedding in place. Walked me to my room to show me the quirky electricals, which was probably good because it would have taken me a while to figure out the light switch had to be on by the door in order for the TV to work. Just needed a cheap room for a night and it fit the bill. Would stay again when travelling thru town.
